- 1 - 用户信息的割接方法及装置
本申请要求于 2008 年 8 月 14 日提交中国专利局、 申请号为 200810146269.5、 发明名称为 "用户信息的割接方法及装置" 的中国专利申请 的优先权, 其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及通信技术, 尤其涉及用户信息的割接技术。
背景技术
随着电信用户对多种媒体业务的需求日益增长以及无线网络的不断升级, 电信运营商提供数据业务的服务越来越受到关注。
然而, 随着电信运营商提供的业务种类的增多, 计费方式也更加复杂, 很 多问题也逐渐暴露出来。 例如, 传统网络中的计费功能往往基于话音、 数据、 多媒体内容等不同类型的业务体系纵向并行发展而来 ,这样就造成业务间计费 的孤立,在线计费和离线计费釆用完全不同的机制分别处理, 进而造成用户细 分营销策略不得不受到预付费(即在线计费)和后付费(即离线计费)的天然 阻隔。 随着新型业务的不断涌现, 必然会出现重复投资建设用于满足完备的计 费需求的计费系统的现象, 显然, 不但会导致计费成本高、 效率低下, 而且各 计费系统的计费能力各异,相互之间难以做到信息共享和业务捆绑营销, 无法 满足未来的杀手级应用环境的请求。
为了能让用户从传统的智能网 (IN, Intelligent Network )上转移到在线计 费系统( OCS , Online Charging System )上, 本领域技术人员提出了一种用户 信息的割接方法, 即,将大量用户的用户信息批量的从智能网导入在线计费系 统。 但是, 本发明的发明人经过仔细研究现有的用户信息的割接方法后发现, 在割接过程中,智能网和在线计费系统都不能为这些用户信息对应的用户提供 计费服务, 这样就请求暂停为用户提供业务服务, 暂停的时间要根据割接的时 间而定, 而批量割接用户信息往往需要比较长的时间, 由此可见, 暂停为用户 提供业务服务的时间也比较长。 显然, 这样不但会影响用户使用业务, 也会给 运营商造成损失。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供用户信息的割接方法及装置,用以尽量减少暂停为用户 05

一种用户信息的割接方法, 包括: 从智能网获得一个用户的用户信息并将 所述用户信息提供给在线计费系统, 或者,触发在线计费系统从智能网获得所 述用户的用户信息;请求核心网将所述用户的 CAMEL签约信息修改为与所述 在线计费系统对应的 CAMEL签约信息,并请求核心网将所述用户的归属信息 修改为与所述在线计费系统对应的归属信息。
一种用户信息的割接装置, 包括: 用户信息获得单元, 用于从智能网获得 一个用户的用户信息; 用户信息提供单元, 用于将所述用户信息获得单元获得 的用户信息提供给在线计费系统; 请求单元, 用于在所述用户信息提供单元将 所述用户信息获得单元获得的用户信息提供给在线计费系统后 ,请求核心网将 所述用户的 CAMEL签约信息修改为与所述在线计费系统对应的 CAMEL签约 信息,并请求核心网将所述用户的归属信息修改为与所述在线计费系统对应的 归属信息。
一种用户信息的割接装置, 包括: 触发单元, 用于触发在线计费系统获得 一个用户的用户信息; 请求单元, 用于在所述触发单元触发在线计费系统获得 一个用户的用户信息后,请求核心网将所述用户的 CAMEL签约信息修改为与 所述在线计费系统对应的 CAMEL签约信息,并请求核心网将所述用户的归属 信息修改为与所述在线计费系统对应的归属信息。
一种用户信息的割接方法, 包括: 获得存储在智能网中的一个用户的用户 信息; 将所述用户信息转换为在线计费系统格式的用户信息。
一种用户信息的割接装置, 包括: 信息获得单元, 用于获得存储在智能网 中的一个用户的用户信息; 用户信息格式转换单元, 用于将所述信息获得单元 获得的用户信息转换为在线计费系统格式的用户信息。
在本发明的实施例中 ,提供给在线计费系统的用户信息或者在线计费系统 获得的用户信息都是一个用户的用户信息, 或者说, 以一个用户的用户信息为 单元进行割接。由于在割接一个用户的用户信息的割接量比批量割接用户信息 的割接量小, 所以,割接一个用户的用户信息的割接速度比批量割接用户信息 的割接速度快, 因此,割接一个用户的用户信息的割接时间比批量割接用户信 息的割接短, 这样, 暂停为所述用户提供业务服务的时间相对较短。 附图说明

