实施上述实施例, 通过呼叫通知设备 12获取短信中心 11中的提交信 息, 呼叫被叫用户, 用语音形式传达短信内容信息, 避免了由于被叫用户 的移动终端内存满等原因造成的短信遗漏, 提高短信发送的成功率, 满足 运营商以及用户的需求。
下面结合图 2 示出的本发明的短信中心的具体实施例的结构示意图, 进一步说明本发明实施例中的短信中心设备 11 的结构, 短信中心 11除了 包括上述的第一获取模块 111、确认模块 114以及发送模块 113外, 还可以 包括: 存储模块 112, 用于存储第一获取模块 111获取的提交信息, 在确认 模块 114确认需要发送提交信息时, 供发送模块 113提取并发送到呼叫通 知设备 12。
下面结合图 3 示出的本发明实施例的呼叫通知设备的结构示意图, 进 一步说明本发明实施例中的呼叫通知设备 12的结构, 呼叫通知设备 12除 了包括上述的第二获取模块 121、 语音转换模块 122、 呼叫连接模块 123以 及语音通知模块 124外, 还可以包括:
状态报告生成模块 125, 用于当语音通知模块 124执行完毕以后, 生成 语音通知的状态报告;
计费话单生成模块 126, 用于当 7语音通知模块 124执行完毕以后, 生成 语音通知的计费话单信息。
具体地, 呼叫通知设备 12可以为互动式语音应答(Interactive Voice Response , IVR ) 外呼设备或非结构化补充数据业务 ( Unstructured Supplementary Services Data, USSD) 设备等。
下面结合图 4示出的本发明的短信中心的另一具体实施例的结构示意 图, 进一步说明本发明实施例中的短信中心 11 的结构, 短信中心 11除了 包括上述的第一获取模块 111、存储模块 112、发送模块 113、确认模块 114 夕卜, 还可以包括:
第三获取模块 115, 用于获取呼叫通知设备 12生成的状态报告; 删除模块 116,用于根据获取的状态报告删除存储模块 112存储的提交 信息;
状态报告发送模块 117, 用于当主叫用户要求状态报告时, 向主叫用户 发送状态报告。
请参阅图 5,图 5示出了本发明的短信发送的方法的具体实施例的流程 图, 包括如下步骤:
步骤 S501 : 获取主叫用户的提交信息, 提交信息包含被叫用户信息以 及短信内容信息;
具体地, 当主叫用户需要向被叫用户发送短信时, 主叫用户终端向短 信中心提交含有被叫用户以及短信内容的信息, 然后呼叫通知设备从短信 中心获取主叫用户的提交信息。
步骤 S502 : 将提交信息中的短信内容信息转换成语音内容信息, 并根 据提交信息中的被叫用户信息呼叫连接被叫用户;
具体地, 呼叫通知设备获取短信中心的提交信息, 并根据提交信息中 的被叫用户信息呼叫连接被叫用户。
步骤 S503 : 将语音内容信息通过语音通知被叫用户。
具体地, 当被叫用户接通呼叫后可以收听到呼叫通知设备发送播放的 语音信息, 如 "用户终端 A (可以是用户终端的号码)在 18点 30分给您发 送了短信, 短信内容为: 今天回家吃饭吗? 通知完毕。"需要说明的是, 呼 叫的内容可以包括但不限于主叫地址、 短消息的时间点、 短消息的内容等。
实施上述实施例, 通过呼叫通知设备获取短信中心中的提交信息, 根 据提交信息呼叫被叫用户, 并用语音形式向被叫用户传达短信内容信息, 避免了由于被叫用户的移动终端内存满等原因造成的短信遗漏, 提高短信 发送的成功率, 满足运营商以及用户的需求。
下面结合图 6示出的本发明的短信发送的方法的另一具体实施例的流 程图, 进一步说明本发明实施例的短信发送的方法, 本实施例中的呼叫通 知设备为 IVR外呼设备, 包括如下步骤:
步骤 S601 : 短信中心 (Short Messaging Service Center, SMSC ) 获 取主叫终端提交消息;
具体地, 该提交消息包含被叫用户信息以及短信内容信息。
步骤 S602 : SMSC下发短信到被叫终端;
步骤 S603 : 被叫终端返回失败响应消息;
具体地, 失败响应消息包含失败原因信息, 本例假设失败原因为被叫 终端的内存满。
步骤 S604: SMSC向 IVR外呼设备发送该提交消息;
