[41] 如图 1、 2、 3所示, 本实用新型由颈枕 19和头枕 20组成, 颈枕 19位于头枕 20长 度方向的一侧, 颈枕 19的中间部分为仰卧颈枕 2两边为的置颈枕与中间仰卧颈枕 , 侧卧颈枕 1, 头枕 20与颈枕 19相对应的部分分别为仰卧头枕 7和侧卧头枕 6。 侧 卧颈枕 1与仰卧颈枕 2共同由二个支撑包 4与叠加在其上的一个垫靠包 5组成, 垫 靠包 5两侧各与 1个支撑包 4连接, 二个支撑包 4的底部设有底布 18, 支撑包 4通过 缝线 17缝纫或粘合固定在底布 18上, 颈枕 19的垫靠包 5与支撑包 4内充填有填充 物。 支撑包与垫靠包两端部分与中间部分形成一定角度, 即仰卧颈枕 2部分与侧 卧颈枕 1部分形成一夹角 β (如图 2所示) , 夹角 β的角度为小于 180度至大于 100 度之间。 头枕 20为现有普通的枕头结构, 为一个内部充填有填充物的袋状体, 可以填充植物种子或种子外壳、 植物的枝、 植物的叶、 植物的花、 动植物纤维 、 合成纤维、 竹碳颗粒、 乳胶、 海绵、 慢弹回记忆海棉或矿石; 枕 20也可以直 接用乳胶、 海绵、 慢弹回记忆海棉等常见枕头材料制成。
[42] 人脸的侧面下颌骨与肩膀之间的脖子部分在侧卧吋会有一定斜度, 由于侧卧颈 枕 1与仰卧颈枕 2之间有一定角度, 侧卧吋侧卧颈枕 1会很好地适合有斜度的脖子 , 舒适性好, 另外支撑包与垫靠包两端部分与中间部分形成一定角度, 也是为 了更好适合人的仰卧睡, 因为仰卧人的两边肩膀有一定斜度, 在仰卧睡吋, 肩 膀可以贴靠在两边的侧卧颈枕, 使头颈不易从仰卧颈枕和头枕上滑落。
[43] 如图 3所示, 侧卧颈枕 1与仰卧颈枕 2均由底部的二个支撑包 4与其上叠加的一个 垫靠包 5构成, 垫靠包 5底部纵向的两侧分别与二个支撑包 4之间相互连接。 垫靠 包 5与支撑包 4为条状布袋, 垫靠包 5与支撑包 4也可釆用其他面料, 另外支撑包 4 也可以用具一定硬度的其他材料制成类似形状的物体替代, 或者支撑包 4也可直 接釆用海绵、 慢弹回记忆海棉、 乳胶等常见枕头材料制成。
[44] 垫靠包 5与支撑包 4内部均充填有填充物, 由于垫靠包 3与支撑包 4相互连接在一 起, 垫靠包 3的下部的支撑包 4起固定作用, 使垫靠 3不向下位移, 且由于垫靠包 3两侧各与支撑包 4相连产生拉力与垫靠包 3的重力相作用也不容易产生左右位移
, 这样就使得颈枕 1能保持一定的高度, 支撑包固定在底布上, 使两个支撑包之 间的距离被固定, 与垫靠包形成类似三角的稳定结构, 不仅能承受压力, 更精 确定形, 垫靠包 3与颈椎接触的部分也能保持一定的人体生理曲度。 由于垫靠包 釆用颗粒状填充物或柔质填充物, 舒适性好且有一定的塑形作用, 能更好适合 人颈椎部分的形体。 也能通过控制充填物的量的调整来控制软硬度; 更可以通 过调整撑包与垫靠包的口径大小而控制侧卧颈枕与仰卧颈枕的宽窄高低, 让不 同身高体重胖痩或头围颈围的人能够选择适合的枕头, 能同吋枕靠到人的颈椎 和头部, 并使颈椎处于理想的状态, 这种创造性让人有选择适合自己枕头的可 能!
[45] 图 3-8表示了一种颈枕 19的制作方法。 如图 3所示, 颈枕 19由垫靠包 5与支撑包 4 构成, 制作吋先分别制作。 如图 4、 5、 8所示, 制作垫靠包吋先在两端部分与中 间部分形成一定角度的较宽的上层面料 8与较窄的下层面料 9侧边纵向经缝合或 粘合成条状袋体, 垫靠包 5—端先封口; 制作支撑包吋如图 6所示, 先将与 B面料 11大小相同的 A面料 10如图 5、 7所示与 B面料 11同角度相互叠加 (A面料 10与 B面 料 11的两端部分与中间部分形成一定角度) , 在中线 14处纵向缝合或粘合, 然 后将 B面料 11在接线 17处缝合或粘合在底布 18上; 后如图 4所示将 A面料 10与 B面 料 11在侧边纵向经缝合或粘合成条状袋体, 最后将同角度的垫靠包 5与支撑包 4 的侧边缝合或粘合, 在垫靠包 5与支撑包 4的袋体中填充填充物, 然后封口 (如 图 9所示) 。
[46] 垫靠包 5和支撑包 4内可选用多种填充物充填, 如现有枕头常用的颗粒状填充物 如植物种子或种子外壳、 植物枝、 叶、 杆或花; 动植物纤维如羊毛、 禽羽绒、 棉花及合成纤维等, 还可以用颗粒状天然矿石作填充物如水晶, 还可以用竹碳 颗粒、 乳胶、 海绵、 慢弹回记忆海棉做填充物。 充填较实的填充物如荞麦壳或 竹碳颗粒后两端上下固定密封, 封口的方法如图 9所示上层面料 8的宽度大于下 层面料 9的宽度, 充填较实的填充物后, 将上层面料 9的两端折叠成或缝制成与 较窄下层面料 9的一端相等的宽度, 然后相互叠加经缝合或粘合而成封口 15釆用 这样的方法密封支撑包 4或垫靠包 3的包口吋, 可以使支撑包或垫靠包不易变形
[47] 仰卧颈枕与侧卧颈枕的垫靠包 5或支撑包 4填充物也可以釆用卷曲的布 12或被子 12 (如图 10所示) , 当填充物为卷曲的布 12或被子 12吋, 仰卧颈枕与侧卧颈枕 的垫靠包 5或支撑包 4可以不封口, 另外仰卧颈枕与侧卧颈枕的垫靠包 5或支撑包 4也可在中间有开口, 便于填充。 制作吋为了便于填充卷曲的布 12或被子 12, 可 以将卷曲的布 12或被子 12分成 3段填充, 即中间 1段与两端 2段, 两端 2段要与中 间 1段形成一夹角。

