现有技术中提供的一种二次拨号系统一般都为音频方式, 比如电话银 行, 电话总机等等, 目前, 分组交换系统提供的电话(如 IP语音电话 voip ) 可以完成电话服务系统的音频二次拨号, 但是, 用户往往需要等待冗长的语 音提示, 多次按键选择才能得到所要信息。 这样必然导致用户的体验较差, 需要在长时间的等待之后, 才能够从语音提示中获取需要二次拨号的号码。
同时还需要记住二次拨号码, 在电话终端键盘上输入二次呼叫号码, 并 等待语音提示, 看是否还需进行选择操作, 比较麻烦, 且浪费时间。 发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种实现二次拨号的方法及装置, 使得操作筒单、 快 捷, 可迅速地得到所需的信息。
本发明实施例提供的一种实现二次拨号的方法, 用于分组交换通信系 统, 包括:
发送呼叫请求消息;
接收网络侧响应所述呼叫请求消息后发送的完整拨号指令信息, 并显示 所述拨号指令信息;

所显示的拨号指令信息的类型可以是文本、 图像或视频。
输入单元 250, 用于输入根据所述拨号指令信息确定的二次拨号指令。 例如,输入单元 250为终端设备上的按键或显示屏上的触摸式按键( Soft Key )。具体地,用户可通过终端设备上的按键或显示屏上的触摸式按键( Soft Key )进行选择操作。
参照图 3 , 本发明实施例三提供一种拨号信息系统服务器 300, 包括: 接收单元 310, 用于接收呼叫请求;
发送单元 320, 用于根据所接收的呼叫请求发送完整拨号指令信息到所 述呼叫请求的发送方;
指令接收单元 330, 用于接收所述呼叫请求的发送方从所述完整拨号指 令信息中选择的二次拨号指令信息;
指令处理单元 340, 用于根据所述二次拨号指令信息进行处理。
所述接收单元, 具体用于接收携带终端设备能力信息的呼叫请求;

拨号指令信息构建单元 350, 用于根据预先配置的拨号指令信息内容和 所述终端设备能力信息生成所述完整拨号指令信息并发送给所述发送单元。
所述发送单元 320, 具体用于根据所接收的呼叫请求发送携带预先以树 状结构保存在所述服务器中的完整拨号指令信息的呼叫响应消息到所述呼 叫请求的发送方;
所述指令接收单元 330, 具体用于接收所述呼叫请求的发送方从所述完 整拨号指令信息的树状结构中选择的处于叶子位置的二次拨号指令信息。
综上所述, 本发明实施例提供的技术方案中, 终端设备接收网络侧发送 的完整拨号指令信息; 并发送根据所述拨号指令信息确定的二次拨号指令, 迅速地得到所需的内容, 可避免传统的二次语音提示导致的冗长等待, 操作 筒单、 快捷, 提高了用户的满意度。
而且, 可根据终端能力进行配置, 利用图片、 视频丰富拨号指令信息; 拨号指令信息可动态配置,随时更新。并可根据拨号指令信息设置拨号热点, 用户可以直接点击热点完成拨号操作, 方便用户使用。
显然, 本领域的技术人员应该明白, 上述的本发明的各单元或各步骤可 以用通用的计算装置来实现, 它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上, 或者分布 在多个计算装置所组成的网络上, 可选地, 它们可以用计算装置可执行的程 序代码来实现, 从而, 可以将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行, 或 者将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块,或者将它们中的多个单元或步骤制 作成单个集成电路模块来实现。 这样, 本发明不限制于任何特定的硬件和软 件结合。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已, 并非用于限定本发明的保护范 围。 凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均 包含在本发明的保护范围内。

权 利 要 求
1、 一种实现二次拨号的方法, 用于分组交换通信系统, 其特征在于, 包括:
发送呼叫请求消息;
接收网络侧响应所述呼叫请求消息后发送的完整拨号指令信息, 并显示 所述拨号指令信息;
发送根据所述完整拨号指令信息选择的二次拨号指令信息。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述接收网络侧发送的完 整拨号指令信息具体包括:
接收网络侧发送的携带在呼叫响应消息中的所述完整拨号指令信息,所 述完整拨号指令信息预先以树状结构保存在网络侧设备中;
所述发送根据所述完整拨号指令信息选择的二次拨号指令信息具体包 括:
从所述完整拨号指令信息的树状结构中选择处于叶子位置的二次拨号 指令信息, 并将所述二次拨号指令信息发送到所述网络侧, 指示所述网络侧 完成操作。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在呼叫请求消息中携带终 端设备能力信息的步骤, 具体包括:
对所述呼叫请求消息的头域进行扩展, 并在扩展后的头域中设置所述发 起呼叫方是否支持解析所述完整拨号指令信息。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述完整拨号指令信息的 类型包括文本、 图像或视频。
5、 一种实现二次拨号的方法, 用于分组交换通信系统, 其特征在于, 包括:
发送呼叫请求消息;
接收网络侧响应所述呼叫请求消息后发送的拨号指令信息, 并显示所述 拨号指令信息;
发送根据所述拨号指令信息选择的二次拨号指令信息。
6、 如权利要求 5所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述拨号指令信息包含至
10 少两级拨号信息, 所述接收网络侧发送的拨号指令信息具体包括: 接收网络侧响应所述呼叫请求消息后发送的至少包含下一级拨号信息 的拨号指令信息。
7、 如权利要求 5所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述接收网络侧发送的拨 号指令信息具体包括:
接收网络侧发送的携带在呼叫响应消息中的所述拨号指令信息,所述拨 号指令信息预先以树状结构保存在网络侧设备中。
8、 一种终端装置, 其特征在于, 包括:
第一发送单元, 用于发送呼叫请求;
接收单元,用于接收网络侧根据所述呼叫请求消息发送的完整拨号指令 信息;
显示单元, 用于显示所述接收单元接收的完整拨号指令信息; 第二发送单元,用于发送根据所显示的完整拨号指令信息选择的二次拨 号指令。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的终端装置, 其特征在于,
所述第一发送单元,具体用于发送携带有发起呼叫方的终端设备能力信 息的呼叫请求;
所述接收单元,具体用于接收网络侧根据所述呼叫请求消息发送的根据 预先配置的拨号指令信息内容和所述终端设备能力信息构建的完整拨号指 令信息。
10、 如权利要求 8所述的终端装置, 其特征在于,
所述接收单元,具体用于接收网络侧发送的携带在呼叫响应消息中的预 先以树状结构保存在网络侧设备中的所述完整拨号指令信息;
所述第二发送单元,具体用于从所述完整拨号指令信息的树状结构中选 择处于叶子位置的二次拨号指令信息, 并将所述处于叶子位置的二次拨号指 令信息发送到所述网络侧, 指示所述网络侧完成操作。
11、 一种服务器, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收单元, 用于接收呼叫请求;
发送单元,用于根据所接收的呼叫请求发送完整拨号指令信息到所述呼

指令接收单元,用于接收所述呼叫请求的发送方从所述完整拨号指令信 息中选择的二次拨号指令信息;
指令处理单元, 用于根据所述二次拨号指令信息进行处理。

所述接收单元, 具体用于接收携带终端设备能力信息的呼叫请求; 所述服务器还包括:
