Definitions
- the device relates to medical equipment and is an indicator of posture self-correction [A61F5 / 00], which can be used in a sitting position, standing and while moving.
- curvature of the spine, pathological kyphosis and lordosis are a source of discomfort and maintenance of diseases of the internal organs in a constant phase (chronicity).
- Data on the pathology of the spine are accompanied by a set of symptoms that in particular determine diseases such as osteochondrosis, radiculitis, and intervertebral hernia. The cause of these phenomena is most often prolonged:
- Tracking posture is one of the most powerful methods of treatment, as this forms the so-called “antipose” (tension of muscle groups-antagonists of a pose), which stretch the muscle groups of the posture, lead to their relaxation, restoration of normal tone and, ultimately, restoration of the correct positions of the vertebrae with the subsequent disappearance of painful symptoms.
- antipose tension of muscle groups-antagonists of a pose
- the prior art device for checking the correct posture [patent RU2106834], containing a signal generator for violation of a given position, the input of which is electrically connected to a circuit breaker, made in the form of a spring and two normally open contacts, and a fastening element on the human body, characterized in that it equipped with a radiator, the input of which is electrically connected to the output of the signal generator of violation of a given position, and the breaker is supplemented by a weight and an adjusting screw, while all the elements of the devices and they are made in one housing on a printed circuit board equipped with a mounting hole with a thread for installing the adjusting screw, the spring is made flat, on one side of the surface of which a weight is attached, and on the other side the first contact of the chopper is located, located at one end of the flat spring, the second end of which mounted on a printed circuit board, the second contact of the chopper is fixedly mounted opposite the first on the printed circuit board, the adjusting screw is mounted with emphasis in a flat spring
- Known Posture self-correction indicator comprising a housing, a power supply, a sound source, a switch socket, an electronic unit, attachment belts, an inclination sensor, characterized in that the inclination sensor, which is a hollow sphere, is made of opaque material for light, filled with a damper liquid and contains an optoelectronic pair with an open entrance, over which a pendulum is suspended, the lower end of which serves as a reflector for an optoelectronic pair that forms a signal of the deviation of the pendulum from the vertical, the direction of the vertical It is determined by a liquid level fixed outside in in the center of the upper part of the sphere and serving as a handle for turning it, the electronic unit is supplemented with a notification channel with larger sound pulses, which are heard 15-20 seconds after the start of the notification with relatively weak sound signals; fastening belts having length adjustments are made of elastic bands, at the ends of which rivet buttons are attached, which serve as indicator fixtures on the patient’s stern
- the patent describes a tilt sensor that monitors the patient's deviation in any direction, which allowed the author to propose the most constructive device. Since the patient gets used to the same sound level, this solution uses a combined warning of incorrect posture using sound and electrical signals. As a result, the electrical circuit of the device turned out to be more complex and expensive and, therefore, less reliable. In addition, the presence of a bracelet worn on the patient’s wrist also creates certain difficulties in the operation of the device.
- the closest analogue is the Posture Self-correction Indicator [patent RU48765U], comprising a housing, a power supply, a sound speaker, a switch socket, an electronic unit, attachment belts, an inclination sensor, characterized in that the inclination sensor, which is a hollow sphere, is made of opaque to light of the material, filled with a damper liquid and contains an optoelectronic pair with an open entrance, above which a pendulum is suspended, the lower end of which serves as a reflector for the optoelectronic pair, which forms the signal of the deviation of the pendulum from verticals; the direction of the vertical is determined using liquid a level fixed outside in the center of the upper part of the sphere and serving as a handle for its rotation; the electronic unit, equipped with a delay line of 8-10 s, has a two-level speech notification mode
- the indicator of self-correction of posture consisting of a tilt sensor, an audio signal generator with a built-in speaker or audio output signal, a signal slowdown circuit, a battery, characterized in that the tilt sensor is made in the form of a sealed glass bulb, on the one hand which has two electrode contacts, and inside the bulb contains a droplet of mercury, which is located in such a way that when the bulb is tilted towards the contacts, it closes the contacts, and when tilted to allies away from contact, opens them.
- the indicator may include a wheel, the function of which is to adjust the inclination of the sensor.
- the indicator may be configured to be worn on the upper chest.
- the indicator may be configured to provide a vibrating signal.
- the self-correction indicator of posture consists of (see Fig. 1) a wheel (1) that controls the sensor tilt, tilt sensor (2), an audio signal generator (3) with a built-in speaker or audio output signal, a signal deceleration circuit (4), a battery (5) or batteries.
- the tilt sensor (2) is a sealed cylindrical glass flask, preferably about 10 mm long, about 3 mm in diameter. On one side of the flask, two contacts are made, the electrodes of which enter the inside of the flask. Inside the bulb there is a droplet of mercury, which is located in such a way that when the bulb is tilted towards the contacts, it closes the contacts, and when the bulb is tilted away from the contact, it closes.
- the signal slowdown device (4) delays the voltage supply to the signal generator. It can be implemented, for example, in the form of a sequential inclusion of an integrator with a comparator (executed on the basis of either a simple element base, or on a PIK controller).
- the delay is regulated by the rheostat, and the level of posture (tilt), for example, by the wheel (1), on which the sensor is fixed.
- the sensor can be adjusted not only by fixing it on the wheel, but also by installing it in the bracket, fix the bracket on the axis, attach the lever to the bracket.
- the delay is set in the range, for example, from 1 to 20 seconds, so that the generator works only when the sensor contacts are constantly (without gaps) closed for a longer time than the one for which the signal deceleration rheostat is set.
- the posture indicator may be configured to provide a vibration signal for use in crowded and / or noisy places.
- the posture indicator is attached to the user's body in the chest area or hung on the neck, for example, using a strap (6) or a chain.
