Abstract

본 발명은 다파장 광신호로부터 원하는 파장을 가지는 광신호만 선택하여 모니터링하며, 광원의 광학적 특성값을 파장 특성과 동시에 측정하는 광신호 모니터링 장치와 그 제조 방법, 및 광원 분석 시스템과 그 방법을 개시한다. 본 발명은 광신호를 모니터링하는 장치로서, 광신호로부터 서로 다른 파장 기준에 해당하는 광신호만 선택하여 광전류를 획득하는 단위셀들끼리 미리 정해진 배열 기준에 따라 정렬된 단위셀 어레이를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광신호 모니터링 장치를 제공한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 광신호 모니터링 장치를 소형화할 수 있고, 보다 저렴한 비용으로 제조할 수 있다. 또한, 광원의 광학적 특성값을 파장 특성과 함께 동시에 측정할 수 있으며, 여러 파장이 입력되더라도 각 파장에 대한 광학적 특성값과 파장 특성을 동시에 분석할 수 있다.
