图 1(a)是本发明的用于对手机和蓝牙耳机进行放置和充电的支架 1 的主视图。 图 1(b)是支架 1 的左侧视图, 图 1(c)是支架 1 的右侧视图, 图 1(d)是支架 1的俯视图, 图 1(e)是支架 1的仰视图, 图 1(f)是支架 1的 后视图。 图中的附图标记 2表示支架 1 的手机支架部分的背板, 该背板 一般是由塑料模制成的 (可以是由其他材料制成的) 有一定厚度而中空 的板。 附图标记 3和 3 ' 分别表示右抱臂和左抱臂, 标记 13和 13 ' 分别 表示可在各抱臂上沿着前后方向伸出和缩回的右辅臂和左辅臂。 从图中 可看出, 右、 左抱臂 3和 3 ' 都可以从背板的空间拉出或缩回, 从而可调 节从右、 左两个方向夹持手机的宽度。 在实用中, 两个抱臂至少其一应 当是可以左右拉出或缩回的, 即可达到适应手机宽度的目的。 在右、 左 抱臂 3和 3 ' 的外侧, 分别套上右辅臂 13和左辅臂 13 ' , 右、 左辅臂 13 和 13 ' 可以沿着前后方向拉出和缩回, 以适应所夹持手机的厚度。 附图 标记 4表示底托, 在背板 2的下端, 在底托 4的靠近两端的位置设置有 向前方伸出的两个底托腿 14 (也可以是多个底托腿 14, 例如 1~10个, 图中未示出) 用以承载和托住手机, 图中所示的底托 4连同其底托腿 14 可以从背板 2的底部沿着上下方向拉出和缩回, 以适应所载手机的高度。 但是也可以不设置这种沿着上下方向拉出和缩回的功能, 也同样可以承 载手机, 然而当手机侧面有入电插孔时, 若底托 4可以上下调节高度, 使入电插孔不被右或左辅臂 13或 13 ' 遮住, 则便于使用 (图中未示出不 设置上下拉出和缩回功能的方式) 。
另外, 底托腿在底托上除可以是固定前伸的之外, 还可以制成在使 用时可旋转前伸以及在不用时可旋转縮回的, 所述底托上设有竖向枢轴 并设有由该枢轴固定的可水平旋出和旋回的底托腿。 (此构造未在图中 示出) 。

不言而喻, 图 1(a)至 1(f)所示是蓝牙耳机支架 5 附装于右抱臂 3上 (实际上可附装在右抱臂 3的右辅臂 13上) , 当然蓝牙耳机支架 5也可 以设计为附装在左抱臂 3 ' (或其左辅臂 13 ' ) 上, 此处图中未示出。

另一方面, 出电插头 23 ' 如点划线 107所示插入分线块 15底部的 并联的具有适用于手机和蓝牙耳机充电的电压的直流电源 (一般是 5 V
DC, 也可以是 1~4 V DC或者 6~36 V DC ) 的出电插孔 23中, 使具有适 用于手机和蓝牙耳机充电的电压的直流电源 (一般是 5 V DC, 也可以是 1~4 V DC或者 6~36 V DC) 经由导线 27、 入电插头 28 ' 并如点划线 104 所示插入手机 39底部的入电插孔 28中, 从而使手机 39得以充电。 手机 39则如点划线 103所示落在手机支架 1的底托 4 (及其底托腿 14) 上, 与此同时可以用左、 右抱臂夹紧手机 39, 使之安置固定。
市场上销售的手机款式多样,其用于充电的入电插孔也有不同形式。 前述入电插头 28 ' 和入电插孔 28是圆柱 /圆孔形的, 但根据不同手机形 式的需要, 其入电插孔 28会有多种变化形式(图中未一一示出, 从略) 。 相应地, 入电插头 28 ' 则可变型为附图标记 29和 30 (排插头) 、 35、 37等形式, 分别如点划线 104' 、 104, , 、 104, , , 、 104, , , , 等 所示而接插到手机 39。 当然, 也可以有另外的插头形式, 此处不再一一 举例。
还可以有另一种变化, 即手机的充电插孔也可能不在它的底部而在 其左侧或右侧, 相应地各种入电插头 28 ' 、 29...等等也要从手机的侧部 插入。 这时有可能发生手机支架的左或右抱臂 (或左或右辅臂) 挡住入 电插孔的情况, 解决的办法是利用底托 4和底托腿 14的上下调节功能而 使该入电插孔露出。
图 3(b)和图 3(c)分别是分线块 15的 A-A俯视图和 B-B仰视图。 图 3(b)中的附图标记 45是分线块 15上端的一个围边,用以包卡住蓝牙耳机 支架 5底部的底托 7而固定于该处。图 3(a)至 3(c)中的其余附图标记含义 同前。
