Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein freistehendes Photovoltaikgestell, umfassend ein Standrohr, das an seinem unteren Ende untere Anschlussmittel zur Befestigung auf einem Fundament aufweist und sich von diesem unteren Ende vertikal erstreckt, einen mit dem oberen Ende des Standrohrs verbundenen Querträger, der sich vom Standrohr aus beiderseits in horizontaler Richtung erstreckt, ein oberhalb des Querträgers angeordnetes Rahmengestell zur Aufnahme von zumindest einem, vorzugsweise mehreren Photovoltaikmodulen, zumindest ein, vorzugsweise mehrere Schwenklager zur Verschwenkung des Rahmengestells um eine horizontale Achse relativ zum Standrohr und einen Aktuator zum Bewirken einer Relatiwerschwenkung zwischen Standrohr und Rahmengestell um die horizontale Achse.
