下述各实施例中提到的网络或者网络环境, 是两个或者更多设备的任何 连接, 这些设备可以彼此通信或者交换数据。 网络环境中的设备 (简称网络 设备) 可能位于统一公用区域, 也可能位于不同的地理位置。 这里的网络可 以采用任何的数据通信协议和任何类型的数据通信介质。 类似的, 这里的网 络设备可以是网络中包含的任何设备或者系统, 也可以称为网络节点。 例如, 网络设备可以是任何类型的计算机系统、 存储系统、 桥接器、 路由器、 交换 器、 网络集成器、 网络服务器或者类似物。
下述各实施例中, 网络设备特别的指网络中的, 相对于用户使用的终端 设备而言的, 不可以与用户直接交互的网络设备。 内容过滤装置为一种可以 对内容进行过滤的网络设备, 区别于手机、 个人计算机等与用户可以直接交 互的终端设备。
下述各实施例中, 管理者是对业务具有一定管理功能或者权限的设备或 者用户。 例如, 可以是业务订阅者, 也可以是别的个体, 还可以是其它管理 装置或业务提供装置, 上述管理者可以在业务订阅时进行设置和关联。 其它 管理装置或业务提供装置例如: 病毒判断系统、 垃圾信息判断系统、 人工审 查系统等。 具体的, 如果该业务使用者和业务订阅者相同, 则就是征求该业 务使用者本人的意见。
参考图 1, 为一种内容过滤的方法的流程示意图。该一种内容过滤的方法 实施例中, 包括:
101 内容过滤装置根据内容接收方的过滤规则或该内容过滤装置的处理 方式确认需要征求内容的管理者的意见;
102获取所述管理者的联系方式;
103根据所述管理者的联系方式向管理者发送征求意见消息,所述意见为 针对所述内容的如何进行过滤的意见;

通过这种方法, 使得网络侧的内容过滤过程可以按照管理者的意见进行 处理, 更加灵活, 满足用户对网络侧的内容进行个性化过滤的需要。
下面介绍可以应用上述方法的网络系统的一般的工作原理。
一般, 内容过滤装置可以有两种使用模式: 调用模式和代理模式。 参考 图 2, 为内容过滤装置的调用模式和代理模式的示意图。在调用模式中, 内容 源将内容发送到内容过滤装置进行内容过滤; 内容过滤装置过滤后, 返回过 滤结果给内容源, 内容源将过滤通过的内容或拒绝提示等发送给内容接收方 (例如用户) 。
需要说明的是: 内容过滤装置返回的过滤结果可以是对内容的处理策略; 内容源依据该处理策略进一歩进行处理后, 将处理的结果返回给内容接收方。 例如: 过滤结果为 "调整" , 即指示内容源按照给出的调整策略对内容进行 调整, 将调整后的内容发送给内容接收方。 又例如, 过滤结果为 "警告" , 即指示内容源在发送内容给内容接收方的同时, 加上一条警告信息。 内容过 滤装置返回的过滤结果还可以是处理完成的可直接发送给内容接收方的结 果, 内容源只需将该结果发送给内容接收方。 这两种方式的共同特征是: 由 于内容最后由内容源发送, 内容过滤装置无法保证内容源遵循其返回的过滤 结果, 所以内容过滤装置无法完全确定最终发送给内容接收方的内容。
在代理模式中, 内容过滤装置位于内容源和内容接收方的中间, 对内容 接收方和内容源的交互进行内容过滤。 与上述调用模式不同, 内容过滤装置 直接完成对内容的过滤处理, 处理后的内容直接发送给内容接收方。
显然, 在调用模式下, 因为内容最后是由内容源发送给内容接收方, 内 容过滤装置的过滤结果没有强制作用; 而在代理模式下, 内容过滤装置的过 滤是强制的, 内容接收方最后收到的内容由内容过滤装置决定。
这里的内容源并不一定是专门用于保存内容提供给内容接收方的内容提 供服务器, 而是一个广义的相对内容源概念。 比如: 在 SMS ( Short Message Service , 短消息业务) 业务中, SMSC ( Short Message Service Center, 短 消息业务中心) 就可以作为内容源来调用内容过滤服务器执行过滤; 在手机 上网过程中, 核心网的数据业务处理装置 PDSN (Packet Data Servicing No de, 分组数据服务节点) 可以作为内容源来调用内容过滤服务器执行过滤, 当然, 内容过滤装置 (内容过滤服务器) 也可以以代理模式部署在实际内容 服务器到 PDSN的传输路径中来执行过滤。
