需要说明的是, 在本发明所有实施例中, 选择网元出 Gi/SGi接口接入分 组数据网络, 即确定该网元具有出 Gi/SGi接口的能力信息时, 该网元可以通 过该网元上的 Gi/SGi接口与分组数据网络相连接。
如图 3所示, 为本发明实施例获取接入信息步骤的流程图;
301 :接收 S1建立请求消息; 所述 S1建立请求消息包含有所述接入信息;
302: 发送 S1建立响应消息, 确认收到所述 S1建立请求消息。
当以上步骤的执行主体为移动性管理网元时, 所述接收到的 S1建立请求 消息可以由家庭接入网元来发送, 还可以由家庭接入网关来发送。 当存在家 庭接入网关则由家庭接入网关来发送 S1建立请求消息; 当不存在家庭接入网 关则由家庭接入网元来发送 S1建立请求消息。
以上步骤 301与 302还适用于通过家庭接入网元发送 S1建立请求消息给 家庭接入网关, 告知家庭接入网关有关所述家庭接入网元的能力信息即支持 出 Gi/SGi接口的能力。 所述的家庭接入网关保存该家庭接入网元的能力信息 即支持出 Gi/SGi接口的能力,并将其本身的能力信息上报给移动性管理网元。
如图 4 所示, 为本发明实施例提供的根据所述接入信息, 选择网元出 Gi/SGi接口的步骤的具体流程, 该流程, 包括:

为了更加清楚阐述本发明, 以下结合具体实施例对本发明进行详细的说 明。
如图 7 所示, 为本发明实施例提供的一种接入分组数据网络的系统, 该 系统包括: 移动性管理网元 701和接入网元 702;
所述的移动性管理网元 701 : 用于接收或者存储接入网元的接入信息, 并 根据所述的接入信息判断所述接入网元的接入能力, 从而选择接入网元出 Gi/SGi接口, 接入分组数据网络;
所述接入网元 702: 用于用户设备与分组数据网络进行信息交互。
其中, 所述的移动性管理网元 701 , 包括:
信息获取单元 7011 : 用于获取接入信息;
选择单元 7012: 用于根据所述接入信息, 选择网元出 Gi/SGi接口, 接入 分组数据网络。

如图 8所示, 为本发明实施例提供的一种接入分组数据网络的方法流程, 具体实现过程如下:
1.用户设备向移动性管理网元发送附着请求。 其中, 所述附着请求包含: 接入点的能力信息; 所述接入点的能力信息可以由附着请求发送给移动性管 理网元; 所述接入点的能力信息还可以由家庭接入网元或者家庭接入网关通 过 S1建立请求消息上^艮给移动性管理网元; 所述接入点的能力信息还可以配 置在移动性管理网元中。 2.移动性管理网元收到附着请求后,根据接入点的能力信息, 向接入点发 送创建缺省 7 载请求消息。
如果所述的用户设备与移动性管理网元之间不存在家庭接入网关即接入 点为家庭接入网元, 则移动性管理网元根据家庭接入网元上报的接入点的能 力信息判断家庭接入网元是否可以直接通过 Gi/SGi接口与 PDN相连。此处所 述的接入点的能力信息包括: 家庭接入网元出 Gi/SGi接口的能力信息或者家 庭接入网元出 Gi/SGi接口的能力信息结合用户签约信息。
如果所述的用户设备与移动性管理网元之间存在家庭接入网关即接入点 为家庭接入网关, 则移动性管理网元根据家庭接入网关上报的接入点的能力 信息判断家庭接入网元是否可以直接通过 Gi/SGi接口与 PDN相连。此处所述 的接入点的能力信息包括: 家庭接入网关的能力信息; 或者, 用户的签约数 据; 或者, 家庭接入网关的能力信息结合用户签约信息; 或者, 家庭接入网 元、 家庭接入网关的能力信息结合用户签约信息。 所述的接入点能力信息的 上报过程如图 3 所述, 此处不再赘述。 所述的接入点能力信息还可以通过预 设置存储在移动性管理网元上。
3a.家庭接入网关收到创建缺省承载请求后, 如果家庭接入网元具有出 Gi/SGi接口的能力, 家庭接入网关向家庭接入网元发送创建承载请求。
3b. 家庭接入网关收到创建缺省承载请求后,如果家庭接入网元不具有出 Gi/SGi接口的能力, 接入网关向移动性管理网元发送创建承载响应消息, 消 息中包含原因值指示家庭接入网元不支持出 Gi/SGi接口。
如图 9 所示, 为本发明实施例提供的另一种接入分组数据网络的方法流 程, 具体实现过程如下:
