PCC规则更新的方法、 装置及系统
本申请要求于 2008年 4月 25日提交中国专利局、申请号为 200810096056.9, 发明名称为" PCC规则更新的方法、 装置及系统"的中国专利申请的优先权, 其 全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。 技术领域
本发明涉及通信技术, 尤其涉及一种 PCC规则更新的方法、 装置及系统。 背景技术
随着通信技术的高速发展, 通信网络正在向全 IP的多媒体网络演进。 运营 商不断开发基于 IP网络的各种通信业务, 例如多媒体呼叫、 文件下载、 网页浏 览、 视频点播等。 不同的业务对服务质量(Quality of Service, QoS )有不同的 要求, 而且对不同业务的计费要求也不同。 网络会根据业务类型以及用户的签 约等级为用户提供不同的 QoS服务, 并通过检测不同的业务流, 将统计的流量、 时长等计费信息上报计费中心, 进行计费。 为了解决上述 QoS和基于流计费等 的相关问题,第三代合作伙伴计划组织( 3rd Generation Partnership Project, 3 GPP ) 定义了策略与计费控制 (Policy and Charging Control, PCC ) 架构, 该架构可以 使得网络检测到不同的业务流,并根据不同的业务流进行 QoS控制和计费统计。
3GPP定义的 PCC架构如图 1所示, 这里主要对策略控制和计费规则功能 实体( Policy Control and Charging Rules Function, PCRF )和策略和计费执行实 体 ( Policy and Charging Enforcement Function, PCEF )以及 PCRF与 PCEF之间 的接口 Gx进行介绍。
PCRF根据用户接入网络的限制、运营商策略、 用户签约数据以及用户当前 正在进行的业务信息等决定对应的 PCC规则, 并将该 PCC规则通过 Gx接口提 供给 PCEF, 由 PCEF执行该 PCC规则。 所述 PCC规则包括业务数据流 (比如 语音的 IP流集合 )的检测规则、 是否门控、 业务数据流对应的 QoS和基于流的 计费规则等。 PCEF执行 PCRF通过 Gx接口下发或者指定的 PCC规则,具体来说就是执 行业务数据流的检测和测量、 保证业务数据流的 QoS、 用户面流量处理和触发 控制面的会话管理等。 PCEF根据功能划分, 具体的实体可以是 GPRS网关支持 节点 ( Gateway GPRS Support Node, GGSN )、 网关 ( Gateway, GW )等。
Gx接口使用 Internet工程任务组 ( Internet Engineering Task Force, IETF ) 定义的 Diameter协议。
Gx接口使 PCRF可以动态控制 PCEF上所执行的 PCC规则。 Gx接口主要 用于实现以下功能: 建立、 维护和终结 IP连接接入网 ( IP Connectivity Access Network, IP-CAN )会话; 实现 PCEF向 PCRF请求 PCC规则与 PCRF向 PCEF 提供 PCC规则; 协商 IP-CAN承载建立模式。
现有技术中 PCRF通过 Gx接口对 PCEF下发 PCC规则, 进行 PCC规则更 新时, 主要采用两种模式, PULL模式和 PUSH模式。
采用 PULL模式, 即由 PCEF主动发起 PCC规则的下发时, 如图 2所示, 具体方法: ¾口下:
1、当一个 event-trigger事件发生时, PCEF发送信用控制请求( Credit Control Request, CCR ) 消息把 event-trigger上报通知 PCRF, 请求下发 PCC规则
2、 PCRF根据 event-trigger, 判断 PCC规则 (即旧 PCC规则 )是否需要更 新, 并向 PCEF返回信用控制应答(Credit Control Answer, CCA ) 消息。 如果 需要更新,在返回的 CCA消息中携带更新后的 PCC规则(即新 PCC规则),PCRF 同时保存更新前后的 PCC规则。
3、 PCEF在收到 CCA消息后, 执行相应的 PCC规则。 若返回的 CCA消息 中携带新的 PCC规则, PCEF执行新 PCC规则; 若返回的 CCA消息中未携带 新的 PCC规则 , PCEF执行旧的 PCC规则。 当 PCEF执行相应的 PCC规则失败 时, 发送新的 CCR消息。
