对于手机开机时的 ESG更新, 目前的做法大都是通过重新接收 ESG来 实现的。 这样做, 虽然简化了手机侧开机时更新 ESG的流程, 实现起来比较 方便; 但是另外一方面, 当 ESG更新较少时, 需要消耗比较多的 ESG接收 及解析的时间,且在 ESG信息繁多的情况下,会直接导致用户体验的不满意。

所述更新指示判断模块用于在接收到所述判断命令后, 判断本次接收到 的 ESG中携带的 ESG更新指示与所述存储模块中保存的上次接收到 ESG中 的 ESG更新指示的值是否相同, 在确认不相同时向所述更新模块发送所述更 新命令。
进一步地, 所述更新模块还用于将其上保存的时间信息更新为本次接收
ESG的时间信息;
所述存储模块还用于保存更新后的 ESG时间信息。
进一步地, 所述全部重新更新 ESG的条件为: 所述终端接收到 ESG的 时间信息与所述存储模块中保存的接收到 ESG的时间信息的差值大于所述终 端中预定义的一个阔值, 或所述终端接收到 ESG的时间信息与所述存储模块 中保存的接收到 ESG的时间信息位于所述终端中预定义的更新时间临界点两 侧。
较佳地, 还包括网络更新指示判断模块; 所述网络更新指示判断模块用 于比较所述终端本次接收到的 ESG中携带的网络更新指示的值与所述存储模 块中保存的 ESG中的网络更新指示的值, 若二者不同, 则用于向所述更新模 块发送所述更新命令; 否则, 用于向所述时间信息判断模块发送判断命令, 指示所述时间信息判断模块进行后续判断。
较佳地, 所述终端中预定义的阔值为 24小时, 所述更新时间临界点为 0 点。
由上可见,本发明在 CMMB标准中充分利用网络信息表更新序号字段及 ESG更新序号字段来确认网络归属地是否发生变化及 ESG信息是否发生更 新; 同时根据 ESG信息更新幅度的大小, 在部分更新和全部更新之间实现了 一个高效的更新策略, 既避免了在 ESG信息只有部分更新时釆用全部重收 / 更新带来的 ESG信息接收、 解析的时间消耗, 又避免了在 ESG信息大部分 更新时对 ESG基本描述表频繁的比较工作, 高效的实现了终端的 ESG更新 操作。

下面将结合附图对本发明的具体实施进行更详细的说明。
本发明的基本构思是: 在 ESG信息更新幅度大时, 终端釆取全部重收的 更新方式;在 ESG信息部分更新时,通过 ESG更新指示寻找发生更新的 ESG 表和子表来进行部分更新; 同时在网络归属地发生改变时, 釆用更加合理的 ESG更新方式。
本发明实现 ESG更新的方法流程如图 1所示, 主要包括以下步骤: 步骤 101 : 终端在接收到 ESG时, 保存该 ESG及本次接收到该 ESG的 时间信息;
在 CMMB 中, 复用的功能是完成音频、 视频、 数据、 ESG等信息的封 装和排列, 使其能够在移动多媒体广播信道上传送; 而一个复用帧由复用帧 头、 复用帧净荷和填充组成。 终端在接收到由多个复用帧组成的广播信道帧 后, 会解复用出如图 2所示的复用帧头中携带的 ESG更新指示及网络更新指 示, 其中, ESG更新指示即 ESG更新序号, 网络更新指示即网络信息表更新 序号;
步骤 102: 该终端再次接收到一个 ESG时, 才艮据本次接收到 ESG的时间 信息与该终端中保存的上次接收到 ESG的时间信息判断是否满足全部重新更 新 ESG的条件, 若满足, 则执行步骤 103' : 终端将其上保存的 ESG全部更 新为本次接收到的 ESG; 否则, 执行步骤 103。
步骤 103: 判断该 ESG中携带的 ESG更新指示与其上保存的 ESG中的 ESG更新指示的值是否相同, 若相同, 则执行步骤 104': 直接读取、 使用终 端中保存的 ESG信息, 并把它作为当前有效的 ESG信息; 否则, 执行步骤 104。