1.用户设备向移动性管理网元发送 PDN ( Packet Data Network , 分组数据 网络)链接请求。 其中, 所述链接请求包含接入点的能力信息; 所述的接入 点的能力信息可以由链接请求发送给移动性管理网元; 或者所述的接入点的 能力信息可以由家庭接入网元或者家庭接入网关通过 S1建立请求消息上报给 移动性管理网元。
2. 移动性管理网元收到链接请求后, 根据接入点的能力信息, 向接入点 发送创建缺省承载请求消息。
如果所述的用户设备与移动性管理网元之间不存在家庭接入网关即接入 点为家庭接入网元, 则移动性管理网元根据家庭接入网元上报的接入点的能 力信息判断家庭接入网元是否可以直接通过 Gi/SGi接口与 PDN相连。此处所 述的接入点的能力信息包括: 家庭接入网元的能力信息或者家庭接入网元的 能力信息结合用户签约信息。
如果所述的用户设备与移动性管理网元之间存在家庭接入网关即接入点 为家庭接入网关, 则移动性管理网元根据家庭接入网关上报的接入点的能力 信息判断家庭接入网元是否可以直接通过 Gi/SGi接口与 PDN相连。此处所述 的接入点的能力信息包括: 家庭接入网关的能力信息; 或者, 家庭接入网关 的能力信息结合用户签约信息; 或者, 家庭接入网元、 家庭接入网关的能力 信息结合用户签约信息。 所述的接入点能力信息的上报过程如图 3 所述, 此 处不再赘述。 所述的接入点能力信息还可以通过预设置存储在移动性管理网 元上。
或者, 当前用户与 PDN网络之间已经建立了至少一条链接, 并且所述的 链接已经通过家庭接入网元出 Gi/SGi接口与 PDN网络相连,则当前用户需要 再建立与 PDN链接时, 可以之间通过家庭接入网元出 Gi/SGi接口与 PDN网 络相连, 还可以由根据所述的接入点的能力信息进行判断选择通过 GGSN/PDN GW出 Gi/SGi接口与 PDN网络^]连。
3a.家庭接入网关收到创建缺省承载请求后, 如果家庭接入网元具有出 Gi/SGi接口的能力, 家庭接入网关向家庭接入网元发送创建承载请求。
3b.家庭接入网关收到创建缺省承载请求后, 如果家庭接入网元不具有出 Gi/SGi接口的能力, 接入网关向移动性管理网元发送创建承载响应消息, 消 息中包含原因值指示家庭接入网元不支持出 Gi/SGi接口。 如图 10所示, 为本发明实施例提供的另一种接入分组数据网络的方法流 程, 具体实现过程如下:
1.用户设备向移动性管理网元发送 PDP 激活请求信息 (Activate PDP Context Request ); 其中, 所述 PDP激活请求信息包含: 接入点的能力信息; 所述接入点的能力信息可以由 PDP激活请求信息发送给移动性管理网元; 或 者所述接入点的能力信息由家庭接入网元或者家庭接入网关通过 S 1建立请求 消息上报给移动性管理网元。
2. 移动性管理网元收到 PDP激活请求信息后, 根据接入点的能力信息, 向接入点发送创建承载请求消息。
如果所述的用户设备与移动性管理网元之间不存在家庭接入网关即接入 点为家庭接入网元, 则移动性管理网元根据家庭接入网元上报的接入点的能 力信息判断家庭接入网元是否可以直接通过 Gi/SGi接口与 PDN相连。此处所 述的接入点的能力信息包括: 家庭接入网元的能力信息或者家庭接入网元的 能力信息结合用户签约信息。
如果所述的用户设备与移动性管理网元之间存在家庭接入网关即接入点 为家庭接入网关, 则移动性管理网元根据家庭接入网关上报的接入点的能力 信息判断家庭接入网元是否可以直接通过 Gi/SGi接口与 PDN相连。此处所述 的接入点的能力信息包括: 家庭接入网关的能力信息; 或者, 家庭接入网关 的能力信息结合用户签约信息; 或者, 家庭接入网元、 家庭接入网关的能力 信息结合用户的签约信息。 所述的接入点能力信息的上报过程如图 3 所述, 此处不再赘述。 所述的接入点能力信息还可以通过预设置存储在移动性管理 网元上。 其中, 所述的用户的签约信息, 包括用户签约的接入点名信息是否 允许用户设备通过家庭接入网元或者家庭接入网关出 Gi/SGi接口连接分组数 据网络的信息。
