步骤 16- 17. 第一用户设备接收到新的媒体流参数后, 以 200 OK应答消息进行确认回 复,停止发送 /接收此转出的媒体流 2,该 200 0K应答消息经过 S-CSCF设备发送给 SCC AS。
但是, 当第二用户设备为电路域的用户设备时, 利用现有的 CS信令, 无法将 "建立挂 起的媒体流" 的指示信息发送到电路域的用户设备。 而且电路域建立会话有如下特性: 在 电路域内只能建立激活的会话, 无法建立挂起的会话连接。
基于以上分析, 现有技术无法将一个挂起的媒体流转移到一个电路域的用户设备。 发明内容
本发明实施例提供了媒体流转移的方法、系统和服务器, 使用本发明实施例提供的技术 方案, 能够将挂起的媒体流转移到电路域的用户设备。
本发明实施例的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
本发明实施例提供一种媒体流转移的方法, 包括: 接收会话请求消息, 所述会话请求消息中包括建立挂起媒体流的指示信息; 根据所述会话请求消息向本端电路域用户设备发送指示建立电路域连接的建立请求消 息;
在电路域连接建立后,根据所述建立挂起媒体流的指示信息向所述电路域用户设备发送 挂起指示信息。
本发明实施例提供一种服务器, 包括:
会话请求接收单元 (501 ), 用于接收包括建立挂起媒体流的指示信息的会话请求消息; 建立发送单元 (502), 用于根据所述接收单元 (501 ) 接收的会话请求消息向本端电路 域用户设备发送指示建立电路域连接的建立请求消息;

本发明实施例提供的媒体流转移的方法的实施例一如图 2所示:
歩骤 01 : 第一用户设备发起挂起请求, 请求将媒体流 2 (即语音媒体流)进行挂起操 作。 该挂起请求消息经 S-CSCF到达 SCC AS。
步骤 02 : SCC AS将该挂起请求消息发送给对端用户设备, 该挂起请求消息经 S-CSCF 到达对端用户设备。
步骤 02后第一用户设备与对端用户设备的语音媒体流处于挂起状态。
步骤 03 : 第一用户设备决定将挂起的语音媒体流转移到电路域用户设备。 第一用户设 备向 SCC AS发送转移消息,该转移消息指示了请求的行为(转移媒体流到另一用户设备)、 媒体转移目标设备 (电路域用户设备)、 待转移媒体流信息 (例如媒体流类型、 媒体流相关 联的对话、 该媒体流的状态等)。 该转移消息经 S-CSCF到达 SCC AS。
步骤 04 : 同图 1中步骤 4〜5。
歩骤 05 : SCC AS根据收到的转移消息的内容, 向电路域用户设备发送会话请求消息, 请求建立会话, 在会话请求消息中携带被转移媒体流的相关参数 (例如媒体类型、 编码方 式等), 同时在该会话请求消息中包含建立本端挂起的媒体流的指示信息。 该会话请求消息 首先到达电路域用户设备所在的 MSC Server。
步骤 06 : MSC Server向电路域用户设备发送建立请求消息, 请求建立语音连接。 歩骤 07 : 电路域用户设备向 MSC Server回复连接消息, 接受连接请求。 通过步骤 06〜07,电路域用户设备与 MSC Server间建立了一个激活的 CS Voice (语音) 连接。
步骤 08 : MSC Server向电路域用户设备发送恢复(resume) 消息或设备 (FACILITY) 消息作为挂起指示消息。
说明: 恢复消息的作用是通知电路域用户设备将刚刚建立的媒体流进行挂起操作。 由 于此时电路域用户设备没有挂起的媒体流, 因此电路域用户设备收到该恢复消息后会主动 将刚建立的媒体流进行挂起操作。 还可以使用设备消息, 这里的设备消息的作用是通知电 路域用户设备, 对端用户设备此时已处于挂起状态, 则电路域用户设备收到该设备消息后 会主动发起挂起请求。
在 FACILITY消息里有 Facility字段, 可以利用 Facility字段来通知电路域用户设备执 行挂起操作。 Facility字段的内容可以为:
设备 (调用 =通知补充业务 (挂起, 处于挂起的指示)) ( Facility (Invoke = NotifySS (HOLD, CallOnHold-Indicator))), 该 Facility字段的内容为现有技术, 该字段主要用于通知 挂起发起方, 被挂起用户设备已处于挂起状态。 这里 MSC Server利用该字段来通知电路域 用户设备执行挂起操作。
设备(调用 =通知补充业务(挂起,挂起呼叫的指示)) Facility (Invoke = NotifySS (HOLD, HoldCall-Indicator)),该 Facility字段的内容为对现有技术的扩展。 电路域用户设备收到这个 消息后执行挂起操作。
总之, 不管使用什么消息, 这里所要达到的目的就是通知电路域用户设备发起一个挂 起的请求过程。当然这里同时需要对电路域用户设备进行相应的改进, 即当 UE收到恢复消 息或设备消息后需要主动发起挂起请求。
步骤 09: 电路域用户设备向 MSC Server发送挂起请求消息。
步骤 010: MSC Server向电路域用户设备回复挂起确认消息。
步骤 011 : MSC Server将成功应答消息 (比如 200 OK应答消息) 发送给 SCC AS, 确 认连接建立成功。