图 4(a)所示是本实施例的一个变化方式。 前述图 3(a)至 3(c)所示的 分线块 15是分体式的, 即与蓝牙耳机支架 5底部的耳机支架底托 7是可 以分开的, 由前者的入电插头 2Γ 插入后者的入电插孔 21中, 同时围边 45包卡住耳机支架底托 7而固定。
本变化方式是把分线块 15和耳机支架底托 7合并为一体而成为分线 块 15 ' 。 图 4(a)中的其余部分与前述图 3(a)相同, 只是蓝牙耳机支架 5 变为 5 ' , 其背板 6变为 6 ' , 其余不再重述。 图 4(b)是图 4(a)中分线块 15 ' 的 C-C仰视图, 附图标记的含义同前。
前述图 3(a)和图 4(a)中所示的分线块 15和 15 '都是接到蓝牙耳机支 架 5和 5 ' 的下端, 但也可以接到手机支架背板 2 (或 2 ' 、 2 ' , 、 49、 50及 50' ) 的适当部位, 特别是后面的图 6至图 10所示的情况都可以 这样做, 此变化方式未在图中示出。
图 16(a)至 16(c)是本实施例的另一个变化方式, 即耳机支架以分体 方式附接到左辅臂 13 ' ' 上 (或右抱臂 3, 或左抱臂 3 ' , 或者右辅臂 13上, 图中未示出) 。 在耳机支架背板 6 ' ' 上设有固定头 66, 在左辅 臂 13 ' , 上设有固定窝 68, 将固定头 66插在固定窝 68中而得以使耳机 支架附装在左辅臂 13 ' ' 上。 当耳机支架需要与手机支架接通电源 (通 过塑料件内部) 时, 分别在固定头 66和固定窝 68中设置一对母电脚 67 和一对公电脚 69。 当将固定头 66插在固定窝 68中时, 公电脚 69同时插 在母电脚 67中, 电源彼此接通。 图 16(c)是图 16(b)中的 Q-Q视图。

本实施例与前述实施例 1 的不同处仅在于其手机支架部分的底托。 如图 5(a)所示, 在背板 2下端的底托 4' 上开有槽缝 12, 底托腿 14' 插 入该槽缝 12中并可以沿水平方向左右移动, 其作用是当手机下端的入电 插孔 28设在某些位置而被底托腿 14 (请见前述图 3(a)或 4(a) ) 遮挡时, 使底托腿 14 ' 左右移位以露出插孔 28而得以充电。 图 5(b)和 5(c)分别是 图 5(a)中的 D-D和 E-E剖面图, 示出了底托腿 14' 、 槽缝 12和底托 4 ' 的嵌接关系, 图中附图标记含义同前。 当然, 本实施例的结构并非必须 与图示完全一致, 只要是使底托腿 14' 能够插入并左右移动的其他构造 也都是可行的, 此处图中未一一示出。 实施例 3
手机的发展日新月异, 其兼有的功能日益增多, 例如苹果 (Apple ) 公司的 iPhone, iPod等一系列产品, 有的兼有存储音乐节目的功能, 有 的兼有接收电视、 卫星导航等等功能, 不一枚举。 这类手机的入电插孔 多为多个电接点排成一排, 可称为入电排插孔。本实施例就是改变底托 4 和底托腿 14, 将两者合并为基本上为一横置平板的底托板 4", 而背板 2 改成为背板 2 ' , 见图 6(a)所示。 在图 6(a)中, 在底托板 4 " 上有朝向上 方的入电插头 16 (可称为电排插头)。为了供给电排插头 16电源(这时, 前述分线块 15或 15 ' 已不需要) , 入电插孔 21接到的电源, 一路是接 至一对电接点 20供蓝牙耳机充电, 另一路并联连接并经由支架的塑料件 内设置的导线 (虚线 108所示) 而接至入电排插头 16。 这样, 右抱臂 3 和右辅臂 13可以不制成可拉出和缩回的, 而是制成固定的右抱臂和右辅 臂, 更便于导线在各塑料制件内接过 (图中未示出), 图中其余附图标记含 义同前。
图 6(b)是图 6(a)中的 F-F视图, 示出入电排插头 16是朝向上方的。 图 7(a)是本实施例的另一个变化方式。 当所服务的手机的入电排插 孔不是设在手机底部而是设于某一侧时,则不必改动底托 4和底托腿 14, 而是将入电排插头 16制在右辅臂 13的内侧, 以便插接手机。 同样, 也 可适应所服务手机的安排而将入电排插头 16设于左辅臂的内侧(此变化 方式未在图中示出) 。 排插头 16的供电则如虚线 108 ' 所示由塑料件的 内部接过去。 图 7(b)是图 7(a)中的 G-G视图, 进一步示出图 7(a)所示的 构造, 图中其余附图标记含义同前。
