本发明实施例提供了一种访问 NGMS卡的方法及设备, 在 NGMS卡中 提供与 STK访问的接口, 使得用户通过 STK间接实现对原有 NGMS卡的 文件访问和管理功能, 实现 NGMS卡向前部分功能兼容和扩展。
为达到上述目的, 本发明实施例提供了一种 NGMS卡, 与终端相连, 所述 NGMS卡包括: SIM模块, 用于接收终端对 NGMS模块进行操作的命 令, 根据所述命令对所述 NGMS模块进行访问控制; NGMS模块, 用于接 收所述 SIM模块发送的访问控制指令, 根据所述指令执行相应的 NGMS操 作。
本发明实施例提供了一种访问 NGMS卡的方法, 所述 NGMS卡包括 SIM模块和 NGMS模块, 所述方法包括: 所述 SIM模块通过第一接口接收 终端对所述 NGMS模块进行操作的命令; 所述 SIM模块根据所述命令对所 述 NGMS模块进行访问控制。
与现有技术相比, 本发明实施例至少存在以下优点:
本发明实施例中, 用户使用 SIM现有的 STK接口, 在不改动手机的情 况下, 实现对 NGMS卡的管理和控制, 也可以实现不支持 NGMS的终端对 NGMS卡的管理和控制功能。 附图说明

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图, 对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行 清楚、 完整地描述, 显然, 所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例, 而 不是全部的实施例。 基于本发明中的实施例, 本领域普通技术人员在没有作 出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例, 都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明实施例
本发明实施例提供了一种 NGMS卡, 包括 NGMS模块和 SIM模块, NGMS模块, 用于进行 NGMS 的文件访问、 程序运行、 数据配置、 以及 NGMS控制管理的一种或多种功能; SIM模块, 通过第一接口与终端连 接, 用于根据终端的命令对 NGMS模块进行操作, 并通过第一接口, 使终 端对 NGMS程序进行操作; 该 SIM模块还通过第二接口与 NGMS模块连 接, 用于与 NGMS模块进行交互, 即对 NGMS模块进行访问控制并返回处 理结果, 该交互可以实现文件访问管理、 程序运行、 数据配置、 以及 NGMS控制等功能。 本发明实施例与现有技术的区别在于, 在 SIM模块中 增加 NGMS交互应用模块。 该模块同 NGMS模块的接口实现了对 NGMS 模块的访问、 配置和控制, 而且, 用户可以通过终端 STK功能调用实现对 该 NGMS应用的操作, 进而实现对 NGMS模块的访问、 配置和控制功能。 通过本发明实施例, 用户可通过传统 SIM模块中提供的 STK接口, 运行 NGMS交互程序, 对 NGMS模块实现文件浏览、 数据统计等文件的访问, 进行对 NGMS参数等方面的配置功能, 实现对 NGMS模块进行重置、 激活 和去激活方面的控制功能。
本发明实施例一中, 描述了 NGMS卡同手机的系统, 如图 1所示, 该 系统包括 NGMS卡 110和具有 STK功能调用的终端 120。 NGMS卡 110中 包括: NGMS模块 111, 其是实现 NGMS卡的能力的核心系统, 用于提供 NGMS 的文件访问, 或 /和程序运行, 或 /和数据配置, 或 /和 NGMS控制等 功能; NGMS交互应用模块 112, 为本发明实施例新增部分内容, 用于实现 对 NGMS模块 111的控制, 并能够通过传统 SIM模块 113的 STK接口, 使 得用户能够进行对程序的操作功能, 从而终端可以通过传统 SIM模块 113, 实现对 NGMS模块 111的操作; IF-A接口 (第一接口) , 用于提供终端同 SIM卡系统之间的 STK接口, 与传统 SIM卡提供的 STK为同一接口; IF-B 接口 (第二接口) , 在传统 SIM模块 113同 NGMS模块 111之间建立的, 为了实现 NGMS交互应用模块 112对 NGMS模块 111控制的接口, IF-B接 口实现 NGMS交互应用模块 112同 NGMS模块 111之间的访问和交互。 其 中, NGMS交互应用模块 112与传统 SIM模块 113组成 SIM模块。
