광고용 간판
본 발명은 광고용 간판에 관한 것으로, 더 상세하게는 간판을 설치하고 분리하기가 매우 편리하여서 업체 변경시 간판을 간편하게 교체할 수 있고, 간판의 설치 및 분리가 빈번하여도 건물이 손상되지 않으며, 각 간판을 이루는 문자나 도형의 개성을 살리면서도 전체 간판들이 일정하게 배열되도록 하여서 건물의 외관을 미려하게 유지할 수 있는 광고용 간판에 관한 것이다.
주지하다시피 간판은 상점, 회사 또는 기관 등에서 주변을 지나는 행인의 주의를 끌기 위해 상호, 취급품목과 상품명, 영업종목 등을 표기하여 당해 건물의 외벽 등에 내건 표지로서, 여러 가지 형태로 다양하게 시도되고 있는 광고수단 중의 하나이다.
간판은 방송이나 신문 등 전파매체를 통한 광고에 비해 저렴한 비용으로 비교적 높은 광고효과를 얻을 수 있을 뿐 아니라, 상점이 위치한 당해 건물에 직접 부착되어 근처를 지나는 행인이나 원거리에서 찾아오는 방문객에게 그 위치를 쉽게 찾을 수 있도록 알려주는 역할도 하므로 사실상 가장 광범위하고 보편적으로 이용되는 광고수단이라 할 수 있다.
이와 같은 간판은 단순히 간판패널의 표면에 칼라시트 등으로 문구를 도안해서 부착한 경우도 있으나, 대개는 야간의 용이한 식별은 물론 광고효과의 극대화를 위해 광고 면을 아크릴 등의 투광판으로 구성하고 내부에 형광등이나 LED 등과 같은 조명장치를 장착하여 발광하도록 구성되는 것이 일반적이다.
간판은 형태에 따라 돌출간판, 옥상간판, 입간판, 광고탑 등 다양한 종류가 있으며, 이들 중 건물의 외벽이나 예컨대 상점의 출입구 주변에 현수되는 돌출간판이 가장 일반적으로 이용되고 있다.
돌출간판은 건물의 외벽에 현수되는 것인 바, 접촉이나 바람 등과 같은 외부의 물리적 요인에도 쉽게 이탈되지 않도록 매우 견고한 부착상태가 요구된다. 이러한 돌출간판은 건물 입주자가 바뀌거나 업종이 변경될 경우, 벽면에 부착된 간판도 교체해야 한다.
이를 위해 돌출간판은 간판의 바디프레임 한쪽 측면에 별도의 고정프레임을 용접이나 볼팅(bolting)으로 고정한 후, 이 고정프레임을 건물 외벽에 돌출되도록 매설된 앵커볼트(anchor bolt)에 너트로 체결함으로써 건물 외벽에 부착하는 방식을 취하고 있다.
그런데, 이와 같은 종래의 일반적인 부착방법은 다음과 같은 문제점들을 내포하고 있다.
먼저, 고정프레임이 단일 간판만을 부착할 수 있는 것이기 때문에 부착하는 간판마다 각기 고정프레임을 구비해야 하고, 새로운 간판을 설치할 때마다 건물 외벽에 앵커볼트를 따로 설치해야 하므로 설치작업이 어렵고 번잡하다.
또한, 간판의 경우 통상 하나의 건물에 입주사별로 각기 다른 여러 개의 간판들이 부착되는데, 종래의 부착방식은 간판마다 개별적으로 부착하는 것이므로 간판의 부착위치나 크기도 각기 다른 경우가 많아 건물의 외관을 크게 저하시킨다.
그리고, 건물 외벽의 여기저기 간판 설치의 흔적이 남을 뿐 아니라 건물의 내구도에도 나쁜 영향을 미치고, 건물관리의 효율 측면에서도 불리하다.
상술한 문제점을 해결하기 위한 본 발명의 목적은, 간판을 설치하고 분리하기가 매우 편리하여서 업체 변경시 간판을 간편하게 교체할 수 있도록 한 광고용 간판을 제공하는데 있다.
본 발명의 다른 목적은, 간판의 설치 및 분리가 빈번하여도 건물이 손상되지 않도록 한 광고용 간판을 제공하는데 있다.
본 발명의 또 다른 목적은, 각 간판을 이루는 문자나 도형의 개성을 살리면서도 전체 간판들이 일정하게 배열되도록 하여서 건물의 외관을 미려하게 유지할 수 있도록 한 광고용 간판을 제공하는데 있다.