具体地, SMSC接收到被叫终端返回的失败响应信息后确认了通过短信 通道发送短信的失败, 并向 IVR外呼设备发送提交消息, 或者 SMSC接收到 被叫终端返回的失败响应信息后执行本地调度策略, 如果本地预先配置当 被叫终端因内存满等原因而造成短信下发失败时执行调度策略, 该调度策 略为: 重发消息, 重发次数为 1次, 重发间隔为 2小时, 那么 SMSC将进行 重发调度, 在重发间隔时间 (本例为 2小时)到达后, SMSC重新下发短信, 若 SMSC再次接收到被叫终端返回的失败响应消息, 即确认了通过短信通道
发送短信失败, 并向 IVR外呼设备发送提交消息。
步骤 S605: IVR外呼设备返回提交消息的响应;
步骤 S606: IVR外呼设备根据该提交消息中的被叫用户信息 (如被叫 地址信息) 对被叫终端进行呼叫, 呼叫接通后将提交消息中的短信内容信 息通过语音形式通知被叫用户;
具体地, IVR外呼设备需要把提交信息中的短信内容信息转换成语音内 容信息, 呼叫接通后将语音内容信息通过语音形式通知被叫用户, 呼叫的 内容信息可以包括但不限于主叫地址、 短消息的时间点、 短消息的内容等。
步骤 S607: IVR外呼设备呼叫完成后, 生成呼叫的计费话单信息以及 状态报告;
具体地, 状态报告表明外呼通知成功, 即短信内容成功通知了被叫用户。 步骤 S608: IVR外呼设备向 SMSC发送状态报告;
步骤 S609: SMSC返回状态报告响应;
步骤 S610: SMSC根据状态报告删除提交消息, 并生成相关统计话单, 统计话单含有 IVR外呼设备外呼成功的信息。
其中, 步骤 S602和步骤 S603是短消息中心确认是否需要将主叫用户 的提交信息转换成语音内容信息通知给被叫用户的一种方式。 当然, 短消 息中心也可以根据用户定制或其它策略来确认是否需要将主叫用户的提交 信息转换成语音内容信息通知给被叫用户。
具体地, 当主叫用户要求状态报告时, SMSC把状态报告发送给 MSC,
MSC把状态报告发送给主叫终端。
需要说明的是, 把短信内容外呼通知的方式包括但不限于通过 IVR语 音呼叫方式, 还可以通过其它方式, 如 USSD方式, 只要可以达到把短信内 容外呼通知给用户即可, 这里不再赘述。
需要说明的是, 本领域的普通技术人员应该理解, 本发明实施例提出 的一种短信发送的方法可以通过计算机程序、 指令或可编程逻辑器件编程
实现, 并可以将程序保存到存储介质上, 如: 光盘、 磁盘等。
综上所述, 实施本发明实施例, 通过呼叫通知设备获取短信中心中的 提交信息, 根据所述提交信息呼叫被叫用户, 并用语音形式向被叫用户传 达短信内容信息, 避免了由于被叫用户的移动终端内存满等原因造成的短 信遗漏, 提高短信发送的成功率, 同时也避免了现有中 SMSC过多的短信重 发而引起的 SMSC中存储资源紧缺的问题, 满足运营商以及用户的需求。
以上所揭露的仅为本发明实施例中的一种较佳实施例而已, 当然不能 以此来限定本发明之权利范围, 因此依本发明权利要求所作的等同变化, 仍属本发明所涵盖的范围。
Claims
1、 一种短信发送的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法包括:
呼叫通知设备从短信中心获取主叫用户的提交信息, 所述提交信息包 含被叫用户信息以及短信内容信息;
将所述提交信息中的短信内容信息转换成语音内容信息, 并根据所述 提交信息中的被叫用户信息呼叫连接被叫用户;
将所述语音内容信息语音通知所述被叫用户。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法包括: 所述短信中心将所述短信内容信息通过短信通道发送给被叫用户; 确认所述短信内容信息是否发送失败, 当确认发送失败时, 将所述提 交信息发送给呼叫通知设备。
3、 如权利要求 1或 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述将所述语音内容 信息语音通知所述被叫用户的步骤之后还包括:
生成所述语音通知的状态报告以通知所述短信中心删除所述提交信息。
