Изобретение относится к коллективным играм, в частности, к розыгрышу денежных призов с помощью лотерейных терминалов реализации и может быть использовано при проведении лотерей, тотализаторов и других игр. Техническим результатом заявленного изобретения является упрощение конструкции и расширение ее функциональных возможностей. Технический результат достигается за счет того, что терминал лотерейной системы, включает корпус, системный блок, размещенный внутри корпуса и выполненный с возможностью двухсторонней связи с процессинговым центром лотерейной системы, устройства для приема платежных средств с функцией проверки подлинности платежных средств, устройства для выдачи платежных средств, принтер чеков, принтер лотерейных билетов с функцией выдачи лотерейных билетов и средства для ввода-вывода информации, при этом средства для ввода-вывода информации включают сенсорный экран и устройство для приема и проверки подлинности купонов и лотерейных билетов с функцией идентификации купонов и лотерейных билетов.

Description

ТЕРМИНАЛ ЛОТЕРЕЙНОЙ СИСТЕМЫ
Изобретение относится к коллективным играм, в частности, к розыгрышу денежных призов с помощью лотерейных терминалов реализации и может быть использовано при проведении лотерей, тотализаторов и других игр.
Известны терминалы по продаже лотерейных билетов с возможностью выплаты выигрыша (Лотерйный автомат Маgiс Вiпgо модель MB-Ol Саsh Liпе).
Недостатком этой конструкции являются ограниченные функциональные возможности. Приобретаемый участником розыгрыша лотерейный билет уже содержит определенную игровую комбинацию. Т.е. в заявленной конструкции отсутствуют технические средства, позволяющие игроку самостоятельно подбирать свою игровую комбинацию, что значительно снижает интерес к лотерее.
Известны также лотерейные терминалы, включающие устройства для приема платежных средств и выдачи лотерейных билетов, средство идентификации лотерейного билета и устройство для выдачи суммы выигрыша (Полезная модель РФ 69288, 2007 г).
Недостатком подобных известных конструкций является их автономность, т.е. отсутствие связи с другими аналогичными терминалами, подключенными к единому процессинговому центру, а также отсутствие функции считывания купонов. Известно устройство для проведения лотереи, включающее терминалы реализации лотерейных билетов (Полезная модель РФ 61912, 2006 г).
Недостатком известного технического решения является сложность конструкции отдельного терминала.
Техническим результатом заявленного изобретения является упрощение конструкции и расширение ее функциональных возможностей.
Технический результат достигается за счет того, что терминал лотерейной системы, включает корпус, системный блок, размещенный внутри корпуса и выполненный с возможностью двухсторонней связи с процессинговым центром лотерейной системы, устройства для приема платежных средств с функцией проверки подлинности платежных средств, устройства для выдачи платежных средств, принтер чеков, принтер лотерейных билетов с функцией выдачи лотерейных билетов и средства для ввода-вывода информации, при этом средства для ввода-вывода информации включают сенсорный экран и устройство для приема и проверки подлинности купонов и лотерейных билетов с функцией идентификации купонов и лотерейных билетов. Предложенный терминал отличается простотой конструкции, поскольку предназначен только для сбора и отправки информации в процессинговый центр лотереи. Но, не смотря на простоту конструкции, функциональные возможности его шире, чем у других известных конструкций. Преимуществом заявленной конструкции является возможность ввода информации как с помощью сенсорного экрана, так и с помощью устройства, считывающего информацию с бумажных носителей (купонов, лотерейных билетов).
Заявленный терминал является устройством самообслуживания, не требующим присутствия оператора. На Фиг. 1 представлено схематическое изображение внутреннего устройства лотерейного терминала самообслуживания - общий вид, на Фиг.2 -лотерейный терминал (вид снаружи).
Лотерейный терминал выполнен в виде корпуса 1, с системным блоком 2, размещенным внутри корпуса и имеющим возможность двухсторонней связи с центральным сервером (на чертеже не показан) лотерейной системы. Корпус 1 снабжен сенсорным экраном 3. В предпочтительном варианте исполнения, терминал может быть дополнительно оборудован монитором, служащим для отображения информационных и рекламных материалов. Конструкция оснащена устройством 4 для приема платежных средств в виде бумажных купюр (купюроприемником) и устройством 5 для приема платежных средств в виде монет (монетоприемником). Кроме того, предусмотрена возможность установки устройств для приема других платежных средств, таких как банковские магнитные и/или чиповые карты и пр. Устройства для приема платежных средств оснащены приспособлениями для проверки подлинности платежных средств. Терминал оборудован устройством 6, служащим для приема купонов и лотерейных билетов, оснащенным приспособлением для проверки их подлинности. На корпусе 1 имеется лоток 7 для выдачи лотерейных билетов. Лотерейные билеты печатаются с помощью принтера 8. Помимо этого имеется принтер 9 для печати чеков. Терминал снабжен устройствами 10, 11 для выдачи платежных средств через лоток 12. Эти устройства служат как для выдачи сдачи, так и для выплаты выигрышей. Работа терминала лотерейной системы осуществляется следующим образом.
