Abstract
Le module de cellule photovoltaïque selon la présente invention comprend une pluralité de cellules photovoltaïques connectées en série sur un substrat commun, chacune d’entre elles comprenant une première électrode, une couche imprimée collectrice de lumière et une seconde électrode imprimée. Au moins une des électrodes est transparente et la seconde électrode d’une première cellule est imprimée de manière à former un contact électrique avec la première électrode d’une seconde cellule adjacente sans former de contact électrique avec la première électrode de la première cellule ou la couche collectrice de lumière de la seconde cellule. La présente invention a également trait à un procédé permettant de réaliser de tels modules de cellule photovoltaïque.