본 발명의 또 다른 목적은, 다양한 방향으로 조사되는 조명빛을 이용하여서 간판의 미관을 극대화시킬 수 있도록 한 광고용 간판을 제공하는데 있다.
이와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명의 광고용 간판은, 벽체에 고정되고 내부에 조명등이 내장되는 채널; 하부가 상기 채널의 상부에 결합되고 전면에 다수의 타공구멍들이 형성되는 타공판; 상기 타공판들의 타공구멍들에 결합되는 광고도형;으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 한다.

이상에서와 같은 본 발명은, 앵커볼트를 이용하여 벽체에 채널을 수평으로 길게 고정하고, 채널의 상부에 타공판을 고정하며, 타공판의 타공구멍에 광고도형의 수나사부를 끼운 후 고정너트를 체결하여서 고정시킨다. 간판을 교체할 때에는 고정너트를 풀고 광고도형의 수나사부를 타공구멍으로부터 빼내서 광고도형만 교체하면 된다. 따라서 간판을 설치하고 분리하기가 매우 편리하며, 이에 따라 업체 변경시 간판을 간편하게 교체할 수 있다.

이러한 본 발명의 광고용 간판은, 채널(100), 타공판(10), 광고도형(20)으로 이루어진다. 채널(100)은 벽체(1)에 고정되고 내부에 조명등이 내장된다. 이러한 채널(100)은 설치프레임(110), 고정프레임(120), 상부프레임(130), 하부프레임(140), 전면광고판(150), 전방하부광고판(160)으로 이루어진다.
설치프레임은, 벽체(1)에 수평으로 길게 고정되고 상부 및 하부에 각각 상부가이드홈(111) 및 하부가이드홈(112)이 형성되며 후방에는 진입공간(113)이 형성되어 있다. 이 진입공간(113)의 상측에는 후술할 고정프레임(120)의 상부에 착탈되도록 결합단부(114)가 형성되어 있다.
고정프레임(120)은 벽체(1)에 앵커볼트(123)로 고정되는 고정부(121)와, 이 고정부(121)에 일체로 형성되고 설치프레임(110)의 결합단부(114)가 착탈되는 결합부(122)로 이루어진다. 따라서 설치프레임(110)의 진입공간(113) 내에 고정프레임(120)의 결합부(122)가 위치되도록 한 후 설치프레임(110)을 하측으로 내리면 결합단부(114)가 고정프레임(120)의 결합부(122) 내에 안착된다.
상부프레임(130)은, 일측에 설치프레임(110)의 전방 상부 모서리에 지지되도록 상부지지부(131)가 형성되어 있고, 상부지지부(131)의 일단에 상부가이드홈(111)에 삽입되도록 상부가이드턱(132)이 형성되어 있으며, 타측에 상부전면광고판홈(133)이 형성되어 있다.
하부프레임(140)은, 일측에 설치프레임(110)의 전방 하부 모서리에 지지되도록 하부지지부(141)가 형성되어 있다. 하부지지부(141)의 일단에는 하부가이드홈(112)에 삽입되도록 하부가이드턱(142)이 형성되어 있다. 하부프레임(140)의 타측 상단 상부에는 상부전면광고판홈(133)에 대향되도록 하부전면광고판홈(143)이 형성되어 있다. 그리고 하부프레임(140)의 타측 상단 하부 및 타측 하단 상부에는 서로 경사지게 마주보도록 전방하부광고판홈(144)들이 형성되어 있다.
전면광고판(150)은, 상단 및 하단이 상부전면광고판홈(133) 및 하부전면광고판홈(143)에 슬라이드 결합되며, 투명 또는 반투명 아크릴 재질로 이루어질 수 있다. 상부프레임(130) 및 하부프레임(140)과 전면광고판(150)에 의해 형성된 내부 공간에는 전면조명등(151)이 설치되어 있으며, 이 전면조명등(151)에 의해 전면광고판(150)의 전방측으로 빛이 발산된다. 전면조명등(151)은 형광등, 네온등으로 이루어질 수도 있지만 다수의 LED램프로 이루어지는 것이 바람직하다.
