运营商及内容商为了维护自身利益, 内容保护系统应运而生, 内容保护系 统通过对内容实行加密和访问控制实现对内容的保护 ,内容保护系统一定程度 上维护了运营商及内容商的利益, 限制了内容的非法扩散。
例如, 用户向运营商支付一定费用购买运营商的内容,运营商通过网络将 未经加密保护的内容分发给合法用户终端, 当合法用户终端取得内容后,可以 享用该内容, 也可以将内容任意的转发, 可以转发给其它合法终端, 也可以转 发给非法终端, 由于内容没有被加密保护, 所以各终端均可以处理该内容, 这 种内容不可控的情况是对运营商及内容商的致命打击。

授权可以被存储在终端本地, 为了防止授权被非法复制,各厂商会对本地 的授权进行安全处理。某些厂商认为授权存储在终端本地比存储在运营商侧服 务器安全性低, 所以这些厂商会将授权存储在运营商侧服务器端, 用户终端在 解密内容前, 需向服务器申请授权, 服务器端在校验用户终端的合法性后, 将 授权下发给用户终端。 总之, 授权无法被任意转发, 非法终端或没有订购相应 业务的合法终端无法获得授权。
上述现有技术方案虽然保护了内容, 使其避免被非法扩散, 但是, 内容保 护也给终端用户带来一些不便。 在现行的运营方案中, 假设用户有 1 + n个终 端, 当该用户使用账号 1为终端 1订购了一个被加密保护了的内容,该用户只 能在终端 1上享用该内容,如果用户使用终端 1+n来处理该加密内容, 则必须 新建一账号 1+n,重复一次完整的开户订购操作, 才可以在终端 1+n上享用同 样的内容, 即同一用户的不同终端无法方便的共享该用户订购了的内 曼权, 致使该用户无法方便的在多个终端上享用其订购了的内容。这种运营方案给用 户的使用带来很大的不便, 影响了用户体验, 降低了客户满意度, 同时损害了 运营商和内容商的利益。
发明内容
本发明实施例要解决的技术问题是提供一种享用订购业务内容的方法及 其系统和终端, 能够避免业务内容被非法扩散的同时,使用户能够方便的在不 同终端享用业务内容。
为解决上述技术问题, 本发明实施例的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的: 本发明实施例提供一种享用订购业务内容的方法, 其包括:
接收用户终端发送的享用订购业务内容的注册请求 ,所述注册请求中携带 用户终端的标识;
才艮据所述用户终端标识,判断所述用户已注册的享用订购业务内容的用户 终端数量是否超过允许享用订购业务内容的用户终端的最大数量,如果否, 则 才艮据所述用户终端标识, 激活所述用户终端;

通过本发明实施例提供的享用订购业务内容的方法及其系统,当用户终端 需要享用订购业务内容时,如果所述用户已注册的享用订购业务内容的用户终 端数量未超过允许享用订购业务内容的用户终端的最大数量,则激活所述用户 终端,从而使用户终端能够从内容保护系统获取授权, 并根据授权享用业务内 容, 因此既能够实现用户在不同终端方便的享用订购业务内容, 又能够避免业 务内容被非法扩散。

