由于电子视听设备的进步而发展出扬声器 (亦称喇叭),该扬声器主要是把电子 讯号转换为声音讯号的转换器。 也是负责电器产品声音输出的重要组件, 不但于 各种音箱、 耳机、 音响、 通讯设备、 多媒体计算机、 电子翻译器 (电子辞典), 举凡 需要传递或是转换为音讯的器材普遍使用。 由于电子讯号可以透过主机的处理而 有许多不同的递变, 例如高音、 低音、 单音、 立体、 甚至更多的音讯变化, 对于 讲究声音品质者而言, 往往透过不同路径来满足丰富的音讯感受, 因此必须凭借 端子或是连接器将不同主机所产生的不同音讯引导至同一组的扬声器。
若当扬声器要连接该音源输出的端子较多时, 往往必须有较多的对应连接器, 但是该对应的连接器如过多时则因为繁琐而导致施工繁琐、 成本增加以及外观不 雅。 且由于该端子若是正 /负端子, 多组之间则需要以所谓 「跳线」 来联与因应, 该跳线不但增加音讯传送的负担与阻抗, 往往导致声音品质失真、 劣化的问题。
因此, 本申请人曾经申请一中国台湾专利, 申请第 096128495号, 早期公开号 200908483的单一固定帽变换单传导或分别传导的电连接装置, 其主要为一安装于 电子设备的电缆连接座为主体, 主体部分为一具备固定帽及插接孔的组合结构, 其结构可分为三个部份, 第一部分为电缆连接部, 其具有螺纹及插接孔做为将电 缆线以固定帽锁紧或以插入插接孔方式固定并且达到电能传导目的, 其固定帽一 端与电缆为电能导通端, 一端与电缆为电能绝缘端, 可藉由将固定帽转向方式达 到变换单传导或分别传导电能的功效。 第二部分为导电部, 此部分为两组以上的 结构, 其间介有绝缘体, 一端具有电缆接触端及固定帽锁定端, 另一端为各别连 接至本装置所安装电子设备的结构端。 当一电缆同时导通各导电部及固定帽的电 能导通端时, 藉由固定帽的电能导通端与其它导电部导通, 达到分别导电部导通 同一电缆的效果。 反的当各电缆分别导通各导电部与固定帽的电能绝缘端时, 其 它电缆即可与其它导电部导通, 达到分别导电部各别导通电缆的效果。 第三部分 为装置固定部, 其作用是将本装置安装固定于音响设备的适当位置, 并以其制动 结构箝制本装置主体不会因承受拆装电缆时的外力而发生位移。
并且基于该前述的申请案,继而申请中国第 200810134454.2号「扬声器的连接 座」 以及美国专利第 12176449号专利案。 虽然该案于导电部位设计有一个第一导 电件, 以及一第二导电件, 并且透过一个隔绝件, 虽然该案可以达成该第一导电 件与该第二导电件无接触的分别极性功能, 但是该构造必须透过略为繁琐的定位 件以及相关构造, 无论制造成本以及工序, 仍有简化的开发的努力空间。 发明内容
有鉴于先前技术的问题, 本发明人认为应有一种扬声器连接座的固定件, 主 要于该扬声器连接座的一固定件, 包括一绝缘主体, 该主体的内部设有第一通径 与第二通径, 分别设有第一导电组件以及第二导电组件, 该第一导电组件延伸至 该主体第一端部并与一结合段部连接, 该结合段部一端向内可以设有一容许外接 端子稳固插设的开放孔道。 然而, 该结合段部的外缘设一绝缘层。 该第二导电组 件延伸至该主体第一端部为一待触片, 由于该结合段部的外缘设一绝缘层。 因此 当该第二导电组件的该待触片 Y形端子讯号线接触导通时,不会与该第一导电组件 导通。
令该固定件于主体同时兼具两个极性的导体。 提供不同的导电组件可以依据 不同路径进行穿设以节省冗占的线路与布设繁琐。 并且进而以藉由较为简易的构 造, 即可以达到令本案标的以外的一调整套可选择任一端面朝向对应该其中一个 导电组件的待触片, 而套设于该结合段部外缘, 简易达到变换传导路径的功能。
且本发明可以利用该固定件的主体所形成的空间, 而区分该第一导电组件以 及该第二导电组件分别可以形成两个独立的讯号传递路径, 可以节省冗占的空间, 而使得对象简洁与轻薄短小, 而且节省冗占的繁琐线路, 提升高级音响外观质感。 附图说明