在前面已述的实施例 1或实施例 2中,分线块 15是插接在蓝牙耳机 支架 5的下方 (或者是分线块 15 ' 以整体方式位于蓝牙耳机支架 5 ' 的 下方) 。 在实施例 3 中, 賒可以沿用前述方式之外, 还可以制成把分线 块 15插在手机支架的背板 2 (或 2 ' 、 2" 、 49、 50、 50' ) 的下部的适 当位置, 或者将分线块 15, 以整体方式在背板 2 (或 2 ' 、 2 " 、 49、 50、 50' ) 的下部的适当位置制成整体 (此变化方式未在图中示出) 。 实施例 4
在前面已述的实施例 1、 实施例 2和实施例 3 中, 手机放在手机支 架上充电时, 都是采用将入电插头 (或排插头) 插入到手机的入电插孔 (或排插孔) 中以有线方式完成的。 本实施例的特征在于以无线方式充 电。
图 8(a)所示是以无线方式为手机充电的原理图。 图 8(b)和 8(c)是构 造示意图。经由电源插头 24从汽车上取得 12/24 V DC (也可以是 6~36 V DC ) 电源, 并由变换装置 25 变换成具有适用于手机和蓝牙耳机充电的 电压的直流电源(一般是 5 V DC,也可以是 1~4 V DC或者 6~36 V DC ), 然后经导线 26及入电插头 11, 进入蓝牙耳机支架底部的入电插孔 21, 再经由塑料件内并联的导线 108进入手机支架背板 49 内的变换装置 18 而把电源变换为 AC (交流电) , (其具体电压由具体生产制造而定) , 然后此交流电通入绕于该背板内的初级磁芯一端的柱形部分 38之外的初 级线圈 40而产生电磁流, 初级磁芯的柱形部分 38的另一端是截面积扩 大的板状部分 46, 并且板状部分 46紧贴于手机支架部分的背板 49的前 壁内面。 充电时, 手机 39 ' 的后壁紧贴该背板的前壁 (如点划线 112所指 引)。 手机 39 ' 的后壁内面紧贴有次级磁芯的截面积扩大部分 46 ' 并使 其得到电磁流, 使绕于次级磁芯的柱形部分 38 ' 之外的次级线圈 41产生 交流电, 再通过手机 39 ' 之内的整流装置 19而得到具有适用于手机和蓝 牙耳机充电的电压的直流电源 (一般是 5 V DC, 也可以是 1~4 V DC或 者 6~36 V DC ) , 供手机内的电池充电。 图 8(a)中的虚线 (折线) 109表 示其左方和下方的部分 (除电源插头 24和变换装置 25之外) 是设于手 机支架的背板 49内, 其右方和上方的部分是设于手机 39 ' 内。
采用此法充电, 手机 39 ' 需要是特别设计的, 其内部必须设置如上 所述的附加部件, 即次级磁芯 38 ' 和 46' 、 次级线圈 41及整流装置 19。
初级磁芯的截面积扩大的板状部分 46 和次级磁芯的截面积扩大部 分 46 ' 所起的作用有二: 一是使电磁流通过由手机支架部分的背板的前 壁和手机的后壁 (这二者一般都是塑料材料)形成的磁阻时的面积加大,以 提高效率; 二是不同的手机内的次级磁芯和次级线圈有不同位置时, 在 充电时总能使手机的次级线圈与手机支架部分的背板内的初级磁芯对准 位置, 得以收到电磁流。
图中所示初级磁芯另一端的截面积扩大的板状部分之上还可以设计 成具有多于一个 (如 2-10个) 的初级磁芯柱状部分, 并且相应地所绕初 级线圈也多于一组 (如 2-10组) 。 这样, 初级磁芯可以提供更强的电磁 流, 使充电效率提高, 这具体取决于电工设计的需要和背板内的空间是 否有足够容量 (此变化方式未在图中示出) 。 实施例 5
当所承载的手机除具有通话功能之外, 还具有音乐、 电视以及 GPS 导航等等多项功能时, 本发明的用于手机和蓝牙耳机的支架可以有一系 列附加功能, 以方便使用。 '
本实施例如图 9所示。 例如在实施例 3 (见图 6(a) ) 的基础上 (也 可以以更前面的实施例为基础,例如在图 3(a)或图 4(a)所示实施例的基础 上, 或在图 8(b)所示实施例的基础上) , 把原来的背板 2, V 或 49增加 高度而成为背板 50, 在此背板之内, 设置小型扬声器 51及相应线路和器 件以播放手机内收到的话音。 同时设置发送话筒 47 (麦克风) , 以将手 机使用者的话音发送到通话的另一方。 附图标记 91 表示小型扬声器 51 及发送话筒 47的开关按钮。
