本发明实施例中第三方业务服务器可以依据网络切片查询结果,将网络切片信息与其业务需求进行匹配,选择一个合适的网络切片为其服务。第三方业务服务器将选择的网络切片通知给能力开放功能实体,并携带需要服务的终端类型或业务类型,以及业务需求等信息。能力开放功能实体发现选择的网络切片无法完全满足其业务需求,就向网络切片管理功能实体发起网络切片更新请求,携带网络切片更新信息,不限于更新网元、网元连接关系、网络切片资源等信息,由网络切片管理功能实体对选择的网络切片进行更新,以满足第三方业务服务器的业务需求。若第三方业务服务器没有发现网络切片满足其业务需求,则第三方业务服务器通知能力开放功能实体创建一个新的网络切片满足其业务需求,此时能力开放功能实体需要向网络切片管理功能实体发起网络切片创建请求,携带网络切片创建信息,为第三方业务服务器创建一个全新的网络切片。
能力开放功能实体也可以为第三方业务服务器提供网络切片选择、更新、创建、释放服务。第三方业务服务器导入其对网络切片服务的业务需求,能力开放功能实体将查询到的网络切片信息与第三方业务服务器的业务需求进 行匹配,如果完全匹配上,则选择最优的一个网络切片为第三方提供服务。如果不完全匹配,则选择一个匹配较好的网络切片,对其进行网络切片更新,使其能完全满足第三方业务服务器的业务需求。如果不能匹配成功,则为第三方业务服务器申请创建一个新的网络切片。
网络切片创建或更新成功后,能力开放功能实体可以提供网络切片释放服务,网络切片释放可以由第三方实时申请,实时释放。也可以采用生命周期的方式,当生命周期结束后,能力开放功能实体向网络切片管理功能实体请求释放网络切片。
如图5所示,本发明实施例还提供一种网络切片能力开放的方法,应用于网络切片管理实体,包括:
接收能力开放功能实体发送的请求网络切片信息的消息;
向所述能力开放功能实体反馈网络切片信息。

图8是根据本发明优选实施例的通信网络架构增强的结构示意图。如图8所示,该通信网络架构可以包括:能力开放功能实体与网络切片管理功能的接口(简称A接口),及能力开放功能实体与网络切片内各网元之间的接口(简称B接口)。通过A接口,能力开放功能实体可以查询网络切片的静 态信息,如网络切片内网元信息,网元连接拓扑信息,网络资源信息等。通过A接口,能力开放功能实体还可以向网络切片管理功能请求创建或更新满足第三方业务需求的网络切片,当网络切片的生命周期结束后,可以请求释放为所述第三方业务创建或更新的网络切片或网络切片资源。通过B接口,能力开放功能实体可以查询网络切片各网元的动态信息,不限于各网元的负荷能力,拥塞状态,网络资源使用情况,计算及存储资源使用情况等。能力开放功能实体通过与第三方的交互,可以向第三方开放网络切片信息的查询,网络切片的选择,网络切片的更新,网络切片的创建,网络切片的释放等相关网络切片的能力。其中,
A接口:能力开放功能与网络切片管理功能的接口,该接口用于两个网元之间信息的交互及转发,如网络切片静态信息的查询,或请求创建及更新满足第三方业务需求的网络切片。
B接口:能力开放功能与网络切片内各网元的接口,该接口用于查询网络切片的动态信息,不限于各网元的负荷能力,拥塞状态,网络资源使用情况,计算及存储资源使用情况等。
能力开放功能实体:能力开放平台具有需求导入、协议转换、专网组网信息创建等功能。为满足第三方业务对未来网络的网络切片需求,能力开放功能实体向第三方开放网络切片的能力,不限于向第三方开放网络切片信息的查询,网络切片的选择,网络切片的更新,网络切片的创建,网络切片的释放等相关网络切片的能力。
网络切片管理功能实体:网络切片管理功能实体负责网络切片的创建,更新,释放等管理功能。

图9是根据本发明实施例的基于增强的能力开放网络架构,满足第三方应用/服务提供商/虚拟运营商对未来网络的网络切片需求,通过能力开放功能,向第三方开放现有移动网络系统中的网络切片信息查询,使第三方根据业务需求使用适合的网络切片,以满足第三方采用不同网络切片实现差异化 的业务需求,提升用户体验。如图9所示,该方法可以包括以下处理步骤:
步骤S201:第三方应用/服务提供商/虚拟运营商为满足其业务需求,需要向现有网络系统查询当前网络切片的信息,以了解网络切片的性能,功能及网络负荷等情况。第三方根据其业务需求向能力开放功能实体请求查询当前网络系统中网络切片的信息,不限于网络切片的静态信息,如网络切片内网元及网络功能,网元连接拓扑,网络资源/计算资源/存储资源分配等;网络切片的动态信息,如网络切片内各网元的负荷,网络切片的拥塞情况,网络资源/计算资源/存储资源的使用情况,当前接入的终端数等网络切片信息等。网络切片查询信令中可以携带业务需求。
步骤S202:能力开放功能实体收到第三方对网络切片信息的查询请求后,向系统中的网络切片管理功能实体发起网络切片信息查询的请求。
步骤S203:若查询请求中携带业务需求信息,网络切片管理功能实体将当前网络系统中与该业务需求相关联的所有网络切片信息返回给能力开放功能实体。若查询请求中不携带业务需求信息,网络切片管理功能实体将当前网络系统中所有网络切片信息返回给能力开放功能实体。返回信令中携带网络切片的静态信息,不限于网络切片的类型,网络切片内网元及网络功能,网元连接拓扑,网络资源/计算资源/存储资源分配,可支持的业务类型及终端类型等网络切片信息等。

从该实施例可以看出,能力开放功能实体可以将网络切片信息开放给第三方,并且根据第三方的业务需求返回第三方所需要的网络切片信息,第三方根据网络切片信息可以进行业务规划及网络切片更新请求等操作。

图10是根据本发明实施例的基于增强的能力开放网络架构,满足第三方应用/服务提供商/虚拟运营商对未来网络的网络切片需求。通过能力开放功能,向第三方开放现有移动网络系统中的网络切片选择能力,并根据第三方业务需求更新第三方已选择的网络切片,如增加适合第三方业务的专用网元,增加网络切片资源等更新方式,使第三方选择的网络切片能够满足第三方业务的差异化需求。另外,当终端通过通用网络切片接入后,能力开放功能实体能将已选择的网络切片信息通知给该终端,使该终端改用为其选择的网络切片接入,以满足其业务需求,提升用户体验。如图10所示,该方法可以包括以下处理步骤:
步骤S301:第三方应用/服务提供商/虚拟运营商为满足其业务需求,根据已查询的当前网络切片的信息,为其第三方业务或其管理的终端选择较为合适的网络切片A。第三方将选择的网络切片A信息通知给能力开放功能实体,同时携带业务类型信息或终端类型信息,并携带其期望的业务需求给能力开放功能实体,业务需求可包含选择的网络切片A可能不满足业务特性的描述,如物联网业务特性,高吞吐量业务特性,或频繁信令交互业务特性等。
步骤S302:能力开放功能实体收到第三方对网络切片A的选择通知后,针对其业务需求描述,如果网络切片A不能完全满足第三方业务需求,则向网络切片管理功能实体发起网络切片A更新请求,携带网络切片A更新需求, 如增加物联网专用网元,增加网络切片的计算资源、存储资源或网络资源等,同时还包括网络切片A需要服务的业务类型或终端类型等信息。
步骤S303:网络切片管理功能实体收到网络切片A更新请求后,根据网络切片更新需求,对网络切片A进行动态调整,如增加物联网专用网元,更新网元连接关系,动态调度网络资源等,以适配第三方业务需求。
若当前网络系统不能满足网络切片创建或更新需求,网络切片管理功能则向能力开放功能实体请求进行网络切片更新或创建需求调整。
步骤S304:网络切片管理功能实体更新完成后,向能力开放功能实体返回更新完成通知,同时携带网络切片A更新后的静态信息。若当前网络系统没有可调度的网络切片资源,网络切片A更新失败,则网络切片管理功能实体通知能力开放功能实体更新失败的消息,由能力开放功能实体与第三方协商是否使用该网络切片A。
步骤S305:第三方管理的终端通过通用网络切片接入到当前网络中,携带终端类型或业务类型。
步骤S306:通用网络切片需要为该终端确认为其服务的网络切片。通用网络切片向网络切片管理功能实体发起网络切片查询,携带该终端的终端类型或业务类型。网络切片管理功能实体确认该终端由网络切片A服务。若网络切片管理功能实体不能确定哪个网络切片为其服务,网络切片管理功能实体进一步向能力开放功能实体发起查询,能力开放功能实体可与第三方交互确认或选择为该终端服务的网络切片。