采用 PUSH模式, 即由 PCRF主动发起 PCC规则的下发时, 如图 3所示, 具 体方法^口下: 1、 当一个 event-trigger事件发生时, PCRF更新 PCC规则 , 向 PCEF发送 重认证请求(Re-Auth Request, RAR ) 消息, 该 RAR消息包括所述新的 PCC 规则, PCRF不保存旧 PCC规则。
2、 PCEF执行由上述 RAR消息下发的新 PCC规则 ,执行完毕后 ,向 PCRF 发送重认证应答 ( Re-Auth Answer, RAA ) 消息。
在实现本发明的过程中, 发明人发现现有技术中至少存在如下问题: 现有 技术没有说明当 PCC规则更新失败后, 对于原有规则如何处理, 如果仍保留原 有规则, 则 PCRF需要保留新旧 PCC状态信息, 根据 PCEF的响应来保留对应 状态信息, 然而采用 PULL模式进行 PCC规则更新时, 只有 PCEF执行新 PCC 规则失败时, PCRF才能根据 PCEF发送的新 CCR消息调整保存的新旧两种 PCC 规则的状态; 如果 PCEF执行新 PCC规则成功时, PCEF不向 PCRF发送新的 CCR消息, PCRF无法调整保存的两种 PCC规则的状态, 无法使 PCRF保存的 PCC规则与 PCEF中的 PCC规则保持一致, 在后续 PCEF和 PCRF的交互中, PCRF无法正确判断应该下发的 PCC规则, 导致用户业务非正常中断。
当 PCRF不保存旧 PCC规则时, 则无论是 PULL模式还是 PUSH模式时, PCEF都缺少去激活原有 PCC规则的过程,导致 PCEF上原有规则还在激活状态, 而 PCRF原有规则是去激活状态,此时 PCRF保存的 PCC规则与 PCEF中的 PCC 规则不一致, 无法保证用户业务的正常进行。
发明内容
本发明的实施例提供了一种 PCC规则更新的方法,能够在更新 PCC规则的 过程中, 保证用户业务的正常进行。
为达到上述目的, 本发明的实施例采用如下技术方案: 一种 PCC规则更新 的方法,该方法包括:
当策略和计费执行实体 PCEF执行 PCC规则更新后, 获取 PCEF做出的响 应;
根据所述获取的响应,使制定的 PCC规则与 PCEF中执行的 PCC规则保持 一致。
本发明的实施例提供了一种 PCC规则更新的装置,能够在更新 PCC规则的 过程中, 保证用户业务的正常进行。
为达到上述目的, 本发明的实施例采用如下技术方案: 一种 PCC规则更新 的装置, 该装置包括:
响应获取单元, 用于当策略和计费执行实体 PCEF执行 PCC规则更新后, 获取 PCEF #丈出的响应;
PCC规则处理单元, 根据所述获取的响应, 使制定的 PCC规则与 PCEF中 的 PCC规则保持一致。
本发明实施例提供了一种 PCC规则更新的系统,能够在更新 PCC规则的过 程中, 保证用户业务的正常进行。
为达到上述目的, 本发明的实施例采用如下技术方案: 一种 PCC规则更新 的系统, 该系统包括策略控制和计费规则功能实体 PCRF 和策略和计费执行实 体 PCEF,
策略和计费执行实体, 用于执行 PCC规则更新后, 向 PCRF发送响应; 策略控制和计费规则功能实体, 用于当 PCEF执行 PCC规则更新后, 获取
PCEF做出的响应 ,根据所述获取的响应 ,使制定的 PCC规则与 PCEF中的 PCC 规则保持一致。
在本发明实施例中, 当 PCEF执行 PCC规则更新后, PCRF能够获取 PCEF 做出的响应, 并根据所述获取的响应对所述 PCRF中制定且保存的 PCC规则进 行处理, 使 PCRF制定的 PCC规则与 PCEF中执行的 PCC规则保持一致, 解决 了现有技术中进行 PCC规则更新时, 因无法使 PCRF制定的 PCC规则与 PCEF 中的 PCC规则保持一致,造成的用户业务非正常中断的问题,从而保证了在 PCC 规则更新的过程中, 用户业务的正常进行。

为了更清楚地说明本发明实施例的技术方案, 下面将结合附图对本发明的 实施例进行详细的介绍, 下面的描述仅仅是本发明的一些实施例, 对于本领域 普一曰通技术人员来讲, 在不付出创造性劳动的前提下, 还可以根据这些实施例获 得本发明的其他的实施方式。
为了解决现有技术中, 因无法使 PCRF制定的 PCC规则与 PCEF中的 PCC 规则保持一致, 造成的用户业务非正常中断的问题, 本发明的实施例提供了一 种 PCC规则更新的方法、 装置和系统, 能够在更新 PCC规则的过程中, 保证用 户业务的正常进行。
本发明的实施例提供了一种 PCC规则更新的方法,如图 4所示, 该方法包 括如下步骤:
步骤 41、当策略和计费执行实体 PCEF执行 PCC规则更新后,获取 PCEF做 出的响应; 步骤 42、根据所述获取的响应,使制定的 PCC规则与 PCEF中的 PCC规则 保持一致。