[49] 如图 11所示, 本实施例与实施例 1的不同点是, 一体的仰卧颈枕 1与侧卧颈枕 2 设置在枕头 20内, 可位于头枕的前部、 中前部或中部; 上述颈枕 19的长度可以 小于或等于头枕 20。 考虑到不同人对舒适性有不同的要求, 可将仰卧颈枕 1与侧 卧颈枕 2设置在普通的棉枕、 羽绒枕等里面, 同吋将侧卧头枕或仰卧头枕设置在 一般的棉枕、 羽绒枕等里面, 或直接由棉枕、 羽绒枕的部分充当头枕, 仰卧颈 枕 1与侧卧颈枕 2可设置在枕头内的前部、 中前部或中部。

[51] 如图 12所示, 本实施例与实施例 1的不同点是, 所述的侧卧颈枕 2的底部加垫增 高垫 13, 以满足人们对更高侧卧颈枕的需求。

[53] 如图 13所示, 本实施例与实施例 1的不同点是, 在头枕 20的另一侧增加设置了 一组仰卧颈枕 2与侧卧颈枕 1, 两组仰卧颈枕 2与侧卧颈枕 1的软硬可不同, 高低 也可不同。 高度较高或较硬的仰卧颈枕与侧卧颈枕是针对患有较严重的颈椎病 的人而设计, 供短吋间使用, 以达到更好的牵引效果, 而较低或较软的仰卧颈 枕与侧卧颈枕是让人先作适应性使用的。

[55] 如图 14所示, 本实施例与实施例 1的不同点是, 在侧卧头枕 6或仰卧头枕 7的上 部加垫横向或纵向并列的填充包 16, 一则可调整增加高度, 另外可在其充填香 料或防潮吸湿物质。 填充包 16的制作方法与支撑包制作方法相同。

[1] 一种颈椎健康睡枕, 包括两边的侧卧颈枕与中间仰卧颈枕及相对应设置的 侧卧头枕和仰卧头枕, 其特征在于所述的侧卧颈枕与仰卧颈枕共同由二个 支撑包及叠加在所述的二个支撑包上一个垫靠包组成, 中间部分作为仰卧 颈枕部分, 两端部分作为侧卧颈枕部分, 所述的二个支撑包的底部设有底 布, 所述的支撑包固定在底布上, 所述的垫靠包两侧各与一个支撑包连接 ; 所述的仰卧颈枕部分与侧卧颈枕部分形成一夹角, 所述的垫靠包内充填 有填充物, 所述的支撑包和头枕内充填填充物或者直接用泡沫状材料制成
[2] 根据权利要求 1所述的一种颈椎健康睡枕, 其特征在于具有同角度夹角的支 撑包与支撑包袋体侧边相互连接, 支撑包上层面料和下层面料的两端部分 与中间部分形成一夹角, 垫靠包上层面料和下层面料的两端部分与中间部 分形成一夹角。
[3] 根据权利要求 1所述的一种颈椎健康睡枕, 其特征在于所述垫靠包端头设有 由较宽的上层面料的一端折叠或缝制成与较窄下层面料一端相等的宽度、 相互叠加缝合或粘合的封口; 支撑包设有较宽层的面料折叠成或缝制成与 较窄层面料的一端相等的宽度、 相互叠加缝合或粘合的封口。
[4] 根据权利要求 1所述的一种颈椎健康睡枕, 其特征在于所述的颈枕填充物为 植物种子、 植物种子外壳、 植物的枝、 植物的叶、 植物的花、 动植物纤维 、 合成纤维、 竹碳颗粒、 乳胶、 海绵、 慢弹回记忆海棉或矿石。
[5] 根据权利要求 1所述的一种颈椎健康睡枕, 其特征在于所述的颈枕垫靠包或 支撑包的填充物为卷曲的布或被子。
[6] 根据权利要求 1所述的一种颈椎健康睡枕, 其特征在于所述的仰卧颈枕部分 与侧卧颈枕部分形成夹角的角度为小于 180度至大于 100度之间。
[7] 根据权利要求 1所述的一种颈椎健康睡枕, 其特征在于所述的侧卧颈枕的底 部加垫增高垫。
[8] 根据权利要求 1至 7任意一项权利要求所述的一种颈椎健康睡枕, 其特征在 于颈枕设置在头枕的一侧或颈枕设置在头枕内。 根据权利要求 1至 7任意一项权利要求所述的一种颈椎健康睡枕, 其特征在 于在侧卧头枕和仰卧头枕长度方向的两侧各设置一组仰卧颈枕与侧卧颈枕 根据权利要求 1至 7任意一项权利要求所述的一种颈椎健康睡枕, 其特征在 于所述的侧卧头枕或仰卧头枕的上部加垫横向或纵向并列的填充包, 在其 中充填香料或防潮吸湿填充物。
