本发明涉及网络技术领域,特别涉及一种实现电信广告业务的方 法、 系统和装置。 背景技术
随着经济全球化, 贸易自由化, 市场的竟争日趋激烈, 广告业得 以迅猛的发展。 电信广告作为新兴的广告产业, 如雨后春笋般迅速成 长, 引起了人们的普遍重视。 其潜在的市场空间巨大。 电信运营商、 电信设备提供商、 广告主以及互联网 SP ( Service Provider, 服务提供 方 )都在探索如何进入电信广告领域借助其庞大的用户群优势, 通过 电信网络向电信用户投放广告, 挖掘广告市场的新空间。
在现有的电信网络中,运营商一般采取在增值业务平台的基础上 增加广告插入和管理的功能, 通过推送 Push广告的方式向用户投放 广告。 该方式下, 广告主可以有选择性的选择某一电信用户群, 然后 由电信运营商代理广告的投放,而电信用户无论喜欢与否只能被迫接 收广告主通过电信网络发布的广告,而不能有选择的接收自己感兴趣 的广告, 更不能获得相应的广告收益。
在实现本发明的过程中, 发明人发现现有技术至少存在以下问 题:
现有技术方案的广告主和电信用户之间在广告交易时不能进行 双向选择和自主交易, 不能精确投放广告, 不能保证投放的有效性。 发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种实现电信广告业务的方法、 系统和装置, 以实现广告主与电信用户之间在进行广告交易时可以双向选择和自 主交易, 精确投放广告, 保证投放的有效性。
为达到上述目的,本发明实施例一方面提供一种实现电信广告业 务的方法, 包括:
接收广告主发布的广告内容、 广告计划和电信用户发布的广告 位, 将所述广告内容发给电信业务平台;
匹配所述广告内容和所述广告位,将匹配结果发送给所述电信业 务平台, 通知所述电信业务平台启用所述电信用户的广告位;
向所述电信业务平台发送广告内容文件标识,所述广告内容文件 标识用于标识对应的广告内容,所述广告内容用于被所述电信业务平 台投放到所述电信用户的广告位。
另一方面, 本发明实施例还提供了一种网络系统, 包括: 广告自主交易平台, 用于接收广告主发布的广告内容、 广告计划 和电信用户发布的广告位, 将所述广告内容发给电信业务平台, 匹配 所述广告内容和所述广告位, 将匹配结果发送给所述电信业务平台, 通知所述电信业务平台启用所述电信用户的广告位,向所述电信业务 平台发送广告内容文件标识;
电信业务平台, 用于接收所述广告自主交易平台发送的广告内 容、 匹配结果和广告内容文件标识, 启用所述电信用户的广告位, 在 所述电信用户使用电信业务的过程中将所述广告内容文件标识对应 的广告内容投放到所述电信用户的广告位。
又一方面, 本发明实施例还提供了一种网络设备, 包括: 第一接收模块, 用于接收广告主发布的广告内容、 广告计划和电 信用户发布的广告位;
第一发送模块,用于将所述第一接收模块接收的广告内容发给电 信业务平台; 匹配模块, 用于匹配所述第一接收模块接收的广告内容和广告 位;
第二发送模块,用于将所述匹配模块的匹配结果发送给所述电信 业务平台, 通知所述电信业务平台启用所述电信用户的广告位; 第三发送模块, 用于向所述电信业务平台发送广告内容文件标 识。
再一方面, 本发明实施例还提供了一种网络设备, 包括: 接收模块, 用于接收广告自主交易平台发送的广告内容、 匹配结 果、 和广告内容文件标识;
启用模块,用于根据所述广告自主交易平台发送的启用电信用户 的广告位的通知, 启用所述电信用户的广告位;
投放模块,用于在所述电信用户使用电信业务的过程中将所述广 告内容文件标识对应的广告内容投放到所述电信用户的广告位。
与现有技术相比, 本发明实施例具有以下优点: 本发明实施例改 变传统的电信网络推送电信广告的方式, 利用庞大的电信用户群基 础, 提供支持双线选择和自主交易的电信广告服务, 由电信用户自主 选择发布广告位, 并选择接受合适的广告, 避免传统电信广告提供方 式中可能招致用户的投诉, 而且大大拓展广告在电信领域的市场空 间, 同时, 由于电信用户在发布广告位时, 可以选择自己感兴趣的广 告位, 因此可以做到广告的精确投放。 另外, 本发明实施例支持向各 种电信用户提供电信广告服务, 将广告投放与电信业务使用结合起 来, 在用户使用电信业务的过程中投放广告, 充分保证广告投放的有 效性。而且本发明实施例的广告自主交易平台与各个电信业务平台之 间, 采用筒单的、 统一接口, 减少了对接工作量, 可以快速实施, 并 且本发明实施例可以与各个运营商签订电信领域的独家广告代理协 议, 可以有效控制整个电信广告的价值链。 附图说明

