Abstract

Procédé de contrôle de l'étanchéité d'un contenant à tester comportant : une première étape au cours de laquelle on mesure un bruit de fond dans une enceinte à pression atmosphérique, avec un détecteur de traces de composés organiques volatiles présentant une sensibilité de mesure inférieure ou de l'ordre de 1 ppb; une étape intermédiaire de dépollution de l'atmosphère interne de l'enceinte lorsque la mesure du bruit de fond est supérieure à un seuil prédéterminé; et une deuxième étape au cours de laquelle on brasse l'atmosphère interne de l'enceinte de manière à homogénéiser la composition de ladite atmosphère interne recevant un contenant définissant un espace interne délimité dans lequel un composé organique volatile est présent, au cours de laquelle on mesure une concentration de composé organique volatile dans l'enceinte à pression atmosphérique avec le détecteur de traces de composés organiques volatiles et au cours de laquelle on compare la mesure du bruit de fond avec la mesure de la concentration de composé organique volatile, de manière à détecter une fuite dudit contenant à tester. L'invention concerne également un dispositif correspondant.