在图 9中, 所述扬声器和发送话筒 (麦克风) 分别设于所述手机支 架部分的背板 50的近上端部位和所述手机支架部分的底托 4' ' 中。 实 际上, 设在其它部位也是可行的, 例如扬声器和发送话筒均设于手机支 架部分的背板的近上端部位或者扬声器和发送话筒均设于手机支架部分 的背板及底托的下部 (未在图中示出) 。 图中其余附图标记含义同前。 实施例 6
如图 10所示, 在例如实施例 3 (见图 6(a)]的基础上 (或在图 3(a)或 4(a)所示实施例的基础上, 或在图 8(b)所示实施例的基础上)把原来的背 板 2, V 或 49增加高度而成为背板 50' 。 在此背板之内设置 FM调频 发射装置 54,将本地手机内存储的音乐信息 (或是通话的另一方的话音或 是通话的另一方的手机内存储的音乐信息)以 FM调频的无线方式发射出 去。 图中虚线 115表示 FM调频波发射出去, 由汽车内的音响设备的天 线以近距离接收到, 并由汽车内的高音质扬声器播放出来。 图中的附图 标记 55表示发射装置 54的若干个操作钮。 同时还设置发送话筒 47, 将 手机使用者的话音发送到通话的另一方。
图 10中的附图标记 52表示音频输出插孔, 它连接到手机的音频功 放级, 52 ' 是相应的插头, 经点划线 114的指引, 插入音频输出插孔 52。 插头 52,通过导线 53以有线方式连接到汽车内音响设备的功放级, 由汽 车内的高音质扬声器播放本地手机内存储的音乐信息, 或是通话的另一 方的话音, 或是通话的另一方的手机内存储的音乐信息。 图中其余附图 标记含义同前。
使用 FM调频发射和接收信号, 一方面要调谐和选择频率, 另一方 面音质的保真度易受损失, 但使用者不必拆幵汽车的音响设备, 比较简 单。 使用有线方式可免除这些问题, 但装设时要拆开汽车的音响设备, 比较繁复。 所以, 上述无线和有线两种方式可供不同的产品设计选择。 于是: 在具体安排产品时可选择的方式有: (1 ) 只有音频输出插孔 52 和发送话筒 47; ( 2 ) 只有 FM调频发射装置 54和发送话筒 47 ; ( 3 ) 三种装置即音频输出插孔 52、 发送话筒 47及 FM调频发射装置 54都具 备; (4 ) 四种装置即音频输出插孔 52, 发送话筒 47及 FM调频发射装 置 54以及小型扬声器 51都具备(图 10所示即是此种选择); 可由使用者 选用。
图 11(a)和图 11(b)所示是为本发明的各种用于手机及蓝牙耳机的支 架在汽车内固定用的卡板 61, 卡板 61有一个主板 62, 在主板上面开出 一个水平方向的槽缝 63, 用铆钉或螺钉 65把一对卡夹 64固定在该槽缝 63上, 再使这对卡夹夹持在汽车空调出风口的叶片上。 这对卡夹如图中 双向箭头所示可以左右移动以适应叶片的位置, 它们还可以如该处的双 向弧形箭头所示旋转, 当它们旋转到竖直方向时, 适合于夹持在竖向排 布的出风口叶片, 当它们旋转到水平方向时, 适合于夹持在水平向排布 的出风口叶片。 附图标记 9 ' 表示卡钮, 该卡钮与前述各实施例中手机支 架的背板背面的卡窝 9嵌合相配, 从而可把整个用于手机及蓝牙耳机的 支架固定在汽车空调出风口处。
图 12(a)和 12(b) (图 12(b)是图 12(a)中的 K-K剖面图) 所示是固定 用的球-窝万向节式固定装置 71, 附图标记 72表示固定装置 71的底板, 底板后表面贴有粘结胶贴 73, 用于粘贴固定在汽车内某个平面上, 例如 仪表板表面上。底板上还有备用的螺钉孔 74, 用于螺钉固定或系绑紧固, 螺钉孔 74的数目和位置可以因不同设计安排而异。 附图标记 75表示前 卡板, 其表面上有卡钮 9 ' , 用以和前述各实施例中手机支架的背板背面 的卡窝 9嵌合相配, 从而可把整个用于手机及蓝牙耳机的支架固定。 附 图标记 78表示与底板 72连为一体的球体, 79表示与前卡板 75连为一体 的窝体, 76表示窝体的外螺旋, 77表示锁紧用的螺帽。 图中所示是底板 72与球体 78连为一体,前卡板 75与窝体 79连为一体,但也可颠倒过来, 即: 前卡板与球体制造成为整体, 底板与窝体制造成为整体, 也是可行 的 (图中未示出) 。
