Abstract
L'invention concerne un système automatisé et un procédé d'obtention d'images totalement focalisées à l'aide de microscopes à agrandissement élevé. La méthodologie et l'instrumentation pour l'obtention d'images à l'aide de microscopes à agrandissement élevé, centrées dans toute la plage focale qui nous intéresse, indépendamment de l'objectif utilisé et en maintenant totalement stable la chromaticité de l'objet observé. On utilise une méthodologie qui permet d'obtenir des images partiellement focalisées à différentes distances objectif-objet pour ensuite extraire la partie focalisée de chaque image et générer par accumulation, l'image focalisée globale de l'objet. L'invention peut être appliquée à l'automatisation des microscopes optiques monoculaires, binoculaires ou trioculaires pour obtenir des images optiques parfaitement focalisées et avec toute la plage chromatique.
