전력 품질 개선 장치가 제공된다. 상기 전력품질 개선 장치는 단권 변압기로 제공되며, 제1 레그, 제2 레그 및 제3 레그를 구비하는 철심; 및 상기 제1 레그, 상기 제2 레그 및 상기 제3 레그에 지그재그로 권취된 제1 권선, 제2 권선 및 제3 권선을 포함하며, 상기 제1 레그, 제2 레그 및 제3 레그 각각에는 상기 제1 권선, 상기 제2 권선 및 상기 제3 권선을 포함하는 그룹에서 선택된 두 종류의 권선이 교대로 권취되되, 상기 제1 레그, 제2 레그 및 제3 레그 각각에 권취된 두 종류의 권선은 권취 순서대로 철심 둘레에 중첩되어 귄취된다.