在特定的场景下, 内容源也可以称为内容提供者, 内容过滤请求方。 参考图 3a, 为一种应用图 1所述的方法进行内容过滤的系统的网络示意 图, 其中标明了调用模式和代理模式。 现实中的系统一般可以支持其中一种 模式。
该内容过滤装置是一个逻辑概念, 可以在物理上集成在其他设备上, 也 可以是单独的服务器, 还可以是其包含的不同的模块构成的系统。
其中, 内容过滤装置可以包含内容过滤单元(Content Screening Compo nent ) 、 咨询处理单元。 需要说明的是, 根据内容过滤装置的功能, 该内容 过滤装置当然可以进行其它形式的功能模块划分, 而不影响其实现的功能。
内容过滤装置在不同的使用方式下不同的工作流程如下:
在调用模式中, 可以采取不同的方案。 一种方案包括歩骤 301a〜304a : 301a, 内容过滤装置在接收到来自内容源的内容过滤请求时, 依据过滤 规则或该内容过滤装置的处理方式发现需要征求管理者意见。
302a, 该内容过滤装置向管理者获取意见 (例如发出征求意见的信息) , 并将管理者的意见返回给内容过滤单元。 具体的, 内容过滤装置还可能用于 获取管理者的联系方式, 以及在获取管理者联系方式之后获取联系方式的可 用性。
303a, 该内容过滤装置根据管理者意见进行过滤, 将过滤结果反馈给内 容源。
304a, 内容源根据该过滤结果进行处理, 将处理后的内容发送给内容接 收方。
调用方式中的另一种方案, 包括歩骤 301b〜303b:
301b, 内容过滤装置在接收到来自内容源的内容过滤请求时, 依据过滤 规则或该内容过滤装置的处理方式确定 (或者发现) 需要征求管理者意见。

情形一: 由内容过滤装置获取管理者的联系方式, 内容过滤装置通知内 容源需要向管理者征求意见, 并反馈该管理者的联系方式和需要提供给管理 者的信息给内容源; 或者,

可以发现, 301b〜303b与前述的 301a〜304a方案不同在于, 由内容源向 管理者征求意见。
在代理模式中可以采用如下的方案, 该方案包括 301c〜303c :
301c , 内容过滤装置通过代理接口和到其它资源的接口对内容接收方和 内容源之间的交互进行内容过滤时 (即截获到内容接收方和内容源之间的交 互的内容时) , 确认是否需要征求管理者的意见。 具体的, 如果需要可以触 发咨询处理单元。
302c , 内容过滤装置在确认需要向管理者征求意见的时候, 向管理者发 送征求意见的信息并接收管理者返回的意见。
具体的, 咨询处理单元还可以用于获取管理者的联系方式, 以及在获取 管理者联系方式之后获取联系方式的可用性。
303c , 内容过滤装置根据管理者的意见进行内容过滤, 将过滤通过的内 容或拒绝提示发送给内容接收方。 可以看出, 上述代理模式的 301c〜303c的方案和调用方式的 301a〜304 a的方案实质是一致的, 都是内容过滤装置向管理者进行咨询, 不同仅在于内 容过滤装置的使用模式。
上述系统可以用于执行下面所述的各种方法或者流程, 其工作原理与下 面的方法介绍一致或者类似, 不再赘述。
