Abstract

A system and method disclose a hot roller assembly with a programmable timing mechanism. A hair curling system comprises a base unit having a heating mechanism and a mechanism controlling automatic activation/deactivation of the heating mechanism. A plurality of rollers are disposed on the base unit and a removable cover engages the base unit. A method of heating rollers comprises programming a timing mechanism of a hot roller assembly and activating the heating mechanism so that rollers contained within the hot roller assembly are heated for a period of time programmed into the timing mechanism.
