Abstract

본 발명은 하수슬러지 전처리 방법에 관한 것으로서, 오존발생장치로부터 발생되는 오존을 수력학적 캐비테이션을 일으키는 장치의 전단(前段) 또는 후단(後段)에서 슬러지에 주입함으로써, 수력학적 캐비테이션과 오존의 시너지 효과를 불러일으켜 슬러지 구조를 파괴하고 세포막을 파괴하며, 그 결과 슬러지를 가용화함으로써 슬러지의 감량화, 슬러지 탈수능의 향상, 혐기성 소화 효율 향상 등을 하나의 공정으로 종합적으로 이루어내기 위한 하수슬러지 전처리 방법 및 상기 방법을 이용한 하수슬러지 전처리 장치에 관한 것이다. 상기 하수슬러지 전처리 장치는 오존발생장치와 적절한 간격으로 최적화되어 배치되어 있는 오존 주입부를 갖는 배관, 그리고 고압, 고속으로 슬러지를 이송할 수 있는 펌프(모터 포함)에 의해 작은 단면적을 갖는 원형, 타원형, 또는 다각형 모양의 오리피스(orifice)를 통과시켜 수력학적 캐비테이션 현상을 일으키는 장치로 이루어진다.
