Abstract
The present invention relates to a frame for a light guide plate type LED lighting device, more particularly to a frame for a light guide plate type LED lighting device, having a modified profile structure to be able to improve the bond strength of the frame and to facilitate LED heat dissipation. The frame for a light guide plate type LED lighting device according to the present invention is a frame having a multiplicity of profiles bonded together, wherein each of the profiles has a hole formed inside and fixing clip means including at least two overlaid fixing clips so that the fixing clip means is inserted into the hole to interconnect adjacent profiles and that the fixing clip means and the profiles are secured by clamping means. Therefore, by having the improved profile structure, the present invention can substantially increase the bond strength of the frame, facilitate LED adhesion and carry out LED heat dissipation more effectively.
