Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine schwenkbare oder fest montierbare Gepäckablage (1) mit einer Vorrichtung zum Verriegeln in der geschlossenen Position und einem Mechanismus zum Öffnen mit einem von außen betätigbaren Handgriff (3). Um bei etwaigen Beschädigungen oder Bruch der sichtbaren Teile einen unproblematischen und schnellen Austausch dieser Teile zu ermöglichen, ist der Öffnungsmechanismus auf einer Grundplatte (12) angeordnet und mit dem Handgriff (3) über lösbare Verbindungselemente verbunden, wobei der Handgriff (3) von einem Abdeckelement (19) aufgenommen ist, welches seinerseits über lösbare Verbindungselemente mit der Grundplatte (12) in Verbindung ist.