전방하부광고판(160)은, 전면이 전방하부를 바라보도록 양단부가 전방하부광고판홈(144)들에 각각 슬라이드 결합된다. 이러한 전방하부광고판(160)은 투명 또는 반투명 아크릴 재질로 이루어질 수 있다. 하부프레임(140)의 내부에는 전방하부조명등(161)이 설치되어 있으며, 이 전방하부조명등(161)에 의해 전방하부광고판(160)의 전방측으로, 즉 채널(100)의 전방하부측으로 빛이 발산된다. 이 전방하부조명등(161)은 형광등, 네온등으로 이루어질 수도 있지만 LED램프로 이루어지는 것이 바람직하다.
타공판(10)은, 채널(100)의 상부에 결합되는 지지부(11)와, 이 지지부(11)에 일체로 형성되고 전면에 다수의 타공구멍(13)들이 형성된 설치부(12)로 이루어진다.
광고도형(20)은 타공판(10)들의 타공구멍(13)들에 결합된다. 이 광고도형(20)은 타공판(10)의 전면에 위치되는 광고부(21)와, 광고부(21)의 배면에 구비되고 타공판(10)의 타공구멍(13)에 삽입되는 수나사부(22)와, 수나사부(22)에 체결되어서 광고부(21)를 타공판(10)에 고정시키는 고정너트(23)로 이루어진다. 광고부(21)는 업체를 알리는 도형으로 이루어질 수도 있고 문자로 이루어질 수도 있다.
이러한 구성의 본 발명 광고용 간판은 다음과 같이 설치된다.
먼저, 채널(100)이 설치될 벽체(1)에 일정한 간격으로 앵커볼트(123)를 고정시킨다. 고정된 앵커볼트(123)에 고정프레임(120)을 끼우고 앵커볼트(123)용 너트를 채워서 고정시킨다.
다음, 고정프레임(120)의 결합부(122)에 설치프레임(110)의 결합단부(114)를 안착시킨다. 설치프레임(110)이 고정되면 상부프레임(130)의 상부지지부(131)를 설치프레임(110)의 상측전방 모서리에 대향시키고 상부프레임(130)의 상부가이드턱(132)을 설치프레임(110)의 상부가이드홈(111)에 밀어 끼운다. 설치프레임(110)과 상부프레임(130)의 결합력을 증대시키기 위해 상부프레임(130)의 상부지지부(131)와 설치프레임(110)에 볼트 및 너트를 체결시킨다.
그리고 하부프레임(140)의 하부지지부(141)를 설치프레임(110)의 하측전방 모서리에 대향시키고 하부프레임(140)의 하부가이드턱(142)을 설치프레임(110)의 하부가이드홈(112)에 밀어 끼운다. 설치프레임(110)과 하부프레임(140)의 결합력을 증대시키기 위해 하부프레임(140)의 하부지지부(141)와 설치프레임(110)에 볼트 및 너트를 체결시킨다.
이와 같이 설치프레임(110)에 상부프레임(130) 및 하부프레임(140)이 설치되면 상부프레임(130) 및 하부프레임(140) 사이의 공간에 전면조명등(151)을 설치하고 하부프레임(140)의 내부에 전방하부조명등(161)을 설치한다.
그리고, 상부프레임(130)의 상부전면광고판홈(133)과 하부프레임(140)의 하부전면광고판홈(143)에 전면광고판(150)을 슬라이드 결합시킨다. 하부프레임(140)의 전방하부광고판홈(144)에는 전방하부광고판(160)을 슬라이드 결합시킨다.
이와 같이 하여 채널(100)이 조립되면 채널(100)의 상부에 타공판(10)을 고정시킨다. 타공판(10)의 지지부(11)를 채널(100)의 상부에 안착시키고 이들을 볼트 및 너트로 체결하여서 결합시킨다.
타공판(10)이 채널(100)에 설치되면 타공판(10)의 타공구멍(13)들에 광고도형(20)을 결합시킨다. 광고도형(20)의 수나사부(22)를 타공구멍(13)에 끼워서 수나사부(22)의 단부가 타공판(10)의 후방측으로 돌출되도록 하고 돌출된 수나사부(22)에 고정너트(23)를 체결시킨다.
이러한 본 발명의 광고용 간판은 다음과 같은 장점이 있다.