步骤S307:网络切片管理功能实体将确认为该终端服务的网络切片A信息通知给通用网络切片,网络切片A信息包含网络切片A的id及地址信息。
步骤S308:通用网络切片将为其服务的网络切片A的id及地址信息通知给该终端。
步骤S309:该终端重新选择网络切片A接入到网络,携带终端类型或业务类型,由网络切片A为该终端提供接入及数据服务。
从该实施例可以看出,能力开放功能实体可以将根据第三方业务选择,为第三方更新已选择的网络切片。当终端接入到网络后,网络切片管理功能 可以通过能力开放功能,为该终端选择合适网络切片进行服务,使选择的网络切片满足第三方业务需求。
实施例3
图11是根据本发明实施例的基于增强的能力开放网络架构,满足第三方应用/服务提供商/虚拟运营商对未来网络的网络切片需求,通过能力开放功能,向第三方开放现有移动网络系统中的网络切片选择能力,第三方可以导入其业务需求,如用户数、带宽、时延、生命周期、服务地域、业务特征(物联网、车联网、大规模终端、高吞吐量、小数据等),能力开放功能实体根据其业务需求,为第三方选择并提供满足其业务需求的网络切片,提升用户体验。如图11所示,该方法可以包括以下处理步骤:
步骤S401:第三方应用/服务提供商/虚拟运营商为满足其业务需求,希望现有网络系统为其提供一个合适的网络切片提供网络服务。第三方向能力开放功能实体发起网络切片服务的请求,携带其可导入的业务需求,如用户数、带宽、时延、生命周期、服务地域、业务特征(物联网、车联网、大规模终端、高吞吐量、小数据等)。
步骤S402:能力开放功能实体如果没有当前网络系统中网络切片的信息,当收到第三方对网络切片服务的请求后,向系统中的网络切片管理功能实体发起网络切片信息查询的请求。
步骤S403:若查询请求中携带业务需求信息,网络切片管理功能实体将当前网络系统中与该业务需求相关联的所有网络切片信息返回给能力开放功能实体。若查询请求中不携带业务需求信息,网络切片管理功能将当前网络系统中所有网络切片信息返回给能力开放功能实体。返回信令中携带网络切片的静态信息,不限于网络切片的类型,网络切片内网元及网络功能,网元连接拓扑,网络资源/计算资源/存储资源分配,可支持的业务类型及终端类型等网络切片信息等。
步骤S404:能力开放功能实体进一步向网络切片管理功能实体返回的各个网络切片发起网络切片查询请求,请求查询网络切片各网元负荷及资源等 使用情况的动态信息。
步骤S405:网络切片收到能力开放功能的网络切片信息查询请求后,将网络切片当前的动态信息返回给能力开放功能实体,不限于网络切片拥塞情况,当前终端接入数量,各网元的负荷情况,网络切片资源,如网络资源/计算资源/存储资源的使用情况等信息。
步骤S406:能力开放功能实体根据第三方导入的业务需求,将网络切片的动态信息、静态信息与业务需求进行匹配,为第三方选择一个满足其业务需求的最优网络切片。如果根据匹配结果,网络切片A完全满足第三方业务需求,则执行步骤S407(a);若选择出的网络切片A无法完全满足其业务需求,则需要对网络切片A进行网络切片更新操作,执行步骤S407(b);若无法选择合适的网络切片为第三方进行服务,则需要根据业务需求,为其创建一个全新的网络切片C,执行步骤S407(c)。
步骤S407(a):能力开放功能实体为第三方成功选择网络切片A后,向第三方返回选择的网络切片信息,不限于网络切片的id及地址,网络切片的功能及性能,网络切片网元及资源等信息,结束。
若当前网络系统不能满足网络切片创建或更新需求,网络切片管理功能实体则向能力开放功能实体请求进行网络切片更新或创建需求调整。
步骤S407(b):如果选择的网络切片A不能完全满足第三方业务需求,能力开放功能实体则向网络切片管理功能实体发起网络切片A更新请求,携带网络切片A更新需求,如增加物联网专用网元,增加网络切片的计算资源、存储资源或网络资源等。
步骤S408(b):网络切片管理功能实体收到网络切片A更新请求后,根据网络切片更新需求,对网络切片A进行动态调整,如增加物联网专用网元,更新网元连接关系,动态调度网络资源等,以适配第三方业务需求。