下面对本发明实施例的具体实施方式作进一步描述,首先对本发 明实施例的广告位, 广告主、 广告自主交易平台以进行筒要说明。
以下实施例中的电信用户类型包括:
固定电信网用户、 移动电信网用户或互联网用户等。
以下实施例中的广告主投放的广告内容包括:
文字、 图片、 flash (动画)、 音频或视频等。
如图 1所示,为本发明实施例中实现电信广告业务的的系统架构 图,主要包括广告位,广告主、电信业务平台和广告自主交易平台等。
其中, 广告位是广告自主交易平台的用户在使用电信业务过程 中, 愿意将电信业务的呈现界面的一部分位置开放出来, 专门用于投 放广告的位置。 这种用于投放广告的位置包括: SMS ( Short Message Service, 短消息服务 ) /MMS ( Multimedia Messaging Service, 多媒体 消息业务) /IM ( Instant Messaging, 即时消息) /UM ( Unified Message, 统一消息) 等各种消息业务中的文本 /图形 /视频的部分片段; CRBT ( Color Ring Back Tone,彩色回铃音 )中的回铃音的部分片段; MRBT ( Multimedia Ring Back Tone, 多媒体回铃音)、 MCLI ( Multimedia Calling ID, 多媒体主叫显示)业务中部分片段、 Video Call (视频呼 叫 )、 Rich Call (多信息呼叫 )、 Video Sharing (视频分享 ) 业务中的 视频片段。
其中, 广告主是在电信网上宣传、 推荐自己产品和服务的商家, 是广告自主交易平台广告自主交易平台的广告提供者。
其中,本发明实施例的电信业务平台是指在现有电信业务平台基 础上增加了支持广告交易与发布的功能。
其中,广告自主交易平台是在电信领域,提供给广告主发布广告、 电信用户发布广告位, 并根据广告主和电信用户的要求, 匹配选择合 适的广告位, 通过电信网络(包括各种固定网络和移动网络), 在电 信用户使用电信服务的过程中, 向用户发布的广告位中投放广告, 实 现广告主与电信用户间的双向选择与自主交易的平台。
其中, 广告自主交易平台是在电信领域实现广告自主交易的核 心, 主要包括以下功能:
( 1 )、 系统管理功能
提供系统配置管理、 用户管理、 广告主管理、 广告分类管理、 广 告位分类管理、 广告审核、 交易结算管理、 交易统计 表等功能。
( 2 )、 用户自助服务管理功能
提供用户注册、 用户信息管理、 账户管理、 广告位管理、 交易管 理、 交易统计 表等功能。
( 3 )、 广告主自助服务管理功能
提供广告主注册、 广告主信息管理、 账户管理、 广告发布申请、 广告计划管理、 交易管理、 交易统计 表等功能。
( 4 )、 广告内容管理功能
提供广告内容文件标识管理、 广告内容存储与功能、 广告自主交 易平台与电信业务平台之间的广告内容同步管理功能。
( 5 )、 广告发放管理功能
根据广告主制定的广告计划, 选择合适的广告位进行广告发放; 并实现对广告位的管理, 包括启用、 广告位等功能。
( 6 )、 广告交易结算功能:
根据广告自主交易平台运营商制定的分成比例与结算方式,对广 告运营收益进行结算分成。 广告收益结算比例可以采用固定比例, 也 可以根据运营情况动态调整; 结算方式可以采用现金、 积分、 一定的 通讯业务使用额度等多种形式。 具体的广告收益结算比例与结算方 式, 由广告自主交易平台的运营商制定。 广告自主交易平台是实现广 告自主交易的核心, 控制着整个电信广告交易的价值链, 其价值链中 各个角色功能如图 2所示。
( 7 )、 统计报表功能
输出广告主的广告投放情况、 用户广告位使用情况、 广告结算情 况等统计报表, 并提供报表定制、 报表保存、 打印功能。