参考图 3b, 为一种进行内容过滤的系统的网络示意图。与图 3a中不同的 是, 上述内容过滤装置可以进行基于分类的内容过滤。 这时, 该内容过滤装 置也可以称为基于分类的内容过滤框架, 或者称为基于分类的内容过滤服务 器 ( CBCSS , Categorization-Based Content Screening Server) 。 贝 Iji亥内 容过滤装置还可以包括: 包括内容分类单元 ( Content Categorization Comp onent ) 。 其中, 内容分类单元可以用于进行内容分类或者提供内容的类别信 息, 它可以提供 CBCS-1接口, 内容过滤单元和外部的内容分类请求方 (Cont ent Categorization Requestor ) 可以通过此接口从内容分类单元获取某个 或某些内容的类别信息。 参考图 4, 为一个内容过滤的方法的流程示意图。 该方法中, 该图 4所示 的内容过滤方法包括:
歩骤 401、 内容过滤装置被触发内容过滤。
例如, 内容过滤装置接收到来自内容源的内容过滤请求 (在调用模式 Ca l iable或代理模式 proxy下) , 或者内容过滤装置截获到需进行过滤的交互 数据 (在代理模式 proxy下) 。 其中, 该内容过滤请求或者该交互数据中包 含有用户信息、 待过滤的内容信息以及其它相关信息。 具体的, 该待过滤的 内容信息可以是内容本身或者内容引用, 该其它相关信息包括内容对应的预 分类信息等。

具体的, 该内容过滤装置确定需要就该内容征求管理者的意见可以是根 据过滤规则或者根据内容过滤装置本身的处理方法确定的。
其中, 过滤规则为对内容执行某种操作 (如: 阻止或者过滤掉、 修改) 的策略和方法, 可以理解为 "当 A时执行 B "。 其可以分为公有和私有, 前者 是系统或者过滤装置的管理员根据公众团体、 政府或者社会需要设定的 (例 如: 对小于 16岁的未成年人, 阻止所有色情内容) , 后者是由用户或者群组 管理员订阅的针对某个用户或者群组的。 征求管理者意见的过滤规则, 例如: SMS发送者不在好友名单时, 征求用户本人意见; 当内容为电影时, 征求订阅 者 (父母) 的意见。 又例如: 过滤规则为在进行关键字扫描得到某些字时, 征求管理者意见。
内容过滤装置本身的处理方法, 是该内容过滤装置工作时的特性, 包括 工作条件、 工作方式等。 例如: 无法得到类别时, 征求管理者意见。 具体的, 内容过滤装置进行内容过滤需要依据内容的类别 (或者分类) , 而前述内容 过滤请求中没有提供内容的类别信息, 该内容本身也是未分类内容, 同时内 容过滤装置无法从外界获取类别信息, 或获取类别信息失败, 则内容过滤装 置无法依据内容的类别来进行过滤, 则需要征求管理者的意见。
可选的, 过滤规则中可以包括管理者的联系方式信息, 例如过滤规则中 设置如下: 当内容包含关键字 A或 B或 C时, 征求管理者 (手机号码: X X X ) 意见。
歩骤 403、 内容过滤装置获得管理者的联系方式。
具体的, 当前述歩骤 402中包含有管理者的联系方式时, 可以根据歩骤 4 02中的过滤规则获得管理者的联系方式,该歩骤仅需要将联系方式解析出来。 在其它情况下, 也可以向其它设备请求并接收该其它设备返回的该管理者的 联系方式。
一个例子中, 管理者是业务订阅者, 可以向保存有订阅信息的系统 (订 阅系统) 请求该业务订阅者的联系方式, 并接收该业务订阅者的联系方式; 一个例子中, 管理者是业务订阅者, 可以向保存订阅信息的系统 (订阅 系统) 请求该业务使用者对应的业务订阅者信息, 并接收该业务订阅者的信 息, 该业务订阅者信息中包含有其联系方式。 该保存订阅信息的系统例如: 通用月艮务订阅管理装置 (General Service Subscription Management, GSS M) 。
另一个例子中, 管理者是业务订阅者, 且根据订阅系统反馈的业务订阅 者信息无法直接用于联系该业务订阅者, 则需要根据接收到的该业务订阅者 信息进一歩向保存有联系方式信息的装置请求该订阅者的联系方式。 该保存 有联系方式信息的装置例如: 通用用户档案装置(General User Profi le, GUP) 、 通用用户档案(Common User Profi le, CUP) , 或者运营支撑系统(B usiness and Operation Support System, BOSS ) 等。