在本发明实施例中, 当 PCEF执行 PCC规则更新后, PCRF能够获取 PCEF 做出的响应, 并根据所述获取的响应对所述 PCRF中制定且保存的 PCC规则进 行处理, 使 PCRF保存的 PCC规则与 PCEF中的 PCC规则保持一致, 解决了现 有技术中进行 PCC规则更新时, 因无法使 PCRF制定的 PCC规则与 PCEF中的 PCC规则保持一致, 造成的用户业务非正常中断的问题, 从而保证了在 PCC规 则更新的过程中, 用户业务的正常进行。
下面对本发明的实施例进行具体描述。
实施例一
在更新过程中,保存更新前后的旧 PCC规则和新 PCC规则时,获取 PCEF做 出的响应的步骤具体包括:
在 PULL模式下, PCRF接收 PCEF发送的应答消息, 所述应答消息为 CCR 消息, 所述 CCR消息指示更新 PCC规则成功。
如图 5 ( a )所示, 下面通过对 PCC规则更新方法的详细描述对本发明实施 例一进行说明, 主要包括如下步骤:
步骤 S1. 当一个 event-trigger事件发生时, PCEF发送 CCR消息, 该 CCR 消息中包含所述 event-trigger参数和 PCC规则下发请求。
步骤 S2. PCRF根据所述 event-trigger参数, 判断处于激活状态的 PCC规则 (即旧 PCC规则)是否需要更新,发送 CCA消息。 当需要更新时, 制定新 PCC 规则,在下发给 PCEF的 CCA消息中携带更新后的 PCC规则 (即制定的新 PCC 规则), PCRF同时保存更新前后的 PCC规则。 本实施例主要对 PCC规则需要 更新时的情况进行说明。
步骤 S3. PCEF在收到 CCA消息后,执行 CCA消息中携带的新 PCC规贝' J , PCEF将当前 PCC规则 (即旧 PCC规则 )设置为非激活状态 (若返回的 CCA 消息中未携带新的 PCC规则,当前的 PCC规则,即旧的 PCC规则为激活状态)。 为了确保 PCRF能够调整保存的新旧两种 PCC规则的状态, 本发明实施例 采用一种握手机制,不论 PCEF执行新 PCC规则成功或失败, PCEF在每收到一 次 CCA消息后, 都会发送一个新的 CCR消息将执行的结果上报给 PCRF, 对 PCRF中两种 PCC规则状态的调整做出指示。
步骤 S4. PCRF根据新 CCR消息对保存的新旧 PCC规则进行处理, 如果 PCEF执行新 PCC规则成功,则 CCR信息指示 PCRF删除旧 PCC规则,激活新 PCC规则; 如果 PCEF执行新 PCC规则失败, 则 CCR信息指示 PCRF删除新 PCC规则, 激活旧 PCC规则, 使 PCRF保存的 PCC规则与 PCEF中的 PCC规 则保持一致, 同时 PCRF通过 CCA信息, 将上述执行结果通知 PCEF。
在本实施例中, 所述新旧 PCC规则是对同一种 PCC规则而言, 即对同一种 PCC规则, 更新后的为所述新 PCC规则,原始的 PCC规则为所述旧 PCC规则 , 这同样适用于本发明实施例部分的其他相关描述, 下文不再贅述。
实施例二
在更新过程中,保存更新前后的旧 PCC规则和新 PCC规则时,获取 PCEF做 出的响应的步骤具体包括:
在 PULL模式下, PCRF接收 PCEF发送的应答消息, 所述应答消息为 CCR 消息, 所述 CCR消息指示中更新 PCC规则失败。
如图 5 ( b )所示, 下面通过对 PCC规则更新方法的详细描述对本发明实施 例二进行说明, 主要包括如下步骤:
步骤 R1. 当一个 event-trigger事件发生时, PCEF发送 CCR消息, 该 CCR 消息中包含所述 event-trigger参数和 PCC规则下发请求。
步骤 R2. PCRF根据所述 event-trigger参数,判断处于激活状态的中 PCC规 则 (即旧 PCC规则 )是否需要更新, 发送 CCA消息。 当需要更新时, 生成新 PCC规则, 在下发给 PCEF的 CCA消息中携带更新后的 PCC规则 (即新 PCC 规则)。 PCRF同时保存更新前后的 PCC规则。
步骤 R3. PCEF在收到 CCA消息后,执行 CCA消息中携带的新 PCC规则, PCEF将当前 PCC规则 (即旧 PCC规则 )设置为非激活状态 (若返回的 CCA 消息中未携带新的 PCC规则, 当前的 PCC规则,即旧的 PCC规则为激活状态)。 在本发明实施例中, PCEF中更新 PCC规则失败, PCEF中新 PCC规则处于去 激活状态, 旧 PCC规则处于激活状态。