在进行本发明创造过程中,发明人发现现有技术中至少存在如下问题: 由 于同一用户的不同终端无法方便的共享该用户订购了的内容授权,导致该用户 无法方便的在多个终端上享用其订购了的内容。
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清 楚、 完整地描述, 显然, 所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例, 而不是 全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例 ,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造 性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例, 都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参照图 1, 为本发明中用户终端注册享用业务内容服务的一个实施例的 流程图。
在用户终端注册享用业务内容服务之前, 需要通过运营支撑系统进行开 户,获取用户名及密码, 并提供该用户允许享用订购业务内容的用户终端的最 大数量给内容保护系统。 用户终端可以为永久终端, 也可以为临时终端。
如果用户不进行特殊指定,可以按照运营商的默认配置来设置用户允许享 用订购业务内容的永久终端及临时终端的最大数量 ,例如永久终端数量的默认 值为 2, 临时终端数量默认值为 1。
永久终端指用户固定使用的终端,用户如果需要增减永久终端的个数或更 换永久终端,可以通过运营支撑系统申请办理。 当运营商采用的内容保护方案 是将授权存储在终端本地时,永久终端可以将用户已订购业务的授权存储在本 地, 因此用户通过多个永久终端可以同时在线或离线处理已订购内容。
临时终端指用户临时使用的终端, 并不绑定某个特定终端, 用户如果需要 增减临时终端的个数,可以通过运营支撑系统申请办理。用户已订购业务的授 权不能存储在临时终端本地, 用户只能在线享用已订购业务。是否允许同一用 户拥有多个临时终端,即是否允许同一用户在同一时刻有多个临时终端在线处 理内容, 可以通过运营支撑系统进行自定义。
用户终端注册享用业务内容服务的具体过程包括:
步骤 101: 用户通过用户终端向运营支撑系统发送登录认证请求; 用户第一次开机使用永久终端或临时终端时,输入用户名和密码, 并选择 终端类型, 然后用户终端向运营支撑系统发送登录认证请求,登录认证请求消 息中包含用户名、 密码;
步骤 102: 运营支撑系统解析该用户终端发送的登录认证请求消息, 获得 用户名、 密码, 判断用户名和密码是否合法, 如果是, 则进行步骤 104, 如果 否, 则进行步骤 103;
步骤 103: 运营支撑系统向该用户终端返回认证失败消息, 该用户终端发 起的注册流程完结。
步骤 104: 运营支撑系统向该用户终端返回认证成功的响应消息, 所述消 息中携带指导该用户终端向内容保护系统进行注册的信息,所述信息可以包括 内容保护系统的注册地址或者端口信息;
步骤 105: 用户终端才 据所述信息中的注册地址和端口信息, 向内容保护 系统发起注册请求,该注册请求中携带该用户终端所属用户的用户名、终端类 型、 以及终端唯一标识;
所述终端唯一标识可以为用户终端的硬件唯一标识。例如, 用户终端的介 质访问控制 (Media Access Control, MAC)地址, 用户终端的序列号等等。
步骤 106: 内容保护系统解析用户终端发送的注册请求消息, 进行相关校 验, 根据校验结果对用户终端进行激活或者向用户终端返回注册失败消息; 其具体过程包括:
(a) 内容保护系统解析注册请求消息, 获得用户名、 终端类型及终端唯一 标识;
(b)判断用户终端是否已经在内容保护系统中进行过注册, 如果没有进行 过注册, 则进行步骤 c, 如果已进行过注册, 则进行步骤 h;
(c) 判断本次新发起注册请求的终端是永久终端还是临时终端, 如果是永 久终端则进行步骤 d, 如果是临时终端则进行步骤 e;
(d)校验用户的已经注册永久终端的个数是否达到上限, 如果是, 则进行 步骤 h, 如果否, 则进行步骤 f;
(e)校验用户的已经注册临时终端的个数是否达到上限, 如果是, 则进行 步骤 g, 如果否, 则进行步骤 f;
(f)对所述用户终端进行激活;
将发起该注册请求的用户终端的唯一标识、终端类型录入数据库, 并与用 户绑定,将该终端标志设为激活状态,说明该终端可以正常进行业务订购和内 容享用操作。 (g)该用户新注册的临时终端取代该用户的原已注册的临时终端, 录入新 临时终端的唯一标识、 终端类型, 将该临时终端与用户绑定, 并将该终端标志 为激活状态, 此时, 该临时终端同样可以正常进行业务订购和内容享用操作;
(h)该新发起注册请求的用户终端不合法, 内容保护系统向用户终端返回 注册失败消息。
请参照图 2, 为本发明实现用户在不同终端享用业务内容方法的第一实施 例的流程图。 本实施例中, 用户终端为永久终端。
具体过程包括:
步骤 201 : 当用户通过永久终端准备处理业务内容时, 首先在永久终端本 地查询是否存储有该内容的授权, 如果是, 则进行步骤 202, 如果否, 则进行 步骤 203;
步骤 202: 从内容分发系统获取业务内容并根据本地存储的授权对业务内 容进行解密;
可以采用在线解密方式, 也可以采用离线解密方式。
步骤 203: 永久终端向运营支撑系统发起业务订购请求, 请求消息中需包 含终端唯一标识;
步骤 204: 运营支撑系统根据业务订购请求, 判断永久终端是否为激活终 端, 如果是, 则进行步骤 206, 如果否, 则进行步骤 205;
判断永久终端是否为激活终端具体方式为:
运营支撑系统向内容保护系统发送查询请求查询所述用户终端是否为激 活终端, 所述查询请求中携带永久终端的标识;
内容保护系统根据所述永久终端的标识获取该永久终端的激活状态,并返 回激活通知给运营支撑系统。
步骤 205: 向永久终端返回业务订购失败响应消息。
步骤 206: 运营支撑系统为永久终端分配授权;
运营支撑系统为永久终端分配授权具体方式可以为运营支持系统通知内 容保护系统所述永久终端被允许获得所述业务的授权。
步骤 207: 当内容保护系统授权下发方式为被动方式时, 永久终端向内容 保护系统主动请求内容授权, 当内容保护系统授权下发方式为主动方式时,该 步骤可省略;
步骤 208: 内容保护系统向永久终端下发授权;
所述授权可以是用来对内容保护系统中的加密内容进行解密的密钥。
步骤 209: 永久终端将授权存储在本地;
步骤 210: 永久终端向内容分发系统请求内容;