上述例子中, 业务订阅者信息无法直接用于联系该业务订阅者的一个具 体情形是: 订阅系统仅反馈了该订阅系统统一的用户标识, 而无法用于确定 使用哪种业务来联系用户以及该用户的具体业务联系方式。 其中业务例如: 短消息月艮务 ( Service Message Service, SMS ) 、 IM notification业务、 E mai l业务。 用户的具体业务联系方式例如: 用户手机号码 / IMSI ( Internat ional Mobi le Subscriber Identification Number, 全球禾多动用户标不码) /ESN (Electronic Serial Number, 电子序列号) 、 IM帐号、 Emai l地址。
另一个例子中, 管理者是别的个体 (即用户) , 则可以向保存有该管理 者联系方式信息的装置 (如: GUP装置) 请求该用户的联系方式。
又一个例子中, 管理者是别的管理装置或业务提供装置, 则可以向保存 有该管理者地址信息的装置请求其地址信息, 同时还可能需要获取其安全验 证信息、 帐号密码等联系涉及的信息。
歩骤 404、内容过滤装置根据前述获得的管理者联系方式向管理者发送征 求意见消息。
具体的, 内容过滤装置可以有选择地一次或多次利用管理者的一种或多 种联系方式信息, 或者不选择地一次或多次利用全部联系方式信息向管理者 发送征求意见消息。
例如, 当管理者的联系方式为一个以上时, 可以按照简便优先的原则在 所述管理者的多个联系方式中选择一个或者多个联系方式。 前述简便优先的 原则指优先选择能够相对最快或者较快的得到用户的反馈的联系方式, 如何 判断 "相对最快或较快" 由具体实施情况和经验确定, 如: 根据用户手机普 及、 习惯使用 SMS的使用习惯, 判断 SMS优于 IM notification, 是相对最快 的联系方式。
具体的, 前述发送征求意见消息可以包括: 提供管理者需要的信息, 例 如作为判断依据的信息。 具体的, 征求意见消息至少包括: 提供给管理者的 选择信息、 用户信息、 请求的内容信息。
另外, 征求意见消息还可以包含下面信息之一或者其任意组合: 时间、 内容发送方、 类别、 发送此请求的原因等。
其中, 时间主要是提供给管理者关于用户请求内容的大致时间信息, 具 体可以为: 生成征求意见消息的时间、 确定需要征求意见的时间, 等。
其中, 发送此请求的原因例如: 根据过滤规则的设定, 在此情况应征求 管理者意见: 内容中含有用户设定的关键字 、 B和 C, 或内容类别为色情等 等。
歩骤 405、 内容过滤装置接收管理者返回的信息(例如有效响应) , 其信 息中携带有管理者的意见;
歩骤 406、 内容过滤装置根据管理者的意见进行过滤动作。
一个例子中: 管理者意见为同意让其通过, 则内容过滤装置过滤通过; 管理者意见为增加警告, 则内容过滤装置添加警告; 管理者要求阻止, 则内 容过滤装置阻止该内容。
另一个例子中, 歩骤 401 的内容过滤请求中携带有过滤模式指示, 上述 根据管理者意见的过滤动作符合过滤模式指示的要求。
另一个例子中, 内容过滤装置接收到多个信息或者响应, 如果信息中管 理者的意见不同, 内容过滤装置根据一定的处理策略进行处理。 处理策略例 如: 只要有阻止的意见就阻止内容, 或者, 再次向管理者征求意见。