步骤S407(c):如果没有可以选择的网络切片满足第三方业务需求,能力开放功能实体则向网络切片管理功能实体发起网络切片创建请求,携带网络切片创建需求,不限于网元、网络连接关系、网络切片资源、网络切片功能及性能等信息。
步骤S408(c):网络切片管理功能实体收到网络切片创建请求后,根据网络切片创建需求,创建一个全新的网络切片,为第三方业务满足其业务需求的服务。
步骤S409:网络切片管理功能实体更新或创建完成后,向能力开放功能实体返回更新或创建完成通知,同时携带网络切片更新或创建后的静态信息。
步骤S410:能力开放功能实体向第三方返回已创建或已更新的网络切片信息,作为为其服务的网络切片,网络切片信息不限于网络切片的id及地址,网络切片的功能及性能,网络切片网元及资源等信息。
从该实施例可以看出,能力开放功能实体可以根据第三方业务需求,为第三方提供满足其业务需求的网络切片为其服务。能力开放功能可以采用网络切片选择,网络切片更新,网络切片创建等方式,为第三方提供最优的网络切片。
实施例4
图12是根据本发明实施例的基于增强的能力开放网络架构,满足第三方应用/服务提供商/虚拟运营商对未来网络的网络切片需求,通过能力开放功能,向第三方开放现有移动网络系统中的网络切片查询能力,由第三方进行网络切片选择、创建决策,并通过能力开放功能对选择的网络切片进行更新,或为第三方创建一个全新的网络切片为其服务,如虚拟运营商需要一个专网,此时需要创建一个全新的网络切片为其服务。如图12所示,该方法可以包括以下处理步骤:
步骤S501:第三方应用/服务提供商/虚拟运营商为满足其业务需求,需要向现有网络系统查询当前网络切片的信息,以了解网络切片的性能,功能及网络负荷等情况。第三方根据其业务需求向能力开放功能实体请求查询当前网络系统中网络切片的信息,不限于网络切片的静态信息,如网络切片内网元及网络功能,网元连接拓扑,网络资源/计算资源/存储资源分配等;网络切片的动态信息,如网络切片内各网元的负荷,网络切片的拥塞情况,网络资源/计算资源/存储资源的使用情况,当前接入的终端数等网络切片信息等。 网络切片查询信令中可以携带业务需求。
步骤S502:能力开放功能实体收到第三方对网络切片信息的查询请求后,向系统中的网络切片管理功能实体发起网络切片静态信息查询的请求,向网络切片各网元发起动态信息查询的请求。
步骤S503:能力开放功能实体根据第三方的业务需求,抽取网络切片管理功能实体返回的静态网络切片信息及各网络切片返回的动态网络切片信息中的部分,生成第三方所需的网络切片信息,并返回给第三方。
步骤S504:第三方收到网络切片信息后,根据其业务需求,将网络切片信息与业务需求进行匹配,选择一个满足其业务需求的最优网络切片。根据匹配结果,选择一个适合的网络切片。若没有适合的网络切片,则可以申请创建一个网络切片为其服务。
步骤S505a:第三方选择网络切片A为其服务,将该选择信息通知给能力开放功能实体,并携带其业务需求,终端类型或业务类型。
步骤S506a:如果选择的网络切片A不能完全满足第三方业务需求,能力开放功能实体则向网络切片管理功能实体发起网络切片A更新请求,携带网络切片A更新需求,如增加物联网专用网元,增加网络切片的计算资源、存储资源或网络资源等,同时携带网络切片需要服务的终端类型或业务类型。
步骤S507a:网络切片管理功能实体收到网络切片A更新请求后,根据网络切片更新需求,对网络切片A进行动态调整,如增加物联网专用网元,更新网元连接关系,动态调度网络资源等,以适配第三方业务需求。
步骤S505b:第三方没有选择到合适的网络切片为其服务,第三方将请求创建一个全新的网络切片为其提供服务。第三方将网络切片创建请求发送给能力开放功能实体,并携带其业务需求,终端类型或业务类型。
步骤S506b:能力开放功能实体收到第三方的网络切片创建请求后,向网络切片管理功能实体发起网络切片创建请求,携带网络切片创建需求,不限于网元、网络连接关系、网络切片资源、网络切片功能及性能等信息。
步骤S507b:网络切片管理功能实体收到网络切片创建请求后,根据网络切片创建需求,创建一个全新的网络切片,为第三方业务满足其业务需求 的服务。