첫째, 앵커볼트(123)를 이용하여 벽체(1)에 채널을 수평으로 길게 고정하고, 채널(100)의 상부에 타공판(10)을 고정하며, 타공판(10)의 타공구멍(13)에 광고도형(20)의 수나사부(22)를 끼운 후 고정너트(23)를 체결하여서 고정시킨다. 간판을 교체할 때에는 고정너트(23)를 풀고 광고도형(20)의 수나사부(22)를 타공구멍(13)으로부터 빼내서 광고도형(20)만 교체하면 된다. 따라서 간판을 설치하고 분리하기가 매우 편리하며, 이에 따라 업체 변경시 간판을 간편하게 교체할 수 있다.
둘째, 업체가 변경될 시에 타공판(10)과 채널(100)을 벽체(1)로부터 분리할 필요없이 고정너트(23)를 수나사부(22)로부터 풀어서 광고도형(20)만 타공판(10)으로부터 분리하면 된다. 따라서 업체가 수시로 교체됨에 따라 간판의 설치 및 분리가 빈번하여도 건물의 외관에 전혀 손상을 초래하지 않는다. 그러므로 업체가 여러 번 교체되어도 건물에 손상이 초래되지 않으므로 건물의 내구성에도 영향을 주지 않으며, 건물의 유지, 관리가 매우 편리해진다.
셋째, 업체가 점유할 수 있는 타공판(10)의 폭 내에 각 업체가 표현하고자 하는 다양한 형태의 문자나 도형을 만들어서 결합시킬 수 있으므로 업체마다 독특한 개성을 살릴 수 있을 뿐 아니라, 업체마다의 다양한 형태의 문자나 도형들이 수평으로 길게 설치된 타공판(10) 내에서만 표현되므로 여러 업체들의 전체 간판들이 일정하게 배열되도록 하여서 건물의 전체 외관을 미려하게 유지할 수 있다.
넷째, 채널(100)의 전면과 전방하부, 후방하부, 하부, 후방상부 등 다양한 방향 중 선택적으로 조사되는 조명빛에 의해 간판 전체의 심미감을 향상시킬 수 있고, 이에 따라 광고용 간판의 고급 이미지를 꾀할 수 있으며, 광고효과를 극대화시킬 수 있다.
도 4는 본 발명 광고용 간판 중 채널(100)의 다른 실시예를 보인 개략적 단면도로써, 이는, 설치프레임(110), 고정프레임(120), 상부프레임(130), 하부프레임(140), 전면광고판(150), 후방하부광고판(170)으로 이루어지며, 하부프레임(140)에 그 특징이 있다.
설치프레임은, 벽체(1)에 수평으로 길게 고정되고 상부 및 하부에 각각 상부가이드홈(111) 및 하부가이드홈(112)이 형성되며 후방의 진입공간(113) 상측에 결합단부(114)가 형성된다. 고정프레임(120)은, 벽체(1)에 앵커볼트(123)로 고정되는 고정부(121)와 고정부(121)에 일체로 형성되고 설치프레임(110)의 결합단부(114)가 결합되는 결합부(122)로 이루어진다. 상부프레임(130)은, 일측에 설치프레임(110)의 전방 상부 모서리에 지지되도록 상부지지부(131)가 형성되어 있고 상부지지부(131)의 일단에 상부가이드홈(111)에 삽입되도록 상부가이드턱(132)이 형성되어 있으며 타측에 상부전면광고판홈(133)이 형성되어 있다.
본 발명의 특징을 이루는 하부프레임(140)은, 일측에 설치프레임(110)의 전방 하부 모서리에 지지되도록 하부지지부(141)가 형성되어 있고 하부지지부(141)의 일단에 하부가이드홈(112)에 삽입되도록 하부가이드턱(142)이 형성되어 있다. 하부프레임(140)의 일측 상단 하부 및 일측 하단 상부에는 서로 경사지게 마주보도록 후방하부광고판홈(145)들이 형성되고, 타측 상부에는 상부전면광고판홈(133)에 대향되도록 하부전면광고판홈(143)이 형성되어 있다.
전면광고판(150)은, 상단 및 하단이 상부전면광고판홈(133) 및 하부전면광고판홈(143)에 슬라이드 결합되며 상부프레임(130) 및 하부프레임(140)의 사이에 설치된 전면조명등(151)에 의해 전방측으로 빛을 발산한다.
후방하부광고판(170)은, 전면이 벽체(1)의 후방하부를 바라보도록 양단부가 후방하부광고판홈(145)들에 각각 슬라이드 결합되며 하부프레임(140)의 내부에 설치된 후방하부조명등(171)에 의해 후방하부측으로 빛을 발산한다.