需要说明的是, 歩骤 405〜406中也可能无法得到管理者的有效响应。 这 时, 内容过滤装置可以根据自身规则和 /或内容接收方 (例如用户) 的过滤规 则执行动作。 这里, 内容接收方的过滤规则为其适用的过滤规则, 不仅包括 其私有的, 还包括公有的。 比如, 根据用户的过滤规则, 可以提示用户等待, 稍后尝试联系管理者; 如果内容过滤装置本身不支持稍后尝试的方式, 则可 以其自身规则来执行过滤动作。 该自身的规则例如, 内容过滤装置默认对这 种情况直接阻止该内容, 并通知内容接收方。
歩骤 407、 内容过滤装置反馈过滤结果。
内容过滤装置根据其使用模式的不同反馈过滤结果也有所不同。
例如, 在调用模式中, 内容过滤装置向内容源反馈过滤结果。
又例如, 在代理模式中, 内容过滤装置将处理后的数据发送给下一级装 置, 即内容的接收方。 参考图 5, 为另一个内容过滤的实施方式的方法流程图。与图 4所示的实 施例不同之处至少在于, 增加了获取管理者联系方式的可用性的歩骤。 该方 法包括:
歩骤 501〜503与歩骤 401〜403相同, 在此不赘述。
在 503之后, 该方法还包括歩骤 504、 内容过滤装置可以根据管理者的联 系方式信息, 进一歩获取管理者联系方式的可用性。
具体的, 当管理者是个体, 如: 业务订阅者或别的个体 (非订阅者的某 人, 可以在过滤规则中设定) 时, 由于用户状态的不确定, 这时在网络侧获 取联系方式的可用性, 能有效避免不可用联系方式导致的时延, 提高征求意 见的成功率, 缩短占用时间。 如: 联系方式均不可用, 则直接按照不能获得 有效响应的流程处理, 或有选择地或者不选择地根据管理者的联系方式向管 理者发送征求意见消息。 又如: 如果有用户手机号码、 用户 IM地址等联系方 式, 可以查看哪个联系方式可用, 选择可用的联系方式征求意见。 其中, 内 容过滤装置可以根据管理者的联系方式的类型 (如: 用户 ID、 手机号码、 IM ( Instant Message, 即时消息)地址、 emai l等), 或者过滤规则的设定(如: 设定管理者为订阅者, 订阅者就是个体) 等确定该管理者为个体。
当管理者为别的管理装置或者业务提供装置时, 可以不执行进一歩获取 管理者联系方式的可用性。
具体的, 上述获取管理者联系方式的可用性包括: 内容过滤装置向某些 装置请求查询当前的联系方式可用或者不可用。 某些装置具有提供其当前联 系方式是否可用的功能。
一个例子中, 具体为: 向归属位置寄存器(Home Location Regi ster, H LR) /归属用户服务器(Home Subscriber Server, HSS ) 发送管理者号码 /IM SI/ESN等信息, 查询该管理者是否开机, 如果该用户开机, 可用 SMS ( Short Message Service, 短消息业务) 、 MMS (Multimedia Message Service, 多 媒体消息业务) 等联系方式征求该管理者意见。
另一个例子中, 向 Presence server查询其当前某种业务的状态信息, 如果该管理者的 IM业务的状态为 "on " , 则可用 IM的联系方式发送消息征 求意见, 如果该管理者的 IM业务的状态为 "off " , 则说明不能用 IM的联系 方式发送消息征求意见。
另一具体的例子中, 还可进一歩获取用户设定的呈现信息, 如 "忙碌"、 "离开"或者 "隐身"等。这些呈现信息可以体现该用户的联系方式的可用性。 例如, "离开"状态的联系方式为不可用, "隐身 "或者 "忙碌 "为可用但 的可用性。上述有选择的情况例如:先查询用户是否开机, SMS业务是否可用, 如果不行, 再查询用户 IM业务是否激活。 又例如: 同时查询用户是否开机和 IM业务是否激活。 上述无选择的情况例如: 一次性查询其所有联系方式的可 用性, 或多次向不同的服务器查询其所有联系方式的可用性, 或多次向不同 的服务器查询不同的联系方式的可用性。

一个具体的例子是, 考虑用户感受和征求意见的有效性, 应根据前述获 取的联系方式可用信息, 选择一种能最快速得到用户反馈的方式向管理者征 求意见, 在失败的情况下, 再选择另一种可用的联系方式再次征求意见。