( 8 )、 门户网站功能
采用 WEB (网页)方式, 向广告主提供广告主自助服务管理功 能, 向电信用户提供用户自助服务管理功能。
如图 3 所示, 为本发明实施例中实现电信广告业务的方法流程 图, 具体包括以下步骤:
步骤 S301 , 广告主和电信用户进行注册。
广告主和电信用户在广告自主交易平台提供的自主服务管理界 面注册一个帐号。本发明实施接下来的实施步骤中的电信用户和广告 主在不特别说明的情况下,均指已在广告自主交易平台注册的电信用 户和广告主。
步骤 S302, 广告主向广告自主交易平台发放广告内容和广告计 划, 电信用户向广告自主交易平台发放广告位。
广告主和电信用户可以根据各自的注册帐号登陆广告自主交易 平台提供的门户网站,然后广告主根据上述自主服务管理界面发布或 更新自己的广告计划和广告内容,将自己的产品或服务推荐给自己想 要投放的用户群和广告位。而电信用户则可以根据上述自主服务管理 界面发布或更新自己的广告位, 选择接收自己感兴趣的广告。 当然, 上述自主服务管理界面还可以提供已注册的广告主管理自己的广告 计划和查询广告投放情况, 更进一步, 还可以提供已注册的电信用户 管理自己的广告位和查询广告位使用情况和结算情况等。
步骤 S303 , 广告自主交易平台向电信业务平台发送广告内容。 广告自主交易平台将收到的图片、 音频、视频或者多媒体等占用 带宽较大或者占用存储空间较大的广告内容,可以先将其发送给电信 业务平台, 在展现广告时, 由广告交易系统将文件标识发送给电信业 务平台,而对于文本文件等占用带宽较小或者占用存储空间较小的广 告文件, 本步骤可以省略。 至于具体的分类标准由广告交易系统运营 者指定。
步骤 S304, 广告自主交易平台匹配广告和广告位, 将匹配结果 发送给电信业务平台, 通知电信业务平台启用电信用户的广告位。
广告自主交易平台根据双方的意愿和要求将收到的来自广告主 的广告内容和来自电信用户的广告位进行匹配, 当有满足条件的广告 投放时, 广告自主交易平台将匹配结果发送给电信业务平台, 通知电 信业务平台启用用户广告位。
步骤 S305 , 电信业务平台向广告自主交易平台发送广告投放请 求消息。
当电信业务平台发现有电信用户发起电信业务请求时,向广告自 主交易平台发送广告投放请求消息,请求在该电信用户的本次通信中 投放广告。
步骤 S306, 广告自主交易平台检查投放于广告位的广告限额是 否用完。
广告自主交易平台收到广告投放请求消息后,检查所述广告请求 消息中的电信用户的广告位的广告限额是否用完, 如果用完, 则执行 步骤 S307, 否则执行步骤 S309及其以后的步骤。
步骤 S307, 广告自主交易平台通知电信业务平台停用广告位。 在进行广告投放时, 广告主一般都会制定相应的投放计划, 例如 总共投放点击量 30000次, 投放一个月, 每天点击 1000次, 在当天 的击量达到上限时, 该广告暂停展现, 到第二天再继续展现广告。 如 果所述广告请求消息中的电信用户的广告位的广告限额已用完,或者 所述电信用户已在广告自主交易平台中注销,则广告自主交易平台通 知所述电信业务平台停用所述电信用户的广告位, 然后执行步骤 S304。
步骤 S308 , 广告自主交易平台判断广告主的广告计划和 /或电信 用户的广告位是否更新。 如果广告主的广告计划和 /或电信用户的广告位更新, 则执行步 骤 S304, 否则执行步骤 307。
步骤 S309, 广告自主交易平台向电信业务平台发送广告内容文 件标识。
当所述广告请求消息中的电信用户的广告位的广告限额未用完, 则广告自主交易平台向电信业务平台发送广告内容文件标识,所述广 广告。 需要特别说明的是, 如果所述广告内容(例如文本广告)是占 用带宽较小或者占用存储空间较小的广告内容,所述广告自主交易平 台可直接将该广告内容发送个给所述电信业务平台。上述广告内容文 件标识可以采用如下格式: XXXXYYYY.ZZZ
其中, XXXX用于标识广告主; YYYY标识该广告主的广告流 水号; XXXX与 YYYY的长度以及具体编码方式, 由广告自主交易 平台的运营商指定; ZZZ表示广告内容的类型, 用于表示不同媒体类 型的广告内容, 包括但不限于文本文件、 图形文件、 音频文件和视频 文件等。 以上广告文件标识的命名方式只是一种参考示例, 具体命名 规则由广告自主交易平台的运营商制定。