通过本发明实施例一可知, MSC Server接收建立本端挂起的媒体流连接的指示信息, 向电路域的用户设备发起建立电路域连接的请求消息, 在连接建立成功后, 通过作为挂起 指示信息的恢复消息或设备消息通知电路域的用户设备将该新建立的连接执行挂起操作。 电路域的用户设备收到该挂起指示信息后, 主动发起挂起请求。 采用该方法, 达到将挂起 的媒体流转移到电路域的用户设备的效果。 本发明实施例提供的媒体流转移的方法的实施例二如图 3所示:
步骤 21 : 对端用户设备发起挂起请求, 请求将媒体流 2进行挂起。 该挂起请求消息经 S-CSCF到达 SCC AS。
步骤 22 : SCC AS将该挂起请求消息发送给第一用户设备, 该挂起请求消息经 S-CSCF 到达第一用户设备。
步骤 22后的第一用户设备与对端用户设备的媒体流 2处于 hold状态。
步骤 23 : 第一用户设备决定将挂起的媒体流 2转移到电路域用户设备。 第一用户设备 向 SCC AS发送转移消息,请求转移媒体到电路域用户设备。该转移消息指示了请求的行为 (转移媒体到另一用户设备)、 媒体转移目标设备 (电路域用户设备)、 待转移媒体流信息 (例如媒体流类型、 媒体流相关联的对话、 该媒体流的状态等)。 该转移消息经 S-CSCF到 达 SCC AS。 (同图 1中步骤 1〜3 )
步骤 24 : 同图 1中步骤 4〜5。
步骤 25 : SCC AS根据收到的转移消息的内容, 向电路域用户设备发送会话请求消息, 请求建立会话, 该会话请求消息中携带被转移媒体的相关参数 (例如媒体类型、 编码方式 等), 同时在该会话请求消息中包含建立对端用户设备挂起的媒体流的指示信息。 该会话请 求消息经过 S-CSCF首先到达电路域用户设备所在的 MSC Server。
步骤 26: MSC Server向电路域用户设备发送建立请求消息, 请求建立语音连接。 步骤 27 : 电路域用户设备回复连接消息, 接受连接请求。
说明: 通过步骤 26〜27, 电路域用户设备与 MSC Server间建立了一个激活的电路域的 语音连接。
步骤 28 : MSC Server向电路域用户设备发送挂起请求消息。
步骤 29 : 电路域用户设备向 MSC Server回复挂起确认消息。

说明: 歩骤 38〜39可选, 如果步骤 36〜37可以建立一个本端挂起的媒体流连接, 则 步骤 38〜39可不执行。 如果步骤 36〜37只能建立一个激活的电路域的语音连接, 则歩骤 38〜39必须执行。

20、 一种媒体流转移的系统, 其特征在于, 包括: 用户设备, 以及如权利要求 14至 19 中任一权利要求所述的服务器;
所述用户设备包括:
接收单元, 用于接收移动交换中心服务器 MSC Server发送的挂起指示信息;
挂起请求单元, 用于根据所述接收单元接收的挂起指示信息向所述 MSC Server发送挂起 请求消息。
21、 根据权利要求 20中所述的媒体流转移的系统, 其特征在于, 所述用户设备的接收单 元具体用于接收所述 MSC Server发送的挂起指示信息,所述挂起指示信息是恢复消息或设备 消息。
22、 根据权利要求 21中所述的媒体流转移的系统, 其特征在于, 所述用户设备的挂起请 求单元具体用于根据所述设备消息中的设备字段向所述 MSC Server发送挂起请求消息。
23、 一种媒体流转移的系统, 其特征在于, 包括: 用户设备, 以及如权利要求 14至 19 中任一权利要求所述的服务器;
所述用户设备包括:
接收单元, 用于接收移动交换中心服务器 MSC Server发送的指示建立电路域连接的建立 请求消息, 所述建立请求消息包括挂起指示信息;
建立单元, 用于根据所述建立请求消息建立挂起的媒体流电路域连接。
24、 根据权利要求 23所述的媒体流转移的系统, 其特征在于, 所述建立单元包括: 连接 建立单元和挂起单元;
所述连接建立单元, 用于根据所述挂起指示信息建立电路域连接;
所述挂起单元, 用于在建立连接单元建立电路域连接的同时或之后, 根据所述挂起指示 信息向所述 MSC Server发送挂起请求消息。
25、 根据权利要求 24中所述的媒体流转移的系统, 其特征在于, 所述挂起单元具体用于 根据所述挂起指示信息向所述 MSC Server发送挂起请求消息,所述挂起指示信息以所述建立 请求消息的设备字段表示