图 11c所示的第三咨询模块 1101可以根据该可用的联系方式征求意见, 或者根据可用优先的原则, 根据所述管理者的联系方式向该管理者征求意见。
一个具体的例子中, 该内容过滤装置还包括:
选择子模块, 用于根据简便优先的原则选择管理者的联系方式; 以便于第三咨询模块 1101根据所述选择的管理者联系方式向管理者征求 意见, 并且, 接收管理者发出的携带管理者意见的信息。 具体的, 选择子模 块还可以根据简便优先的原则选择可用的管理者的联系方式, 以便于第一咨 询模块 1101根据该选择的可用的联系方式向管理者发送征求意见的消息。
前述简便优先的原则指优先选择能够相对最快或者较快的得到用户的反 馈的联系方式, 如何判断 "相对最快或较快" 由具体实施情况和经验确定, 如: 根据用户手机普及、 习惯使用 SMS的使用习惯, 判断 SMS优于 IM notif ication, 是相对最快的联系方式。
图 11c所示的内容源可以与图 10a或者图 10b所示的内容过滤装置配合 使用, 一方面实现了网络侧设备向管理者征求意见, 另一方面通过获取管理 者的联系方式使征求意见的过程更加简便, 还可以通过获取联系方式的可用 性并加以应用, 提高征求意见的有效性, 提高了内容过滤的整体效率。
上述方案中, 管理者、 向管理者发送的征求意见的信息、 获取管理者的 联系方式及其可用性, 都可以根据情况进行细节的调整与改变, 具体内容可 以参考前文图 4实施例中的各种具体的例子。
以上所描述的装置实施例仅仅是示意性的, 其中所述作为分离部件说明 的单元可以是或者也可以不是物理上分开的, 作为单元显示的部件可以是或 者也可以不是物理单元, 即可以位于一个地方, 或者也可以分布到多个网络 单元上。 可以根据实际的需要选择其中的部分或者全部模块来实现本实施例 方案的目的。 本领域普通技术人员在不付出创造性的劳动的情况下, 即可以 理解并实施。
通过以上的实施方式的描述, 本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到各实 施方式可借助软件加必需的通用硬件平台的方式来实现, 当然也可以通过硬 件。 基于这样的理解, 上述技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部 分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来, 该计算机软件产品可以存储在计算机可 读存储介质中, 如 R0M/RAM、 磁碟、 光盘等, 包括若干指令用以使得一台计算 机设备 (可以是个人计算机, 服务器, 或者网络设备等) 执行各个实施例或 者实施例的某些部分所述的方法。
以上所述的实施方式, 并不构成对该技术方案保护范围的限定。 任何在 上述实施方式的精神和原则之内所作的修改、 等同替换和改进等, 均应包含 在该技术方案的保护范围之内。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种内容过滤的方法, 其特征在于, 该方法包括
根据过滤规则或内容过滤装置的处理方式确认需要征求内容的管理者的 意见;
获取所述管理者的联系方式;
根据所述管理者的联系方式向管理者发送征求意见消息, 所述意见为针 对所述内容的如何进行过滤的意见;
接收所述管理者发出的携带管理者意见的信息;
根据所述管理者意见进行内容过滤。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在获取管理者的联系方式 之后, 该方法进一歩包括:
获取所述管理者联系方式的可用性, 该可用性包括可用, 或者不可用; 所述根据所述管理者的联系方式发送征求意见消息的歩骤具体为: 根据可用的所述管理者的联系方式发送征求意见消息, 或