4、 如权利要求 1至 3任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述将所述语 音内容信息语音通知所述被叫用户的步骤之后还包括: 生成所述语音通知 的计费话单信息。
5、 如权利要求 1至 4任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 将所述提交信 息中的短信内容信息语音通知所述被叫用户的步骤可以通过互动式语音应 答 IVR外呼的方式或者通过非结构化补充数据业务 USSD外呼的方式完成。
6、 一种短信发送的方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
从主叫终端获取主叫用户的提交信息, 所述提交信息包含被叫用户信 息以及短信内容信息;
确认是否需要将所述提交信息转换成语音内容信息通知给被叫用户, 当确认需要时, 将所述主叫用户的提交信息发送给呼叫通知设备。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的方法, 其特征在于, 确认是否需要将所述提交 信息转换成语音内容信息通知给被叫用户具体包括:
将所述短信内容信息通过短信通道发送给被叫用户;
确认所述短信内容是否发送失败, 如果发送失败, 则确认需要将所述 提交信息转换成语音内容信息通知给被叫用户。
8、 如权利要求 6或 7所述的方法, 其特征在于, 还包括:
获取呼叫通知设备发送的状态报告;
根据所述状态报告删除所述提交信息。
9、 如权利要求 6至 8任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 还包括: 当主叫用户要求状态报告时, 向所述主叫用户发送所述状态报告。
10、 一种短信中心, 其特征在于, 包括:
第一获取模块, 用于获取主叫用户的提交信息, 所述提交信息包含被 叫用户信息以及短信内容信息;
确认模块, 用于确认是否需要将所述提交信息转换成语音内容信息通 知给被叫用户, 当确认需要时, 触发发送模块向所述呼叫通知设备发送所 述提交信息;
发送模块, 将所述第一获取模块获取的提交信息发送给呼叫通知设备。
11、如权利要求 10所述的短信中心,其特征在于,所述短信中心还包括: 存储模块, 用于存储所述第一获取模块获取的提交信息。
12、如权利要求 11所述的短信中心,其特征在于,所述短信中心还包括: 第三获取模块, 用于获取呼叫通知设备生成的状态报告;
删除模块,用于根据获取的状态报告删除所述存储模块存储的提交信息。
13、 如权利要求 10至 12任一项所述的短信中心, 其特征在于, 所述 短信中心还包括:
状态报告发送模块, 用于当主叫用户要求状态报告时, 向所述主叫用 户发送所述状态报告。
14、 一种呼叫通知设备, 其特征在于, 包括:
第二获取模块, 用于获取短信中心发送的提交信息;
语音转换模块, 用于将所述第二获取模块获取的提交信息中的短信内 容信息转换成语音内容信息;
呼叫连接模块, 用于根据所述第二获取模块获取的提交信息中的被叫 用户信息呼叫连接被叫用户;
语音通知模块, 用于当所述呼叫连接模块连接成功后, 将所述语音转 换模块转换成的语音内容信息语音通知所述被叫用户。
15、如权利要求 14所述的呼叫通知设备,其特征在于,所述设备还包括: 状态报告生成模块, 用于当所述语音通知模块执行完毕以后, 生成所 述语音通知的状态报告;
状态报告发送模块, 用于向短信中心发送所述状态报告生成模块生成 的状态报告;
计费话单生成模块, 用于当所述语音通知模块执行完毕以后, 生成所 述语音通知的计费话单信息。
16、 一种短信发送系统, 其特征在于, 包括:
短信中心, 用于从主叫终端获取主叫用户的提交信息, 并将所述提交 信息发送给呼叫通知设备, 所述提交信息包含被叫用户信息以及短信内容 信息;
呼叫通知设备, 用于接收所述短信中心发送的提交信息, 并将提交信 息中的短信内容信息转换为语音内容信息。
17、 如权利要求 16所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述呼叫通知设备为互 动式语音应答 IVR设备或非结构化补充数据业务 USSD设备。
