Abstract
The present invention relates to a method for processing a video signal, comprising the steps of: obtaining view information that identifies a view of a current block; obtaining view information about the reference view to which the current block refers; obtaining prediction mode identification information which indicates whether the view information about the reference view is used for motion-skip or inter-view sample prediction, wherein the motion-skip indicates that the motion information of the current block is induced; obtaining second motion skip flag information from a macro-block layer, wherein the second motion skip flag information indicates whether or not the motion skip is performed for the current block; inducing the motion information of the current block from a reference block that exists in the reference view if the view information for the reference view is used for the motion skip according to the prediction mode identification information and the motion skip is performed according to the second motion skip flag information; and restoring the current block based on the motion information of the current block. According to the present invention, the motion information of the current block can be induced based on the motion information of corresponding blocks that exist in other views even through the motion information of the current block is not transmitted when a video signal is encoded. Therefore, the compression rate can be improved.