图 13 所示是将整个装置固定于汽车内玻璃或其他光滑表面上的吸 盘式固定装置 81, 附图标记 82表示底壳, 83表示用软式塑料制成的吸 盘片, 84表示提拉吸盘片 83 以形成真空吸力的提拉杠杆, 86表示连接 吸盘片 83和提拉杠杆 84的拉条, 85则表示蛇皮管柱, 它既可以弯曲, 又可按照人的意愿而固定在所弯成的角度和方向。 如前所述, 附图标记 75表示前卡板, 附图标记 9 ' 表示与手机架的背板上的卡窝 9嵌合相配 的卡钮, 从而可将整个装置固定于汽车内的适当地方并形成所需的角度 和方向。
图 14(a)所示是本发明的用于手机与蓝牙耳机的支架的背面。在前述 各实施例中, 不同样式的手机支架背板用 2、 V 、 2" 、 49、 50及 50' 等附图标记表示。前述这些背板的背面都有卡窝 9, 用以和上述各种固定 装置上的卡钮 9 ' 相嵌合而得以固定。本实施例所示手机支架的背板背面 则设有圆形凹窝 57, 一个圆盘 58以塑料件的 "卡入"式装配方法坐入圆 形凹窝 57之内, 被卡住不会脱出, 但又可以相对于圆形凹窝 57旋转, 如图中双向弧形箭头所示。 手机支架背板的背面的卡窝 9设置在圆盘 58 的外表面上。 此结构的作用是: 近来市场上销售的多种牌号的手机具有 显示屏幕, 并具有显示 GPS卫星导航和电视屏幕内容等功能。 但一般手 机都是竖式 (立式) 造型, 其屏幕在正常情况下也是竖向的, 不符合人 们观看电视屏幕的视觉习惯。 使用本装置即可把已载有手机 (和蓝牙耳 机) 的整个支架旋转, 使其屏幕为横向, 便于观看。
另外还可以在圆形凹窝 57和圆盘 58的适当位置设置限位(限角度) 的停止位点。 如图 14 ( b ) 至 14(d)所示, 在圆形凹窝 57的边缘设有两个 停止点 87, 2个、 3个或更多个 (图中未示出) 凹坑 89, 在圆盘 58周边 设一个凸舌 88, 在该凸舌 88之下有凸点 90, 使用者可以简易地 "一扳 到位" , SP : 例如, 顺时针转到尽头是横向, 逆时针转到尽头是竖向, 不必在转动时考虑角度是否已适合, 或者是其它停位方案。 又如图 14(b) 所示, 附图标记 87表示设于圆形凹窝 57的边缘的适当角度位置的两个 停止点, 附图标记 88表示设于圆盘 58边缘的一个凸舌。 图 14(c)和 14(d) 分别是图 14(b)中的 ] VI-M和 N-N剖面图, 以显示其构造实例。在装配时, 令凸舌 88位于两个停止点 87之间, 并且结合以上各图, 即可明了如何 限制转动角度。 以上图中所示结构仅为实例, 还可以有多种变通结构, 图中未一一示出。
图 14(e)至 14(h)是另一个变化方式。上述圆形凹窝 57变成圆形凸盘 95, 圆形凸盘 95可以是整圆,也可以是图中的同心圆,并且由若干个(如 6~50个) 径向凹沟 96分割成许多小凸块 (如 6~100个) 。 圆盘 58 ' 的 内表面有一整条与直径重合的凸条 96' , 凸条 96 ' 的造型和尺寸与凹沟 96相匹配。 当把圆盘 58 ' 的内表面贴合到圆形凸盘 95上时, 用螺钉通 过孔 97和 97 ' 而固定。 旋转圆盘 58 ' , 凸条 96 ' 嵌入或不嵌入凹沟 96 中, 从而可旋转或停止于想要的角度。 手机支架背板的背面的卡窝 9 设 置在圆盘 58 ' 的外表面上。 图 14(f)和 14(h)分别是图 14(e)和 14(g)中的 R-R和 S-S视图。
当如上所述使支架转动以适应看电视的习惯时, 在汽车转弯时会因 为离心力而把所载的手机甩出去。 图 15(a)和 15(b)示出解决此问题的一 个实例。 如图所示, 在手机支架背板 2" 的顶部设置上压条 92, 上压条 92 也似抱臂那样可以从背板内沿着上下方向拉出和缩回, 在上压条 92 之上设枢轴 94和上压脚 93 (此处是各两个, 也可以是其它数目, 图中未 示出) 。 把上压脚 93扳向前方 (如图 15(b)中双向弧形箭头所示) , 再 把上压条 92连同上压脚 93向下移, 就可以把手机扣住, 不会横向甩出。
