Description
MASSAGE APPARATUS FOR BREAST
Technical Field
[1] The present invention relates to a massage apparatus for breast, and in particular to a massage apparatus for breast which is able to more efficiently performing a massage function of breast using an apparatus having a vibration unit.
[2]
Background Art
[3] In recent years, as people has a large interest on a health care, women are largely concerned on breast cancer while a lot of medical knowledge is easily learned by means of a media.
[4] In order to prevent breast cancer, it is needed to activate a blood circulation of breast by stimulating breast. So, various instrument or apparatuses are being developed so as to obtain a metabolism and finger massage effect.
[5] The above apparatus might be used as an apparatus for making a smaller breast, a suspended breast and an unbalanced breast of women bigger, more tightened and balanced breast while preventing diseases.
[6] Almost the above conventional apparatus are designed to simply obtain a blood circulation effect, a metabolism and a finger massage effect by stimulating breast or provide a conventional massage apparatus with some auxiliary parts for massaging breast. Since it is equipped with a protruded part, it can be attached to a brassiere, so a specific part of breast can be massaged along with a finger massage effect.
[7] The Korean utility model number 20-0208467 discloses an apparatus made by attaching a woman breast pad to a conventional massage apparatus. Since the above apparatus is equipped with a protruded part, it can be attached to breast for thereby obtaining a finger massage effect for massaging a specific part of breast of a woman. In addition, the Korean utility model number 20-0203963 discloses finger massage effect brassiere having a finger massage effect ball, a spring, a magnet or something.
[8] However, the above apparatus also has the following problems. When some auxiliary parts designed to massage breast are added to a conventional massage apparatus, since they are not designed for portable instrument, there are a lot of limitations in the time and spaces. In addition, their functions and effects are poor.
[9] In case that a specific part of breast of a woman is massaged as a protruded part of the apparatus is attached to a brassiere, it is possible to obtain a finger massage effect, but there are not any motions. So, a certain massage effect can be obtained, but the users do not feel good when wearing the conventional massage apparatus due to a
limited shape in its protrusion. In addition, when a woman wears the conventional apparatus, it does not look nice. In this case, it is needed to disadvantageously cover the brassiere with a dark color of clothes. In summer, most women love to wear light and bright color clothes, so the women who use the massage apparatus might be easily recognized by others.
[10] So as to overcome the above problems, the Korean patent publication number
2005-0103083 discloses a breast massage apparatus and its driving method.
[11] The above conventional apparatus is driven by a wireless remote controller, so the user must always carry the wireless remote controller.
[12] The above breast massage apparatus has a poor therapy effect since it provides a simple mechanical vibration function by means of an eccentric motor. The above conventional breast massage apparatus is positioned in a lower side of a breast, and simply vibrates in the up, down, left and right directions, so it is impossible to obtain a desired massage effect with the helps of the vibrations.
[13]

Best Mode for Carrying Out the Invention
[31] The massage apparatus for breast according to the present invention comprises a housing which has a contact unit contacting with a breast of a user; a vibration generation means which is disposed in the housing for vibrating the housing; a low frequency generation means which is disposed in the housing and generates a low frequency current in a direction of the breast; a power supply unit which is disposed in the housing for supplying a power to the vibration generation means and the low frequency generation means, respectively; and a remote controller for wirelessly controlling the vibration generation means and the low frequency generation means, respectively.
[32]
Mode for the Invention
[33] The breast massage apparatus according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[34] Figure 1 is a perspective view illustrating a state that a massage apparatus for a breast cancer prevention and a breast shaping function according to the present invention is being charged by means of a charger. Figure 2 is a cross sectional view illustrating the interior of a massage apparatus of Figure 1. Figures 3 and 4 are views illustrating a state that a vibration unit of a massage apparatus of Figure 1 generates vibrations in up and down directions.
[35] As shown in Figures 1 through 4, the breast massage apparatus 10 according to the present invention comprises a housing 20, a vibration generation unit 30 installed in the interior of the housing 20, a low frequency generation unit 40 and a power supply unit 50.
[36] The housing 20 has a center potion which is more convex rather than an edge portion in a streamline shape. The contact part 25 positioned in a lower side of the housing 20 and contacting with a breast is formed in a smooth curve shape for a comfortable contact with a breast when wearing the same.
[37] It is preferred that the housing 20 is made of a soft material such as a silicon resin which is not harmful because it contacts with a human body. Here, the housing 20 might be formed in an integral shape, but it is preferred that an upper side of the housing 20 is selectively engaged with the contact part 25 of the housing for an easier repair and management.
[38] The vibration generation unit 30 for vibrating the housing 20 includes a motor 31, a
first gear 34 engaged with a driving shaft 33 of the motor 31, and a second gear 36 which is horizontally engaged with the first gear 34.