或者, 当前用户与 PDN网络之间已经建立了至少一条链接, 并且所述的 链接已经通过家庭接入网元出 Gi/SGi接口与 PDN网络相连,则当前用户需要 再建立与 PDN链接时, 可以之间通过家庭接入网元出 Gi/SGi接口与 PDN网 络相连, 还可以由根据所述的接入点的能力信息进行判断选择通过 GGSN/PDN GW出 Gi/SGi接口与 PDN网络^]连。
3a.家庭接入网关收到创建承载请求后, 如果家庭接入网元具有出 Gi/SGi 接口的能力, 家庭接入网关向家庭接入网元发送创建承载请求。
3b. 家庭接入网关收到创建承载请求后, 如果家庭接入网元不具有出 Gi/SGi接口的能力, 接入网关移动性管理网元发送创建承载响应消息, 所述 消息中包含原因值指示家庭接入网元不支持出 Gi/SGi接口。
本发明实施例提供的接入分组数据网络的方法、 装置及系统, 通过获取 接入信息, 确认接入网元的能力, 从而选择网元出 Gi/SGi接口; 与现有技术 中 UE既可以通过 HNB/HeNB直接访问 PDN网络, 也可以通过 GGSN/PDN GW访问 PDN网络时, SGSN将无法决定 UE是通过 HNB/HeNB直接访问 PDN还是通过 GGSN/PDN GW访问 PDN网络相比 , 本发明实施例可以根据 接入网元的接入信息确定是否选择出 Gi/SGi接口, 如果选择出 Gi/SGi接口, 则用户可以通过 HNB/HeNB直接访问 PDN网络, 由于通过 HNB/HeNB直接 访问 PDN网络的业务不需要经过核心网侧网元(如 GGSN、 PDN GW等), 所以可以减轻核心网侧网元的负荷, 也可以节省运营商的网络资源。
通过以上的实施方式的描述, 本领域普通技术人员可以理解: 实现上述 实施例方法中的全部或部分步骤是可以通过程序来指令相关的硬件来完成, 所述的程序可以存储于一计算机可读取存储介质中, 该程序在执行时, 包括 如上述方法实施例的步骤, 所述的存储介质, 如: ROM/RAM、磁碟、光盘等。 以上所述, 仅为本发明实施例的具体实施方式, 但本发明实施例的保护范围 并不局限于此, 任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内, 可轻易想到的变化或替换, 都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。 因此, 本发 明实施例的保护范围应该以权利要求的保护范围为准。

接收 S1建立请求消息, 所述 S1建立请求消息包含有所述接入信息; 获取所述接收 S1建立请求消息中包含的接入信息。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的接入分组数据网络的方法, 其特征在于, 当所述 的接入信息包括: 家庭接入网元出 Gi/SGi接口的能力信息, 或者用户的签约信 息, 或者家庭接入网元出 Gi/SGi接口的能力信息与用户的签约信息组合时; 根 据所述接入信息, 选择网元出 Gi/SGi接口接入分组数据网络的步骤, 包括: 根据所述接入信息, 确定用户设备可以通过具有出 Gi/SGi接口能力的家庭 接入网元访问分组数据网络, 则移动性管理网元向所述家庭接入网元发送创建 7 载请求消息。

6、 根据权利要求 1至 5中任意一项所述的接入分组数据网络的方法, 其特 征在于, 当用户设备与移动性管理网元之间不存在家庭接入网关时, 所述的接 入信息包括: 家庭接入网元出 Gi/SGi接口的能力信息, 或者用户的签约信息, 或者家庭接入网元出 Gi/SGi接口的能力信息与用户的签约信息组合。
7、 根据权利要求 1至 5中任意一项所述的接入分组数据网络的方法, 其特 征在于, 当用户设备与移动性管理网元之间存在家庭接入网关时, 所述的接入 信息至少包括: 家庭接入网元出 Gi/SGi接口的能力, 家庭接入网关出 Gi/SGi接 口的能力, 用户的签约信息中的一种或者其任意组合。
8、 根据权利要求 1至 5中任意一项所述的接入分组数据网络的方法, 其特 征在于, 所述的用户的签约信息, 包括: 用户签约的接入点名信息是否允许用 户设备通过家庭接入网元或者家庭接入网关出 Gi/SGi接口连接分组数据网络的 信息。
9、 根据权利要求 1所述的接入分组数据网络的方法, 其特征在于, 所述获 取接入信息的步骤, 包括:
存储所述网元的接入信息;
获取所述存储的网元接入信息。