当采用如图 6(a)和图 6 (b)、 图 7(a)和图 7 (b)、 图 9和图 10等方式 时, 当手机的入电插孔与手机支架的入电插头 16接插时, 手机的后表面 未必恰好与手机支架背板的前表面相贴。 图 17给出了解决办法的一个实 例。 在手机支架背板 2、 、 2" 、 49、 50或 50' 上开出具有内螺纹 121 的中孔 122,中孔 122在靠近背板的后表面的部位设有提供手指操作空间 的截面扩大的凹窝 123。 前顶螺丝 124具有与内螺紋 121 相配的外螺纹 125,前顶螺丝 124—端具有带细腰的轴头 126,另一端具有手动旋钮 127, 手动旋钮 127向外设有能接受螺丝刀的一字槽或十字槽 128。把前顶螺丝 124旋入中孔 122, 露出轴头 126, 把开有阶梯孔 99的垫板 98套过轴头 126, 把卡销 100的卡孔 126' 套夹在轴头 126的细腰上。 当旋转手动旋 钮 127时, 前顶螺丝 124带着垫板 98前后移动, 垫板 98既不会脱开, 也不会跟着转动, 达到使手机的后表面恰好与手机架背板的前表面相贴 的目的。
在以上的各实施例中, 手机支架的左或右抱臂或者左或右辅臂、 底 托和底托腿以及上压条和上压脚都是可拉出和縮回的。 为了实现滑动定 位,例如可以在滑动面中的一个面上设齿条(齿条方向与运动方向垂直), 在另一个面上设可以弹出和縮入的凸头尖, 该凸头尖平时抵住齿根而固 定位置, 又可以在滑动时被齿尖抵开而滑到下一齿, 如此类推 (此等构 造未在图中示出) 。
当需要在塑料件内部在相互滑动的手机支架背板和左或右抱臂之间 通过电源时, 可有多种办法, 例如: (1 )使用螺旋形导线, 以适应伸縮; 或 (2 ) 相互滑动的一面使用导电滑轨, 另一面使用导电接点, 使之在滑 动时仍能接通电源 (此等构造未在图中示出) 。
在以上对本发明的详细说明中, 所涉及到的电工、 电子以及通信技 术其本身都是现有技术, 因而不包括在本发明要求保护的范围内。

Claims

权利要求书
1. 一种用于对手机和蓝牙耳机进行放置和充电的支架, 包括: 手机 支架部分和蓝牙耳机支架部分, 其特征在于, 所述手机支架部分包括背 板和附于背板上的左抱臂和右抱臂、 分别从左和右抱臂上可沿着前后方 向伸出和缩回的左辅臂和右辅臂, 以及底托和底托腿, 所述左和右抱臂 至少其一可从背板处沿着左右方向拉出和缩回; 所述蓝牙耳机支架部分 包括耳机支架背板、 耳机支架底托、 使蓝牙耳机下端就位的挡板、 使蓝 牙耳机上端就位的卡紧装置, 所述蓝牙耳机支架部分以整体或分体方式 与左或右抱臂或其左辅臂或右辅臂相贴成为一体; 在手机支架部分的背 板的后表面有使整个支架固定的卡窝, 所述支架还包括从汽车内接取电 源的插头, 以及将所取得的电源变换为具有适用于手机和蓝牙耳机充电 的电压的直流电源的变换装置, 该适用于手机和蓝牙耳机充电的电压的 直流电源分为并联的二路, 分别供手机和蓝牙耳机充电。
2.按照权利要求 1所述的用于对手机和蓝牙耳机进行放置和充电的 支架, 其中, 所述供手机充电的一路电源的导线装置有多种形式, 该导 线装置的一端是从一个出电插孔接出电源的出电插头, 另一端则是适用 于不同款式手机的多种入电插头。
3.按照权利要求 1所述的用于对手机和蓝牙耳机进行放置和充电的 支架, 其中, 所述供手机充电的一路电源是经由设于所述支架的塑料件 内部的导线引接至直接插向手机的充电插孔的插头。
4.按照权利要求 1所述的用于对手机和蓝牙耳机进行放置和充电的 支架, 其中, 所述具有适用于手机和蓝牙耳机充电的电压的直流电源通 过一个分线块分为并联的二路, 该分线块的一端有入电插头, 该入电插 头接插到蓝牙耳机支架部分的底托处或手机支架背板处所设的入电插 孔, 该分线块的另一端则有具有适用于手机和蓝牙耳机充电的电压的直 流电源的入电插孔, 并且有并联的出电插孔, 该出电插孔供接插供手机 充电或蓝牙耳机充电的导线装置的一端的出电插头。
5.按照权利要求 4所述的用于对手机和蓝牙耳机进行放置和充电的 支架, 其中, 所述分线块是和所述蓝牙耳机支架部分的底托或手机支架 的背板以分体方式制做而成的, 或者以整体方式合并制做成一个整体。
6.按照权利要求 1所述的用于对手机和蓝牙耳机进行放置和充电的 支架, 其中, 所述手机支架部分的底托连同其底托腿是可以从所述背板 中向下拉出和向上缩回的。
7.按照权利要求 1所述的用于对手机和蓝牙耳机进行放置和充电的 支架, 其中, 所述手机支架部分的底托上开有横向槽缝, 二个底托腿接 入该槽缝中并可以沿左右方向移动。
