Abstract

The invention relates to a device for stimulating areas of the human brain, comprising a coil arranged on a band forming a closed loop around a region of the head of the person for treatment which is provided with a current flow by a control electronic circuit in order to generate a magnetic field acting on the person for treatment. The coil (2) is part of the band (1) which is elastic in the longitudinal direction thereof, the cross-sectional surface of which is flat and which may be applied to the head of a human with elastic tension in the fashion of a headband.
