Arrangement introduced into packaging for animal feed, applicable to different packagings unbending or not, including those of the box (1) kind or in the form of bags (2), obtained from cellulosic material, chiefly cardboard, plain paper or cardpaper, plasticized or not, and also those of the bag (2) kind can be obtained from different plastic films, metalized or non-metalized, having one or more layers, and also its internal bulk is divided by at least two isolated compartments (3-4), having the same or different bulks, both for the isolated accommodation of feeds having different characteristics or flavors, wherein the two compartments are isolated from each other by using at least a dividing wall (5), preferably disposed crosswardly or across its shortest width, whose edges are adequately joined to the walls of the packaging, be it in the form of a box (1) or bag (2).

Description

ARRANGEMENT INTRODUCED INTO PACKAGING FOR ANIMAL FEED.
Technical Field
More particularly, the present Utility Model refers to a packaging with an innovative construction that enables the accommodation of two different types of feed within the same bulk, consequently offering a new option for the same packaging to contain feeds having two different flavors or characteristics, which currently does not exist on the market.
State of the Art As it is known, today there is a considerable variety of packagings for feeds, which can practically be divided into two groups, dry and moist, in which the former are generally in the form of cardboard boxes or in the form of veritable plastic or plasticized bags, all hermetically sealed, whereas the moist variety, also hermetically sealed, vary from sachets or plastic bags to pots manufactured of different materials.
Drawbacks of conventional models.
There is no doubt that conventional packagings are produced to allow the correct accommodation of the different types of existing animal feeds, yet they are all affected by a restriction, which lies in the fact of defining an internal compartment to contain just one type of feed, consequently making it impossible to vary the flavor, which is only achieved by acquiring another packaging with a different flavor feed. Objectives of the Model
A new constructive arrangement applied to a packaging that is intended for clients wishing to vary the flavor of the feed offered to his pet, but using the same packaging, consequently, the user has the option of offering varied flavors to his pet, thus preventing it from getting bored with the food, since it is known that the palatability of the food is one of the owners' main concerns when feeding his pets. It is commonplace for an owner to vary the feed flavors, and even the brands, so as to offer dogs different flavors. Hence, the packaging in question is the only one on the pet market to offer two different feeds within a same packaging, accommodated separately, guaranteeing that the dogs and cats have varied meals and in accordance with the client's need. Accordingly, the client may vary the feed on a weekly or daily basis, or even between meals on the same day, without having to purchase two separate items. Another advantage is that the formulation of the product was developed so as to provide the owner varied feed without having to establish adjustment periods between one flavor and the next. The client can offer one feed at lunchtime and another feed at dinnertime.
Novelty and functional improvement.
The main characteristic of the model in question is the fact that a same packaging internally contains two hermetic compartments for the accommodation of two different feeds, for dogs, cats or any other pet. Description of the drawings.
Below, for an improved understanding of the present Utility Model, a detailed description follows, bearing references to the appended drawings:
FIGURE 1 shows an overhead perspective view exemplifying a packaging in the form of a box having side apertures that can receive the present improvement;
FIGURE 2 shows an underneath perspective view of the packaging of figure 1 ;
FIGURE 3 illustrates an overhead perspective view exemplifying the fact that the packaging of figure 1 can have apertures for feed outlet in the upper section;
FIGURE 4 is an underneath perspective view of the packaging shown in figure 3;
FIGURE 5 shows an overhead perspective view exemplifying the fact that the model in question applies to packagings of the bag kind; FIGURE 6 represents an anterior elevation view of the packaging illustrated in figure 5;
FIGURE 7 is a side view of the packaging in the form of a box with the indication of the "A-A" and "B-B" cuts; FIGURE 8 shows a view of the "A-A" cut, illustrating the internal compartments of the packaging;