根据可用优先的原则, 根据所述管理者的联系方式发送征求意见消息。
3、 根据权利要求 1或者 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 当所述管理者的联 系方式为多个时, 该方法进一歩包括:
根据简便优先的原则在所述管理者的多个联系方式中选择联系方式; 所述根据所述管理者的联系方式向管理者发送征求意见消息的歩骤具体 为:
根据所述选择的联系方式向管理者发送征求意见消息。
4、 根据 1或者 2任一权利要求所述的方法, 其特征在于,
所述管理者为业务订阅者; 所述获取管理者的联系方式的歩骤具体为: 向保存有订阅信息的系统请求该业务订阅者的联系方式, 并接收该业务 订阅者的联系方式; 或者, 向保存有订阅信息的系统请求该业务订阅者的信息, 并接收该业务订阅 者的信息, 该业务订阅者的信息中包含有该业务订阅者的联系方式; 或者, 向保存有订阅信息的系统请求该业务订阅者的信息, 进一歩根据接收到 的该业务订阅者的信息向保存有该业务订阅者的联系方式的装置请求该业务 订阅者的联系方式, 并接收该业务订阅者的联系方式。
5、 根据 1或 2任一权利要求所述的方法, 其特征在于,
所述根据过滤规则或内容过滤装置的处理方式确认需要征求内容的管理 者的意见具体为:
内容过滤装置根据内容接收方设定的过滤规则或所述内容过滤装置的处 理方式确认需要征求内容的管理者的意见;
所述向管理者发送征求意见消息的歩骤具体包括:
所述内容过滤装置向管理者发送征求意见消息; 或者,
所述内容过滤装置通知所述内容源需要向管理者征求意见; 所述内容源 向管理者发送征求意见消息。
6、 一种内容过滤装置, 其特征在于, 该内容过滤装置应用于调用模式或 者代理模式中, 该内容过滤装置包括:
确定模块, 用于在内容过滤装置被触发内容过滤时, 根据过滤规则或该 内容过滤装置的处理方式确定是否需要征求管理者的意见, 如果需要则触发 第一咨询模块;
联系方式获取模块, 用于获取管理者的联系方式;
第一咨询模块, 用于当该确定模块确定需要征求管理者的意见的时候, 根据该管理者的联系方式向管理者征求意见, 并且接收管理者发出的携带管 理者意见的信息;
第一过滤模块, 用于根据接收到的该管理者的意见进行内容过滤操作。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的内容过滤装置, 其特征在于, 该内容过滤装置 还包括: 第一过滤结果反馈模块, 用于将该第一过滤模块过滤的结果发送出去。
8、 根据权利要求 6所述的内容过滤装置, 其特征在于, 该内容过滤装置 还包括可用性获取模块, 该可用性获取模块用于获取由所述联系方式获取模 块已经获取的联系方式的可用性, 所述可用性包括可用, 或者不可用;
所述第一咨询模块具体用于, 当该确定模块确定需要征求管理者的意见 的时候, 根据可用的该管理者的联系方式向该管理者征求意见, 或者根据可 用优先的原则, 根据所述管理者的联系方式向该管理者征求意见, 并且接收 该管理者发出的携带管理者意见的信息。
9、 根据权利要求 6— 8任一所述的内容过滤装置, 其特征在于, 所述内 容过滤装置还包括:
选择子模块, 用于根据简便优先的原则选择管理者的联系方式; 所述第一咨询模块具体用于, 当该确定模块确定需要征求管理者的意见 的时候, 根据所述选择的管理者联系方式向管理者征求意见, 并且接收管理 者发出的携带管理者意见的信息。
10、 一种内容过滤装置, 其特征在于, 该内容过滤装置应用于调用模式 中, 包括:
确定模块, 用于在内容过滤装置接收到内容源发送的内容过滤请求时, 根据过滤规则或该内容过滤装置的处理方式确定是否需要征求管理者的意 见, 如果需要则触发第二咨询模块;