其中, SIM模块的功能框图如图 2所示, 包括: STK接口模块 210, 用 于与终端通过 STK方式通信; SIM核心系统模块 220, 分别与 STK接口模 块 210和 NGMS管理的 STK应用模块 230连接, 用于存储用户信息、 认证 和加密的密钥等内容的电脑芯片, 其中的密钥可用于用户身份的鉴别, 并对 客户通话时的语音信息进行加密。
NGMS管理的 STK应用模块 230, 与 STK接口模块 210连接, 用于与
NGMS模块 111进行交互, 实现对 NGMS模块 111的访问控制, 符合现有 SIM要求的 STK应用规则, 并通过 STK接口模块 210实现同终端用户进行 交互; NGMS管理的 STK应用模块 230还可为终端用户提供菜单操作序 列, 同时能够通过 NGMS接口连接模块 240同 NGMS模块 111进行接口通 信, 从而实现用户同 NGMS的交互和访问。
NGMS接口连接模块 240, 分别与 NGMS管理的 STK应用模块 230和 SIM核心系统模块 220连接, 用于实现 SIM对 NGMS 的访问, 该模块可 选, 如果没有该模块, 则 SIM核心系统模块 SIM Core和 NGMS核心系统模 块 NGMS Core采用直接调用方式。 其中, 传统的 SIM模块 113包括 STK 接口模块 210和 SIM核心系统模块 220; NGMS交互应用模块 112包括 NGMS管理的 STK应用模块 230和 NGMS接口连接模块 240。
其中, NGMS模块 111的核心结构如图 3所示, 包括:
NGMS核心系统模块 310, 用于提供 NGMS的文件访问、 程序运行、 数据配置、 以及 NGMS控制等功能;
配置管理模块 320, 与 NGMS 核心系统模块 310连接, 用于实现
NGMS容量限制设置、 NGMS应用更新设置、 NGMS菜单更新设置等功 能;
控制模块 330, 与 NGMS核心系统模块 310连接, 用于实现用户对 NGMS的系统进行控制管理, 可以实现 NGMS模块 111的激活控制、 休眠 控制、 状态查询操作和系统重置操作等功能。
文件管理模块 340, 与 NGMS核心系统模块 310连接, 用于实现用户 对 NGMS的文件系统进行管理, 可以实现 NGMS文件系统进行浏览功能、 统计功能和文件系统格式化功能;
SIM接口连接模块 350, 与 NGMS核心系统模块 310连接, 用于接收 SIM模块的访问, 该模块为可选, 如果没有该模块, 贝 ij SIM Core和 NGMS Core采用直接调用方式。
本发明实施例二中提供了一种访问 NGMS卡的方法, 该方法的执行主 体为 SIM模块, 该方法包括:
1, 通过第一接口接收终端对 NGMS模块 111进行操作的命令; 其中, 第一接口是 STK接口。
2, 根据该命令与该 NGMS模块 111进行交互。 其中, 通过第二接口与
NGMS模块 111进行交互, 交互包括以下的一种或几种: 对 NGMS模块 111 的文件管理、 程序运行、 配置管理、 控制管理, 第二接口是 STK接 口, 或者非 STK接口。
其中, 根据命令对 NGMS模块 111进行交互, 具体包括: 接收用户通 过菜单选择文件访问功能的命令; 通过 NGMS接口连接模块, 调用 NGMS 模块 111 的文件管理功能, 实现用户对 NGMS模块 111 的文件管理类操 作。
其中, 根据命令对 NGMS模块 111进行交互, 具体包括: 接收用户通 过菜单选择配置管理功能的命令; 通过 NGMS接口连接模块, 调用 NGMS 配置管理功能, 实现用户对 NGMS模块 111的配置管理功能类操作。
其中, 根据命令对 NGMS模块 111交互, 具体包括: 接收用户通过菜 单选择控制管理功能的命令; 通过 NGMS接口连接模块, 调用 NGMS控制 管理功能, 实现用户对 NGMS模块 111的控制管理功能类操作。
本发明实施例三中, NGMS管理的 STK应用模块, 通过传统 SIM提供 的 STK接口, 为终端用户提供服务。 当用户通过手机 STK应用、 启动 NGMS管理应用时, NGMS管理的 STK应用模块 230的处理流程如图 4所 歩骤 401, 当用户调用 STK, 并进入到 NGMS 管理功能时, 启动 NGMS应用;
歩骤 402, 用户通过 NGMS应用提供的菜单进行操作。
歩骤 403, 当用户通过菜单选择文件访问功能时, 通过 NGMS接口连 接模块 240调用 NGMS模块 111的文件管理功能, 实现用户对 NGMS模块 111的文件管理类操作, 转歩骤 406;