步骤 R4.PCEF发送一个新 CCR消息, 将执行结果上报给 PCRF , PCRF根 据新 CCR消息对保存的新旧 PCC规则进行处理。在本发明实施例中该 CCR信 息指示 PCRF删除新 PCC规则和旧 PCC规则, 在发送所述 CCR消息的同时, PCEF译放或者修改旧 PCC规则对应的 IP— CAN承载以去激活旧 PCC规则 , 在 这种情况下, PCEF中的新旧 PCC规则都处于去激活状态, PCRF中的新旧 PCC 规则都被删除, 本领域技术人员可利用已公开的现有技术重新制定出与 PCEF 匹配的 PCC规则, PCRF发送 CCA信息, 将上述执行结果通知 PCEF并在所述 CCA信息中携带所述重新制定的 PCC规则,使 PCRF保存的 PCC规则与 PCEF 中的 PCC规则保持一致。
实施例三
在更新过程中,保存更新前后的旧 PCC规则和新 PCC规则时,获取 PCEF做 出的响应的步骤具体包括:
在 PULL模式下采用 PUSH机制, PCRF接收 PCEF发送的应答消息, 所述 应答消息为 RAA消息, 所述 RAA消息指示更新 PCC规则成功。
如图 6所示,下面对本发明实施例三中的 PCC规则更新方法进行详细说明。 步骤 T1. 当一个 event-trigger事件发生时, PCEF发送 CCR消息, 该 CCR 消息中包含所述 event-trigger参数和 PCC规则下发请求。
步骤 T2. PCRF根据所述 event-trigger参数, 判断处于激活状态的 PCC规则 (即旧 PCC规则)是否需要更新,发送 CCA消息。 当需要更新时, 生成新 PCC 规则, 在下发给 PCEF的 CCA消息中不携带 PCC规则, 并且启动 PUSH模式。
步骤 T3. 在给 PCEF的 RAR消息中携带新的 PCC规则, 此时 PCEF收到 RAR消息后, 把 PCC规则 (即旧 PCC规则 )设置为非激活状态, 执行 RAR消 息携带的新 PCC规则, 并且将执行后的结果通过 RAA信息通知 PCRF。 如果 PCEF更新后的 PCC规则失败, 则保留旧 PCC规则在激活状态, 同时也将更新 结果通过 RAA消息通知 PCRF。
步骤 T4. PCRF根据 PCEF的 RAA消息对保存更新前后 PCC规则进行处理, 如果 PCEF更新 PCC规则成功, 则 RAA信息指示 PCRF删除旧 PCC规则, 激 活新 PCC规则; 如果 PCEF执行新 PCC规则失败, 则 RAA信息指示 PCRF删 除新 PCC规则,激活旧 PCC规则,使 PCRF保存的 PCC规则与 PCEF中的 PCC 规则保持一致。
实施例四
在更新过程中,保存更新前后的旧 PCC规则和新 PCC规则时,获取 PCEF做 出的响应的步骤具体包括:
检测出 PCEF在预设时间内未发送应答消息。
用定时器机制解决出现在 PULL模式下, PCRF如何更新 PCC规则的问题, 如图 7所示, 主要包括如下步骤:
步骤 U1.当一个 event-trigger事件发生时, PCEF发送 CCR消息, 该 CCR 消息中包含所述 event-trigger参数和 PCC规则下发请求。
步骤 U2. PCRF根据检测 event-trigger, 判断当前 PCC规则(即旧 PCC规 则)是否需要更新。 如果更新, 则在下发给 PCEF的 CCA消息中携带更新后的 PCC规则 (即新 PCC规则)。 PCRF同时保存更新前后的 PCC规则, 并且启动 定时器。
步骤 U3.如果在定时器设置时间内, PCRF收到 PCEF发送的新 CCR消息, 说明更新后的 PCC规则执行失败, 则 PCRF删除更新后的 PCC规则, 同时激活 旧 PCC规则; 如果在定时器设置时间内, PCRF没有收到 PCEF发送的新 CCR 消息, 说明更新后的 PCC规则执行成功, 则 PCRF删除旧 PCC规则, 激活新 PCC规则, 使 PCRF保存的 PCC规则与 PCEF中的 PCC规则保持一致。
在本发明实施例一、 三、 四中, 当 PCEF更新 PCC规则成功后, PCRF能 够获取 PCEF做出的响应, 并根据所述获取的响应调整所述 PCRF中保存的新 旧两种 PCC规则的状态, 保留与 PCEF中的 PCC规则相同的 PCC规则, 删除 与 PCEF中的 PCC规则不同的 PCC规则, 使 PCRF保存的 PCC规则保持一致, 保证了在 PCC规则更新的过程中, 用户业务的正常进行。
