【具体实施方式】 请参阅图广图 4, 一种具有辅助照明的嵌入式灯具, 其包括主光源 10和辅助光源 5 , 其进一步包括有导光层 1, 该辅助光源设置于导光层 1的侧面, 其光线射向导光层 1, 导光层 1采用 PC、 亚克力、 玻璃、 水晶、 透明塑料等透明材料。 该导光层 1具有相对的 第一面 11和第二面 12 , 该导光层的第一面 11上设有调光网点 13。 请参阅图 3、 图 6和图 7, 在导光层】的第一面 1 1上设有圆形的调光网点 13, 当光线 射到这些调光网点 13时, 反射光会往各个角度扩散, 然后破坏反射条件由导光层第二 面 12射出, 利用各种疏密、 大小不一的调光网点, 可使导光层均匀发光。 随着与光源 的距离增加, 调光网点 13的面积设计也逐渐增大。 光线在导光层 1内部传播时, 在光 源附近可用的光能量最高, 并且随着远离光源而逐渐减弱, 因此为了达到均匀出光的 效果, 随着距离的增加, 将光导引出来的效率耍逐渐提高, 也就是随着与光源的距离 增加, 调光网点 13的面积增大。 该调光网点 13可采用多种方法制作, 可使用蚀刻方式在导光层的第一面上形成调 光网点, 或采用油墨印刷在导光层的第一面上印刷出调光网点, 或者采用激光在导光 层的第一面上雕刻形成调光网点。 该辅助光源外部还设有光源反射罩 6, 请参阅图 3, 该光源反射罩具有朝向导光层 的开口。 请参阅图 2, 该具有辅助照明的嵌入式灯具进一步包括有反射层 2、 扩散层 3和集 光层 4。 该反射层 2设置在导光层 1第一面 11外, 辅助光源 5射向导光层的光线有部分从 导光层第一面射出, 可经反射层反射回来, 从导光层第二面出射, 从而提高光源的使 用效率, 其原理图如图 8所示。 该扩散层 3设置在导光层 1第二面 12外, 该扩散层 3进一 步将出射光线扩散、 均匀化, 其原理图如图 9所示。 该集光层 4设置在所述扩散层 3外, 集光层 4可将扩散的光线统一从正面射出, 增强正面出射光强, 提高光源的使用效率。 作为更佳实施例, 可在辅助光源 5外面加设外观遮挡结构, 如图 2所示的设置在辅助光 源 5外的遮光片 9 , 避免 LED的光线直接射出而影响了照明效果。 该遮光片 9可根据辅助光源的设计以及实际应用情况, 有不同的实施方式。 请参 阅图 10和图 11, 图中 100为带有筒罩的灯具底座, 10为主光源, 导光层 1的上方设有反 射层 2, 以提高光源使用效率, 辅助光源 5嵌入环形导光层 1的内侧边, 导光层 1的下方 还设有遮光片 9, 该实施例中, 遮光片 9为具有内折边的环形结构, 该内折边包覆环形 导光层 1的内侧边, 遮光片 9从导光层 1的内侧边和外表面两个方向遮挡住辅助光源 5的 LED线路板, 使灯具更美观, 光线投射更均匀柔和。 请参阅图 12和图 13, 该实施例中的辅助光源 5嵌入环形导光层 1的外侧边, 遮光片 9为具有外折边的环形结构, 该外折边包覆环形导光层 1的外侧边, 遮光片 9从导光层 1 的外侧边和外表面两个方向遮挡住辅助光源 5的 LED线路板, 使灯具更美观, 光线投射 更均匀柔和。 该辅助光源可采用一个或两个或多个 LED灯或普通照明灯, 设置于灯具面板正面 和 /或面板背面和 /或面板外侧和 /或面板内侧。 在本实施例中, 采用一组 LED灯作为辅 助光源 5设置在面板内侧, 围绕主光源 10环形设置, 如图 1和图 4所示。 反射层 2、 导光 层 1、 扩散层 3和集光层 4依次设置在面板位置, LED灯的光线经由导光层 1、 反射层 2、 扩散层 3和集光层 4, 从灯具正面出射, 光线均匀、 柔和、 简单, 另外可在灯具面板最 外层加设玻璃、 水晶、 琉璃等装饰层, 使之更美观。 根据实际应用的要求, 可采用多组辅助光源结合, 并且可以采用不同颜色的多组 辅助光源结合, 组合出多样化、 富有美感且实用的照明灯具。 从照明变化和灯具外观 设计方面考虑, 该导光层还可以在灯具面板位置部分设置, 例如只在灯具面板内圈位 置设置, 形成主照明外的部分环状辅助照明效果; 还可以将灯具面板部分设置透光材 料, 另一部分采用遮光材料, 例如灯具面板外圈采用压克力、 玻璃等透明材料, 内圈 采用不透光材料, 形成主照明与外圈辅助照明之间有一环状隔离的外观设计。 从而可 做出多种多样的照明效果和各式不同外观的嵌入式灯具。 