Description

Description A SOIL RETAINING PLATE
Technical Field
[1] The present invention relates to a soil retaining plate, particularly the soil retaining plate capable of largely enhancing stability by reducing the stress against an external force from soil in order to prevent a soil avalanche or flow in civil engineering and construction fields. Background Art
[2] The soil retaining plate is typically a pre-equipment having a role for previously blocking soil and rock in order to prevent the soil avalanche or flow from a steep slope earth, or obtain stability by temporally blocking a soil collapse, or prevent a weak ground's collapse near the underground tunneling in a construction field. Disclosure of Invention Technical Problem
[3] This pre-equipment has hardness enough to hold common soil collapse but generally uses wood material, so there are problems that the wood material is broken out due to the strong soil fluid and particularly the wood material's hardness becomes weak due to wetness during stock.
[4] Also, the cost increases when steel plate members are used because long preservation is difficult due to corrosion.
[5]
Technical Solution
[6] The present invention provide a soil retaining plate for protecting human and peripheral establishment, which is developed for solving the above problems occurred in the conventional soil retaining plate.
[7] Another object of the invention is to provide a soil retaining plate made of high hardness resin including PVC, PE, PP etc., wherein the interior is reinforced in impact resistance and the handling and establishment are easy with light weighting.
[8] Further object of the invention is to provide a light soil retaining plate having a hollow space in the center and forming honey comb structure gradually broader from the outer toward the inner.
[9] A soil retaining plate is provided to the above purpose according to the present invention, in order to have a honey comb structure wherein plural enforcing holes are arranged such that the holes become gradually smaller from the outer toward the inner of the main body and the center of the main body has a hollow space for light weighting. [10] The enforcing holes structures according to the invention are formed such that the same axial partitions are arranged in the inner surface and plural vertical partitions are arranged in order not to be placed straight, resulting in bricklaying arrangement.
Advantageous Effects
[11] According to a standard soil retaining plate, a standardization of the products can be established.
[12] According to the soil retaining plate of the invention, there is an effect that the establishment and disjoint are easy with light weighting by forming enforcing holes and a hollow space.
[13] Further, according to the wave structure of the invention, the soil retaining plate can hold a soil flow pressure with increasing thickness during piling, resulting in very useful in the construction field. Brief Description of the Drawings
[14] The above and other objection features and other advantages of the present invention will be more clearly understood from the following detailed description taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, in which:
[15] Fig.1 is a cross-sectional view of a soil retaining plate according to an embodiment of the invention,
[16] Fig.2 is a perspective view according to Fig.l,
[17] Fig.3 is a perspective view, wherein the soil retaining plate has being inserted into
"I" shaped beam,
[18] Fig.4 is a perspective view, wherein the soil retaining plate has a projection and groove, according to Fig.3,
[19] Fig.5 is a cross-sectional view of a soil retaining plate according to another embodiment of the invention, wherein the outer is reinforced further,
[20] Fig.6 is a perspective view according to Fig.5,
[21] Fig.7 is a perspective view of a soil retaining plate according to further embodiment of the invention, and
[22] Figs. 8 and 10 are perspective views of a soil retaining plate according to furthermore embodiment of the invention. Best Mode for Carrying Out the Invention
[23] With reference to Figs.l to 7, a soil retaining plate according to the invention is used in the place needing a wall such as a land- side protection wall for preventing a landslide in a tunneled ground during a road's ground construction, a soundproof wall for roadside, or a fence for factory or house. Also the soil retaining plate has a honey comb structure such that the weight become light and impact resistance is reinforced with easy to handle and establish, and is constructed to enable to hold the force applied on the outer surface of the main body by arranging plural enforcing holes to be gradually smaller from the outer forward the inner, and features that the weight becomes light by forming a hollow space in the center of the main body. [24] The material of the invention comprises resin, FRP, synthetic plastic etc and reduces largely the cost by extrusion or molding process. [25] As shown in Fig.l, the structure of a main body (200) is constructed such that the diameters (D) of enforcing holes (30) are different with increasing forward the inner and with compactness. Further, the structure is light and has strong hardness by forming a hollow space (100) with a frame (100-1) in the center of the main body. [26] [27] The hollow space is formed with the frame (100-1) having preferably an oval shape with strong hardness. [28] The enforcing holes formed in the main body (200) may be circular or rectangular shape, and have axial partitions (10) for forming thereof. [29] The axial partitions (10) are arranged in the same direction as the main body and vertical partitions (20) are arranged in the rectangular direction to the axial partitions
(10). [30] The axial partitions (10) and vertical partitions (20) form the enforcing holes (30) as the frames and may be straight or curve shape. Also the enforcing holes are formed as circular or oval shape in order to disperse an applied force. [31] For forming the enforcing holes (30), the vertical partitions are arranged in the way missing each other just like bricklaying in order to disperse a compressive stress.
Further, corner partitions (50) are provided in the corners to increase hardness. [32] The main body (200) features that the diameters (D) increase gradually from the outer forward the inner to hold the force applied from the outer. [33] Furthermore, the main body (200) features that the weight is light by forming a hollow space in the center thereof. The diameter of the hollow space may be set up according to a use. [34] When the main bodies, as shown in Fig.4, are piled, they are easy engaged with a projection (60) and groove (70) formed on the upper and under surfaces respectively. [35] According to another embodiment, the main body is composed of triangular honey comb structures with concave shaped apex, as shown in Fig.l. The assembled shape features a volcano with concave apex when the frame of the hollow space, side of the main body and lateral partitions assembled. [36] As above mentioned, when the main body is disassembled, the four triangular parts have a volcano shape apex. [37] Accordingly, a force applied on the four sides of the main body is transferred into the frame (100-1) resulting in the external force is transferred into the frame (100-1). Since the external force is concentrated on the hollow frame, even strong external force can be received despite the hollow space formed in the center of the main body.
[38] In Fig.7, the middle portion of the main body (200) has a wave shape such that a concave portion (170) of the under becomes an opposite convex portion (180) of the upper during piling, so the main body becomes broader as much as the wave thickness, featuring holding a soil flow pressure.
[39] According to the wave shape of the main body, the thickness (L) is broader than original main body's thickness (1) so that the main body can hold the external force during piling, and enhance the fine sight without independent drawings or painting.
[40] The soil retaining plate of the most preferable embodiment according to the invention, as shown in Figs 8, 9 and 10, includes a side recess (150) and moving connection plate (160) so that the soil retaining plate is endurable against the soil pressure for preventing the soil flood by establishing it during construction of road and building. These main bodies (200) are connected each other by pushing down the moving connection plates (160).
[41] The main body (200) includes an upper projection (100) and enforcement partition
(110) inside the projection, and also includes leg projections (120) having enforcement partitions (170) both sides and a connection recess (140) is formed so that the upper projection is engaged with it. Also plural enforcement partitions (140) are formed in the center of the main body. The side recess (150) and moving connection plate (160) are formed in order to bear the pressure generated in side by the soil when the main bodies are piled in slope ground. The moving connection plate has a recess (190) for easy sliding. Furthermore, guide edges (180) are formed in the side recess (150) for sliding up and down so that the main bodies are connected each other without the moving connection plate's dismount, and the main bodies are easy mounted and dismounted.