步骤 104: 根据 ESG基本描述表对终端上发生变更的 ESG表和 /或子表 进行更新。 步骤 105: 终端在完成上述各项判断和比较后, 无论是否对其上 ESG进 行更新, 都需要将其上保存的时间信息更新为本次接收 ESG的时间信息。
其中, 全部重新更新 ESG的条件可以为: 终端接收到 ESG的时间信息 与终端中保存的接收到 ESG 的时间信息的差值大于终端中预定义的一个阔 值; 或终端接收到 ESG的时间信息与终端中保存的接收到 ESG的时间信息 位于终端中预定义的更新时间临界点两侧。 在预定义上述阔值或更新时间临 界点时, 可参照 ESG的编排计划, 如当节目以今天、 明天、 后天来进行编排 时, 可将阔值设为 24小时, 将更新时间临界点设置为零点 (00:00 ) 。
为保证终端不会因为发生漫游而导致漏接或错接 ESG ,还可以在步骤 102 中, 比较两个时间信息之前先对该终端是否已发生所在地变化进行判断, 即 通过比较该终端本次接收到的 ESG中携带的网络更新指示的值与其上保存的 ESG中的网络更新指示的值来判断 ESG的归属地是否发生变化,若二者不同, 则说明终端的所在地已发生变更, 则该终端将其上保存的 ESG全部更新为本 次接收到的 ESG后结束; 否则, 则说明终端的所在地没有发生变更, 其执行 后续对上述两个时间信 ,包、的判断。
可见, 釆用本发明可以有效的实现终端上 ESG的更新。 该实施例对目前 ESG的更新技术存在的问题进行了解决和完善, 提高了 ESG更新的效率。
下面将以一个终端关机后再次开机为例, 对本发明进行进一步说明。 如图 3所示, 终端 ESG的更新方法, 包括如下步骤:
步骤 100, 手机关机时, 在手机内存中保存当前的 ESG信息以及最后一 次接收 /更新 ESG的时间; 手机开机且进入手机电视业务, 接收到 ESG后, 读取其中的网络信息表更新序号; 步骤 200, 手机终端从业务标识为 0的复用帧的复用净荷中解复用表标 识号为 0x01的网络信息表, 通过同手机终端保留的 ESG的网络信息表更新 序号, 判断网络所属的归属地是否发生改变;
如果网络所属的归属地发生改变, 表明手机电视节目的计费有变化, 一 般 ESG信息更新较大。 进入步骤 310。 否则进入步骤 300。
步骤 310, 手机终端全部重新接收 ESG信息, 通过 ESG的接收, 完成 ESG解析后, 进行 ESG信息的显示, 同时需要保存相应的 ESG信息和当前 获取 ESG信息的系统时间, 考虑到在内存中保留比较耗时, 可以先在文件的 数据结构中暂时保存, 待关机时统一写入内存, 结束;
步骤 300, 判断本次开机后接收到 ESG的时间信息与关机前保存下来的 时间信息的差值是否大于 24 小时或是否分别位于零点两侧, 若是, 则表明 ESG更新幅度大, 这时候直接重收是最简单有效的方式, 进入步骤 310; 否 则, 进入步骤 400。
步骤 400, 终端解复用会检测如图 2所示的复用帧头的 ESG更新序号, 判断其是否发生变化; 如果有变化, 进入步骤 420; 否则进入步骤 410;
步骤 410, ESG更新序号没有变化, 表明 ESG没有发生更新, 读取关机 前保存的 ESG信息作为当前的 ESG信息, 并且进行 ESG显示, 此时需要更 新获取 ESG的信息为当前时间, 结束。
步骤 420, ESG更新序号发生变化, 表明 ESG发生了更新; 手机终端从 业务标识为 0的复用帧的复用净荷中解复用表标识号为 0x06的 ESG基本描 述表; 通过同手机内存中保留的 ESG基本描述表比较来确定哪些 ESG表或 者子表发生了更新, 并且对发生更新的 ESG表和子表进行更新处理。 同时需 要保存相应的 ESG信息和当前获取 ESG信息的系统时间。
