Abstract
La présente invention a pour objet des compositions comprenant un premier domaine de liaison de substrat (un peptide ou un polymère) présentant une affinité de liaison pour un tissu ou un dispositif médical, un second domaine de liaison de substrat présentant une affinité de liaison pour une molécule cible, et la molécule cible. Dans certains modes de réalisation, les premier et second domaines de liaison de substrat sont liés de façon covalente. Les premier et second domaines de liaison de substrat sont accouplés de façon covalente à au moins une étiquette d’interaction hydrophobe, une étiquette d’interaction de charge négative, ou une étiquette d’interaction de charge positive. Lorsque les domaines de liaison de substrat sont combinés et déposés sur le tissu ou le dispositif médical, les étiquettes d’interaction hydrophobes interagissent les unes avec les autres et les étiquettes d’interaction chargées interagissent avec les étiquettes d’interaction de charge opposée ou les polymères de liaison de substrat de charge opposée, pour former un réseau macromoléculaire de domaines de liaison de substrat accouplés de façon non covalente afin de charger la molécule cible sur le tissu ou le dispositif médical.