步骤 301 : 临时终端向运营支撑系统发起业务订购请求, 所述请求消息中 需携带临时终端唯一标识;
所述临时终端的唯一标识可以为用户终端的硬件唯一标识。例如, 用户终 端的介质访问控制 (Media Access Control, MAC)地址,用户终端的序列号等等。
步骤 302: 运营支撑系统根据业务订购请求, 判断临时终端是否为激活终 端, 如果是, 则进行步骤 304, 如果否, 则进行步骤 303;
判断临时终端是否为激活终端具体方式为:

13. 一种运营支撑系统, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收单元, 用于接收用户终端发送的业务订购请求, 所述请求中包括所述 用户终端的标识;
判断单元 , 才 据所述用户终端的标识判断所述用户终端是否为激活终端; 授权单元, 当判断单元判断的结果为所述用户终端为激活终端时, 为所述 用户终端分配授权。
14.根据权利要求 13所述的运营支撑系统, 其特征在于, 还包括: 提供单元,用于提供用户允许享用订购业务内容的用户终端的最大数量给 内容保护系统。
15. 一种享用订购业务内容的系统, 其特征在于, 包括:
内容保护系统, 用于接收用户终端发送的注册请求, 并根据所述注册请求 中携带的用户终端标识,判断所述用户已注册的享用订购业务内容的用户终端 数量是否超过允许享用订购业务内容的用户终端的最大数量,如果否, 则内容 保护系统才 据所述用户终端标识, 激活所述用户终端,提供允许享用业务内容 的授权给所述激活的用户终端。
16根据权利要求 15所述享用订购业务内容的系统, 其特征在于, 所述享 用订购业务内容的系统还包括:
运营支撑系统, 用于接收用户终端发送的业务订购请求, 所述请求中包括 所述用户终端的标识, 并 ^居所述用户终端的标识,通过内容保护系统获得所 述用户终端是否为激活终端,如果是, 则通知所述的内容保护系统所述的终端 被允许获得所述业务的授权;
和 /或, 内容分发系统, 用于根据用户终端的业务内容请求, 向用户终端下发加密 的业务内容。
17. 一种终端, 其特征在于, 包括:
发送单元, 用于向运营支撑系统发送业务订购请求, 所述请求中携带用户 终端的标识;
接收单元,用于接收运营支撑系统根据用户终端标识为用户终端分配的授 权;
享用单元, 用于根据接收单元接收的授权享用订购业务内容。
18.根据权利要求 17所述的终端, 其特征在于, 所述的发送单元, 进一 步用于向运营支撑系统发送登录认证请求;以及根据所述接收单元接收的指导 该用户终端向内容保护系统进行注册的信息向内容保护系统发送享用订购业 务内容的注册请求;
所述的接收单元,进一步用于接收运营支撑系统返回的认证响应消息, 所 述消息中携带指导该用户终端向内容保护系统进行注册的信息。
19.根据权利要求 17所述的终端, 其特征在于, 当用户终端为永久终端 时, 所述享用单元进一步包括:
存储单元, 用于存储内容保护系统提供的授权;
解密单元, 用于根据从内容保护系统获取的授权,在线或离线解密所述加 密的业务内容。
20.根据权利要求 17所述的终端, 其特征在于, 当用户终端为临时终端 时, 所述享用单元进一步包括:
解密单元, 用于根据从内容保护系统获取的授权,在线解密所述加密的业 务内容;
状态获取单元, 用于从内容保护系统定时获取临时终端的激活状态; 控制单元, 用于根据所述状态获取单元获取的临时终端的激活状态, 禁止 或允许所述临时终端享用所述业务内容。