在本发明实施例二中 , 当 PCEF更新 PCC规则失败后 , PCEF中的新旧 PCC 规则都处于去激活状态; PCRF根据获取的 PCEF做出的响应, 删除新旧 PCC 规则, 重新制定匹配的 PCC规则, 并将该 PCC规则下发给 PCEF, 使 PCRF保 存的 PCC规则与 PCEF中的 PCC规则保持一致, 保证了在 PCC规则更新的过 程中, 用户业务的正常进行。
实施例五
在更新过程中, 只保存更新后的新 PCC规则时, 所述获取 PCEF做出的响 应的步骤包括:
当 PCEF更新 PCC规则失败时, PCRF接收 PCEF发送的应答消息 ,所述应 答消息为 CCR消息或 RAA消息, 在 PCRF接收所述应答消息的同时, PCEF释 放或者修改旧 PCC规则对应的 IP-CAN承载以去激活旧 PCC规则。
如图 8所示, PCRF不保存更新前的 PCC规则, 则在 PUSH模式下, 如果
PCEF执行更新后的 PCC规则失败, PCRF再次重新制定 PCC规则, 主要包括 如下步骤:
步骤 VI. PCRF发起 PCC规则更新, 生成的新 PCC规则被激活, 旧 PCC 规则被删除。 PCRF通过 RAR消息 , 把新 PCC规则下发给 PCEF。
步骤 V2. PCEF收到 RAR消息中的新 PCC规则后,如果执行新 PCC规则 成功, 则发送 RAA消息报告成功执行结果给 PCRF;如果执行新 PCC规则失败, 则返回 RAA消息指示失败, 并继续步骤 V3如下:
步骤 V3. PCEF发送 RAA消息给 PCRF的同时, 删除或者修改旧 PCC规 则对应的 IP-CAN承载以去激活旧 PCC规则 , PCRF重新制定匹配的 PCC规则。
上述步骤 V2和 V3并没有严格时序关系,即 PCEF执行更新 PCC规则失败 后, 也可以先去激活旧 PCC规则, 再返回 RAA指示失败;
并且, 本实施例描写的是 PUSH模式, 对于 PULL模式也一样适用, 只是 通过 CCR消息上报更新失败, 同时去激活旧 PCC规则。
实施例六
在更新过程中, 只保存更新后的新 PCC规则时, 所述获取 PCEF做出的响 应的步骤包括:
当 PCEF更新 PCC规则失败时, PCRF接收 PCEF发送的应答消息 ,所述应 答消息为 CCR消息, 所述 CCR消息中携带旧 PCC规则。
如图 9所示 , 在 PULL模式下 , PCRF接收 PCEF发送的旧 PCC规则 , 包 括如下步骤:
步骤 XI. 当一个 event-trigger事件发生时, PCEF发送 CCR消息, 该 CCR 消息中包含所述 event-trigger参数和 PCC规则下发请求。
步骤 X2. PCRF根据检测 event-trigger, 判断当前 PCC规则(即旧 PCC规 则)是否需要更新。 如果更新, 删除旧 PCC规则, 在发送给 PCEF的 CCA消息 中携带更新后的 PCC规则 (即新 PCC规则)。
步骤 X3. 如果 PCEF执行新 PCC规则失败, 则发送 CCR消息通知 PCRF 新 PCC规则执行失败, 同时所述 CCR消息中携带旧的 PCC规则, 指示 PCRF 删除新的 PCC规则,根据接收的所述旧的 PCC规则重新制定匹配的 PCC规贝' J。
在本发明实施例五和六中, 当 PCEF执行 PCC规则失败时, PCRF通过重 新获取与 PCEF中一致的 PCC规则, 解决了现有技术中因为 PCRF未保存支持 原有用户业务的旧 PCC规则, 导致原有用户业务非正常中断的问题, 从而保证 了在 PCC规则更新的过程中, 用户业务的正常进行。
为了保证在 PCC规则更新的过程中, 用户业务的正常进行, 本发明实施例 还提供了一种 PCC规则更新的装置,如图 10所示, 该装置包括:
响应获取单元 101 , 用于当 PCEF执行 PCC规则更新后, 获取 PCEF做出 的响应; PCC规则处理单元 102,用于根据所述响应获取单元获取的响应,使制定的 PCC规则与 PCEF中的 PCC规则保持一致。
在本发明实施例中, 当 PCEF执行 PCC规则更新后, PCRF通过响应获取 单元获取 PCEF 做出的响应, PCC规则处理单元根据所述获取的响应对所述 PCRF中制定并保存的 PCC规则进行处理, 使 PCRF保存的 PCC规则与 PCEF 中的 PCC规则保持一致, 解决了现有技术中进行 PCC规则更新时, 因无法使 PCRF制定的 PCC规则与 PCEF中的 PCC规则保持一致, 造成的用户业务非正 常中断的问题, 从而保证了在 PCC规则更新的过程中, 用户业务的正常进行。
当在更新过程中, 保存更新前后的旧 PCC规则和新 PCC规则时, 如图 11 所示, 所述响应获取单元 101包括:
第一应答消息获取模块 1011 , 用于当 PCEF执行 PCC规则更新成功时, 接 收 PCEF向 PCRF发送的应答消息。
