Abstract

A process for manufacturing an indicator device comprising at least one transition substance coupled to a textile or fabric material. The process comprises the steps of applying at least one transition substance to the textile follow ed by applying a polymer coating over the transition substance and curing the coated textile. The indicator device can thereafter be subjected to washing, dry cleaning, bleaching or exposure to heat and/or light.