歩骤 404, 当用户通过菜单选择配置管理功能时, 通过 NGMS接口连 接模块 240调用 NGMS模块 111的配置管理功能, 实现用户对 NGMS模块 111的配置管理功能类操作, 转歩骤 406;
歩骤 405, 当用户通过菜单选择控制管理功能时, 通过 NGMS接口连 接模块 240调用 NGMS模块 111的控制管理功能, 实现用户对 NGMS模块 111的控制管理功能类操作;
歩骤 406, 通过调用 NGMS模块 111, 将结果通过 STK接口反馈给终 端。
其中, 歩骤 403、 歩骤 404和歩骤 405之间没有先后顺序关系, 可以根 据用户选择进行调用。
歩骤 402的具体过程中用户可以进入 STK操作的多级菜单。
例如用户在手机终端上进入 STK操作入口后, 进入一级菜单 A, 如图 5 所示, 在此菜单中列出了该 SIM卡中提供的应用清单, 其中第 7 项 NGMS为 NGMS功能操作项, 用户选择该项后, 进入二级菜单 B。
二级菜单 B: 提供可进行 NGMS操作的二级菜单中列出了可进行操作 的的子项目, 包括: NGMS文件访问, 表示对 NGMS文件进行操作类项 目; NGMS配置管理, 表示对 NGMS模块 111进行系统配置操作类项目; NGMS控制管理, 表示对 NGMS模块 111进行控制操作类项目。 当用户分 别选择进入该三个项目后, 进入三级菜单 C、 D、 E。 三级菜单 C, 提供可进行 NGMS文件访问的功能子项目的三级菜单, 包括: NGMS文件浏览, 表示对 NGMS文件系统进行浏览功能项; NGMS 文件统计, 表示对 NGMS模块 111 的文件进行统计操作, 并显示给用户; NGMS文件格式化, 表示对 NGMS的文件系统进行格式化操作。
三级菜单 D, 提供可以进行 NGMS模块 111的配置功能。 功能子项包 括: NGMS容量限制, 表示设置 NGMS模块 111 可使用的容量限制; NGMS应用更新, 表示对 NGMS模块 111的应用进行更新或下载新的应用 操作; NGMS菜单更新, 表示对 NGMS下的 STK菜单进行更新操作。
三级菜单 E, 提供 NGMS模块 111 的控制功能。 功能子项包括: NGMS激活操作, 表示控制 NGMS模块 111的 Enable操作, 使其从休眠状 态进入激活状态; NGMS休眠操作, 表示控制 NGMS模块 111的 Disable操 作, 使其从激活状态进入休眠状态; NGMS 状态查询, 表示查询当前 NGMS模块 111 的状态是否为激活或者休眠状态; NGMS系统重置, 表示 控制当前 NGMS模块 111进行系统重置, 使其恢复到初始环境。
四级菜单 F如图 6所示, 当用户对三级菜单 C中 " 1、 NGMS文件浏 览"进行选择操作时, 则进入四级菜单 F, 表示显示当前的 NGMS系统文 件, 当前列出的是 NGMS模块 111中的文件系统, 当前显示的为共 6个一 级文件目录, 如果用户继续进行选择, 则继续显示下一级文件, 直到显示为 没有文件夹为止。
四级菜单 G, 当用户对三级菜单 C中 "2、 NGMS文件统计"进行操作 时, 进入四级菜单 G, 表示要求对 NGMS模块 111的文件进行系统统计, 列出的为当前 NGMS模块 111的文件显示情况。
四级菜单 H, 当用户对三级菜单 C中 "3、 NGMS文件格式化"进行操 作时, 进入四级菜单 H, 表示对 NGMS模块 111文件进行格式化操作, 当 前显示的为格式化后的结果显示。
四级菜单 I, 如图 7所示, 当用户对三级菜单 D中的 " 1、 NGMS容量 限制"进行操作时, 进入四级菜单 I, 表示要求用户对系统 NGMS容量进行 限制, 列出两个操作可选项目 " 1、 系统容量限制操作" , 表示用户进行系 统容量限制进行设置; " 2、 系统容量显示" , 表示显示当前系统容量情 况。
四级菜单 J, 当用户对三级菜单 D中的 "2、 NGMS应用更新"进行操 作时, 进入四级菜单 J, 表示要求更新当前的 NGMS模块 1 1 1中的应用, 系 统会向服务器进行更新操作, 完成对 NGMS模块 1 1 1 的应用进行更新, 并 将更新后的结果显示给用户。
四级菜单 K, 当用户对三级菜单 D中的 "3、 NGMS菜单更新"进行操 作时, 进入四级菜单 K, 表示要求更新目前 NGMS部分菜单, 系统进行 NGMS菜单更新, 并将更新的结果显示给用户。
四级菜单 L, 如图 8所示, 当用户对三级菜单 E中的 " 1、 NGMS激活 操作"进行操作时, 进入四级菜单 L, 表示对 NGMS进行激活, 并显示给 用户 NGMS模块 1 1 1激活成功。
