- the invention of a molded tray is characterized in that it is obtained by molding made from a composition of cellulose and additives and consists of independent vain pads, where one of the blades has a concave gonoral configuration.
- Each of the pallets of which the molded tray consists has a handle or handle, and an actuation and cleaning end or blade, both joined by an intermediate section, presenting a concave interior configuration
- the tray consists of several c 3> patents that are independent from each other by means of weakening lines (4) that separate the joining sides of some pallets with others
- each of the patents can be weakening lines (4) such as those represented, climbing lines or lines with a depth cut smaller than the thickness of the sheets used in the conformation of the trays .
- Each of the blades (3), as well as I can see in Figure 4, consists of a handle or handle (7) and an actuation and cleaning end or blade (6), both joined by an intermediate section
- each of the pads (3) is such that the part oospondionto the handle or handle 7) is more damaged than the coresponding delivery to the end of action and cleaning or shovel 6), so that in order to take advantage
- the molding surface is made so that the vanes are alternated in their position That is, as can be seen in Figures 1, 2 and 3, the handles or handles of each of the pallets are arranged alternately in the hand while that in a pallet it is in the upper part as seen in the figures, ⁇ , ⁇ and 3, in the adjacent palette, the handle or handle is in the lower part and so on
- a possible loyalty of the molded tray is by molding cuati or vanes, as shown in Figure 2, where it can be seen that thanks to the alternate arrangement of the pallets, the molding surface is optimized
- the number of pallets per tray does not have to be limited to four and can be more tai and as shown in Figure 3, where a tray of twelve pallets is shown and in which groups of four pallets have been maintained for to achieve a more efficient manufacturing being possible the segmentation if between groups of four pallets
- Figures 4, 5 and 6 show the construction details presented by each of the pallets consisting of a handle or handle (7) and a working and cleaning end or shovel (6), both joined by a master inte: medium