步骤 S310, 电信业务平台在向电信用户提供的电信业务中投放 广告内容。
当电信用户使用电信业务时,电信业务平台在该电信用户对应的 广告位投放与该广告位匹配的广告内容,在该电信用户终端的合适呈 现界面中呈现广告内容。 其中, 针对可以用于向电信用户投放广告的 广告位, 具体如表 1所示。 表 1

步骤 S311 , 广告自主交易平台进行广告交易的结算分成。 广告自主交易平台根据一定的比例, 向电信运营商、 广告自主交 易平台的运营商结算广告收益, 并根据一定的比例向该电信用户分 成, 结算广告收益。

在本发明实施例中,广告自主交易平台与电信业务平台之间还包 括一些管理接口, 如广告内容管理接口和广告发放管理接口。
其中, 广告内容管理接口主要用于对广告内容进行管理, 包括由 广告自主交易平台发起的更新广告内容通知、从电信业务平台发起的 更新广告内容请求等,具体包括更新广告内容接口和请求更新广告内 容接口, 其中, 各个接口功能如下:
1、 更新广告内容接口: 当有广告主发布了新的广告内容、 广告 失效、 或者广告主更新广告内容时, 广告自主交易平台采用更新广告 内容通知接口, 将广告操作文件 (记录需要更新的广告文件的列表) 以及要更新的广告文件, 发送到相应的电信业务平台, 由电信业务平 台根据广告操作文件的通知进行处理后,将更新结果反馈给广告自主 交易平台。
2、 请求更新广告内容接口: 用于当电信业务平台中的广告内容 出现问题时 (比如文件丟失、 文件读写错误等), 由电信业务平台向 广告自主交易平台发出请求,将需要进行更新的文件的列表发送给广 告自主交易平台, 然后由广告自主交易平台采用更新广告内容接口, 将需要更新的广告文件的操作列表以及更新文件发送给电信业务平 其中, 广告操作文件采用文本格式记录, 记录要增加、 删除的广 告内容, 可以采用 "命令 + 广告内容文件标识" 的形式进行描述, 命令包括增加、 删除、 删除所有文件三类。 本实施例只是给出一种筒 单的实现示例, 具体的接口协议由广告自主交易系统运营商来制定。

其中, 广告发放管理接口主要用于根据广告主制定的广告计划, 选择合适的广告位进行广告投放, 并实现对广告位的管理, 包括广告 位启用、 广告位停用等功能, 具体包括广告位启用接口、 广告位停用 接口和广告内容发放请求接口, 其中, 各个接口功能如下:
1、 广告位启用接口: 当用户在广告自主交易平台发布广告位后, 有满足条件的广告投放时,广告自主交易平台告知广告位对应的电信 业务平台, 启用该用户的广告位, 在该用户使用此业务时, 在业务呈 现界面中, 插入广告。
2、 广告位停用接口: 当用户在广告自主交易平台中注销、 或者 当适合该广告位的广告投放限额用完后,由广告自主交易平台通知广 告位对应的电信业务平台, 在该用户使用此业务时, 在广告自主交易 平台向该广告位对应的业务呈现界面中, 停用插入广告。
3、 广告内容发放接口: 当用户发布广告位后, 在使用电信业务 的过程中, 由电信业务平台向广告自主交易平台发送请求, 请求广告 自主交易平台将在本次通信服务中投放于该广告位的广告文件的标 识, 传送给电信业务平台, 供电信业务平台在向该用户提供的电信业 务时插入广告。
如图 4所示,为本发明实施例中实现电信广告业务的系统结构示 意图, 包括: 广告自主交易平台 1 , 用于接收广告主发布的广告内容、 广告计划和电信用户发布的广告位,将所述广告内容发给电信业务平 台 2, 匹配所述广告内容和所述广告位, 并将匹配结果发送给电信业 务平台 2, 通知电信业务平台 2启用所述电信用户的广告位, 向电信 业务平台 2发送广告内容文件标识。
电信业务平台 2,用于接收广告自主交易平台 1发送的广告内容、 匹配结果和广告内容文件标识, 启用所述电信用户的广告位, 在所述 告内容投放到所述电信用户的广告位。
