Abstract

Constituido en forma de copa, constando dicho soporte de una base de sustentación al suelo de donde parte un vástago de poco diámetro de espesor y que sostiene un cuerpo cóncavo de forma oval. Su colocación es en vertical y en aquellos espacios de las pistas de tenis en los que se sitúan los recogepelotas encargados de suministrar la toalla al jugador que la usa para secarse el sudor. La publicidad se inserta en los laterales de éste aunque toda la pieza tenga el color corporativo. El soporte termina en su parte superior en un cuerpo cóncavo tal que permite alojar una bandeja o cuenco y, sobre ésta, depositar la toalla.

Description

SOPORTE PUBLICITARIO TOALLERO EN PISTAS DE TENIS La presente invención se refiere a un soporte publicitario en forma copa estilizada en cuya parte superior y, en el interior de ésta, se aloja i cesta o bandeja de Ia forma más adecuada en Ia cual se deposita una Ia que sirve para Ia limpieza del sudor del jugador que compite en Ia a de tenis. De esta forma se evita el tener que depositar Ia toalla en is no adecuados bien por Ia suciedad, Ia incomodidad o Ia estética, dose a veces Ia circunstancia de que se depositan en el suelo o sobre eras publicitarias u otros soportes publicitarios, dificultando su visión, más se pretende crear un nuevo espacio publicitario en los campos enis.
Se considera publicidad exterior aquella que se sitúa en lugares lieos dirigida a un público receptor. En el deporte del tenis se puede publicidad exterior. Se encuentra muy extendido este deporte en el Ia velocidad y el movimiento del cuerpo ocasionan un esfuerzo que a ez es causa del constante sudor de los jugadores que descendiendo su frente se dispersa sobre sus ojos impidiéndoles Ia visión. Para ello isponen los llamados recogepelotas o personal distribuido por Ia pista, do una de sus misiones Ia de aprovisionar de una toalla al jugador que se seque el sudor cuando éste Io necesite. La forma de copa ida preferentemente para esta invención se encuentra inspirada en el de una flor. La idea de copa se asocia con el éxito. Con Ia presente invención se consigue, por un lado dotar de un )rte a Ia toalla de secado del sudor de los jugadores de tenis y, a Ia conseguir un espacio más para Ia instalación de publicidad en sitios ;laves como los espacios de los recogepelotas en Ia cancha de juego.
Se conocen en los campos de tenis los anuncios publicitarios en ¡uatro laterales del rectángulo de juego, publicidad en Ia silla del juez silla, en Ia de los jueces de líneas, en las camisetas de los gepelotas, en los espacios destinados al descanso de los petidores con su correspondiente silla y nevera. Para el sudor se icen las cintas para Ia cabeza, muñequeras y los grip y cubregrips. El imento US2007099732 describe una adición a Ia red de juego en los irnos de Ia misma que con Ia ayuda de un cordel se sostiene un cartel ¡citano. El documento EP1978500 (A2) propone un soporte hinchable orma cilindrica a desplegar en campos de juegos. El documento 212927 narra un despliegue de forma automática para un tótem.
Lo que se conoce en el estado de Ia técnica presenta estos ivenientes: Las cintas en el pelo, en las muñecas y los grip son demasiado pequeños para portar publicidad o poder ser vista por los usuarios.
El documento US2007099732 describe una adición a Ia red pero este reclamo publicitario necesita ser transparente para dejar visión a los jugadores.
El documento EP1978500 (A2) no es un soporte fijo sino de un material hinchable por Io que no resulta fiable su estabilidad en los golpes de pelota. El documento ES2212927 propone una forma de desplegar un reclamo publicitario no el reclamo en sí mismo Frente a estos inconvenientes Ia invención que aquí se propone enta las siguientes ventajas:
Tiene una doble función: Ia de servir como soporte a las toallas de uso contra el sudor por parte de los jugadores y servir de soporte para un sponsor
Puede tener las dimensiones y formas que el anunciante desee, incluso puede tener Ia imagen o diseño distintivo de
Ia empresa anunciante.
No tiene que ser translúcido. El fondo es opaco y se destaca mejor que en Ia red.
Es de un material rígido, Io que Ie hace tener firmeza ante las embestidas de una pelota Es fácil de instalar.
Es económico.
Al estar situado en varios puntos del campo se puede ver desde cualquier ángulo del campo por todos los espectadores.
Todos estos elementos conjugados dan lugar a un resultado final I que se aportan características diferenciadoras significativas frente al do de Ia técnica actual.
Así, Ia presente invención se constituye a partir de un soporte con a de copa, constando dicho soporte de una base de sustentación al ) de donde parte un vastago de poco diámetro de espesor y que Ξíne un cuerpo cóncavo de forma oval. La medida en ra del soporte oscila entre un metro y treinta centímetros y un metro y centímetros encontrándose elaborado en aluminio o hierro revestido 'VC o vinilo.
En otra realización diferente el soporte se instala horizontalmente i Ia posición espacial conveniente.
En otra realización distinta el soporte puede ostentar cualquier ia adecuada ya sea geométrica o de formas libres.
De forma distinta el soporte se puede encontrar adosado a una d lateral del campo de tenis con medios de fijación adecuados o >ntrarse libre de cualquier fijación.
Otra realización diferente se constituye porque el soporte se tífica en su diseño a una marca tridimensional pudiendo ser Ia misma a del soporte Ia que conlleve el reclamo publicitario
Distintamente en Ia copa de forma cóncava no existe bandeja idora, extrayendo, en este caso, Ia toalla el recogepelotas con Ia D y acercándosela de este modo al jugador que Ia requiera.
Alternativamente el soporte es luminoso.
De forma distinta Ia barra o tallo que partiendo del soporte se liegan conformando Ia copa o cáliz se bifurca en dos soportando dos s distintas con objeto de que las toallas se encuentren separadas y los jugadores usen toallas distintas en aquellos casos en que se 3n en tándem o juego llamado de dobles. En otra realización distinta el material del que se encuentra elaborado el toallero no es de ningún tipo especial pudiéndose encontrarse elaborado con otros materiales siempre que sean adecuados. En otra realización diferente se incorpora en el fondo de Ia superficie del soporte que sirve de bandeja una resistencia que seca Ia toalla del sudor del jugador y Ia calienta, adicionándole un agradable tacto.
Distintamente en el interior de Ia cavidad cóncava puede existir agua frío y hielo con objeto de enfriar Ia toalla en lugares donde se juegue con excesivo calor
Para una mejor comprensión de esta memoria descriptiva, se acompaña de un dibujo a modo de ejemplo no limitativo, describe una realización preferida de Ia invención:

En dicha figura se destacan los siguientes elementos numerados:

7.- Toalla Una realización preferida de Ia invención propuesta se constituye a partir de un soporte (1 ) con forma de copa, constando dicho soporte de una base de sustentación (2) al suelo de donde parte un vastago (3) de poco diámetro de espesor y que sostiene un cuerpo cóncavo (4) de forma oval. Su colocación es en vertical y en aquellos espacios de las pistas de tenis en los que se sitúan los recogepelotas encargados de suministrar Ia toalla al jugador que Ia usa para secarse el sudor. La publicidad se inserta en los laterales (5) de este cuerpo cóncavo (4) aunque todo el soporte (1 ), tiene el color corporativo. El soporte (1 ) termina en su parte superior en un cuerpo cóncavo (4) tal que permite alojar una bandeja (6) o cuenco y, sobre ésta (6), depositar Ia toalla (7) cuando el jugador ha terminado de usarla habiéndosela devuelto al recogepelotas para que Ia guarde hasta su próximo uso. La medida en altura del soporte oscila entre un metro y treinta centímetros y un metro y diez centímetros encontrándose elaborado en aluminio o hierro revestido de PVC o vinilo

Claims

REIVINDICACIONES
1.- Soporte publicitario toallero en pistas de tenis, caracterizado por un soporte (1 ) con forma de copa, constando dicho soporte de una base de sustentación (2) al suelo de donde parte un vastago (3) de poco diámetro de espesor y que sostiene un cuerpo cóncavo (4) de forma oval. Su colocación es en vertical y en aquellos espacios de las pistas de tenis en los que se sitúan los recogepelotas encargados de suministrar Ia toalla al jugador que Ia usa para secarse el sudor. La publicidad se inserta en los laterales (5) de este cuerpo cóncavo (4) aunque todo el soporte (1 ) tiene el color corporativo. El soporte (1 ) termina en su parte superior en un cuerpo cóncavo (4) tal que permite alojar una bandeja (6) o cuenco y¡ sobre ésta (6), depositar Ia toalla (7) cuando el jugador ha terminado de usarla habiéndosela devuelto al recogepelotas para que Ia guarde hasta su próximo uso. La medida en altura del soporte oscila entre un metro y treinta centímetros y un metro y diez centímetros encontrándose elaborado en aluminio o hierro revestido de PVC o vinilo.
2.- Soporte publicitario toallero en pistas de tenis, según reivindicación 1 , caracterizado por ostentar cualquier forma adecuada ya sea geométrica o de formas libres
3.- Soporte publicitario toallero en pistas de tenis, según reivindicación 1 , caracterizado porque el soporte se puede encontrar adosado a una pared lateral del campo de tenis con formas de sujeción adecuados o encontrarse libre de cualquier fijación.
4.- Soporte publicitario toallero en pistas de tenis, según reivindicación 1 , caracterizado porque el soporte se identifica en su diseño a una marca tridimensional pudiendo ser Ia misma forma del soporte Ia que conlleve el reclamo publicitario
5.- Soporte publicitario toallero en pistas de tenis, según reivindicación 1 , caracterizado porque el cuerpo cóncavo no lleva incluida Ia bandeja sino que Ia toalla es el único objeto que se encuentra en su interior.
6.-- Soporte publicitario toallero en pistas de tenis, según reivindicación 1 , caracterizado porque dicho soporte es luminoso.
7.- Soporte publicitario toallero en pistas de tenis, según reivindicación 1 , caracterizado porque el toallero se compone al menos de dos soportes para Ia ubicación de sendas toallas.
8.- Soporte publicitario toallero en pistas de tenis, según reivindicación 1 , caracterizado porque el material del que se encuentra elaborado el toallero no es de ningún tipo especial.
9.- Soporte publicitario toallero en pistas de tenis, según reivindicación 1 , caracterizado porque se incorpora en el fondo de Ia superficie del soporte que sirve de bandeja una resistencia.
10.- Soporte publicitario toallero en pistas de tenis, según reivindicación 1 , caracterizado porque el soporte se instala horizontalmente o en Ia posición espacial conveniente.
11.- Soporte publicitario toallero en pistas de tenis, según reivindicación 1 , caracterizado porque en el interior de Ia cavidad cóncava puede existir agua fría y hielo.