步骤 430 , 手机关机时, 把最后一次进行处理的 ESG信息和更新时间写 入手机内存, 以便下一次手机开机时更新 ESG使用。
在上述步骤中,每次接收或是更新 ESG信息,均需要记录当前系统时间, 在手机关机时, 把该时间写入手机内存中指定位置, 如果内存指定位置中已 经有相应时间的记录, 则直接进行覆盖。
而实现 ESG更新的终端如图 4所示, 包含存储模块、 更新模块、 时间信 息判断模块及更新指示判断模块, 其中,
存储模块, 用于在接收到 ESG时, 保存该 ESG及接收到该 ESG的时间 信息; 还用于保存更新后的 ESG及 ESG时间信息;
更新模块用于在接收到更新命令后,将其上保存的 ESG全部更新为本次 接收到的 ESG;还用于将其上保存的时间信息更新为本次接收 ESG的时间信 息;
时间信息判断模块, 用于根据本次接收到 ESG的时间信息与存储模块中 保存的时间信息判断出是否满足全部重新更新 ESG的条件, 若是, 则向所述 更新模块发送更新命令; 否则, 向更新指示判断模块发送判断命令。 其中, 全部重新更新 ESG的条件为: 终端接收到 ESG的时间信息与存储模块中保 存的接收到 ESG的时间信息的差值大于所述终端中预定义的一个阔值, 或终 端接收到 ESG的时间信息与存储模块中保存的接收到 ESG的时间信息位于 所述终端中预定义的更新时间临界点两侧。
更新指示判断模块, 用于在接收到判断命令后, 比较本次接收到的 ESG 中携带的 ESG更新指示与存储模块中保存的 ESG中的 ESG更新指示的值, 若二者相同则向更新模块发送所述更新命令。 该终端中还可以包括: 网络更新指示判断模块。
该网络更新指示判断模块用于判断终端本次接收到的 ESG中携带的网络 更新指示的值与存储模块中保存的上次接收到的 ESG中的网络更新指示的值 是否相同, 若二者不同, 则用于向所述更新模块发送更新命令; 否则, 用于 向时间信息判断模块发送判断命令, 指示所述时间信息判断模块进行后续判 断。
当然, 本发明还可有其它多种实施例, 在不背离本发明精神及其实质的 但这些相应的改变和变形都应属于本发明所附的权利要求的保护范围。
工业实用性
本发明在 CMMB标准中充分利用网络信息表更新序号字段及 ESG更新 序号字段来确认网络归属地是否发生变化及 ESG信息是否发生更新; 同时根 据 ESG信息更新幅度的大小,在部分更新和全部更新之间实现了一个高效的 更新策略, 既避免了在 ESG信息只有部分更新时釆用全部重收 /更新带来的 ESG信息接收、解析的时间消耗, 又避免了在 ESG信息大部分更新时对 ESG 基本描述表频繁的比较工作, 高效的实现了终端的 ESG更新操作, 因此具有 很强的工业实用性。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种实现移动多媒体广播电子业务指南 ESG更新的方法, 该方法包 括以下步骤:
终端在接收到 ESG时,保存所述 ESG及本次接收到该 ESG的时间信息; 所述终端再次接收到 ESG时, 根据本次接收到 ESG的时间信息与所述 终端中保存的上次接收到 ESG 的时间信息判断是否满足全部重新更新 ESG 的条件,若是,则所述终端将其上保存的 ESG全部更新为本次接收到的 ESG; 否则, 所述终端判断所述 ESG中携带的 ESG更新指示与其上保存的 ESG中 的 ESG更新指示的值是否相同, 不相同时对终端上发生变更的 ESG信息进 行更新。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述终端将其上保存的 ESG全部 更新为本次接收到的 ESG之后或对终端上发生变更的 ESG信息进行更新之 后, 该方法进一步包括:
所述终端将其上保存的时间信息更新为本次接收 ESG的时间信息。
3、 如权利要求 1或 2所述的方法, 其中,
所述全部重新更新 ESG的条件为:
所述终端再次接收到 ESG 的时间信息与所述终端中保存的上次接收到 ESG的时间信息的差值大于所述终端中预定义的一个阔值, 或
所述终端再次接收到 ESG 的时间信息与所述终端中保存的上次接收到 ESG的时间信息位于所述终端中预定义的更新时间临界点两侧。
4、如权利要求 1或 2所述的方法,其中, 所述终端再次接收到 ESG后, 且根据本次接收到 ESG的时间信息与所述终端中保存的接收到 ESG的时间 信息判断是否满足全部重新更新 ESG的条件之前, 该方法还包括以下步骤: 所述终端判断本次接收到的 ESG中携带的网络更新指示的值与其上保存 的上次接收到的 ESG中携带的网络更新指示的值是否相同, 若相同, 则所述 终端执行判断本次接收到 ESG 的时间信息与所述终端中保存的上次接收到 ESG的时间信息是否满足全部重新更新 ESG的条件的步骤; 否则, 所述终端 将其上保存的 ESG全部更新为本次接收到的 ESG后结束。
5、 如权利要求 4所述的方法, 其中, 该方法包括:
所述终端确定所述 ESG中携带的 ESG更新指示与其上保存的 ESG中的 ESG更新指示的值相同时, 不对其上保存的 ESG进行更新, 使用终端保存的 ESG, 所述终端将其上保存的时间信息更新为本次接收 ESG的时间信息。
6、 如权利要求 3所述的方法, 其中,
所述终端中预定义的阔值为 24小时, 所述更新时间临界点为 0点。
7、一种实现移动多媒体广播 ESG更新的终端,该终端包含存储模块、 更 新模块、 时间信息判断模块及更新指示判断模块, 其中,
所述存储模块用于在接收到 ESG时,保存所述 ESG及本次接收到该 ESG 的时间信息; 还用于保存更新后的 ESG;
所述更新模块用于在接收到更新命令后,将其上保存的 ESG全部更新为 本次接收到的 ESG;
所述时间信息判断模块用于根据本次接收到 ESG的时间信息与所述存储 模块中保存的上次接收到 ESG 的时间信息判断是否满足全部重新更新 ESG 的条件, 若是, 则向所述更新模块发送所述更新命令; 否则, 向所述更新指 示判断模块发送判断命令;
所述更新指示判断模块用于在接收到所述判断命令后, 判断本次接收到 的 ESG中携带的 ESG更新指示与所述存储模块中保存的上次接收到 ESG中 的 ESG更新指示的值是否相同, 在确认不相同时向所述更新模块发送所述更 新命令。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的终端, 其中,
所述更新模块还用于将其上保存的时间信息更新为本次接收 ESG的时间 信息;
所述存储模块还用于保存更新后的 ESG时间信息。
9、 如权利要求 7或 8所述的终端, 其中,
所述全部重新更新 ESG的条件为: 所述终端接收到 ESG的时间信息与 所述存储模块中保存的接收到 ESG的时间信息的差值大于所述终端中预定义 的一个阔值, 或所述终端接收到 ESG的时间信息与所述存储模块中保存的接 收到 ESG的时间信息位于所述终端中预定义的更新时间临界点两侧。
10、 如权利要求 7或 8所述的终端, 其中, 该终端还包括: 网络更新指 示判断模块, 所述网络更新指示判断模块用于比较所述终端本次接收到的
ESG中携带的网络更新指示的值与所述存储模块中保存的 ESG中的网络更新 指示的值, 若二者不同, 则用于向所述更新模块发送所述更新命令; 否则, 用于向所述时间信息判断模块发送判断命令, 指示所述时间信息判断模块进 行后续判断。
11、 如权利要求 9所述的终端, 其中,
所述终端中预定义的阔值为 24小时, 所述更新时间临界点为 0点。