步骤S508:网络切片管理功能实体更新或创建完成后,向能力开放功能返回更新或创建完成通知,同时携带网络切片更新或创建后的静态信息。
步骤S509:能力开放功能实体向第三方返回已创建或已更新的网络切片信息,作为为其服务的网络切片,网络切片信息不限于网络切片的id及地址,网络切片的功能及性能,网络切片网元及资源等信息。
从该实施例可以看出,能力开放功能实体可以向第三方提供网络切片查询服务,当第三方选择并更新网络切片,或创建网络切片时,能力开放功能向网络切片管理功能实体请求更新或创建网络切片,第三方提供满足其业务需求的网络切片为其服务。
实施例5
图13是根据本发明实施例的基于增强的能力开放网络架构,满足第三方应用/服务提供商/虚拟运营商对未来网络的网络切片需求,通过能力开放功能,第三方可以请求网络切片服务的同时携带网络切片生命周期,当生命周期结束时,能力开放功能实体主动发起网络切片的释放。第三方也可以在生命周期存续期间随时发起网络切片释放请求,通过能力开放功能实体与网络切片管理功能实体交互,释放为其服务的网络切片。如图13所示,该方法可以包括以下处理步骤:
步骤S601:第三方应用/服务提供商/虚拟运营商为满足其业务需求,向能力开放功能实体发送网络切片服务请求,请求合适的网络切片提供网络服务,携带网络切片生命周期。
步骤S602:能力开放功能实体与网络切片管理功能实体交互,进行创建或更新网络切片操作,为其提供一个满足其业务需求的网络切片。
步骤S603a:在网络切片生命周期存续期间,第三方随时可以发起网络切片释放请求,请求释放为其服务的网络切片。
步骤S603b:当网络切片生命周期结束时,能力开放功能实体需要释放为第三方服务的网络切片。
步骤S604:能力开放功能实体向网络切片管理功能实体发起网络切片释放请求,请求释放为第三方服务的网络切片,携带网络切片标识。
步骤S605:若网络切片仅为该第三方进行服务,则网络切片完全释放。若网络切片还为其他业务或其他业务提供商进行服务,则仅释放为该第三方服务的网络切片内的额外网元及资源。
步骤S606:网络切片管理功能实体将释放成功结果返回给能力开放功能实体;能力开放功能实体将网络切片释放完成结果返回给第三方。
从该实施例可以看出,能力开放功能实体可以为第三方及时释放网络切片,避免长时间占用网络切片造成额外的费用,对网络资源也是一种浪费。
此外,本发明实施例还提供一种计算机可读存储介质,存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令被处理器执行时实现上述方法。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解上述方法中的全部或部分步骤可通过程序来指令相关硬件(例如处理器)完成,所述程序可以存储于计算机可读存储介质中,如只读存储器、磁盘或光盘等。可选地,上述实施例的全部或部分步骤也可以使用一个或多个集成电路来实现。相应地,上述实施例中的各模块/单元可以采用硬件的形式实现,例如通过集成电路来实现其相应功能,也可以采用软件功能模块的形式实现,例如通过处理器执行存储于存储器中的程序指令来实现其相应功能。本申请不限制于任何特定形式的硬件和软件的结合。
需要说明的是,本申请还可有其他多种实施例,在不背离本申请精神及其实质的情况下,熟悉本领域的技术人员可根据本申请作出各种相应的改变和变形,但这些相应的改变和变形都应属于本申请所附的权利要求的保护范围。
工业实用性
本发明实施例提供的技术方案,能力开放功能实体接收第三方业务服务器发送的网络切片服务请求,向网络切片管理功能实体发送请求网络切片信息的消息,在获取到网络切片管理功能实体反馈的网络切片信息后,根据所述当前网络的网络切片信息和所述网络切片服务请求的业务需求,向所述第三方业务服务器提供网络切片服务。本发明实施例可以提供未来网络的网络切片服务的能力开放服务。

Claims (23)

  1. 一种网络切片能力开放的方法,包括:
    接收第三方业务服务器发送的网络切片服务请求;
    根据所述网络切片服务请求获取当前网络的网络切片信息;