According to these illustrations and their details, the present Utility Model, ARRANGEMENT INTRODUCED INTO PACKAGING
FOR ANIMAL FEED, as depicted by figures 1 to 6, applies to different packagings, unbending or not, including those of the box (1) kind or in the form of bags (2), obtained from cellulosic material, chiefly cardboard, plain paper or cardpaper, plasticized or not, and also those of the bag (2) kind can be obtained from different plastic films, metalized or non-metalized, having one or more layers. Therefore, the packaging in question can be obtained by combining different laminar materials, permeable and impermeable, cellulosic and plastic, unbending and pliable, depending on the nature of the feed accommodated, chiefly whether it is dry or moist.
Independently of the materials used to manufacture the present packaging, said packaging is characterized, as illustrated in figures 7 to 15, wherein its internal bulk is hermetically divided by at least two isolated compartments (3-4), having the same or different bulks, both for the isolated accommodation of feeds having different characteristics or flavors, wherein the two compartments are isolated from each other by using at least a dividing wall (5), preferably disposed crosswardly or across its shortest width, whose edges are adequately joined to the walls of the packaging, be it in the form of a box (1) or bag (2).
As illustrated in figures 16 to 19, in a preferred embodiment, the compartments (3-4) are assembled such that each one has walls independent of the outer layer of the packaging, however, they can also be defined by the very walls of the packaging, as previously disclosed, while still not altering the basic design described initially.
In a preferred embodiment, each isolated compartment (3-4) includes the respective details (6), chiefly dotted lines or cut lines, in keeping with the outlet aperture design for each feed type, and these apertures also apply to the independent compartments illustrated in figure 17.
Logically the apertures (6) are designed in accordance with the materials and formats adopted for manufacturing the packaging and, accordingly, it is possible to define dotted regions or regions to be cut, however, these and other details are normally used so that the packaging can be easily opened and, further, these apertures are carried out timidly and sufficiently for the controlled outflow of the feed and, at the same time, have means so that it can be sealed again in order to avoid the loss of characteristics of the feed and entry of external agents. It will be understood that certain characteristics and combinations of materials and shapes used to manufacture the packaging in question may vary considerably whilst maintaining the same functional concept for the combination. Consequently, it is noted that the construction now described in detail, as an example, is clearly subject to constructive variations, however, always within the scope of the inventive concept of a packaging having at least two compartments hermetically separated now disclosed. Since many modifications can be implemented in the design now detailed in accordance with the descriptive requirements of the law, it is understood that the present details should be interpreted as being illustrative and not limitative.
As can be seen, after the disclosure and illustration above, the object in question, ARRANGEMENT INTRODUCED INTO PACKAGING FOR ANIMAL FEED, falls perfectly within the criteria that define the Utility Model, because besides being industrially useful, it also presents a new shape or arrangement, involving inventive act, resulting in a functional improvement in the use and manufacture thereof.

Claims

1) ARRANGEMENT INTRODUCED INTO PACKAGING FOR ANIMAL FEED, applicable to different packagings, unbending or pliable, including those of the box (1) kind or in the form of bags (2), obtained from cellulosic material, chiefly cardboard, plain paper or cardpaper, plasticized or not, and also those of the bag (2) kind can be obtained from different plastic films, metalized or non-metalized, having one or more layers; characterized wherein its internal bulk is hermetically divided by at least two isolated compartments (3-4), having the same or different bulks, both for the isolated accommodation of feeds having different characteristics or flavors, wherein the two compartments are isolated from each other by using at least a dividing wall (5), preferably disposed crosswardly or across its shortest width, whose edges are adequately joined with the walls of the packaging, be it in the form of a box (1) or bag (2). 2) ARRANGEMENT INTRODUCED INTO PACKAGING FOR ANIMAL FEED, according to claim 1, characterized wherein, in a preferred embodiment, the compartments (3-4) are designed such that each one has walls independent from the outer layer of the packaging.
3) ARRANGEMENT INTRODUCED INTO PACKAGING FOR ANIMAL FEED, according to claim 1, characterized wherein, in another preferred embodiment, the compartments (3-4) are defined jointly with the very walls of the packaging.
4) ARRANGEMENT INTRODUCED INTO PACKAGING FOR ANIMAL FEED, according to claim 1 , characterized wherein, in a preferred embodiment, each isolated compartment (3-4) includes the respective details (6), chiefly dotted lines or cut lines, in keeping with the outlet aperture design for each feed type.