具体实施方式
首先介绍用于用户信息的割接的系统架构。如图 1A所示, 系统架构包括: 客户关系管理系统( CRM, Customer Relationship Management )、 智能网、 在 线计费系统及核心网( CN, Core Network ),其中,智能网包括业务管理点( SMP, Service Management Point )及业务控制点( SCP, Service Control Point ), 在线 计费系统包括计费管理点(BMP, Bill Management Point ), 业务控制点及融合 计费平台 (CBP, Convergent Billing Platform ), 核心网包括归属位置寄存器 ( HLR, Home Location Register )及网关通用分组无线业务(GPRS, General Packet Radio Service ) 支持节点 (GGSN, Gateway GPRS Supporting Node ) I 内容计费网关 (CCG, Content Charging Gateway )„
下面结合图 1 , 对本发明的第一种用户信息的割接方法进行说明。 如图 1 所示, 包括:
步骤 S101 : 从智能网获得一个用户的用户信息;
步骤 S102: 将所述用户信息提供给在线计费系统;
步骤 S103 : 请求核心网将所述用户的移动网络增强逻辑的客户化应用 ( CAMEL, Customized Application for Mobile Network Enhanced Logic )签约 信息 (CAMEL Subscription Information )修改为与所述在线计费系统对应的 CAMEL签约信息, 并请求核心网将所述用户的归属信息修改为与所述在线计 费系统对应的归属信息。
步骤 S101、步骤 S102及步骤 S103的执行主体可以是客户关系管理系统。 从智能网获得一个用户的用户信息时,可以从智能网的业务管理点获得所述用 户的用户信息; 将所述用户信息提供给在线计费系统时, 可以将所述用户信息 提供给在线计费系统的计费管理点;请求核心网修改所述用户的 CAMEL签约 信息时, 可以请求核心网的归属位置寄存器修改所述用户的 CAMEL签约信 息, 请求核心网修改所述用户的归属信息时, 可以请求网关 GPRS支持节点 / 内容计费网关修改所述用户的归属信息。
从智能网获得一个用户的用户信息之前,还可以向智能网请求获得所述用 户的用户信息, 具体的, 可以向智能网的业务管理点请求获得所述用户的用户 信息。
在向智能网请求获得所述用户的用户信息之后、从智能网获得一个用户的 用户信息之前, 智能网可以判断所述用户是否在使用业务, 如果是, 则针对所 述获得所述用户的用户信息的请求返回请求失败的消息, 否则,将所述用户设 置为暂不能使用业务状态, 并返回所述用户的用户信息。 具体的, 可以由智能 网的业务管理点执行上述操作。
将所述用户信息提供给在线计费系统时,可以通过 Web服务(Web Service ) 接口将所述用户信息提供给在线计费系统, 具体的, 可以提供给在线计费系统 的计费管理点。
在将所述用户信息提供给在线计费系统后 ,在线计费系统可以将所述用户 信息转换为在线计费系统格式的用户信息, 具体的, 可以由在线计费系统的计 费管理点将所述用户信息转换为在线计费系统格式的用户信息。
请求核心网修改所述用户的 CAMEL签约信息时,可以请求归属位置寄存 器将所述用户的 CAMEL签约信息中的业务控制点地址修改为所述用户归属 的在线计费系统的业务控制点地址。
请求核心网修改所述用户的归属信息时,如果所述用户对应的数据业务计 费触发部件为所述用户归属的融合计费平台,则可以请求网关 GPRS支持节点 /内容计费网关在所述用户的数据业务计费触发部件号码路由表中增加所述用 户归属的融合计费平台的描述;如果所述用户对应的数据业务计费触发部件为 所述用户归属的在线计费系统的业务控制点,则可以将所述用户的数据业务计 费触发部件号码路由表中的业务控制点的号码设置为所述用户归属的在线计 费系统的业务控制点的标识。
如果请求核心网修改所述用户的 CAMEL签约信息没有成功,或者请求核 心网修改所述用户的归属信息没有成功,则可以请求在线计费系统删除所述用 户的用户信息, 具体的, 可以请求在线计费系统的计费管理点删除所述用户的 用户信息。
请求核心网修改所述用户的 CAMEL签约信息,并请求核心网修改所述用 户的归属信息后, 还可以请求智能网删除所述用户的用户信息, 具体的, 可以 请求智能网的业务管理点删除所述用户的用户信息。
需要说明的是,请求核心网修改所述用户的 CAMEL签约信息与请求核心 网修改所述用户的归属信息之间没有必然的先后顺序关系, 即,先进行哪一个 操作都可以, 当然, 两个操作同时进行也是可行的。
图 1所述的方法可以由多种形式的装置来实现,其中的一种用户信息的割 接装置如图 2所示, 包括: 用户信息获得单元 201 , 用于从智能网获得一个用 户的用户信息; 用户信息提供单元 202, 用于将用户信息获得单元 201获得的 用户信息提供给在线计费系统; 请求单元 203 , 用于在用户信息提供单元 202 将用户信息获得单元 201获得的用户信息提供给在线计费系统后,请求核心网 将所述用户的 CAMEL签约信息修改为与所述在线计费系统对应的 CAMEL签 约信息,并请求核心网将所述用户的归属信息修改为与所述在线计费系统对应 的归属信息。
用户信息提供单元 202将所述用户信息提供给在线计费系统时,可以通过 Web服务接口将所述用户信息提供给在线计费系统。
请求单元 203请求核心网修改所述用户的 CAMEL签约信息时,可以请求 归属位置寄存器将所述用户的 CAMEL签约信息中的业务控制点地址修改为 所述用户归属的在线计费系统的业务控制点地址。