8.按照权利要求 1所述的用于对手机和蓝牙耳机进行放置和充电的 支架, 其中, 所述底托腿从该底托向前伸出。
9.按照权利要求 1所述的用于对手机和蓝牙耳机进行放置和充电的 支架, 其中, 所述底托上设有竖向枢轴并设有由该枢轴固定的可水平旋 出和旋回的底托腿。
10. 按照权利要求 1所述的用于对手机和蓝牙耳机进行放置和充电 的支架, 其中, 所述底托和底托腿合并而成为一个固定的底托板, 在该 底托板上设有直接插向手机的充电插孔的插头。
11. 按照权利要求 1所述的用于対手机和蓝牙耳机进行放置和充电 的支架, 其中, 在所述左或右抱臂或其各自的辅臂的内侧设有直接插向 手机的充电插孔的插头。
12. 按照权利要求 1所述的用于对手机和蓝牙耳机进行放置和充电 的支架, 其中, 当所述蓝牙耳机支架部分以分体方式与左或右抱臂或其 左辅臂或右辅臂相贴成为一体时, 蓝牙耳机支架上所设的固定头插入到 所述抱臂或辅臂上所设的固定窝中, 该固定头和固定窝中还设有通过电 源的一对母电脚和一对公电脚。
13. 按照权利要求 1所述的用于对手机和蓝牙耳机进行放置和充电 的支架, 其中, 当所述蓝牙耳机支架部分以分体方式与左或右抱臂或其 左辅臂或右辅臂相贴成为一体时, 在蓝牙耳机支架的侧面设置横截面为 梯形的插片,并且在所述抱臂或辅臂的外表面上开出形状和尺寸与所述 插片相匹配的插槽,所述插片和插槽的向外的面上还各自设置形状、尺寸 和位置相互匹配而可以传送电源的一对电接点。
14. 按照权利要求 1所述的用于对手机和蓝牙耳机进行放置和充电 的支架, 其中, 所述蓝牙耳机支架部分的卡紧装置是卡口和弹力卡夹。
15. 按照权利要求 1所述的用于对手机和蓝牙耳机进行放置和充电 的支架, 其中, 所述手机的充电是采用无线方式, 从汽车内引出的电源 变换为具有适用于手机和蓝牙耳机充电的电压的直流电源后, 其供手机 充电的一路引入手机支架部分的背板内, 在该背板内设有将直流电变换 为交流电的变换装置, 该变换装置连接至绕在位于该背板内的初级磁芯 的柱状部分之外的初级线圈, 使该初级磁芯内产生电磁流, 该初级磁芯 的另一端为截面积扩大的板状部分并且该板状部分紧贴于该背板的前壁 内面, 当手机置于该处充电时, 使手机后壁外表面紧贴该背板前壁的外 表面, 使手机之内的紧贴手机后壁的次级磁芯收到电磁流, 并使绕于该 次级磁芯之外的次级线圈产生交流电, 再经由手机内所设的整流装置产 生具有适用于手机和蓝牙耳机充电的电压的直流电源, 供手机充电。
16.按照权利要求 15所述的用于对手机和蓝牙耳机进行放置和充电 的支架, 其中, 所述初级磁芯另一端的截面积扩大的板状部分之上也设 有多于一个的初级磁芯柱状部分, 并且相应地所绕初级线圈也多于一组。
17. 按照权利要求 1或 4或 10或 11之任一项所述的用于对手机和 蓝牙耳机进行放置和充电的支架, 其中, 所述插孔和插头除具有供充电 用的电接点之外, 还有供信息交流的电接点, 同时在所述背板之内设有 播放手机话音的扬声器和接收手机使用者的话音的发送话筒。
18.按照权利要求 17所述的用于对手机和蓝牙耳机进行放置和充电 的支架, 其中, 所述扬声器和发送话筒设于所述手机支架部分的背板的 近上端部位。
19.按照权利要求 17所述的用于对手机和蓝牙耳机进行放置和充电 的支架, 其中, 所述扬声器和发送话筒设于所述手机支架部分的背板及 底托的下部。
20. 按照权利要求 1或 4或 10或 11或 18或 19之任一项所述的用 于对手机和蓝牙耳机进行放置和充电的支架, 其中, 所述插孔和插头除 具有供充电用的电接点之外, 还有供信息交流的电接点, 并且在所述背 板上设有手机的音频功放级的插接孔和接收手机使用者的话音的发送话 筒, 通过该音频功放级插接孔以有线方式将本地手机收到的対方来话或 对方手机内存储的音乐信息或本地手机内存储的音乐信息接引至汽车内 音响设备的音频功放级, 由汽车内的扬声器播放出来;
还可以在所述背板上设有 FM 调频发射装置和接收手机使用者的话 音的发送话筒, 将本地手机收到的对方来话或对方手机内存储的音乐信 息或本地手机内存储的音乐信息以 FM调频发射出去, 并由汽车内的音响 设备近距离接收并播放出来。