其中, 广告自主交易平台 1 , 进一步包括: 注册模块 101 , 用于 对所述广告主和电信用户进行注册。 第一接收模块 102, 用于接收广 告主发布的广告内容、 广告计划和电信用户发布的广告位。 第一发送 模块 103, 用于将第一接收模块 102接收的广告内容发给电信业务平 台 2。 匹配模块 104, 用于匹配第一接收模块 102接收的广告内容和 广告位。 第二发送模块 105, 用于将匹配模块 104的匹配结果发送给 电信业务平台 2, 通知电信业务平台 2启用所述电信用户的广告位。
其中, 广告自主交易平台 1 , 还包括: 第二接收模块 106, 用于 接收电信业务平台 2发送的广告投放请求消息, 触发检查模块 107; 检查模块 107 ,用于检查所述电信用户的广告位的广告限额是否用完; 第一通知模块 108, 用于当检查模块 107检查到所述电信用户的广告 位的广告限额没有用完时, 通知第三发送模块 110向电信业务平台 2 发送所述广告内容文件标识。第二通知模块 109,用于当检查模块 107 检查到所述电信用户的广告位的广告限额已用完,或者所述电信用户 已在广告自主交易平台 1中注销时,通知电信业务平台 2停用所述电 信用户的广告位。 第三发送模块 110, 用于向电信业务平台 2发送广 告内容文件标识。
其中, 电信业务平台 2, 进一步包括: 接收模块 21 , 用于接收广 告自主交易平台 1发送的广告内容、匹配结果、和广告内容文件标识; 启用模块 22, 用于根据广告自主交易平台 21发送的启用电信用户的 广告位的通知, 启用所述电信用户的广告位。 发送模块 23, 用于在 所述电信用户使用电信业务时,向广告自主交易平台 1发送广告投放 请求消息。 投放模块 24, 用于在所述电信用户使用电信业务的过程 广告位。 停用模块 25, 用于根据广告自主交易平台 1发送的停用所 述电信用户的广告位的通知, 停用所述电信用户的广告位。

本领域技术人员可以理解实施例中的装置中的模块可以按照实 施例描述分布于实施例的装置中,也可以进行相应变化位于不同于本 实施例的一个或多个装置中。 上述实施例的模块可以合并为一个模 块, 也可以进一步拆分成多个子模块。
通过以上的实施方式的描述,本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解 到本发明可以通过硬件实现,也可以可借助软件加必要的通用硬件平 台的方式来实现基于这样的理解,本发明的技术方案可以以软件产品 的形式体现出来, 该软件产品可以存储在一个非易失性存储介质(可 以是 CD-ROM, U盘, 移动硬盘等) 中, 包括若干指令用以使得一 台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机, 服务器, 或者网络设备等)执行 本发明各个实施例所述的方法。
总之, 以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已, 并非用于限定本 发明的保护范围。 凡在本发明的精神和原则之内, 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

1、 一种实现电信广告业务的方法, 其特征在于, 包括: 接收广告主发布的广告内容、 广告计划和电信用户发布的广告 位, 将所述广告内容发送给电信业务平台;
匹配所述广告内容和所述广告位,将匹配结果发送给所述电信业 务平台, 通知所述电信业务平台启用所述电信用户的广告位;
向所述电信业务平台发送广告内容文件标识,所述广告内容文件 标识用于标识对应的广告内容,所述广告内容用于被所述电信业务平 台投放到所述电信用户的广告位。
2、 如权利要求 1所述实现电信广告业务的方法, 其特征在于, 在所述接收广告主发布的广告内容和电信用户发布的广告位之前,还 包括:
对所述广告主和所述电信用户进行注册。

如果所述电信用户的广告位的广告限额已用完,或者所述电信用 户已在广告自主交易平台中注销,则通知所述电信业务平台停用所述 电信用户的广告位。
5、 如权利要求 1所述实现电信广告业务的方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
如果所述广告主的广告计划或所述电信用户发布的广告位有更 新, 则匹配所述广告内容和所述广告位, 将匹配结果发送给所述电信 业务平台。
6、 如权利要求 1所述实现电信广告业务的方法, 其特征在于, 所述电信用户类型包括:
固定电信网用户、 移动电信网用户或互联网用户。
7、 如权利要求 1所述实现电信广告业务的方法, 其特征在于, 所述广告主投放的广告内容类型包括:
文字、 图片、 音频或视频。
8、 一种网络系统, 其特征在于, 包括:
广告自主交易平台, 用于接收广告主发布的广告内容、 广告计划 和电信用户发布的广告位, 将所述广告内容发给电信业务平台, 匹配 所述广告内容和所述广告位, 将匹配结果发送给所述电信业务平台, 通知所述电信业务平台启用所述电信用户的广告位,向所述电信业务 平台发送广告内容文件标识;
电信业务平台, 用于接收所述广告自主交易平台发送的广告内 容、 匹配结果和广告内容文件标识, 启用所述电信用户的广告位, 在 所述电信用户使用电信业务的过程中将所述广告内容文件标识对应 的广告内容投放到所述电信用户的广告位。
9、 如权利要求 8所述网络系统, 其特征在于, 所述广告自主交 易平台, 包括: 第一接收模块、 第一发送模块、 匹配模块、 第二发送 模块和第三发送模块;
所述第一接收模块, 用于接收广告主发布的广告内容、 广告计划 和电信用户发布的广告位;
所述第一发送模块,用于将所述第一接收模块接收的广告内容发 给电信业务平台;
所述匹配模块,用于匹配所述第一接收模块接收的广告内容和广 告位;
所述第二发送模块,用于将所述匹配模块的匹配结果发送给所述 电信业务平台, 通知所述电信业务平台启用所述电信用户的广告位; 所述第三发送模块,用于向所述电信业务平台发送广告内容文件 标识。
10、 如权利要求 8所述网络系统, 其特征在于, 所述电信业务平 台, 包括: 接收模块、 启用模块和投放模块;
所述接收模块, 用于接收广告自主交易平台发送的广告内容、 匹 配结果和广告内容文件标识;
所述启用模块,用于根据所述广告自主交易平台发送的启用电信 用户的广告位的通知, 启用所述电信用户的广告位;
所述投放模块,用于在所述电信用户使用电信业务的过程中将所 述广告内容文件标识对应的广告内容投放到所述电信用户的广告位。
11、 一种网络设备, 其特征在于, 包括:
第一接收模块, 用于接收广告主发布的广告内容、 广告计划和电 信用户发布的广告位;
第一发送模块,用于将所述第一接收模块接收的广告内容发给电 信业务平台;
匹配模块, 用于匹配所述第一接收模块接收的广告内容和广告 位;
第二发送模块,用于将所述匹配模块的匹配结果发送给所述电信 业务平台, 通知所述电信业务平台启用所述电信用户的广告位; 第三发送模块, 用于向所述电信业务平台发送广告内容文件标 识。
12、 如权利要求 11所述网络设备, 其特征在于, 还包括: 注册模块, 用于对所述广告主和电信用户进行注册。
13、 如权利要求 11所述网络设备, 其特征在于, 还包括: 第二接收模块,用于接收所述电信业务平台发送的广告投放请求 消息, 触发检查模块;
检查模块, 用于检查所述电信用户的广告位的广告限额是否用 ,
第一通知模块,用于当所述检查模块检查到所述电信用户的广告 位的广告限额没有用完时,通知所述第三发送模块向所述电信业务平 台发送所述广告内容文件标识。
14、 如权利要求 13所述网络设备, 其特征在于, 还包括: 第二通知模块,用于当所述检查模块检查到所述电信用户的广告 位的广告限额已用完,或者所述电信用户已在广告自主交易平台中注 销时, 通知所述电信业务平台停用所述电信用户的广告位。
15、 一种网络设备, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收模块, 用于接收广告自主交易平台发送的广告内容、 匹配结 果和广告内容文件标识;
启用模块,用于根据所述广告自主交易平台发送的启用电信用户 的广告位的通知, 启用所述电信用户的广告位;
投放模块,用于在所述电信用户使用电信业务的过程中将所述广 告内容文件标识对应的广告内容投放到所述电信用户的广告位。
16、 如权利要求 15所述网络设备, 其特征在于, 还包括: 发送模块, 用于在所述电信用户使用电信业务时, 向所述广告自 主交易平台发送广告投放请求消息;
停用模块,用于根据所述广告自主交易平台发送的停用所述电信 用户的广告位的通知, 停用所述电信用户的广告位。
