Abstract

This invention relates to improvements made on a transportation vehicle (1), which is used in transporting passengers and/or goods, which utilizes both wind power and water power, and which has a passenger cabin (5) that moves above water level. The boom (4) provided in the present invention can rotate horizontal to the sea around the rotation center (D) of the vehicle.