이러한 본 발명의 광고용 간판은, 하부프레임(140) 및 후방하부광고판(170)에 의해 후방하부조명등(171)의 조명빛이 후방하부측으로, 즉 채널(100) 하부의 벽체(1) 측으로 조사된다. 따라서 채널(100) 하측의 벽체가 후방하부조명등(171)에 의해 조사되면서 발광하므로 도 1 내지 도 3의 광고용 간판과는 달리 새로운 심미감을 얻을 수 있다. 그 외의 작용, 효과는 도 1 내지 도 3의 광고용 간판과 동일하므로 이에 대한 설명은 생략한다.
도 5는 본 발명의 광고용 간판 중 채널(100)의 또 다른 실시예를 보인 개략적 단면도로써, 이는, 설치프레임(110), 고정프레임(120), 상부프레임(130), 전면광고판(150)과 본 발명의 특징인 하부프레임(140) 및 하부광고판(180)으로 이루어진다.
설치프레임(110)은, 벽체(1)에 수평으로 길게 고정되고 상부 및 하부에 각각 상부가이드홈(111) 및 하부가이드홈(112)이 형성되며 후방의 진입공간(113) 상측에 결합단부(114)가 형성된다.
고정프레임(120)은, 벽체(1)에 앵커볼트(123)로 고정되는 고정부(121)와 고정부(121)에 일체로 형성되고 설치프레임(110)의 결합단부(114)가 결합되는 결합부(122)로 이루어진다.
상부프레임(130)은, 일측에 설치프레임(110)의 전방 상부 모서리에 지지되도록 상부지지부(131)가 형성되어 있고 상부지지부(131)의 일단에 상부가이드홈(111)에 삽입되도록 상부가이드턱(132)이 형성되어 있으며 타측에 상부전면광고판홈(133)이 형성된다.
하부프레임(140)은, 일측에 설치프레임(110)의 전방 하부 모서리에 지지되도록 하부지지부(141)가 형성되어 있고 하부지지부(141)의 일단에 하부가이드홈(112)에 삽입되도록 하부가이드턱(142)이 형성되어 있다. 이 하부프레임(140)은, 타측에 상부전면광고판홈(133)에 대향되도록 하부전면광고판홈(143)이 형성되고 하부 양측에 하부광고판홈(146)들이 형성된다.
전면광고판(150)은, 상단 및 하단이 상부전면광고판홈(133) 및 하부전면광고판홈(143)에 슬라이드 결합되며 상부프레임(130) 및 하부프레임(140)의 사이에 설치된 전면조명등(151)에 의해 전방측으로 빛을 발산한다.
하부광고판(180)은, 전면이 하부를 바라보도록 양단부가 하부광고판홈(146)들에 각각 슬라이드 결합되며 하부프레임(140)의 내부에 설치된 하부조명등(181)에 의해 바닥 측으로 빛을 발산한다.
이러한 본 발명의 광고용 간판은, 하부프레임(140) 및 하부광고판(180)에 의해 하부조명등(181)의 조명빛이 채널(100)의 하부측으로, 즉 벽체(1)의 수직면과 평행을 이루도록 채널(100) 하부측으로 조사된다. 따라서 광고판의 하부 전체가 하부조명등(181)에 의해 조사되므로 업체 전방의 조도를 향상시킬 수 있다. 그 외의 작용, 효과는 도 1 내지 도 3의 광고용 간판과 동일하므로 이에 대한 설명은 생략한다.
도 6은 본 발명의 광고용 간판의 또 다른 실시예를 보인 개략적 단면도로써, 이는, 설치프레임(110), 고정프레임(120), 하부프레임(140), 전면광고판(150)과, 본 발명의 특징인 상부프레임(130), 후방상부광고판(190)으로 이루어진다.
설치프레임(110)은, 벽체(1)에 수평으로 길게 고정되고 상부 및 하부에 각각 상부가이드홈(111) 및 하부가이드홈(112)이 형성되며 후방의 진입공간(113) 상측에 결합단부(114)가 형성된다. 고정프레임(120)은, 벽체(1)에 앵커볼트(123)로 고정되는 고정부(121)와 고정부(121)에 일체로 형성되고 설치프레임(110)의 결합단부(114)가 결합되는 결합부(122)로 이루어진다.