    根据所述当前网络的网络切片信息和所述网络切片服务请求的业务需求,向所述第三方业务服务器提供网络切片服务。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其中:
    所述网络切片服务请求包括以下之一:网络切片查询服务、网络切片选择服务、网络切片更新服务、网络切片创建服务、网络切片释放服务。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其中:
    所述网络切片信息包括:静态网络切片信息和/或动态网络切片信息。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的方法,其中:
    根据所述网络切片服务请求获取网络切片信息包括:
    从网络切片管理实体获取静态网络切片信息,和/或从包含网络切片资源的网元获取动态网络切片信息。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的方法,其中:
    从包含网络切片资源的网元获取动态网络切片信息之前,还包括:
    判断所述静态网络切片信息是否满足所述网络切片服务请求的业务需求,当不满足时,从包含网络切片资源的网元获取动态网络切片信息。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其中:
    根据所述当前网络的网络切片信息和所述网络切片服务请求的业务需求,向所述第三方业务服务器提供网络切片服务包括:
    根据第三方业务服务器发送的网络切片信息服务请求,获取满足第三方方业务服务器网络切片服务请求的业务需求的所述网络切片信息,并将所述 网络切片信息提供给第三方业务服务器。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其中:
    根据所述当前网络的网络切片信息和所述网络切片服务请求的业务需求,向所述第三方业务服务器提供网络切片服务包括:
    当所述网络切片信息中的网络切片满足所述网络切片服务请求的业务需求时,确定满足所述业务需求的网络切片,并将所述网络切片信息返回至所述第三方业务服务器;
    当所述网络切片信息中的网络切片不满足所述网络切片服务请求的业务需求时,向网络切片管理实体发送更新网络切片请求或创建网络切片请求,并向所述第三方业务服务器返回所述网络切片管理实体返回的已更新或已创建的网络切片信息。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其中:
    根据所述当前网络的网络切片信息和所述网络切片服务请求的业务需求,向所述第三方业务服务器提供网络切片服务包括:
    当网络切片的生命时间周期结束,或第三方服务请求释放为其提供服务的网络切片时,向网络切片管理实体通知释放所述网络切片。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的方法,其中:
    向所述网络切片管理实体发送更新网络切片请求或创建网络切片请求之后,还包括:
    接收所述网络切片管理实体发送的网络切片调整请求;
    根据所述网络切片调整请求重新向所述网络切片管理实体发送创建网络切片请求。
  10. 一种网络切片能力开放的方法,包括:
    接收能力开放功能实体发送的请求网络切片信息的消息;
    向所述能力开放功能实体反馈网络切片信息。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的方法,其中:
    所述方法还包括:
    接收所述能力开放功能实体发送的更新网络切片请求或创建网络切片请求,根据所述更新网络切片请求或创建网络切片请求返回已更新或已创建的网络切片信息;
    或者接收所述能力开放功能实体发送的更新网络切片请求或创建网络切片请求,根据所述更新网络切片请求或创建网络切片请求返回网络切片调整请求。
  12. 如权利要求10所述的方法,其中:
    所述方法还包括:
    当网络切片的生命时间周期结束,或能力开放功能实体请求释放为第三方业务服务器创建或更新的网络切片时,释放所述第三方业务服务器的对应的网络切片资源。
  13. 一种能力开放功能实体,包括:
    第一接收模块,设置为接收第三方业务服务器发送的网络切片服务请求;
    获取模块,设置为根据所述网络切片服务请求获取当前网络的网络切片信息;
    服务模块,设置为根据所述当前网络的网络切片信息和所述网络切片服务请求的业务需求,向所述第三方业务服务器提供网络切片服务。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的实体,其中:
    所述获取模块,设置为采用以下方式根据所述网络切片服务请求获取网络切片信息:
    从网络切片管理实体获取静态网络切片信息,和/或从包含网络切片资源的网元获取动态网络切片信息。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的实体,其中:
    所述实体还包括:判断模块,设置为判断所述静态网络切片信息是否满足所述网络切片服务请求的业务需求,当不满足时,触发所述获取模块从包含网络切片资源的网元获取动态网络切片信息。
  16. 如权利要求13所述的实体,其中:
    所述服务模块,设置为采用以下方式根据所述当前网络的网络切片信息和所述网络切片服务请求的业务需求,向所述第三方业务服务器提供网络切片服务:
    根据第三方业务服务器发送的网络切片信息服务请求,获取满足第三方方业务服务器网络切片服务请求的业务需求的所述网络切片信息,并将所述网络切片信息提供给第三方业务服务器。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的实体,其中:
    所述服务模块包括:
    反馈单元,设置为当所述网络切片信息中的网络切片满足所述网络切片服务请求的业务需求时,确定满足所述业务需求的一个或多个网络切片,并将所述一个或者多个网络切片信息返回至所述第三方业务服务器;
    请求单元,设置为当所述网络切片信息中的网络切片不满足所述网络切片服务请求的业务需求时,向网络切片管理实体发送更新网络切片请求或创建网络切片请求,并向所述第三方业务服务器返回所述网络切片管理实体返回的已更新或已创建的网络切片信息。
  18. 如权利要求13所述的实体,其中:
    所述服务模块,还设置为当网络切片的生命时间周期结束,或第三方服务请求释放为其提供服务的网络切片时,向网络切片管理实体通知释放所述网络切片。
  19. 如权利要求17所述的实体,其中:
    所述请求单元,还设置为向所述网络切片管理实体发送更新网络切片请求或创建网络切片请求之后,接收所述网络切片管理实体发送的网络切片调 整请求;根据所述网络切片调整请求重新向所述网络切片管理实体发送创建网络切片请求。
  20. 一种网络切片管理实体,包括:
    第二接收模块,设置为接收能力开放功能实体发送的请求网络切片信息的消息;
    发送模块,设置为向所述能力开放功能实体反馈网络切片信息。
  21. 如权利要求20所述的实体,其中:
    所述第二接收模块,还设置为接收所述能力开放功能实体发送的更新网络切片请求或创建网络切片请求;所述发送模块,还设置为根据所述更新网络切片请求或创建网络切片请求返回已更新或已创建的网络切片信息;
    或者所述第二接收模块,还设置为接收所述能力开放功能实体发送的更新网络切片请求或创建网络切片请求;所述发送模块,还设置为根据所述更新网络切片请求或创建网络切片请求返回网络切片调整请求。
  22. 如权利要求20所述的实体,其中:
    所述实体还包括:
    释放模块,设置为当网络切片的生命时间周期结束,或能力开放功能实体请求释放为第三方业务服务器创建或更新的网络切片时,释放所述第三方业务服务器的对应的网络切片资源。
  23. 一种网络切片能力开放的系统,包括权利要求13至19任一所述的能力开放功能实体和权利要求20至22任一所述的网络切片管理实体。