Лотерейный терминал является частью лотерейной системы и соединен с центральным сервером (процессинговым центром лотереи) через средства связи.
Игровые купоны распространяются бесплатно. Участник лотереи, заполняет игровой купон в соответствии со своим прогнозом и вставляет заполненный купон в устройство 6 лотерейного терминала в пунктах приема платежей и выдачи лотерейных билетов. Заполненный купон, проходя через устройство 6, сканируется. Данные передаются для обработки в системный блок 2, через который впоследствии отправляются в электронном виде в процессинговый центр лотереи для дальнейшей обработки. Информация с игрового купона выдается на экран терминала. При этом прогнозы на экране терминала должны соответствовать прогнозам, отмеченным в игровом купоне. Правила заполнения игровых полей купона печатаются на обратной стороне игрового купона. Поскольку терминал снабжен сенсорным экраном 3, позволяющим осуществлять ввод информации, то участник лотереи имеет возможность ввести свой прогноз непосредственно на экране. После ввода информации, касающейся прогноза, на экране отображается стоимость лотерейного билета, которая зависит от стоимости комбинаций на всех заполненных игровых полях купона. Затем на экране запрашивается ввод платежных средств. Денежные средства вводятся в устройства для их приема - купюроприемники 4 или монетоприемники 5 соответственно. Могут быть варианты конструкций с устройствами для ввода магнитных платежных карт или других платежных средств. Далее информация о лотерейном билете отправляется в процессинговый центр лотереи, где лотерейному билету присваивается номер и штрих-код для его дальнейшей идентификации. Принтер 8 печатает на специальной бумаге лотерейный билет с указанием прогнозов, стоимости и иной необходимой информации. Если сумма введенных наличных денежных средств превышает стоимость лотерейного билета, участник лотереи получает сдачу наличными денежными средствами через лоток 12 с помощью устройств 10, 11 выдачи платежных средств (купюр или монет соответственно). Получение участником лотереи лотерейного билета, подтверждает факт продажи лотерейного билета. Для получения выигрыша, необходимо, чтобы лотерейный билет, участвующий в розыгрыше, был вставлен в устройство 6 терминала. Устройство 6 обладает функцией проверки подлинности лотерейного билета, а также считывает на нем идентификационные признаки, отправляет их на системный блок для последующей отправки в процессинговый центр лотереи для обработки. В случае, если билет не является выигрышным, устройство 6 возвращает билет в распоряжение участника лотереи, а в случае выигрыша на экране высвечивается сумма выигрыша и если эта сумма не превышает установленный размер, на экране монитора появляется диалоговое окно с вопросом: «Жeлaeтe получить выигрыш ceйчac?». При ответе «Дa» сканер терминала забирает выигравший лотерейный билет и/или ставит на нем отметку об оплате, и устройства 10,11 выдачи наличных денежных средств, выдают в лоток 12 сумму денежных средств, равную размеру выигрыша, а принтер 9 для чеков печатает чек, подтверждающий факт выплаты выигрыша по лотерейному билету. После печати чека и выдачи денежных средств устройствами выдачи наличных денежных средств терминала суммы, равной размеру выигрыша, процесс выдачи выигрыша закончен.
Преимущества заявленного терминала перед известными конструкциями заключаются в том, что он позволяет не только осуществлять продажу лотерейных билетов, с функцией выдачи сдачи и выигрышей, но и позволяет повысить привлекательность лотереи за счет дополнительной функции - приема и проверки игровых купонов с прогнозами исходов тиражей лотереи. Т.е участник лотереи не просто приобретает лотерейный билет с определенной игровой комбинацией, а он сам имеет возможность устанавливать эту комбинацию, что значительно повысит интерес к лотерее, а следовательно приведет к увеличению числа ее участников. Конструкция терминала значительно упрощена по сравнению с конструкциями известных терминалов, поскольку большинство функций лотерейной системы, в которую входит каждый терминал, берет на себя процессинговый центр. Связь терминала с центральным сервером (процессинговым центром) обеспечивает оперативность обработки информации, в частности, касающейся предоставления информации о прошедших, текущих и последующих тиражах, предоставлении информации о результатах розыгрыша тиражей, проверки подлинности и идентификации купонов и лотерейных билетов.
В соответствии с изложенным, заявленное изобретение может быть эффективно использовано в лотерейном бизнесе.

ФОРМУЛА ИЗОБРЕТЕНИЯ
Терминал лотерейной системы, включающий корпус, системный блок, размещенный внутри корпуса и выполненный с возможностью двухсторонней связи с процессинговым центром лотерейной системы, устройства для приема платежных средств с функцией проверки подлинности платежных средств, устройства для выдачи платежных средств, принтер чеков, принтер лотерейных билетов с функцией выдачи лотерейных билетов и средства для ввода-вывода информации, при этом средства для ввода-вывода информации включают сенсорный экран и устройство для приема и проверки подлинности купонов и лотерейных билетов с функцией идентификации купонов и лотерейных билетов.