或当本发明实施例采用定时器机制时, 所述响应获取单元 101 包括: 应答 消息检测模块 1012, 用于检测出 PCEF在预设时间内未发送应答消息。 这时, 所述 PCC规则处理单元 102包括第一处理模块, 用于根据所述应答消息检测模 块 1012的检测结果,保留新 PCC规则,删除旧 PCC规则,使 PCRF保存的 PCC 规则与 PCEF中的 PCC规则保持一致。
通过所述第一应答消息获取模块 1011获取 PCEF做出的响应又包括下述三 种情况:
所述第一应答消息获取模块 1011包括: 第一接收模块, 用于接收 PCEF发 送的 CCR消息, 所述 CCR消息指示更新 PCC规则成功; 这时, 所述 PCC规则 处理单元包括: 第一处理模块, 用于根据所述第一接收模块接收的 CCR消息, 保留新 PCC规则, 删除旧 PCC规则。
或所述第一应答消息获取模块 1011 包括: 第二接收模块, 用于接收 PCEF 发送的 RAA消息。 这时, 所述 PCC规则处理单元 102根据所述第二接收模块 接收的 RAA消息,使 PCRF保存的 PCC规则与 PCEF中的 PCC规则保持一致。 当所述第一应答消息获取模块 1011包括第二接收模块时, 所述第一应答消 息获取模块还包括:
第三接收模块, 用于接收 PCEF发送的请求下发 PCC规则的 CCR消息; 第一发送模块, 用于根据所述第三接收模块接收的 CCR消息, 生成新 PCC 规则, 向 PCEF发送 CCA消息, 在本发明实施例中, 所述 CCA消息中不携带
PCC规则;
第二发送模块, 用于向 PCEF发送 RAR消息, 所述 RAR消息中携带所述 第一发送模块生成的新 PCC规则。
或所述第一应答消息获取模块 1011 包括: 第一接收处理模块, 用于接收 PCEF发送的 CCR消息, 所述 CCR消息指示更新 PCC规则失败, 在发送所述 CCR消息的同时 PCEF释放或者修改旧 PCC规则对应的 IP连接接入网 IP— CAN 承载; 这时, 所述 PCC规则处理单元包括: 第二处理模块, 用于删除新 PCC规 则和旧 PCC规则, 重新制定匹配的 PCC规则。
在更新过程中, 只保存更新后的新 PCC规则时, 如图 12所示, 所述响应获 取单元 101包括第二应答消息获取模块 1013 , 用于当 PCEF更新 PCC规则失败 时, 接收 PCEF发送的应答消息。
通过所述第二应答消息获取模块 1013获取 PCEF做出的响应又包括下述两 种情况:
所述第二应答消息获取模块 1013包括第四接收模块, 用于接收 PCEF发送 的 CCR消息, 所述 CCR消息中携带旧 PCC规则。 这时, 所述 PCC规则处理单 元 102包括第三处理模块, 该第三处理模块根据所述第四接收模块接收的 CCR 消息, 删除旧 PCC规则, 重新制定匹配的 PCC规则, 使 PCRF制定的 PCC规 则与 PCEF中的 PCC规则保持一致。
或所述第二应答消息获取模块 1013包括第二接收处理模块,用于接收 PCEF 的应答消息, 所述应答消息为 RAA消息或 CCR消息, 所述应答消息指示更新 PCC规则失败, 在发送所述 RAR消息的同时 PCEF译放或者修改旧 PCC规则 对应的 IP— CAN承载以去激活旧 PCC规则。 这时, 所述 PCC规则处理单元 102 包括第四处理模块, 用于删除新 PCC规则, 重新制定匹配的 PCC规则。
为了保证在 PCC规则更新的过程中, 用户业务的正常进行, 如图 13所示, 本发明实施例还提供了一种 PCC规则更新的系统, 该系统包括策略控制和计费 规则功能实体 PCRF和策略和计费执行实体 PCEF,
策略和计费执行实体 131 , 用于执行 PCC规则更新后, 向 PCRF发送响应; 策略控制和计费规则功能实体 132, 用于当 PCEF执行更新后的 PCC规则 后,获取 PCEF做出的响应,根据所述获取的响应,使制定的 PCC规则与 PCEF 中的 PCC规则保持一致。
所述策略控制和计费规则功能实体包括:
响应获取单元, 用于当 PCEF执行 PCC规则更新后, 获取 PCEF做出的响 应;
PCC规则处理单元,用于根据所述响应获取单元获取的响应,使制定的 PCC 规则与 PCEF中的 PCC规则保持一致。