第二咨询模块, 用于当确定模块确定需要向管理者征求意见的时候, 向 内容源发送需要向管理者征求意见的信息, 以便于所述内容源向管理者征求 意见, 并且根据接收到的管理者的意见进行内容的过滤。
11、 根据权利要求 10所述的内容过滤装置, 其特征在于, 该内容过滤装 置还包括联系方式获取模块, 该联系方式获取模块用于获取管理者的联系方 式,
所述第二咨询模块还用于将该管理者的联系方式发给内容源。
12、 根据权利要求 10— 11任一所述的内容过滤装置, 其特征在于, 该内 容过滤装置还包括可用性获取模块, 用于获取管理者的联系方式的可用性, 所述第二咨询模块还用于将该联系方式的可用性发给内容源。
13、 一种内容源, 其特征在于, 该内容源与权利要求 10— 12任一所述的 采用调用模式的内容过滤装置相互通信, 该内容源包括:
接收模块, 用于接收内容过滤装置发送的需要向管理者征求意见的消息; 第三咨询模块, 用于向管理者征求意见, 并且, 接收管理者发出的携带 管理者意见的信息;
第二过滤模块, 用于根据接收到的管理者的意见, 进行内容的过滤。
14、 根据权利要求 13所述的内容源, 其特征在于,
该内容源还包括:
第二过滤结果反馈模块, 用于将所述过滤的结果反馈给内容接收方。
15、 根据权利要求 13所述的内容源, 其特征在于,
该内容源包括联系方式获取模块, 用于获取管理者的联系方式, 或者, 该接收模块进一歩用于接收内容过滤装置发送的管理者的联系方式; 该第三咨询模块具体用于根据该获取或者接收的管理者的联系方式向该 管理者进行征求意见, 并且接收管理者发出的携带管理者意见的信息。
16、 根据权利要求 15所述的内容源, 其特征在于,
该内容源包括可用性获取模块, 用于获取管理者的联系方式可用性, 或 者,
该接收模块进一歩用于接收内容过滤装置发送的管理者的联系方式的可 用性, 该可用性包括可用或者不可用;
该第三咨询模块具体用于根据可用的该联系方式向管理者征求意见, 或 者根据可用优先的原则, 根据所述管理者的联系方式向该管理者征求意见, 并且, 接收管理者发出的携带管理者意见的信息。
17、 根据权利要求 15— 16任一所述的内容源, 其特征在于, 所述内容源 包括
选择子模块, 用于根据简便优先的原则选择管理者的联系方式; 第三咨询模块具体用于根据所述选择的管理者联系方式向管理者征求意 见, 并且, 接收管理者发出的携带管理者意见的信息。
18、 一种内容过滤的系统, 其特征在于, 该系统包括
内容过滤装置, 采用调用模式, 用于接收到内容源发出的内容过滤请求 后, 根据过滤规则或该内容过滤装置的处理方式确定需要征求管理者的意见, 并向管理者发出征求意见的信息, 接收管理者返回的意见, 并根据该意见进 行内容的过滤并向内容源发送内容过滤结果;
内容源, 用于与所述调用模式的内容过滤装置配合, 向内容过滤装置发 出内容过滤请求, 接收内容过滤装置发送的内容过滤结果并按照该过滤结果 进行处理, 将处理后的结果发送给内容接收方;
或者, 该系统包括:
内容过滤装置, 采用代理模式, 用于当截获到内容源发送给内容接收方 的内容后, 根据过滤规则或该内容过滤装置的处理方式确定需要征求管理者 的意见, 并向管理者发出征求意见的信息, 接收管理者返回的意见, 并根据 该意见进行内容的过滤并将内容过滤结果发送给内容接收方;
内容源, 用于与所述代理模式的内容过滤装置配合, 用于向内容接收方 发出内容。
19、 一种内容过滤的系统, 其特征在于, 包括
内容过滤装置, 该内容过滤装置采用调用模式, 用于接收到内容源发出 的内容过滤请求后, 根据过滤规则或该内容过滤装置的处理方式确定需要征 求管理者的意见, 并通知内容源需要征求管理者的意见;
内容源, 用于向管理者获取意见并根据管理者的意见进行过滤处理, 将 处理后的内容发送给内容接收方。
