Abstract

La présente invention concerne la gestion d'un réseau sans fil. Le réseau comporte une pluralité de points d'accès (BSI l, BS21,...), à chacun desquels on attribue un identifiant utilisé pour une communication avec un terminal (TER) desservi par le réseau. Au sens de l'invention, une partie au moins de ces identifiants de points d'accès sont variables dans le temps. En pratique, des équipements du réseau tels que des centraux de commutation (BSCl, BSC2) dans un réseau GSM peuvent gérer l'affectation des identifiants temporaires de points d'accès et une synchronisation de ces affectations peut être centralisée par une unité de gestion d'une base de données des terminaux d'abonnés (HLR).