본 발명의 특징인 상부프레임(130)은, 일측에 설치프레임(110)의 전방 상부 모서리에 지지되도록 상부지지부(131)가 형성되어 있고 상부지지부(131)의 일단에 상부가이드홈(111)에 삽입되도록 상부가이드턱(132)이 형성되어 있다. 상부프레임(130)의 일측 상단 하부 및 일측 하단 상부에는 서로 경사지게 마주보도록 후방상부광고판홈(134)들이 형성되어 있고, 타측에는 하측을 바라보도록 상부전면광고판홈(133)이 형성되어 있다.
하부프레임(140)은, 일측에 설치프레임(110)의 전방 하부 모서리에 지지되도록 하부지지부(141)가 형성되어 있고 하부지지부(141)의 일단에 하부가이드홈(112)에 삽입되도록 하부가이드턱(142)이 형성되어 있으며 타측에 상부전면광고판홈(133)에 대향되도록 하부전면광고판홈(143)이 형성되어 있다.
전면광고판(150)은, 상단 및 하단이 상부전면광고판홈(133) 및 하부전면광고판홈(143)에 슬라이드 결합되며 상부프레임(130) 및 하부프레임(140)의 사이에 설치된 전면조명등(151)에 의해 전방측으로 빛을 발산한다.

이러한 본 발명의 광고용 간판은, 상부프레임(130) 및 후방상부광고판(190)에 의해 후방상부조명등(191)의 조명빛이 채널(100)의 후방상부 측으로, 즉 채널(100) 상부의 벽체(1) 측으로 조사된다. 따라서 채널(100) 상측의 벽체가 후방상부조명등(191)에 의해 조사되면서 발광하므로 도 1 내지 도 3의 광고용 간판과는 달리 새로운 심미감을 얻을 수 있다. 그 외의 작용, 효과는 도 1 내지 도 3의 광고용 간판과 동일하므로 이에 대한 설명은 생략한다.
도 7은 본 발명의 광고용 간판 중 채널(100)의 또 다른 실시예를 보인 개략적 단면도로써, 이는, 설치프레임(110), 고정프레임(120), 상부프레임(130), 하부프레임(140), 전면광고판(150)으로 이루어진다.
설치프레임(110)은, 벽체(1)에 수평으로 길게 고정되고 상부 및 하부에 각각 상부가이드홈(111) 및 하부가이드홈(112)이 형성되며 후방의 진입공간(113) 상측에 결합단부(114)가 형성된다.

하부프레임(140)은, 일측에 설치프레임(110)의 전방 하부 모서리에 지지되도록 하부지지부(141)가 형성되어 있고 하부지지부(141)의 일단에 하부가이드홈(112)에 삽입되도록 하부가이드턱(142)이 형성되어 있으며 타측에 상부전면광고판홈(133)에 대향되도록 하부전면광고판홈(143)이 형성된다.
전면광고판(150)은, 상단 및 하단이 상부전면광고판홈(133) 및 하부전면광고판홈(143)에 슬라이드 결합되며 상부프레임(130) 및 하부프레임(140)의 사이에 설치된 전면조명등(151)에 의해 전방측으로 빛을 발산한다.
이러한 본 발명의 광고용 간판은, 상부프레임(130) 및 하부프레임(140)에 전면광고판(150)만 설치되는 것에 그 특징이 있으며, 나머지 작용 및 효과는 상술한 바와 동일하다.
도 8은 본 발명의 광고용 간판 중 채널(100)의 또 다른 실시예를 보인 개략적 단면도로써, 이는, 설치프레임(110), 고정프레임(120), 마감프레임(200)으로 이루어진다.
설치프레임(110)은, 벽체(1)에 수평으로 길게 고정되고 상부에 상부결합홈(115)이 형성되어 있으며, 하부 일측에 안착부(116)가 형성되어 있고, 후방의 진입공간(113) 상측에 결합단부(114)가 형성되어 있다.
고정프레임(120)은, 벽체(1)에 앵커볼트(123)로 고정되는 고정부(121)와, 고정부(121)에 일체로 형성되고 설치프레임(110)의 결합단부(114)가 결합되는 결합부(122)로 이루어진다.
마감프레임(200)은, 일측에 설치프레임(110)의 상부결합홈(115)에 삽입되도록 삽입단부(201)가 형성되어 있고 타측에 설치프레임(110)의 안착부에 안착되도록 지지단부(202)가 형성되어 있다.
