Abstract
Structure articulée déployable (1), constituée de l'assemblage d'éléments (2) articulés deux à deux au travers de moyens d'articulation (3, 4), où chacun des éléments (2) comporte à chacune de ses extrémités une articulation (3, 4) permettant de relier l'extrémité d'un autre élément (2) au travers d'un axe d'articulation (X, Y), tous les axes de pivotement des articulations (3, 4) étant construits en sorte que la structure (1) puisse prendre deux positions extrêmes, à savoir une position déployée où les éléments (2) sont deux à deux plus ou moins dans le prolongement l'un de l'autre pour former une ellipse, et une position repliée où les éléments (2) sont regroupés les uns contre les autres sensiblement parallèles les uns aux autres. Les éléments (2) et les articulations (3, 4) sont associés d'une part à des moyens de commande du déploiement des éléments (2), et d'autre part à des moyens d'assistance aptes à assurer une simultanéité du déploiement ou du repliement des éléments (2).
