Abstract
L'invention se rapporte à l'utilisation de lasers à impulsions ultracourtes (USP) pour administrer des macromolécules dans des cellules. L'invention concerne des procédés pour introduire des macromolécules telles que des protéines, des peptides, des acides aminés, des acides nucléiques, un ADN, un ARN, des oligonucléotides, des lipides, des hydrates de carbone ou toutes combinaisons de ceux-ci dans des cellules ayant des parois de cellule, telles que des bactéries, des archées, des champignons, de la levure, des algues et des cellules végétales, en utilisant un laser USP ultraviolet.