이러한 본 발명의 광고용 간판은, 채널(100)이 설치프레임(110), 고정프레임(120), 마감프레임(200)만으로 이루어진 점에 그 특징이 있다. 이와 같이 채널(100)의 구성요소들이 최소화되므로 채널(100)의 조립공수 및 제작 단가가 크게 절감되는 효과가 있다. 그 외의 나머지 작용, 효과는 도 1 내지 도 3에서 언급된 바와 동일하다.

    일측에 상기 설치프레임(110)의 전방 하부 모서리에 지지되도록 하부지지부(141)가 형성되어 있고 상기 하부지지부(141)의 일단에 상기 하부가이드홈(112)에 삽입되도록 하부가이드턱(142)이 형성되어 있으며 일측 상단 하부 및 일측 하단 상부에 서로 경사지게 마주보도록 후방하부광고판홈(145)들이 형성되고 타측 상부에 상기 상부전면광고판홈(133)에 대향되도록 하부전면광고판홈(143)이 형성된 하부프레임(140)과,
    상단 및 하단이 상기 상부전면광고판홈(133) 및 하부전면광고판홈(143)에 슬라이드 결합되며 상기 상부프레임(130) 및 하부프레임(140)의 사이에 설치된 전면조명등(151)에 의해 전방측으로 빛을 발산하는 전면광고판(150)과,
    전면이 벽체(1)의 후방하부를 바라보도록 양단부가 상기 후방하부광고판홈(145)들에 각각 슬라이드 결합되며 상기 하부프레임(140)의 내부에 설치된 후방하부조명등(171)에 의해 후방하부측으로 빛을 발산하는 후방하부광고판(170)으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 광고용 간판.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 채널(100)은,
    벽체(1)에 수평으로 길게 고정되고 상부 및 하부에 각각 상부가이드홈(111) 및 하부가이드홈(112)이 형성되며 후방의 진입공간(113) 상측에 결합단부(114)가 형성된 설치프레임(110)과,
    상기 벽체(1)에 앵커볼트(123)로 고정되는 고정부(121)와 상기 고정부(121)에 일체로 형성되고 상기 설치프레임(110)의 결합단부(114)가 결합되는 결합부(122)로 이루어진 고정프레임(120)과,
    일측에 상기 설치프레임(110)의 전방 상부 모서리에 지지되도록 상부지지부(131)가 형성되어 있고 상기 상부지지부(131)의 일단에 상기 상부가이드홈(111)에 삽입되도록 상부가이드턱(132)이 형성되어 있으며 타측에 상부전면광고판홈(133)이 형성된 상부프레임(130)과,
    일측에 상기 설치프레임(110)의 전방 하부 모서리에 지지되도록 하부지지부(141)가 형성되어 있고 상기 하부지지부(141)의 일단에 상기 하부가이드홈(112)에 삽입되도록 하부가이드턱(142)이 형성되어 있으며 타측에 상기 상부전면광고판홈(133)에 대향되도록 하부전면광고판홈(143)이 형성되고 하부 양측에 하부광고판홈(146)들이 형성된 하부프레임(140)과,
    상단 및 하단이 상기 상부전면광고판홈(133) 및 하부전면광고판홈(143)에 슬라이드 결합되며 상기 상부프레임(130) 및 하부프레임(140)의 사이에 설치된 전면조명등(151)에 의해 전방측으로 빛을 발산하는 전면광고판(150)과,
    전면이 하부를 바라보도록 양단부가 상기 하부광고판홈(146)들에 각각 슬라이드 결합되며 상기 하부프레임(140)의 내부에 설치된 하부조명등(181)에 의해 바닥 측으로 빛을 발산하는 하부광고판(180)으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 광고용 간판.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 채널(100)은,
    벽체(1)에 수평으로 길게 고정되고 상부 및 하부에 각각 상부가이드홈(111) 및 하부가이드홈(112)이 형성되며 후방의 진입공간(113) 상측에 결합단부(114)가 형성된 설치프레임(110)과,
    상기 벽체(1)에 앵커볼트(123)로 고정되는 고정부(121)와 상기 고정부(121)에 일체로 형성되고 상기 설치프레임(110)의 결합단부(114)가 결합되는 결합부(122)로 이루어진 고정프레임(120)과,
    일측에 상기 설치프레임(110)의 전방 상부 모서리에 지지되도록 상부지지부(131)가 형성되어 있고 상기 상부지지부(131)의 일단에 상기 상부가이드홈(111)에 삽입되도록 상부가이드턱(132)이 형성되어 있으며 일측 상단 하부 및 일측 하단 상부에 서로 경사지게 마주보도록 후방상부광고판홈(134)들이 형성되고 타측에 하측을 바라보도록 상부전면광고판홈(133)이 형성된 상부프레임(130)과,