[39] Eccentric rotation members 35 and 39 are disposed in the first and second gears 34 and 36 for allowing the first and second gears 34 and 36 to be engaged with each other and vibrate up and down while rotating. A first eccentric rotation member 35 having a certain weight is installed in a side surface of the first gear 34 eccentric in one side from the center of the shaft 33 of the first gear 34. In addition, a second eccentric rotation member 39 having a certain weight is installed in a side of the second gear 36 eccentric from a center of the shaft 37 of the second gear 36.
[40] In this case, the second eccentric rotation member 39 is eccentric in a direction corresponding to the direction that the first eccentric rotation member 35 is eccentric. So, the first and second eccentric rotations 35 and 39 are disposed between the shafts 33 and 37 of the first and second gears 34 and 36 or are disposed outside the shafts 33 and 37.
[41] As the power is supplied to the motor 31, when the first and second gears 34 and 36 are engaged and rotate, as shown in Figure 3, the first and second eccentric rotation members 35 and 37 disposed between the shafts 33 and 37 rotate upward, so upward vibrations occur. As shown in Figure 4, when the first and second eccentric rotation members 35 and 39 are disposed outside the shafts 33 and 37, and the first and second eccentric rotation members rotate and are positioned in the lower sides, downward vibrations occur.
[42] When the first and second eccentric rotation members 35 and 39 rotate and are positioned in the left side or in the right side, the vibrations occur in the reverse direction. The thusly generated vibrations are offset, so left and right vibrations do not occur.
[43] The vibration generation unit 30 adapted to the massage apparatus 10 according to the present invention is directed to generating the vibrations only in the up and down directions while preventing the left and right direction vibrations. The up and down vibrations help raising the breast of the user as the housing 20 positioned in the lower side of the breast makes up and down vibrations.
[44] The low frequency generation unit 40, which generates a low frequency current along with the vibration generation unit 30, includes a low frequency generation unit 41, and an electrode pad 43 for transferring a low frequency current from the low frequency generation unit 41 to the breast.
[45] The low frequency generation unit 41 is installed in the interior of the housing 20, and the electrode pad 43 is connected with the low frequency generation unit 41 through a connection line.
[46] The electrode pad 43 is made of a conductive and smooth silicon material and is
installed in a lower surface of the contact unit 25. The conductive silicon material is made by mixing conductive materials such as carbon powder or the like when forming a silicon resin.
[47] The frequency generated by means of the low frequency generation unit 41 is selected from the group consisting of 18.7 through 28.7Hz for beating muscle, 65 through 126Hz for releasing muscle, 548.7 through 568.7Hz for massaging muscle, and 635.2 through 655.2Hz for tightening muscle.
[48] Here, it is preferred that the low frequency is sequentially generated in five stages.
[49] In the first stage, the breast might be smoothly beaten by generating 18.7 through
28.7Hz. In case of 23.7Hz, a power supply time is 260, and an idle time is 20.7.
[50] In the second stage, the breast might be massaged by generating 548.7 through
568.7Hz. In case of 558.7Hz, a power supply time is 260, and an idle time is 1.25.
[51] In the third stage, the muscle of the breast is released by generating 97.9 through
107.9Hz. In case of 102.9Hz, a power supply time is 68, and an idle time is 9.4.
[52] In the fourth stage, the muscle of the breast is tightened by generating 18.6 through
28.6Hz. In case of 23.6Hz, a power supply time is 164, and an idle time is 20.9.
[53] In the fifth stage, the muscle of the breast is tightened by generating 635.2 through
655.2Hz. In case of 645.2Hz, a power supply time is 156, and an idle time is 1.23.
[54] The above stages are sequentially repeated for thereby maximizing massage effects by means of the low frequency.
[55] In addition, as another pattern of the present invention, the first stage has a power supply time of 312 and an idle time of 7.32 while generating a frequency of 65.4Hz, and the second stage generates a frequency of 125Hz. In this case, a power supply time is 308, and an idle time is 7.64. The third stage generates a frequency of 125.6Hz. In this case, a power supply time is 312, and an idle time is 7.64. The fourth stage generates a frequency of 125.6Hz. In this case, a power supply time is 312, and an idle time is 7.64. The fourth stage generates a frequency of 125.6Hz. In this case, a power supply time is 312, and an idle time is 7.6. The fifth stage generates a frequency of 65.4Hz. In this case, a power supply time is 312, and an idle time is 7.32.
[56] With the above construction and functions, a certain therapy such as an enhancement of a blood circulation and metabolism might be obtained by providing a dynamic and smooth stimulation to the breast by adjusting an intensity and frequency of the massage.
[57] Here, the massage functions by mans of a low frequency current might be used along with a mechanical vibration or might be functioned solely, so that it is possible to obtain various therapy effects while enhancing a user health.
[58] In addition, a film-shaped heating member 60 is disposed in the housing 20 of the interior of the contact unit 25 for radiating heat, and a ceramic coating layer(not
shown) is formed on a surface of the film-shaped heating member 90 for radiating far infrared ray.