的数据业务计费触发部件为所述用户归属的融合计费平台, 则可以请求网关 GPRS 支持节点 /内容计费网关在所述用户的数据业务计费触发部件号码路由 表中增加所述用户归属的融合计费平台的描述;如果所述用户对应的数据业务 计费触发部件为所述用户归属的在线计费系统的业务控制点,则可以将所述用 户的数据业务计费触发部件号码路由表中的业务控制点的号码设置为所述用 户归属的在线计费系统的业务控制点的标识。
请求单元 203在用户信息获得单元 201从智能网获得一个用户的用户信息 之前, 还可以向智能网请求获得所述用户的用户信息。
请求单元 203在请求核心网修改所述用户的 CAMEL签约信息没有成功或 者请求核心网修改所述用户的归属信息没有成功后,还可以请求在线计费系统 删除所述用户的用户信息。
请求单元 203请求核心网修改所述用户的 CAMEL签约信息,并请求核心 网修改所述用户的归属信息后, 还可以请求智能网删除所述用户的用户信息。
需要说明的是,上述装置中的各个单元可以应用或设置在客户关系管理系 统中,这些单元在客户关系管理系统中的工作方式与在上述装置中的工作方式 相同, 这里不再赘述。
图 3所示的是本发明实施例的另一种用户信息的割接方法流程图。 如图 3 所示, 包括:
步骤 S301 : 触发在线计费系统获得一个用户的用户信息;
步骤 S302: 请求核心网将所述用户的 CAMEL签约信息修改为与所述在 线计费系统对应的 CAMEL签约信息,并请求核心网将所述用户的归属信息修 改为与所述在线计费系统对应的归属信息。
步骤 S301及步骤 S302的执行主体可以是客户关系管理系统。触发在线计 费系统获得一个用户的用户信息时,可以触发在线计费系统的计费管理点获得 所述用户的用户信息; 请求核心网修改所述用户的 CAMEL签约信息时, 可以 请求核心网的归属位置寄存器修改所述用户的 CAMEL签约信息,请求核心网 修改所述用户的归属信息时, 可以请求网关 GPRS支持节点 /内容计费网关修 改所述用户的归属信息。
触发在线计费系统获得一个用户的用户信息时 ,可以向在线计费系统发出 05
Web服务请求, 具体的, 可以向在线计费系统的计费管理点发出 Web服务请 求。
在触发在线计费系统获得一个用户的用户信息后,在线计费系统向智能网 请求获得所述用户的用户信息, 具体的, 可以由在线计费系统的计费管理点向 智能网的业务管理点请求获得所述用户的用户信息。
在线计费系统向智能网请求获得所述用户的用户信息之后,智能网可以判 断所述用户是否在使用业务,如果是, 则针对所述获得所述用户的用户信息的 请求返回请求失败的消息, 否则, 将所述用户设置为暂不能使用业务状态, 并 返回所述用户的用户信息。具体的,可以由智能网的业务管理点执行上述操作。
在智能网返回所述用户的用户信息后 ,在线计费系统可以将所述用户信息 转换为在线计费系统格式的用户信息, 具体的, 可以由在线计费系统的计费管 理点将所述用户信息转换为在线计费系统格式的用户信息。
请求核心网修改所述用户的 CAMEL签约信息时,可以请求归属位置寄存 器将所述用户的 CAMEL签约信息中的业务控制点地址修改为所述用户归属 的在线计费系统的业务控制, 地址。

