Abstract

La présente invention concerne l'utilisation d'au moins un dérivé du glucose, halogène en position 6, pour la mise en œuvre d'un procédé de la détermination de l'insulino résistance chez un mammifère, notamment l'homme, par mesure - d'une part de la variation de la quantité (en fonction du temps) du susdit dérivé, dans des cellules musculaires, pendant une durée donnée Δt, après administration du susdit dérivé, et - d'autre part de la variation de quantité (en fonction du temps) du susdit dérivé, dans les susdites cellules musculaires, pendant une durée sensiblement égale à la susdite durée Δt, après administration du susdit dérivé, précédée d'une administration d'insuline.