21 .按照权利要求 20所述的用于对手机和蓝牙耳机进行放置和充电 的支架, 其中, 所述播放手机话音的扬声器和接收手机使用者的话音的 发送话筒以及手机的所述音频功放级的插接孔和所述 FM调频发射装置是 同时一齐设置于所述手机支架部分的背板上。
22.按照权利要求 20所述的用于对手机和蓝牙耳机进行放置和充电 的支架, 其中, 所述播放手机话音的扬声器, 或者手机的所述音频功放 级的插接孔和 /或所述 FM调频发射装置, 以及接收手机使用者的话音的 发送话筒是设于所述手机支架部分的背板的近上端部位。
23.按照权利要求 20所述的用于对手机和蓝牙耳机进行放置和充电 的支架, 其中, 所述播放手机话音的扬声器, 手机的所述音频功放级的 插接孔和 /或所述 FM调频发射装置, 以及接收手机使用者的话音的发送 话筒是设于所述手机支架部分的背板及底托的下部。
24. 按照权利要求 1所述的用于对手机和蓝牙耳机进行放置和充电 的支架, 其中, 所述支架还附有将整个支架固定于汽车空调出风口叶片 上的卡板, 该卡板上设有与手机支架的背板背面的卡窝相匹配的卡钮, 还设有横向的槽缝, 该槽缝处设有可横向移动并且可以转动方向的一对 卡夹。
25. 按照权利要求 1所述的用于对手机和蓝牙耳机进行放置和充电 的支架, 其中, 所述支架还附有将整个支架固定于汽车内的适当平面上 的球-窝万向节式固定装置, 该固定装置具有底板, 底板一侧附有粘结胶 贴和用于螺钉固定或系绑紧固的备用孔, 另一侧是万向节的球体和与之 嵌接的窝体, 窝体是与前卡板相连, 前卡板的向外面有与手机支架的背 板背面的卡窝相匹配的卡钮。
26. 按照权利要求 1所述的用于对手机和蓝牙耳机进行放置和充电 的支架, 其中, 所述支架还附有将整个支架固定于汽车内玻璃或其他光 滑表面上的吸盘式固定装置, 该固定装置具有底壳、 软式塑料制的吸盘 片、 拉条、 提拉杠杆、 蛇皮管柱和前卡板, 在前卡板的向外面有与手机 支架的背板背面的卡窝相匹配的卡钮。
27. 按照权利要求 1所述的用于对手机和蓝牙耳机进行放置和充电 的支架, 其中, 所述手机支架部分的背板的背面还制造出一个圆形的凹 窝或凸盘, 另外, 分别有一个尺寸和形状与该凹窝或凸盘相配的以卡入 式装配或螺钉装配到该凹窝内或凸盘上的圆盘, 该圆盘可以在凹窝内或 凸盘上转动但不会脱出, 并且在该圆盘的外表面上设置有所述手机支架 背板背面的卡窝。
28.按照权利要求 27所述的用于对手机和蓝牙耳机进行放置和充电 的支架, 其中, 所述圆形的凹窝或凸盘与圆盘所组成的装置还设有限制 该圆盘在该凹窝内或凸盘上转动的角度的一组停止位点。
29.按照权利要求 28所述的用于对手机和蓝牙耳机进行放置和充电 的支架, 其中, 所述圆形的凹窝与圆盘所组成的限制转动角度的一组停 止位点是在所述圆形凹窝的边缘设二个停止点和若干个凹坑, 在所述圆 盘外周设一个凸舌, 并在该凸舌之下设有一个凸点。
30.按照权利要求 28所述的用于对手机和蓝牙耳机进行放置和充电 的支架, 其中, 所述圆形凸盘与圆盘所组成的限制转动角度的一组停止 位点是在所述手机支架部分的背板背面设一个尺寸与该圆盘相匹配的圆 形凸盘, 沿该圆形凸盘一周有若干个沿径向的凹沟, 在该圆盘内表面的 直径位置有一条与该凹沟相匹配的凸条, 该圆形凸盘与圆盘中心各有螺 钉孔, 以螺钉将二者紧固在一起。
31 . 按照权利要求 1所述的用于对手机和蓝牙耳机进行放置和充电 的支架, 其中, 所述手机支架部分的背板的顶部设有用于固定住所载手 机的可沿着上下方向伸出和缩回的上压条, 所述上压条的靠近两端的位 置有竖向枢轴并有由该枢轴固定的可水平旋出和旋回的上压脚。
32. 按照权利要求 1所述的用于对手机和蓝牙耳机进行放置和充电 的支架, 其中, 所述手机支架部分的背板上开有贯穿背板厚度并有内螺 纹的孔, 该孔在靠近该背板的后表面的部位有截面扩大的凹窝, 在该背 板前方设有开有阶梯孔的垫板, 具有与该内螺紋相匹配的外螺纹的前顶 螺丝旋入所述孔内, 该前顶螺丝的前端设有轴头, 该轴头具有细腰, 该 前顶螺丝的后端有手动旋钮, 该手动旋钮的向外面有接受螺丝刀的一字 槽或十字槽, 该轴头的细腰和该垫板的阶梯孔与卡销相匹配。
33.按照权利要求 17所述的用于对手机和蓝牙耳机进行放置和充电 的支架, 其中, 所述扬声器和发送话筒分别设于所述手机支架部分的背 板的近上端部位和所述手机支架部分的底托中。