在本发明实施例中, 当 PCEF执行 PCC规则更新后, PCRF能够获取 PCEF 做出的响应, 并根据所述获取的响应对所述 PCRF中制定并保存的 PCC规则进 行处理, 使 PCRF保存的 PCC规则与 PCEF中的 PCC规则保持一致, 解决了现 有技术中进行 PCC规则更新时, 因无法使 PCRF制定的 PCC规则与 PCEF的 PCC规则保持一致, 造成的用户业务非正常中断的问题, 从而保证了在 PCC规 则更新的过程中, 用户业务的正常进行。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例中的全部或部分步骤, 可以 通过程序指令相关硬件完成。 所述实施例对应的软件可以存储在一个计算机可 存储读取的介质中。
当然, 本发明的实施例还可有很多种, 在不背离本发明的实施例精神及其 和变形, 但这些相应的改变和变形都应属于本发明的实施例所附的权利要求的 保护范围

Claims

权利要求 书
1、 一种 PCC规则更新的方法, 其特征在于, 该方法包括:
当策略和计费执行实体 PCEF执行 PCC规则更新后, 获取 PCEF做出的响 应;
根据所述获取的响应,使制定的 PCC规则与 PCEF中的 PCC规则保持一致。
2、 根据权利要求 1 所述的 PCC规则更新的方法, 其特征在于, 所述获取 PCEF #丈出的响应包括:
接收 PCEF发送的应答消息; 或者,
检测出 PCEF在预设时间内未发送应答消息。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的 PCC规则更新的方法, 其特征在于, 所述应答消 息为信用控制请求消息 CCR消息, 所述 CCR消息指示更新 PCC规则成功。
4、 根据权利要求 2所述的 PCC规则更新的方法, 其特征在于, 所述应答消 息为 CCR消息, 所述 CCR消息指示更新 PCC规则失败,在发送所述 CCR消息 的同时 PCEF译放或者修改旧 PCC规则对应的 IP连接接入网 IP— CAN承载。
5、 根据权利要求 2所述的 PCC规则更新的方法, 其特征在于, 所述应答消 息为重认证应答 RAA消息, 所述 RAA消息指示更新 PCC规则成功。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的 PCC规则更新的方法, 其特征在于, 在所述接收 PCEF发送的应答消息的步骤之前还包括:
接收 PCEF发送的请求下发 PCC规则的 CCR消息;
根据所述 CCR消息, 生成新 PCC规则, 向 PCEF发送信用控制应答消息 CCA消息, 所述 CCA消息中不携带 PCC规则;
向 PCEF发送重认证请求 RAR消息, 所述 RAR消息中携带所述新 PCC规 则。
7、 根据权利要求 2或 6所述的 PCC规则更新的方法, 其特征在于, 所述根 据所述获取的响应,使制定的 PCC规则与 PCEF中的 PCC规则保持一致的步骤 包括: 保留新 PCC规则, 删除旧 PCC规则。
8、 根据权利要求 4所述的 PCC规则更新的方法, 其特征在于, 所述根据所 述获取的响应,使制定的 PCC规则与 PCEF中的 PCC规则保持一致的步骤包括: 删除新 PCC规则和旧 PCC规则。
9、 根据权利要求 1所述的 PCC规则更新的方法, 其特征在于, 在更新过程 中, 只保存更新后的新 PCC规则时, 所述获取 PCEF做出的响应的步骤包括: 接收 PCEF发送的应答消息。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的 PCC规则更新的方法, 其特征在于, 所述应答 消息为 CCR消息,所述 CCR消息指示更新 PCC规则失败,并携带旧 PCC规贝' J。
11、 根据权利要求 9所述的 PCC规则更新的方法, 其特征在于, 所述应答 消息为 RAA消息或 CCR消息, 所述应答消息指示更新 PCC规则失败。
12、 根据权利要求 11所述的 PCC规则更新的方法, 其特征在于, 在发送所 述应答消息的同时 PCEF释放或者修改旧 PCC规则对应的 IP— CAN承载。
13、 根据权利要求 10所述的 PCC规则更新的方法, 其特征在于, 所述根据 所述获取的响应,使制定的 PCC规则与 PCEF中的 PCC规则保持一致的步骤包 括:
删除新 PCC规则;
根据接收的所述旧 PCC规则重新制定匹配的 PCC规则。
14、 根据权利要求 11所述的 PCC规则更新的方法, 其特征在于, 所述根据 所述获取的响应,使制定的 PCC规则与 PCEF中的 PCC规则保持一致的步骤包 括:
删除新 PCC规则。
15、 一种 PCC规则更新的装置, 其特征在于, 该装置包括:
响应获取单元( 101 ), 用于当 PCEF执行更新 PCC规则更新后, 获取 PCEF #丈出的响应;