    일측에 상기 설치프레임(110)의 전방 하부 모서리에 지지되도록 하부지지부(141)가 형성되어 있고 상기 하부지지부(141)의 일단에 상기 하부가이드홈(112)에 삽입되도록 하부가이드턱(142)이 형성되어 있으며 타측에 상기 상부전면광고판홈(133)에 대향되도록 하부전면광고판홈(143)이 형성된 하부프레임(140)과,
    상단 및 하단이 상기 상부전면광고판홈(133) 및 하부전면광고판홈(143)에 슬라이드 결합되며 상기 상부프레임(130) 및 하부프레임(140)의 사이에 설치된 전면조명등(151)에 의해 전방측으로 빛을 발산하는 전면광고판(150)과,
    전면이 후방상부를 바라보도록 양단부가 상기 후방상부광고판홈(134)들에 각각 슬라이드 결합되며 상기 하부프레임(140)의 내부에 설치된 후방상부조명등(191)에 의해 후방상부측으로 빛을 발산하는 후방상부광고판(190)으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 광고용 간판.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 채널(100)은,
    벽체(1)에 수평으로 길게 고정되고 상부 및 하부에 각각 상부가이드홈(111) 및 하부가이드홈(112)이 형성되며 후방의 진입공간(113) 상측에 결합단부(114)가 형성된 설치프레임(110)과,
    상기 벽체(1)에 앵커볼트(123)로 고정되는 고정부(121)와 상기 고정부(121)에 일체로 형성되고 상기 설치프레임(110)의 결합단부(114)가 결합되는 결합부(122)로 이루어진 고정프레임(120)과,
    일측에 상기 설치프레임(110)의 전방 상부 모서리에 지지되도록 상부지지부(131)가 형성되어 있고 상기 상부지지부(131)의 일단에 상기 상부가이드홈(111)에 삽입되도록 상부가이드턱(132)이 형성되어 있으며 타측에 상부전면광고판홈(133)이 형성된 상부프레임(130)과,
    일측에 상기 설치프레임(110)의 전방 하부 모서리에 지지되도록 하부지지부(141)가 형성되어 있고 상기 하부지지부(141)의 일단에 상기 하부가이드홈(112)에 삽입되도록 하부가이드턱(142)이 형성되어 있으며 타측에 상기 상부전면광고판홈(133)에 대향되도록 하부전면광고판홈(143)이 형성된 하부프레임(140)과,
    상단 및 하단이 상기 상부전면광고판홈(133) 및 하부전면광고판홈(143)에 슬라이드 결합되며 상기 상부프레임(130) 및 하부프레임(140)의 사이에 설치된 전면조명등(151)에 의해 전방측으로 빛을 발산하는 전면광고판(150)으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 광고용 간판.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 채널(100)은,
    벽체(1)에 수평으로 길게 고정되고 상부에 상부결합홈(115)이 형성되어 있으며, 하부 일측에 안착부(116)가 형성되어 있고 후방의 진입공간(113) 상측에 결합단부(114)가 형성된 설치프레임(110)과,
    상기 벽체(1)에 앵커볼트(123)로 고정되는 고정부(121)와 상기 고정부(121)에 일체로 형성되고 상기 설치프레임(110)의 결합단부(114)가 결합되는 결합부(122)로 이루어진 고정프레임(120)과,
    일측에 상기 설치프레임(110)의 상부결합홈(115)에 삽입되도록 삽입단부(201)가 형성되어 있고 타측에 상기 설치프레임(110)의 안착부에 안착되도록 지지단부(202)가 형성되어 있는 마감프레임(200)으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 광고용 간판.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 광고도형(20)은,
    상기 타공판(10)의 전면에 위치되는 광고부(21)와,
    상기 광고부(21)의 배면에 구비되고 상기 타공판(10)의 타공구멍(13)에 삽입되는 수나사부(22)와,
    상기 수나사부(22)에 체결되어서 상기 광고부(21)를 상기 타공판(10)에 고정시키는 고정너트(23)로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 광고용 간판.