四级菜单 M, 当用户对三级菜单 E中的 "2、 NGMS休眠操作"进行操 作时, 进入四级菜单 M, 表示对 NGMS进行休眠操作, 并显示给用户 NGMS休眠操作成功。
四级菜单 N, 当用户对三级菜单 E中的 "3、 NGMS状态查询"进行操 作时, 进入四级菜单 N, 表示对 NGMS当前的状态进行查询, 并将查询结 果显示给用户。
四级菜单 0, 当用户对三级菜单 E中的 "4、 NGMS系统重置"进行操 作时, 进入四级菜单 0, 表示对 NGMS系统进行重置, 使其恢复到默认环 境, 并将重置后的结果显示给用户。
本发明实施例中, 用户使用 SIM现有的 STK接口, 在不改动手机的情 况下, 实现对 NGMS模块的管理和控制, 也可以实现不支持 NGMS的终端 对 NGMS模块的管理和控制功能。 通过以上的实施方式的描述, 本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到本发 明可以通过硬件实现, 也可以借助软件加必要的通用硬件平台的方式来实现 基于这样的理解, 本发明的技术方案可以以软件产品的形式体现出来, 该软 件产品可以存储在一个非易失性存储介质 (可以是 CD-ROM, U盘, 移动 硬盘等) 中, 包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备 (可以是个人计算机, 服务器, 或者网络设备等) 执行本发明各个实施例所述的方法。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式, 应当指出, 对于本技术领域的普 通技术人员来说, 在不脱离本发明原理的前提下, 还可以做出若干改进和润 饰, 这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种大容量智能卡 NGMS, 与终端相连, 其特征在于, 所述 NGMS 卡包括:
SIM模块, 用于接收终端对 NGMS模块进行操作的命令, 根据所述命 令对所述 NGMS模块进行访问控制;
NGMS模块, 用于接收所述 SIM模块发送的访问控制指令, 根据所述 指令执行相应的 NGMS操作。
2、 如权利要求 1 所述的 NGMS卡, 其特征在于, 所述 SIM模块包 括:
传统 SIM模块, 通过第一接口与终端连接, 用于接收所述终端对所述
NGMS模块进行操作的命令;
NGMS交互应用模块, 通过第二接口与所述 NGMS模块连接, 用于根 据所述命令对所述 NGMS模块进行访问控制。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的 NGMS卡, 其特征在于, 所述传统 SIM模块 包括:
STK接口模块, 用于通过第一接口与终端通信;
SIM核心系统模块, 与所述 STK接口模块连接, 用于存储终端信息、 认证和加密的密钥内容, 并通过所述 STK接口模块接收所述终端对所述 NGMS模块进行操作的命令。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的 NGMS卡, 其特征在于, 所述 NGMS交互应 用模块包括:
NGMS管理的 STK应用模块, 用于对所述 NGMS模块进行访问控制, 以及通过所述 STK接口模块与终端用户进行交互。
5、 如权利要求 1所述的 NGMS卡, 其特征在于, 所述 NGMS交互应 用模块还包括:
NGMS接口连接模块, 用于实现所述 SIM模块对所述 NGMS模块的访 问。
6、 如权利要求 1所述的 NGMS卡, 其特征在于, 所述 NGMS模块包 括:
NGMS核心系统模块, 用于提供 NGMS的文件访问、 程序运行、 数据 配置以及 NGMS控制中的一种或多种功能;
配置管理模块, 与所述 NGMS核心系统模块连接, 用于实现 NGMS容 量限制设置、 NGMS应用更新设置以及 NGMS菜单更新设置功能;
控制模块, 与所述 NGMS核心系统模块连接, 用于对所述 NGMS模块 进行控制管理, 实现 NGMS模块的激活控制、 休眠控制、 状态查询操作和 系统重置操作功能;
文件管理模块, 与所述 NGMS核心系统模块连接, 用于对 NGMS的文 件系统进行管理, 对 NGMS文件系统进行浏览功能、 统计功能和文件系统 格式化功能。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的 NGMS卡, 其特征在于, 所述 NGMS模块还 包括:
SIM接口连接模块, 与所述 NGMS核心系统模块以及所述 SIM模块连 接, 用于接收所述 SIM模块的访问控制指令。
