Abstract

본 발명은 초음파를 이용한 광섬유 센서 및 광섬유 기체감지센서에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는 위상 또는 주파수가 다른 초음파를 인가하여 검출되는 초음파의 신호를 분석함으로써 센싱하는 광섬유 센서 및 초음파를 인가하여 반사되는 초음파의 신호를 분석함으로써 기체를 감지하는 광섬유 기체감지센서에 관한 것이다.
