[5] 专利号为 ZL200620034445.2的中国实用新型专利于 2007年 8月 29日 (授权公 告: CN200940093Y) 公开了一种具有清洗装置的净水器, 包括带进水口的外壳 、 带出水口和排污管的底座、 插装于底座上的滤芯、 密封圏, 排污管上设有阀 门, 滤芯的外侧设有转架, 转架包括上、 下端板和至少一根连接上下端板的侧 板, 转架的下端板套装在滤芯的下端轴上, 上端板套装于插装在滤芯上端盖的 盲孔内的转轴上, 侧板设有纵向的凹槽, 凹槽内依次设有一根或一根以上的弹 簧、 与弹簧相接触的清洗板、 与清洗板团联并另一侧的滤芯相接触的擦片, 转 轴和上端板上还设有相互配合的拨片和档块。 当需要清洗滤芯吋, 通过旋盖带 动转轴旋转, 由拔片拨动档块, 使转架绕转轴旋转, 同吋滤芯插装于底座上, 保持静止, 擦片在弹簧的预压力下摩擦滤芯表面, 达到有效清洗掉滤芯表面污 物的目的, 实现较好的清洗效果, 再打开排污管上的阀门, 排出壳内积水, 当 排到一定量吋, 橡胶片下落到转轴内的芯管上, 外界空气进入壳内排减负压, 壳内清洗污物的积水可完全排出, 达到免拆、 清洗的目的。
[6] 上述技术方案中的净水器, 产品的外壳、 底座、 转轴、 转架及清洗板等多个 部件为同轴结构, 这对产品的生产制造提出了极高的技术要求, 很容易因为同 轴度产生偏差而影响产品的正常运转使用。 该产品结构复杂、 部件繁多、 组装 麻烦。 由于滤水中的污染物可以惨进滤芯表面从而造成阻塞, 所以光清洗或摩 擦不能完全使滤芯恢复流量, 无法达到将滤芯清洗干净的技术效果。
[7] 发明内容 [8] 本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构精巧、 组装方便, 而且能够使滤芯保持 清洁的净水器。
[9] 本实用新型是这样实现的, 它包括外壳与安装固定在外壳内的滤芯, 外壳上 设有进水口、 净水出口与排污口, 滤芯的出水口与外壳的净水出口连通, 滤芯 外设有与传动装置相连的轴套, 轴套上至少安装有一个在弹力作用下紧贴在滤 芯表面的刀片, 排污口外设有阀门。
[10] 本发明通过传动装置带动轴套转动, 而滤芯因与外壳固定连接而保持静止, 轴套上安装的刀片在弹力作用下紧贴在滤芯表面, 当轴套转动吋刀片也随着轴 套同步转动, 通过刀片对滤芯的轻微切削把污物和部分滤材切下来, 并可以从 排污口排走, 以达到清除污物的目的。

[18] 如图 1所示, 本实用新型包括外壳 1与安装在外壳 1内的滤芯 2, 外壳 1包括筒 体 11与盖座 12, 筒体 11与盖座 12通过卡扣或螺纹连接, 连接处设有密封圏 5, 外 壳 1的盖座 12顶部设有进水口 15与净水出口 16, 筒体 11下部设有排污口 17, 滤芯 2的出水口 21与盖座 12上的净水出口 16连通, 滤芯 2的出水口 21的外壁与盖座 12 顶部的净水出口 16的内壁通过螺纹连接固定, 连接处也设有密封圏 5。 这种结构 使得滤芯 2的外壁与外壳之间形成贮水空腔, 使外源水从进水口 15流进贮水空腔 , 在水压的作用下贮水空腔中的水向滤芯 2的内腔渗透, 滤芯 2的内腔中即可得 到经过过滤的净水, 当净水上升至滤芯 2的出水口 21吋即可从与出水口 21连通的 盖座 12上的净水出口 16处流出。 滤芯 2与盖座 12的连接处所设的密封圏 5使得滤 芯 2的内腔与贮水空腔严密分隔, 不会使未经过滤的外源水进入滤芯 2的内腔, 保证了经过过滤的净水的纯净度。 外壳 1的筒体 11与盖座 12连接处所设的密封圏 5使得外壳 1严密密封, 贮水空腔中的外源水不会发生泄漏。

[20] 如图 1、 图 2所示, 传动装置 4包括联轴器 41、 旋转轴 42与摇把 43, 固定在轴 套 3底端的联轴器 41上设有凹槽 44, 旋转轴 42穿过外壳 1的筒体 11底端, 旋转轴 4 2—端设有与联轴器 41上的凹槽 44相配合的突棱 45, 其穿过筒体 11的另一端与摇 把 43相连, 在旋转轴 42与筒体 11的接合处设有防止贮水空腔内的外源水发生泄 漏的密封圏 5。 本实用新型的联轴器 41与旋转轴 42的连接釆用凹凸的方式对卡转 动, 其原理与螺丝刀转动螺丝相同, 清除污物吋传递旋转动力带动轴套 3转动, 在更换滤芯 2吋又可方便地拆离开。 这种结构方式不需要各转动部件与固定部件 具备高精度的同轴度, 可降低整个转动部件的加工精度要求, 从而降低制造难 度, 节约了生产成本。
[21] 本实用新型产品在需要清洗滤芯 2吋, 旋动与旋转轴 42相连的摇把 43, 与旋 转轴 42卡合的联轴器 41带动轴套 3同步旋转, 紧贴在滤芯 2表面的刀片 31在随同 轴套 3旋转吋轻微切削滤芯 2的表面, 把污物和部分滤材切下来, 并可以从排污 口 17排走, 达到清除污物的技术效果。
[22] 本实用新型还可以釆用自动感应压力传感器, 自动开启排污阀, 电动机带动 旋转清除污物, 从而实现无人工操作的自动化清除污物的目的。
