互联网协议电视( Internet Protoeol Television , 筒称: IPTV )是在互联网 协议(Internet Protoeol, 简称: IP ) 网络上传送电视、 视频、 文本、 图形和数 据等, 并能提供服务质量(Quality of Service, 简称: QoS ) /用户体验质量 ( Quality of Experience, 简称: QoE )、 安全、 交互性和可靠性的可管理的多 媒体业务。 IPTV采用了电信、 互联网 (Internet )等技术的优点, 尤其是基于 IP网络的双向性特点, 因而可开展丰富的业务。
目前, IPTV的基本业务有直播、 点播、 时移电视等, 同时用户还可进行 在线游戏、 多媒体杂志和网页浏览、 即时通信、 短信以及互动广告等增值业 务。不仅如此,多媒体和通讯融合的业务也是新的发展方向,来电显示(Caller ID ) 、 呼叫跟随(Follow me ) 、 好友电视等业务, 这将给用户带来全新的体 验。
终端和媒体功能单元(Media Function, 简称: MF )通过会话发起协议 ( Session Initiation Protocol ,简称: SIP )建立实时流协议 ( eal Time Streaming Protocol, 简称: RTSP ) 和实时传输协议(Real Time Transport Protocol, 简 称: RTP )连接, 实现多媒体内容的播放与控制。 终端向媒体功能单元请求 建立媒体会话, 媒体功能单元响应请求, 然后终端和媒体建立 RTSP连接和 TP连接。其中在会话建立请求和响应中携带了与 RTSP和 RTP相关的参数, 用于完成 RTSP和 RTP连接的建立。
发明人发现, 在现有技术中, 媒体控制通道和媒体传输通道必须对应一 个终端, 从而极大地限制了新业务的产生和发展。 发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种多用户业务建立和控制通道转移方法、 装置及系 统, 实现了多用户业务的同步观看、 同步控制和媒体控制通道转移。

为了实现上述目的, 本发明实施例还提供了一种控制通道转移方法, 包 括: 接收媒体控制通道转移请求; 与预控制方用户单元建立媒体控制通道, 与已控制方用户单元取消媒体控制通道。
为了实现上述目的, 本发明实施例还提供了一种多用户业务建立方法, 包括: 发送媒体会话建立请求;接收媒体功能单元返回的媒体控制通道参数和 媒体传输通道参数, 接收接收方用户单元的媒体传输通道参数; 将控制方用户 单元的媒体控制通道参数和接收方用户单元的媒体传输通道参数进行关联,并 将关联参数发送给媒体功能单元; 与所述媒体功能单元建立媒体控制通道。

本发明实施例的多用户业务建立方法通过会话控制功能单元发起第三方 呼叫, 并帮助控制方用户单元、 接收方用户单元和媒体功能单元之间建立媒 体会话, 使得控制方用户单元通过与媒体功能单元建立的媒体控制通道控制 媒体播放, 同时使得接收方用户单元通过与媒体功能单元建立的传输通道接 收媒体内容, 实现了多用户同步控制、 同步观看的功能, 不仅提高了用户的 体验, 而且也丰富了多用户业务的功能。
本发明实施例的控制通道转移方法通过会话控制功能单元发起了转移媒 体控制通道请求, 并重新建立了媒体控制通道, 使得预控制方用户单元获得 媒体播放的控制权, 有效地实现了媒体控制通道的转移, 提高了用户使用业 务时的体验。 附图说明

本发明实施例提供的多用户业务建立方法, 通过在控制方用户单元、 接 收方用户单元和媒体功能单元之间分别建立媒控制体通道、 媒体传输通道, 使得控制方用户单元通过与媒体功能单元建立的媒体控制通道控制媒体播 放, 同时使得接收方用户单元通过与媒体功能单元建立的传输通道接收媒体 内容, 实现了多用户同步控制、 同步观看的功能, 不仅提高了用户的体验, 而且也丰富了多用户业务的功能。

步驟 204、 会话控制功能单元接收媒体功能单元的请求响应之后, 向控 制方用户单元发送媒体会话建立请求, 该请求中包含 SDP offer2, 即媒体功 能单元的媒体控制通道参数等, 以及媒体内容描述信息。
步骤 205、 控制方用户单元接收请求之后, 给会话控制功能单元发送请 求响应,该请求响应中包含 SDP answer2, 即控制方用户单元的媒体控制通道 参数。

本发明实施例提供的多用户业务建立系统,媒体功能单元 1401通过在控 制方用户单元、接收方用户单元和媒体功能单元之间分别建立媒控制体通道、 媒体传输通道, 使得控制方用户单元通过与媒体功能单元建立的媒体控制通 道控制媒体播放, 同时使得接收方用户单元通过与媒体功能单元建立的传输 通道接收媒体内容, 实现了多用户同步控制、 同步观看的功能, 不仅提高了 用户的体验, 而且也丰富了多用户业务的功能。

