Description
The present invention relates to a bipolar high-frequency coagulation hemostasis device that quickly stops hemostasis in a surgical operation or the like, that is, a so-called electric knife.
In surgery and the like, it is important to quickly stop the affected area and adhere the tissue. For this purpose, a bipolar high-frequency coagulation hemostasis device in the form of a tweezers, that is, an electric knife is used. In the bipolar type, coagulation and hemostasis are performed by flowing a high-frequency current generated by a power supply device between tips of tweezers and energizing a tissue sandwiched between tweezers.

As shown in FIG. 6, a conventional bipolar high-frequency electric knife has a main body 1 that generates a high frequency by being connected to a 100 V power source by a power outlet 8, and a conductive tweezers 2 for coagulation and hemostasis across tissue. 9 is connected and is energized by the foot switch 10 as necessary. This method is mainly based on the premise that it is used in an operating room, so it is not portable, has a low degree of freedom in handling, and has a limited place of use.

With the advancement of medical care, a handy type high-frequency coagulation and hemostasis device that can be used in hospital wards, outpatients or outdoors (emergency lifesaving in the event of an accident or disaster) and has a high degree of freedom in handling is required.
In order to achieve this object, the present invention adopts a handy type in which tweezers are directly attached to the main body, rather than a method of connecting the conductive tweezers and the main body with an electric wire.
That is, the hand-held electric knife of the present invention comprises a main body containing a high-frequency circuit and a battery, and conductive tweezers electrically connected to the main body. An electric knife is realized.

There are individual differences in the feeling of use depending on the size of the hand and the length of the fingers, etc., but the individual differences can be absorbed by adjusting the angle so that the surgeon can use it by allowing the tweezers to rotate to some extent, and handling is free The degree is increased. The rotation of the angle may be performed at the attachment portion between the main body and the tweezers, or a rotation portion may be provided on the main body itself.
In addition, if a light source is built in the main body, it is useful because it can be operated with illumination when the wound is deep.

FIG. 2 is a side view of the present embodiment, and the high-frequency circuit 7 and the battery 8 built in the main body 1 are indicated by dotted lines. These have been realized by recent developments in semiconductor technology and battery technology, and the development of ultra-small transformers of 2cm x 2cm x 1cm especially for the frequency of 1.7MHz contributed greatly.
