본 발명은, 하우징; 상기 하우징에 배치되는 디스트리뷰터 바디와, 상기 디스트리뷰터 바디에 연결되고 에어로졸이 유입되는 디스트리뷰터 유입부와, 상기 디스트리뷰터 바디로부터 에어로졸을 유출시키는 디스트리뷰터 유동 라인을 구비하는 디스트리뷰터; 상기 하우징의 하부에 배치되고 상기 디스트리뷰터 유동 라인과 유체 소통을 이루고 에어로졸을 작동 유체로 포화시키기 위한 포화기; 상기 하우징의 내부에 배치되고 상기 포화기와 유체 소통을 이루어 상기 작동 유체로 포화된 에어로졸내 입자를 응축시키기 위한 응축기; 상기 응축기의 하류에 배치되고 상기 에어로졸을 사전 설정된 비율로 분류시켜 응축 입자를 농축시키기 위한 가상 임팩터; 상기 가상 임팩터의 하류에 배치되고 상기 가상 임팩터와 유체 소통을 이루어 응축된 에어로졸 내 농축된 입자를 계수하기 위한 광학 계수기;를 구비하는 응축 입자 계수 장치를 제공한다.