获得存储在智能网中的一个用户的用户信息后,还可以请求智能网删除所 述用户的用户信息, 具体的, 可以请求智能网的业务管理点删除所述用户的用 户信息。获得存储在智能网中的一个用户的用户信息后, 也可以请求客户关系 管理系统删除在智能网中的所述用户的用户信息。

智能网包括业务管理点和业务控制点。业务管理点向智能网外提供人机语 言 (MML, Man-Machine Language )接口。
在线计费系统包括计费管理点、 业务控制点及融合计费平台(或者为在线 计费系统的在线计费接口)。计费管理点向在线计费系统外提供 Web服务接口, 业务控制点是配套融合计费平台 /在线计费系统计费的呼叫控制节点。
归属位置寄存器用于存储用户的签约信息。 网关 GPRS支持节点 /内容计 费网关是数据业务计费触发点。客户关系管理系统用于提供智能网和在线计费 系统的营业管理功能。
该应用实施例的流程如图 8所示, 包括:
步骤 S801 : 客户关系管理系统向智能网的业务管理点发起人机语言请求, 用于获取智能网存储的某个用户的用户信息, 用户信息可以包括用户属性、开 通业务、 免费用量、 余额、 服务(Service )信息、 业务控制参数等。 若所述用 户正在使用业务, 则业务管理点向客户关系管理系统返回请求失败的消息。若 所述用户没有使用业务,则业务管理点将智能网中的用户设置为暂不能使用业 务状态, 且向客户关系管理系统返回所述用户的用户信息。 另外, 客户关系管 理系统可以在所述用户请求进行用户信息割接时,向智能网的业务管理点发起 05

步骤 S802: 客户关系管理系统将获取到的用户信息, 通过 Web服务接口 发给在线计费系统的计费管理点。
计费管理点获得用户信息后, 完成用户信息的映射和转换。 例如:
1)把用户信息中的 MSISDN创建成在线计费系统的一个新用户的标识。
2 )把用户信息中的余额赋值给新用户帐户的余额账本。
3 )把用户信息中的奖励(Bonus )信息映射成新用户的免费资源帐户。
4) 把用户信息中的生命周期状态属性映射成新用户的生命周期属性字 段。
5)把用户信息中的亲情号码列表映射成新用户的亲情号码列表。
6 )根据 MSISDN所有的服务类型 ( service type )对应的产品标识(ID ), 为新用户生成产品的订购关系。

如果将获取到的用户信息发给在线计费系统的计费管理点没有成功,则客 户关系管理系统主动放弃本次割接任务。
步骤 S803: 客户关系管理系统向归属位置寄存器发起管理操作, 用于修 改用户的 CAMEL签约信息, 具体来说,将所述用户的签约信息中的业务控制 点地址修改为在线计费系统对应的业务控制点地址。
若这个步骤不成功,则客户关系管理系统请求计费管理点删除新用户的信 息。
步骤 S804: 客户关系管理系统向网关 GPRS支持节点 /内容计费网关发起 管理操作, 用于修改用户的归属信息, 具体来说, 修改数据业务计费触发部件 号码路由表。 号码路由表具体可以如表 1所示。

在这一个应用实施例中, 客户关系管理系统直接从智能网获取用户信息, 然后将用户信息提供给在线计费系统, 实际上,在线计费系统也可以根据客户 关系管理系统的触发, 直接从智能网获取用户信息, 具体描述可以参见下面的 另一个应用实施例。 05

综上所述, 在本发明的实施例中, 由于割接单个用户的用户信息的割接量 比批量割接用户信息的割接量小, 所以, 减少了暂停为所述用户提供业务服务 的时间, 也为运营商减少了因暂停为所述用户提供业务服务而损失的用户消 费。 另外, 由于不需要对其他用户的用户信息进行割接, 所以避免了在批量割 接用户信息时、因某个或某些用户信息割接不成功而影响到其他用户的用户信 息割接, 因此减轻了割接风险。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分流程 , 是可以通过计算机程序来指令相关的硬件来完成,所述的程序可存储于一计算 机可读取存储介质中,该程序在执行时,可包括如上述各方法的实施例的流程。 其中,所述的存储介质可为磁碟、光盘、只读存储记忆体(Read-Only Memory, ROM )或随机存储记忆体(Random Access Memory, RAM )等。