[59] The film-shaped heating member 60 is formed by forming an electrode layer on a film such as a PET, PEN or the like or on a base member such as a pulp or a cloth. The electrode layer is formed using a conductive material including tungsten, tin and copper based on a metalizing method. A common film-shaped heating member might be used.
[60] A ceramic coating layer might be formed in a lower side of the film-shaped heating member 60 for radiating far infrared ray.
[61] When far infrared ray is radiated to a human body, it can reach a deep portion of a skin by 4~5cm while activating a cell tissue by vibrating the skin over 2000 times for 60 seconds. A heat energy is generated by the above cell function, so a waste and toxic can be outputted by means of the above function, and blood clot might be melted for thereby achieving a blood cleaning effect while enhancing a blood circulation.
[62] As a ceramic which radiates far infrared ray, there are silica mineral such as diatomite, silica or the like, clay such as kaolinite, and germanium, monazite, hygerion, elvan, yellow soil or the like. The far infrared ceramic might be solely used or might be used by mixing at least two components.
[63] The far infrared ray ceramic is ground and made in a form of powder and is mixed with a bonding material such as a chrome coating liquid, and is coated on a lower surface of the film-shaped heating member 60. In this case, since the heat expansion coefficients of the electrode layer of the heating member 60 and the ceramic coating layer is different, a crack might occur due to a contraction and expansion. It is preferred that ceramic powder has a particle size of 200 through 300mesh.
[64] Zeolite or silver nano size powder particles having anti-microbial functions might be mixed with the far infrared ceramic powder for thereby further enhancing their function performances.
[65] In addition to the far infrared rat radiation ceramic, ceramic capable of radiating anion might be further adapted or far infrared ray radiation ceramic and anion radiation ceramic might be mixed and adapted.
[66] Anion is known to increase ionization ratio of mineral components in blood for thereby making the blood alkali and purifying the same. It helps an electrical component reaction in the cell membrane for thereby enhancing metabolism, while helping a discharge of wasters from a human body. The resistance is enhanced by increasing the amount of immune components of blood serum for thereby activating an autonomic nervous system, blood and lymph.
[67] The ceramic capable of radiating anion might consist of tourmaline, kiyoseki powder, hygerion, yellow soil, elvan, biostone, germanium or the like. Charcoal might
be used.
[68] An electrode layer might be coated on a film-shaped ceramic member differently from a construction that a ceramic coating layer is additionally formed on the film- shaped heating member 60 and might be used as a film-shaped heating member 60. The film-shaped heating member 60 might include a battery or might receive a power by using the battery 55 of the power supply unit 50 in the housing 20. When the battery 55 of the power supply unit 50 in the housing 20 is used, the film-shaped heating member 60 has a minimum size depending on the capacity of the battery 55 while increasing the usable time of the battery 55. The temperature of the film-shaped heating member 60 can be controlled by attaching a bimetal or by a controller which will be described later.
[69] The massage apparatus 10 according to the present invention is capable of effectively enhancing a blood circulation and a human body function in such a manner that heat and far infrared ray are radiated toward the breast of the user including a massage function by means of the vibrations. In particular, the heating function might be very useful in autumn or winter when an outdoor temperature is cold because the massage apparatus of the present invention is heated and then is worn in the breast of the user.
[70] The power supply unit 50 is provided n the housing 20, and supplies power to the vibration generation unit 30 and the low frequency generation unit 40.
[71] The power supply unit 50 includes a battery 55, and a switch 51 for turning on and off the power.
[72] As shown in Figure 1, the battery 55 is formed of a secondary cell for charging or discharging using a charging unit 5. Here, the primary cell might be directly used without the charging unit 5.
[73] The switch 51 is protruded from the upper side of a circuit substrate 70 in all directions, and when a user presses the switch 51 from the upper side of the housing 20, the power is supplied to the massage apparatus 10.
[74] It is possible to operate the massage apparatus 10 by using the wireless remote controller 80, but the switch 51 is separately provided for performing a basic massage function even when the wireless remote controller 80 is lost or not carried.
[75] Not shown in the drawings, a receiver unit might be installed for receiving a wireless signal of the wireless remote controller 80 so as to drive the massage apparatus 10 of the present invention, and a controller might be installed in the interior of the housing for controlling the apparatus by outputting a control signal upon receiving a wireless signal through the receiver unit. In this case, the parts of the controller are installed in the circuit substrate 70.
[76] Figure 5 is a view of a state that a massage apparatus 10 is worn by a breast and is operated by means of the wireless remote controller 80.
[77] A shown in Figure 5, the wireless remote controller 80 includes a button unit 81 for selecting various functions, a control unit(not shown) for outputting a control signal upon receiving a signal selected by the button unit 81, a transmission unit 83 for transmitting a control signal from the control unit in a wireless signal form, and a battery(not shown) for supplying the power supply needed for operations. A display unit 85 might be further provided for externally displaying a function selected by the button unit 81.
[78] So, it is possible to adjust an intensity of the vibration by means of the wireless remote controller or to adjust an intensity of the low frequency current.
[79]
