Abstract

The invention relates to a radiotelegraph holder with locking and releasing functions to prevent loss of the radiotelegraph while being carried by a user. Known radiotelegraphs are easily released from conventional holders, and result in breakage or loss of the radiotelegraph. To solve the problem in the art, the present invention comprises: front cover (10) including through-holes (12), plural upper guides (14), and plural lower guides (15); intermediate plate (30) that further comprises upper and lower openings (31)(32) and plural guide units (35); a latch member that contains hooks (41) and plural guides (42); and rear cover (50) to which guide pins (52), inserted into upper and lower guides (14)(15), are affixed. Through-holes (12) are formed at both wing units (11), and upper guides (14) are formed in the back of front cover (10). Lower guides (15) are formed a distance below upper guides (14). Intermediate plate (30) is coupled to front cover (10) with spring (34) to enable upward and downward movement of the front cover, and upper and lower openings (31)(32) are distanced from each other to allow upward and downward movement of upper and lower guides (14)(15). Plural guide units (35) are formed at both sides of upper and lower openings (31)(32) and are sloped outwardly from the upper to lower ends of intermediate plate (30). Hooks (41) are inserted into through-holes (12), and plural guides (42) are inserted into plural guide units (35). Rear cover (50) is coupled to intermediate plate (30). Front cover (10) switches latch member (40) into a locking state or a releasing state when moved upward or downward. Therefore, latch member (40) holding the radiotelegraph and clip (80) affixed to a pocket are not released to prevent loss of the radiotelegraph.
