Abstract

A high frequency surfacewave radar installation is provided comprising an array of antenna elements. The array comprises a first antenna element which is configured to transmit a signal having a frequency in the range of a first octave together with a second antenna element which is configured to transmit a signal having a frequency in the range of a second octave.