请参阅图 1与图 2所示, 本发明关于一种扬声器连接座, 包括:
一固定件 1, 该固定件 1包括一主体 11, 该主体 11不拘泥于形状, 然而图 1 所显示的实施例为一图右局部外径较大, 偏左侧则较为狭窄。 该主体 11为一绝缘 材质所制成, 该主体 11后段外缘可以设有螺紋 113, 请配合图 4与图 5所示, 该 主体 11内部设有第一通径 111与第二通径 112, 该第一通径 111与第二通径 112 分别设有第一导电组件 121以及第二导电组件 122, 由于该主体 11为一绝缘材质 所制成, 因此该两个通径 111、 112分别相隔后, 该第一导电组件 121以及第二导 电组件 122也不导通, 因此可以利用该固定件 1的主体 11所形成的内建空间, 而 区分该第一导电组件 121 以及该第二导电组件 122分别可以形成两个独立的讯号 传递路径, 可以节省冗占的空间, 而使得对象简洁与轻薄短小, 而且免除冗占的 繁琐线路, 提升高级音响外观质感。
又, 本发明的该第一导电组件 121延伸至该主体 11第一端部 110并与一结合 段部 123连接, 该结合段部 123—端向内可以设有一容许外接端子稳固插设的开 放孔道 124(如图 5所示), 该结合段部 123可以做为该第一导电组件 121提供接触 与导通的段部。 然而, 请参阅图 1所示, 该结合段部 123的外缘设一绝缘层 128。
该第二导电组件 122延伸至该主体 11第一端部 110为一待触片 125, 且该待 触片 125套设于该绝缘层 128外缘, 该待触片 125的形状可以为对应固定件 1的 主体第一端部 110, 该待触片 125则是作为该第二导电组件 122提供接触与导通 的段部。请配合图 5所示, 由于该结合段部 123的根部外缘为一绝缘层 128。 因此 当该第二导电组件 122的该待触片 125与 Y形端子讯号线 3接触时, 也不会与该 第一导电组件 121导通。
本发明可以将该第一导电组件 121 以及该第二导电组件 122的形状, 为了该 第一通径 111以及该第二通径 112的布局,而有形状上的变化,例如图 3所示本发 明的该第一导电组件 121也可以为一种横平状。当然该第一通径 111也必须对应该 形状。 请参阅图 4所示, 其中该主体 11的内部的该第一通径 111为后段弯曲且向 上, 该第二通径 112为通直状。 本发明的变化可以不局限。
又, 配合图 1所示, 本发明的该结合段部 123外缘, 较佳实施例可以为外螺 紋 126, 且该调整套 2的本体内缘具一对应该外螺紋 126的内螺紋 20(参图 4)。 该 结合段部 123外缘也可以不限于外螺纹, 而单纯为一插销状, 与该调整套 2的本 体形成插接。
请参阅图 6所示, 本发明的实施例亦中, 该第二导电组件 122与其所延伸的 待触片 125的设计, 该待触片 125可以为一个环状, 而该第二导电组件 122由该 环状的环孔 127的「孔内缘」所延伸。 也可以如图 1所示的实施例, 该待触片 125 可以为一个环状, 而该第二导电组件 122由该待触片 125的 「孔外缘」 延伸。 而 该待触片 125的形状, 主要提供给该绝缘环面 21及该导电环面 22选择与变换接 触的使用。 其形状也可以有多种变化, 然而可以令对应该待触片 125 的形状为较 佳。

请参阅图 7及图 8所示, 是本发明配合调整套 2与音源输出端子讯号线的实 际使用状态图, 本发明是设置于扬声器 6上, 使用者配合调整套 2上的绝缘环面 21的结合方向的运用, 可让所输入的端子讯号线, 即 Y形端子讯号线 3或公插端 子讯号线 4的搭配使用上, 在本发明的第一导电组件 121及第二导电组件 122产 生更多且弹性的讯号导通方式。
另请参阅图 9所示, 是本发明配合一般常用的讯号线固定套 5与音源输出端 子讯号线的实际使用状态图, 一般常用的讯号线固定套 5大都为一导体或外层有 包覆一层的绝缘保护层, 亦可配合本发明与输入的端子讯号线, 做相关的使用搭 配, 而达到更种讯号导通方式。
再请参阅图 10所示, 是本发明配合调整套 2与音源输出端子讯号线的再一种 实际使用状态图, 由于使用者利用调整套 2上的绝缘环面 21朝向固定件 1的结合 方式, 即可让 Y形端子讯号线 3与公插端子讯号线 4做不同极性的音源输入讯号 方式, 而使固定件 1上的第一导电组件 121及第二导电组件 122产生不同极性的 音源输出讯号方式, 如此可减少扬声器 6上所需的讯号端子接头。
综上所述, 本发明确实符合产业利用性, 且未于申请前见于刊物或公开使用, 亦未为公众所知悉, 且具有非显而易知性, 符合可专利的要件, 爰依法提出专利 申请。 然而上述所陈, 为本发明产业上一较佳实施例, 举凡依本发明申请专利范 围所作的均等变化, 皆属本案诉求标的的范畴。

1.一种扬声器连接座的固定件, 包括一固定件, 该固定件包括一绝缘主体, 该 主体的内部设有第一通径与第二通径, 分别设有第一导电组件以及第二导电组件, 该第一导电组件延伸至该主体第一端部并与一结合段部连接, 该结合段部一端向 内可以设有一容许外接端子插设的开放孔道, 且该结合段部的外缘设一绝缘层, 该第二导电组件延伸至该主体第一端部为一待触片, 且该第二导电组件的待触片 套设于该绝缘层外缘; 令该固定件于主体同时兼具两个极性的导体。