PCC规则处理单元( 102 ), 用于根据所述获取的响应, 使制定的 PCC规则 与 PCEF中的 PCC规则保持一致。
16、 根据权利要求 15所述的 PCC规则更新的装置, 其特征在于, 所述响应 获取单元( 101 ) 包括:
第一应答消息获取模块(1011 ), 用于接收 PCEF发送的应答消息。
17、 根据权利要求 15所述的 PCC规则更新的装置, 其特征在于, 所述响应 获取单元( 101 ) 包括:
应答消息检测模块( 1012 ), 用于检测出 PCEF在预设时间内未发送应答消 息。
18、 根据权利要求 16所述的 PCC规则更新的装置, 其特征在于, 所述第一 应答消息获取模块 (; 1011:)包括:
第一接收模块,用于接收 PCEF发送的 CCR消息,所述 CCR消息指示更新 PCC规则成功。
19、 根据权利要求 16所述的 PCC规则更新的装置, 其特征在于, 所述第一 应答消息获取模块 (; 1011:)包括:
第一接收处理模块,用于接收 PCEF发送的 CCR消息,所述 CCR消息指示 更新 PCC规则失败, 在发送所述 CCR消息的同时 PCEF译放或者修改旧 PCC 规则对应的 IP连接接入网 IP— CAN承载。
20、 根据权利要求 16所述的 PCC规则更新的装置, 其特征在于, 所述第一 应答消息获取模块 (; 1011:)包括:
第二接收模块, 用于接收 PCEF发送的 RAA消息, 所述 RAA消息指示更 新 PCC规则成功。
21、 根据权利要求 20所述的 PCC规则更新的装置, 其特征在于, 所述第一 应答消息获取模块( 1011 )还包括:
第三接收模块, 用于接收 PCEF发送的请求下发 PCC规则的 CCR消息; 第一发送模块, 用于根据所述 CCR消息, 生成新 PCC规则, 向 PCEF发送 CCA消息, 所述 CCA消息中不携带 PCC规则; 第二发送模块, 用于向 PCEF发送 RAR消息, 所述 RAR消息中携带所述 新 PCC规则。
22、根据权利要求 17或 18或 20所述的 PCC规则更新的装置, 其特征在于, 所述 PCC规则处理单元(102)包括:
第一处理模块, 用于保留新 PCC规则, 删除旧 PCC规则。
23、根据权利要求 19所述的 PCC规则更新的装置, 其特征在于, 所述 PCC 规则处理单元 (102)包括:
第二处理模块, 用于删除新 PCC规则和旧 PCC规则。
24、 根据权利要求 15所述的 PCC规则更新的装置, 其特征在于, 在更新过 程中, 只保存更新后的新 PCC规则时, 所述响应获取单元 (101)包括第二应答消 息获取模块 (1013), 用于接收 PCEF发送的应答消息。
25、 根据权利要求 24所述的 PCC规则更新的装置, 其特征在于, 所述第二 应答消息获取模块 (1013)包括第四接收模块, 用于接收 PCEF发送的 CCR消息, 所述 CCR消息指示更新 PCC规则失败, 并携带旧 PCC规则。
26、 根据权利要求 24所述的 PCC规则更新的装置, 其特征在于, 所述第二 应答消息获取模块 (1013)包括第二接收处理模块, 用于接收 PCEF发送的 RAA 消息, 所述 RAA消息指示更新 PCC规则失败, 且在发送所述 RAA消息的同时 PCEF释放或者修改旧 PCC规则对应的 IP— CAN承载。
27、根据权利要求 25所述的 PCC规则更新的装置, 其特征在于, 所述 PCC 规则处理单元 (102)包括:
第三处理模块, 用于删除新 PCC规则,根据接收的所述旧 PCC规则重新制 定匹配的 PCC规则。
28、根据权利要求 26所述的 PCC规则更新的装置, 其特征在于, 所述 PCC 规则处理单元 (102)包括:
第四处理模块, 用于删除新 PCC规则。
29、 一种 PCC规则更新的系统, 其特征在于, 该系统包括策略控制和计费 规则功能实体 PCRF(132)和策略和计费执行实体 PCEF(131),
策略和计费执行实体 (131),用于执行 PCC规则更新后,向 PCRF发送响应; 策略控制和计费规则功能实体 (132), 用于当 PCEF执行 PCC规则更新后, 获取 PCEF做出的响应, 根据所述获取的响应, 使制定的 PCC规则与 PCEF中 的 PCC规则保持一致。
30、 根据权利要求 29所述的 PCC规则更新的系统, 其特征在于, 所述策略 控制和计费规则功能实体( 132)包括:
响应获取单元, 用于当 PCEF执行 PCC规则更新后, 获取 PCEF做出的响 应;
PCC规则处理单元,用于根据所述获取的响应,使制定的 PCC规则与 PCEF 中的 PCC规则保持一致。