业务控制功能单元 1603 , 负责在会话初始时的业务认证, 修改会话, 包 括检查用户是否能够访问业务(如点播等) 。 同时业务控制功能单元还负责 信用控制以及选择相关的媒体功能单元。 业务控制功能单元还可以邀请用户 建立媒体会话。
媒体功能单元 1602, 负责为用户终端提供媒体控制和媒体分发。 包括处 理媒体流控制、 媒体流传输、 监控传输功能状态和与用户终端的交互, 同时 还可以提供媒体加工、 内容保护等功能。
会议功能单元 1601 , 负责实现多用户通信, 通过维护一个用户组, 实现 组内各成员间的通信。 它可以使用混合器将一系列的媒体流进行混合 (如组 内成员上传的媒体流), 产生一个或者多个媒体流, 再分发给组内所有成员, 保证通信期间的媒体流对所有成员可访问。会议功能单元 1601还提供组成员 管理, 例如组内成员的加入和离开, 控制权的管理。 会议功能单元 1601还可 以从其它媒体功能单元引入媒体内容并分发给组内用户, 帮助组内用户建立 对该媒体内容的播放控制, 以及媒体控制通道在多个用户间的转移。 会议功 能单元 1601能够获知任何组内状态的改变(例如控制权的变化) , 并且将状 态变更情况发送给那些订阅了此类信息的订阅者。会议功能单元 1601可以有 多种实现方式, 例如会议服务器, PoC服务器等。 本实施例中会议功能单元 为会议服务器。

所述会话控制功能单元将所述预控制方的媒体控制通道参数和当前媒体 控制通道的会话标识发送给媒体功能单元。

向媒体功能单元发送媒体控制通道转移请求, 通知媒体功能单元与预控 制方用户单元建立媒体控制通道; 或者
向预控制方用户单元发送媒体控制通道转移请求, 通知预控制方用户单 元与媒体功能单元建立媒体控制通道。
14、 一种多用户业务建立装置, 其特征在于, 包括:
用于根据接收到的媒体会话建立请求返回媒体控制通道参数和媒体传输 通道参数的模块;
用于接收关联参数的模块, 所述关联参数是由控制方用户单元的媒体控 制通道参数和接收方用户单元的媒体传输通道参数相关联后的参数;
用于根据所述第三方呼叫和所述关联参数, 与控制方用户单元建立媒体 控制通道的模块;
用于根据所述第三方呼叫和所述关联参数, 与接收方用户单元建立媒体 传输通道的模块。
15、 一种多用户业务建立系统, 其特征在于, 包括:
媒体功能单元, 用于根据接收到的媒体会话建立请求返回媒体控制通道 参数和媒体传输通道参数, 接收关联参数, 所述关联参数是由控制方用户单 元的媒体控制通道参数和接收方用户单元的媒体传输通道参数相关联后的参 数, 根据所述第三方呼叫和所述关联参数, 与控制方用户单元建立媒体控制 通道, 根据所述第三方呼叫和所述关联参数, 与接收方用户单元建立媒体传 输通道;
会话控制功能单元, 用于接收控制方用户单元的建立会话请求, 根据所 述建立会话请求, 向媒体功能单元发起第三方呼叫。
16、 一种控制通道转移装置, 其特征在于, 包括:
用于接收媒体控制通道转移请求的模块;
用于与预控制方用户单元建立媒体控制通道, 与已控制方用户单元取消 媒体控制通道的模块
17、 一种控制通道转移系统, 其特征在于, 包括:
媒体功能单元, 用于接收媒体控制通道转移请求, 与预控制方用户单元 建立媒体控制通道, 与已控制方用户单元取消媒体控制通道;
会话控制功能单元, 用于接收已控制方用户单元的转移媒体控制通道通 知, 向预控制方用户单元发送媒体会话建立请求, 并接收返回的媒体控制通 道参数, 将所述预控制方的媒体控制通道参数和当前媒体控制通道的会话标 识发送给媒体功能单元。
18、 根据权利要求 17所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述会话控制功能单元 具体分为会议功能单元和业务控制功能单元,
所述会议功能单元, 用于接收预控制方用户单元的媒体控制通道转移请 求, 对所述预控制方用户单元进行授权并发送会话更改请求, 接收预控制方 用户单元的媒体控制通道参数, 并转发给业务控制功能单元;
所述业务控制功能单元, 用于将所述预控制方用户单元的媒体控制通道 参数发送给媒体功能单元。
19、 一种多用户业务建立装置, 其特征在于, 包括:
用于发送媒体会话建立请求的模块; 用于接收媒体功能单元返回的媒体控制通道参数和媒体传输通道参数, 接收接收方用户单元的媒体传输通道参数的模块;
用于将控制方用户单元的媒体控制通道参数和接收方用户单元的媒体传 输通道参数进行关联, 并将关联参数发送给媒体功能单元的模块;
用于与所述媒体功能单元建立媒体控制通道的模块。
20、 一种控制通道转移装置, 其特征在于, 包括:
用于发送媒体控制通道转移请求, 通知转移控制通道的模块; 用于取消所述与所述媒体功能单元建立的媒体控制通道的模块。
21、 根据权利要求 20所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述用于发送媒体控制 通道转移请求, 通知转移控制通道的模块具体为:
用于向媒体功能单元发送媒体控制通道转移请求, 通知媒体功能单元与 预控制方用户单元建立媒体控制通道的模块; 或者,
用于向预控制方用户单元发送媒体控制通道转移请求, 通知预控制方用 户单元与媒体功能单元建立媒体控制通道的模块。