该具有辅助照明的嵌入式灯具的使用状态请参阅图 5, 主光源 10外围绕有辅助光 源 5, 辅助照明设置于灯面, 位于安装的天花板外, 用户可因应不同照明要求自由开 关主照明和 /或辅助照明。 该嵌入式灯具可以附加灯具防火筒罩, 起到安全、 防火作 用。 以上所述仅为本实用新型的较佳实施例, 本实用新型的保护范围并不局限于此, 任何基于本实用新型技术方案上的等效变换均属于本实用新型保护范围之内。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种具有辅助照明的嵌入式灯具, 其包括主光源和至少一个辅助光源, 其特 征在于, 其进一步包括有导光层, 该导光层采用透明材质, 其具有相对的第一面和第 二面, 该导光层的第一面上设有调光网点, 该辅助光源设置于导光层的至少一侧面, 其光线射向导光层。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的具有辅助照明的嵌入式灯具, 其特征在于, 该导光层安装 于灯具面板处, 该辅助光源围绕主光源设置。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的具有辅助照明的嵌入式灯具, 其特征在于, 该辅助光源呈 方形或圆形或环形围绕主光源外侧设置。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的具有辅助照明的嵌入式灯具, 其特征在于, 该辅助光源设 置于灯具面板正面和 /或面板背面和 /或面板外侧和 /或面板内侧。
5、 如权利要求 4所述的具有辅助照明的嵌入式灯具, 其特征在于, 在导光层侧面 设有反射膜或遮光膜。
6、 如权利要求 1所述的具有辅助照明的嵌入式灯具, 其特征在于, 该辅助光源采 用一个或两个或多个 LED灯或节能灯或普通照明灯。
7、 如权利要求广 6中任意一项所述的具有辅助照明的嵌入式灯具, 其特征在于, 其进一步包括有反射层, 该反射层设置在导光层第一面外。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的具有辅助照明的嵌入式灯具, 其特征在于, 其进一步包括 有扩散层, 该扩散层设置在导光层第二面外。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的具有辅助照明的嵌入式灯具, 其特征在于, 其进一步包括 有集光层, 该集光层设置在扩散层外。
10、 如权利要求 9所述的具有辅助照明的嵌入式灯具, 其特征在于, 在该辅助光 源外设有反射罩, 该反射罩幵口朝向所述导光层。
11、如权利要求 10所述的具有辅助照明的嵌入式灯具, 其特征在于, 在该导光层、 扩散层、 集光层的侧面设有反射膜或遮光膜。
12、 如权利要求广 6中任意一项所述的具有辅助照明的嵌入式灯具, 该辅助光源 外设有遮挡结构。
13、 如权利要求广 6中任意一项所述的具有辅助照明的嵌入式灯具, 其特征在于, 其采用蚀刻法在导光层的第一面上形成调光网点。
14、 如权利要求广 6中任意一项所述的具有辅助照明的嵌入式灯具, 其特征在于, 其采用油墨印刷方法在导光层的第一面上形成调光网点。
15、 如权利要求广 6中任意一项所述的具有辅助照明的嵌入式灯具, 其特征在于, 其采用激光雕刻方法在导光层的第一面上形成调光网点。
16、 如权利要求广 6中任意一项所述的具有辅助照明的嵌入式灯具, 其特征在于, 该导光层采用 PC、 亚克力、 玻璃、 水晶及其他透明塑料。
17、 如权利要求广 6中任意一项所述的具有辅助照明的嵌入式灯具, 其特征在于, 该导光层为方形板层或扇形板层或环形板层。
18、如权利要求广 6中任意一项所述的具有辅助照明的嵌入式灯具, 其特征在于, 在该辅助光源的出射面最外层设有透明的亚克力层或水晶层或玻璃层或琉璃层等透 光性装饰材料层。
19、如权利要求广 6中任意一项所述的具有辅助照明的嵌入式灯具, 其特征在于, 与辅助光源距离越远的调光网点, 该调光网点的面积越大。
20、 如权利要求 12所述的具有辅助照明的嵌入式灯具, 其特征在于, 该遮挡结构 为具有外折边的环形结构, 遮光片从导光层的外侧边和外表面两个方向遮挡住辅助光 源。
21、 如权利要求 12所述的具有辅助照明的嵌入式灯具, 其特征在于, 该遮挡结构 为具有内折边的环形结构, 遮光片从导光层的内侧边和外表面两个方向遮挡住辅助光 源。
